I always thought that Ichigo and Ryou should have ended up together, or at least have been the fandom popular ship with Ichigo.  The anime kept making it seem like they were the end-game pairing imo.  1. It’s typical of a shoujo to give the girl a crush that she’s had since before the series, and then have her feelings move to her main love interest.

Some examples are: - Princess Tutu with Ahiru liking Mytho first but then likes Fakir. - Sailor Moon where Usagi liked Motoki first before she liked Mamoru - Revolutionary Girl Utena where Utena liked (?) her prince from the past before she liked Anthy. In the movie version, she liked Touga before falling for Anthy.  - Cardcaptor Sakura where Sakura liked Yukito before she liked Syaoran - Shugo Chara where Amu liked Tadase first before she liked Ikuto 2. Most of the characters paralleled ones from Sailor Moon. Each of the Mew Mews had someone that they were similar too from Sailor Moon. Ryou was similar to Mamoru, while the Blue Knight was similiar to Tuxedo Mask.

Now what if Reverse StrawberryMoon? Well StrawberryMoon is the term @sanchoyo came up with the pairing between Ichigo Momomiya from Tokyo Mew Mew and Usagi Tsukino from Sailor Moon. Now the reverse is what if the Senshi switched with Mews Mews.

Luna and Artemis both replace Ryou and Keiichiro respectively and both transform like Ryou but stay in their human forms

Mamoru does take the place of Masaya, but still with the same dynamic of light teasing (like Crystal style)

Since Tokyo Mew Mew is like one season, the villains are Sailor Moon season 1 villains

The villains are always changing but follow their equivalent of Deep Blue being Chaos. Kisshu, Pai, Taruto are the most villains. They create Chimera and main villain hop

Headcanons!

Ichigo and Usagi meet as civilians first! Usagi is still a late mess because fun fact bunnies are daytime sleepers being more active at night.

Ichigo bumps into her when Usagi runs into her by accident. However Ichigo reminds Usagi that they didn't have school. Usagi's sleep schedule went so far off she forgot what day it was

Ichigo hears her stomach growl and offers to buy her lunch at the Arcade. Keiichiro also takes the spot of Motoki charming ladies into playing the Sailor M games.

Usagi is practically bouncy in her seat when she has a couple shakes. Usagi then gets a call from Luna that she missing working at the Cafe

Ichigo eventually follows her with Masha closely

Ichigo adores the Cafe and thinks Usagi is adorable in her maid outfit

There's also a lot more males in the cafe now. They like seeing the other girls kinda like Host Club style if you watched it

When they do meet as heroes a similar meeting happens

A lot of fluff still

Also Usagi does turn into a bunny when she's very excited.

1. OTP(s) in the fandom that you just don’t get- Sen/Shi. Maybe it’s just cause I grew up on the 90s anime where KunZoi was a thing and NephNaru was another, and Jadeite was a misogynistic asshat, but I’ve never found the idea of pairing the Inners with them at all appealing. Prior to Crystal’s random subplot, all this was based on was the one manga drawing and Minako’s “first love”(s) in Codename Sailor V. It has nothing substantial and is kind of painfully neat in the way it pairs everyone up.

7. Is there anything you used to like but can’t stand now- Back in the olden days of my fanfiction circa 2011, I shipped the inners with those random background character dudes. Yuiichirou, Ryou, Asai, and whatever the name of Makoto’s friend who she gave the blood transfusion to was. I was so desperate to pair the senshi off, but I still didn’t do Sen/Shi cause y’know, half of them are gay. So instead I pulled out the irrelevant dudes. Also Motoki and Setsuna. Why did I do that? Ew. Anyway. So glad I’m gay now and have other options. Shinozaki! I think that’s the last dude’s name.

Kingdom, il film live action si mostra in un nuovo trailer

L’adattamento cinematografico del manga di Yasuhisa Hara debutterà in Giappone il 19 aprile.

Diffuso un nuovo trailer del film live action tratto dal manga “Kingdom” di Yasuhisa Hara, edito in Italia da J-POP. La pellicola debutterà in Giappone il 19 aprile e sarà diretta da Shinsuke Sato, già regista dei live action di “Gantz”, “Death Note”, “Bleach” e “I am a Hero”. Il video anticipa il tema musicale del film "Wasted Nights", ad opera della band One Ok Rock. Taka, il cantante del gruppo, ha scritto la canzone appositamente per il lungometraggio e, durante il processo creativo, gli è stato concesso di vedere una versione ancora incompiuta della pellicola, in modo da avere un’idea più precisa sulla quale basare il brano.

Migliaia di anni sono passati dai tempi delle leggende, in cui il mondo degli uomini e quello degli dei erano così vicini da essere tutt'uno ed erano i sogni a cambiare la realtà . Erano i tempi della 'Guerra dei 500 anni', il periodo degli stati combattenti. Kingdom è la storia di un ragazzo di nome Xin, che si trasformò in un grande generale, e di tutte le prove che sostenne per afferrare il suo destino.

Hara ha lanciato l’opera sulle pagine di Weekly Young Jump nel 2006 e ad ora Shueisha ne ha pubblicato 52 volumi; l’autore ha affermato che sta considerando di proseguire fino a raggiungere i 100 numeri.

Il manga ha già ispirato una serie anime prodotta da Studio Pierrot, la cui prima stagione di 38 episodi è andata in onda nel 2012, seguita l’anno dopo da una seconda stagione di 39 puntate.
