The MS society is doing a winter fundraiser push, which is great and they do great work and I'll totally support them, but their gift with $50 or more donation appears to be a hat scarlet-lettering me as a single lady. I just don't think they spend enough time on the internet.

In September of 2015, after months of increasingly worse symptoms and almost entirely losing my ability to walk, I was finally diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. While my condition has definitely improved since then, my daily life has been forever altered, as has the way I view the world. After losing a ton of weight (about 100lbs now) and discovering a love of fashion and design, I began making jewelry as both a creative outlet, and as a form of ‘physical therapy’ for my hands. Anime Boston Charity Auction Raises $25,264

Thank you to everyone who donated the prizes for the auction, and thank you to everyone who bid. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we were able to raise $25,264 for the Greater New England Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. That’s more than the $23,222 we raised last year to help in the fight for a future free of MS. Thank you all, and we hope you’ll support the charity auction again next year!

I normally don't put pictures of #fashion and #shoes but I thought I would make an exception since these shoes are perfect imho for MS users with #motability problems. The shoes I was looking for had to have as low heel as possible and give support to my #ankles. Considering the fact that I trip on the thin air, they give me support I needed plus a nice, stylish look. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Isla Keatings is a former nurse being denied life saving bladder cancer surgery by #NHSFIFE. Why? Her MS is reason enough for them to say no without any real answers at all. Their own doctors and nurses have broken ranks to say this surgery could go ahead with NO MORE RISK THAN ANY OTHER PERSON. Despite this, NHS Fife have shut down communication with the family and DELIBERATELY CORRUPTED SECOND OPINIONS (we have physical evidence of this). Her cancer has not spread beyond the bladder lining, but it is a whopping 7cm in size.. That’s 2.7 inches, in a space intended to be around 2-6 inches TOPS. We are looking at a long and brutal road for Isla (my mum) full of pain and no more pain meds than what she’s already on. Help us say #PROACTIVENOTPALLIATIVE , #FIGHTERNOTFRAIL .
