Thinking about parallels between Ms. Beast and Tower. They're both the result of choosing to fight the princess and losing (no-knife and knife routes respectively), both have similarly boastful personalities and see you as beneath them (prey and a pet).
Something about how one becomes an animal and the other becomes a god, yet both transformations are equally dehumanizing.

Imagine this for the Fantastic Four:
Because Galactus is the threat, the Fantastic Four realizes they can’t win the final battle through a regular fight. That’s when Reed Richards gets an idea. After making a breakthrough in multiversal travel, Reed comes up with the plan to open a wormhole into the multiverse and send Galactus through it. When Susan Storm points out that they’d be dooming another universe to Galactus’ wrath, Reed says they have no other choice.
(Reed’s decision could also work as a tease to an adaptation of The Maker Reed Richards)
The F4 then reluctantly decide to go with Reed’s plan. They open the wormhole, lure Galactus to it, then close the wormhole. Although they save their Earth, it’s revealed that the universe they sent Galactus to…was the Marvel Cinematic Universe! Dun dun dun!
But the F4 aren’t getting away that easily. Because of their actions, they accidentally triggered an incursion with the MCU. This turns out to be the same incursion that was mentioned at the end of “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness”. So, the movie ends with the F4 realizing they’re gonna have to reopen the wormhole and work together with the MCU heroes in order to save both of their universes.
And how does Doctor Doom fit into all of this? In the mid-credits scene, Doom reveals to his organization that he will stop the incursion before the F4 does. Obviously, he’s not doing this out of kindness but to present himself as the world’s savior and to spite his rival Reed. It’s then revealed he is a distant (DISTANT) variant of Tony Stark, implying that the Fantastic Four universe is a universe where the MCU heroes are the villains and vice versa.
What does that mean in terms of long-term storytelling? That means Reed Richards does exist in the regular MCU, but his MCU variant will turn into The Maker. Also, because Marvel Rivals brought this version of Sue back into the spotlight, the MCU Susan Storm variant is Malice.
Basically, this sets up Fantastic Four 2 in which the heroic F4 fights their evil MCU counterparts.

Can you give more context on the technoblade Mr beast thing?
Okay I tried to find my old posts for you but I'm on mobile and it feels weirdly high effort for me to get out of bed to make this post but basically dream thought it would boost engagement in summer 2020 to talk about how he thought he was better than techno at pvp, so before anything happened tensions were already pretty high. Dream Loved technoblade content and he thought techno would be super down but he was a Fake Fan because any real technoblade fan knows that technoblade would do Anything to avoid conflict pre duel proof of his conflict avoidant ass->(x) techno has a video that's him v skeppy (he was way better than skeppy at pvp it wasn't close) where he "settles" who is better by challenging him to Grinch simulator and they only fight at the end bc skeppy wants to. Anyway so technoblade hated the idea bc he wanted the fans to get along and he hated being put under pressure like that.
One day Mr. Beast who is oblivious as all hell tweets at technoblade and puts him on the spot offering 100k to whoever wins a duel. Everyone thinks it's a terrible idea but techno feels cornered so he agrees. Even the dream fans are rooting for technoblade. (x) It's bad. A bunch of people hated on Mr beast for putting techno in that position, tensions were already super high and techno was already wildly uncomfortable, but then to get put on the spot? By Mr beast? Over an amount of money that is literally life changing? Techno kinda killed himself training and he destroyed btw but it was super unhealthy 0/10 hated the experience. I've never been so relieved in my life than I was that techno won and the whole pvp community was also so relieved. He literally was so stressed he didn't eat and then couldn't eat afterwards bc his stomach shrank -> (x)

The New Drowned Man
Tumblr media
When I saw it mentioned in a blogpost some time ago that Fruits of the Zee was getting revamped and updated, I immediately wondered if anything was being done concerning Mr Eaten and Mutton Island's worship of him.
During the festival there is a hidden Seeking Mr Eaten's Name option, which meant I had to dust off my seeker to investigate posthaste.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think this is a very graceful way to move away from SMEN and bring Mutton Island more in line with newer FL's writing. I don't know if the base carousel of Mutton Island will be changed, but if nothing else the festival will be different. I adore the King-in-Coral's compassion for the seeker.
This tidbit was also reassuring because when I was doing the festival on my main I was confused about The Drowned Man being used to refer to the Fathomking/King-in-Coral cuz I could've sworn that title belonged to Mr Eaten. I was not misremembering, the change is on purpose! While I have mixed feelings about SMEN's background I love rping an awful little zealot so this was a brief delight.
I support the new Drowned Man because honestly, Mr Eaten is fuckin BLEAK and unsustainable. I love the fucked up hunger curse and ghost story that is Mr Eaten but I am also an Axile enjoyer. From a worldbuilding standpoint, this feels more solid compared to the doomsday cult of seekers. The deal the flukes made is still horrifying, and there is still the matter of a deep, painful wrath. But there is rehabilitation, there is adaptation, there is community, and there is love. These are closer to ongoing FL themes than the bottomless pit that is Mr Eaten. The well whispers will never stop and Seeking is a curse not easily broken (with strong implications of madness), but the Mutton Islanders deserve change instead of being stuck for old worldbuilding's sake.
