REPLAY!
Honestly, you watch a fan video of gameplay, and realize there's STILL unexplored dialogue options..literally months since I last partook of the supreme goodness that is "Return to Monkey Island!"
(And let's be real...I could listen to Dominic and Alexandra as Guybrush and Elaine for hours on end, they're that awesome.)

Did you know exoDOS ?
"eXoDOS is an attempt to catalog, obtain, and make playable every game developed for the DOS and PC Booter platform. We strive to find original media rather than using scene rips or hacks. This collection uses DOSBox to allow these older games to play on modern systems. Games supported by ScummVM give the user a choice between emulators. All required emulators are included and have been setup to run all included titles with no prior knowledge or experience required on the user's part."

I picked up two of Molly Nemecek's (@jakface) double-sided King's Quest/Monkey Island charms at Fan Expo! 🎉
If you're in Toronto for the con's final day tomorrow (Aug 25), drop by Artist Alley booth A28 for your own, or buy it online here.

Would you like a tour?
We made some good progress on the game during the Holiday break. Here are some crew members hanging out on the gun deck.
Bonus: we can also talk to Izzy.
Would you like a tour? #2 - Main deck

there is a lack of adventure games that don't depend on combat, i don't want to kill the creatures... let them live...

The third and fourth entries in my year of point and click adventure games! I actually started Monkey Island 2 in March, but that turned out to be a very busy month for me, and I spent most of April recovering from it 😅
My hot take is that Freddi could find Big Whoop, but Guybrush couldn't find the missing kelp seeds- and not just because he isn't a fish! Your boy can hold his breath underwater for 10 minutes.

During my spontaneous employment on Mêlée Island and trip to Monkey Island I pirated created some new dishes.
Now available at The Captain’s Head at Port Merrick, enjoy!
Some flavour text under the cut
If you’re a ghost you may be root beer intolerant. We are not liable for any accidents involving root beer.
You are not limited to the pancake options shown on the menu. Put them together to your own liking! Grog is a standard drink on the seas and has been available before but now we also serve other variations of Grog. We also serve root beer. Please do not spray root beer on other customers especially ghosts.
Our establishment offers a few dessert options such as Scorched Alaska (it’s very hot. We are not exaggerating). From 7-11 am we also sell our limited no-name cereal we acquired from monkey island. It’s definitely not stale and not expired
