I don’t know murdoc but I still want to know!! hit us with #7: what do they smell like?
black tea. bergamot. lavender. vanilla. maybe just a little bit of orange blossom.
... it's london fog. murdoc smells like london fog to me. specifically london fog made with lavender earl grey. i imagine he wouldn't use perfumes or scented oils or anything like that on himself - that's far too much sensory input - but he creates and blends brews of tea. so i imagine he smells like his craft, as one tends to do.
it helps not only that he likes the smell of tea, but that he always has tea on him, or at least in arm's reach. tea is comforting to him. tea scents are comforting, good sensory input. and you never know when you might need to brew up a nice, warm cup for someone who needs it.
so yeah lmao boy's got tea leaves in his pockets. at least he smells good kjdhfdskjsm.
and thank you so much for indulging me!!! since you've said you don't know him - murdoc is my hobbit bard player character in @potatoobsessed999's tolkienverse d&d campaign, the mirkwood campaign!! i've uh. talked about him quite a bit, if you want to check this out. or this. or this. x3

Greetings from one tea lover to another! You've made me wonder: what is regarded as an indigenous drink in Texas? [Goes Googling.] Sotol? Yaupon / black drink? Oil?!
Hello! Oooohh! Excellent question. I think that’s gonna depend on where in Texas you’re at. Given that’s it’s so big, there’s gonna be a lot of variety as there are quite a few tribes that call/have called Texas home. (Interactive map here!)
Unfortunately, I couldn’t actually find any beverages associated with the tribes native to my area, just foods and other consumables. I’m sure they drank herbal teas and the like but I wasn’t able to find anything specific.
All that said, if you walked up to a Texan and asked them what their favorite Texan beverage was you’d probably get iced tea, Shiner Bock, Dr. Pepper, or Big Red (soda not the gum).

RIP to the Silver Snow Black Eagles; those were the only versions of the characters that had any depth to them beyond "Supreme Leader sycophant with a single one-note gimmick that's never explored or developed past the concept phase", and it's unfortunate that Hopes nuked those versions off the face of the earth and Heroes will never put them in the game due to fear of angering the Edelstans.
I don't think devoted fans have any influence on FEH, but FEH is allergic to tackle the second part of Fodlan games in any meaningful way (like who started the war, its consequences, etc etc) so the BESF in SS will not appear.
Also, someone already noticed it, but FE Fodlan was released after FEH, so you could say most of the characters were designed to sell one-note gimmicks for the gacha game.
Bar this, yeah, it's kind of sad that the route - the one that served as a backbone to write FE16 - was nuked in Nopes, so we're left with the alt versions of the BESF instead of, what they were intended to be (aka SS) where they don't grow at all, or in different ways (bloodthirsty Caspar!).
Rip to SS!Ferdie, SS!Petra and SS!Caspar, even if you can still, sort of, find them in the other routes if they were recruited - even if I think Caspar was the character who was completely destroyed by Nopes, compared to even Ferdie who still shows some seeds of doubt in SB, before embracing his role as a member of Supreme Leader's court.
