i have overwhelmed my alex and george tags so much that i fear i could never capture all of it but my galex key moment anthology is under the cut!!

karting/early single seaters

Alex thinks they met in 2011 but the footage in georges flip phone says he knew alex back in 2009.

Their first actual interaction (so far as they've told the world) was when alex was world champion with the intrepid karting team and bc he was their reference driver he was asked to help pick the drivers who were quick to replace him when he moved up and he picked george (and charles) so they were then part of that same intrepid driver programme for a while. Interestingly, alex was always at least one year above him bc of their ages and george says the fact they didn't really race directly against each other before 2016 was probably why they became such good friends.

They did a deep dive of their camera rolls from this time on twitch a couple years back and talked about the oldest pictures they have of each other in their camera rolls (1:25:36) which was cute.

2017

2017 is the year george basically lived with alex. They were also sharing a trainer whilst alex was competing in gp2 and george was in gp3. George was doing mercedes sim work at their factory so rented a flat in milton keynes near where alex lived but according to alex that rent was wasted money bc george had more meals at alexs' house than he did that year. Also as detailed in those links, the Great Mountain Biking Incident of 2017 occurred at this time so we have the fun mental image of george literally wheeling alex into a&e on a wheelchair bc that is an actual event that happened.

2018

George and alex both in f2 fighting for the title year wooooo!! They never really fought on track but we did get fun tidbits like when alex pipped george to the win at silverstone bc george had a slow pit stop and giggled about it in parc ferme (5:42) & these post session interviews.

2019

Promotion to f1!!! We started the year at winter testing and this nugget that they have both accepted that they are actually tied together by the strings of fate. They're doing fun media stuff like karting and bullying each other over percentage of apexs hit at the skypad (video). 2019 also the start of the umbrella sharing. They were just together a lot… more skypad analysis!!!

2019 also has MY personal favourite galex moment which was hockenheim 2019 and the 45 minute phone call galex had on the way home after george missed out on scoring what would have been his first point in f1 and only point of the season.

There was also the summer break and enjoying a training camp together, exchanging infections etc. Alex also took george to meet lily for the first time, bc that’s a normal thing to do.

There was also the rookie of the year vid, and the rookie season review vid at the end of the year. Much was happening.

2020

The year started with f1 trying to race during a global pandemic. Fun! On the singular media day before everyone realised just how stupid that was they were being annoying. The lockdowns did give us the twitch streams. George was initially so bad at virtual racing he had to secretly consult alex's brother for help behind alexs back. George was also actively seeking alex out like a missile at any given opportunity and at one point felt necessary to declare that he wasn't alexs boyfriend when someone asked if alex was going to be streaming that day. Anyway my lockdown twitchscapades tag has a post with a playlist of all the streams that haven't been lost or deleted if you want to feel joy and have a spare million hours.

Racing resumed in July with the covid team bubbles and within two races and one qualifying session george was defending alexs honour to sky sports and the world in a truly remarkable fashion.

At the end of the year alex was unemployed....even more tragic than this loss was that alexs career difficulties were so extreme he started ghosting george, which devastated him to the extent he needed to publicly drag him for it.

There was also george asking lily to post alexs n*des on instagram and lily responding with if anyone has them it would be you which was perhaps the last time george had access to his own social media password.

Despite george not liking it they celebrated alexs first podium by going golfing! and reverse! George was also gifted an alex albon signed autograph card for christmas and said that he'll put it somewhere special x

2021

The beginning of 2021 was during lockdown and there was more fun virtual gps except the only two drivers doing it were george and alex so they were just bitching and gossiping and threatening to steal strategies and abu dhabi 2016 each other. Particular shoutout to the time they had a virtual race on valentines day and alex put a suit on for it and george was baffled. Immediately after valentines day was georges birthday which lily used to thank george for letting her borrow his boyfriend from time to time.

Then the season started with george enduring the season alexless and not letting anyone forget about it. Alex was turning up to races after being locked in the simulator until the early hours posting stuff like this on instagram and otherwise stumbling over his words after getting whipped on the ass.

Perhaps the defining moment of the galex 2021 season was george pushing the williams board to sign alex so heavily that they had to actively shut him out of proceedings. Also at this time there was this cute congrats from alexs family and one from alex to georgie about the mercedes seat.

2022

They truly lost every inch of personal space in 2022 like. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. The back signing Hello.

2022 had alex having his appendix out, nearly dying and alexs family updating george whilst alex was in the icu and then when alex returned for the next race in signapore a couple weeks later (insane behaviour) george was like mmm audacious of him to be here.

Elsewhere alex discovered georges photoshoot and was making screensavers about it. Alex also discovered hair dye and george was making instagram stories about it.

A: (laughs, and flushes slightly) I watched a lot of Formula 1 and 2 on set. I got to go to the Monaco Grand Prix like what, four months ago? It was super fun.

I: Would you like to go again?

A: Well, yeah, of course! It's Formula 1, who wouldn't want to go? (smiles and shrugs)

AUBREY YANG'S DIRECTING DEBUT

Aubrey Yang, Hollywood's sweetheart at age 18, announces her directing debut with short film Pelt, a coming-of-age story discovering the complexities of femininity and identity. Attending New York University as a film and classics student since age 16, the former of her majors is coming to use as this film started off as a finals project.

"It's so crazy," Yang tells us over coffee, "that my school project is being bought out and brought to Hollywood". The young actress turned director "loves acting with [her] whole heart" but working behind the camera certainly has intrigue.

Filming took place over the last five months, only weeks after her movie with up and coming star Dallas Liu premiered. Her success is astounding: she has won more awards before she can legally drink than most people in this industry do in their whole careers. Maybe another award is coming for this young star, only in the creative category.

shoutout to everyone on here for their recs, all the incredible fanfic writers and the peeps at @phanfictioncatalogue for their work and accessibility and being the reason i discovered so many new fics/tropes i now love <3 ok lets get into ittttttttt

"you look at my face a lot" by natigail: i credit this fic for getting me into reading phanfic again in 2024 <3 one of the first ones i read post-hiatus and i've returned to it countless times! it makes my heart jump, just so sweet and so them. the slittening(s) were such an iconic moment i can't believe it's been 6+ months since them but i love the little moments like dan describing phil's hair colour to a sephora worker, always wanting to know more about each other and the soft intimacy.

"the angel in the marble" by ivylakes: OHH MY GOODNESS this one is artttt. this one is my fave of the post-phlondeing fics i can just see and feel everything that happens, the loving, lazy intimacy, and following this week's t-shirt events it absolutely cements my HC that angel is a nickname for our philly. introspection, hair-kissing, body worship- i eat it up (im having a thing for mirrors in fics rn so there's also that)

"slumber party" by possumdnp: if i wasn't already clear reality-based fics really just do it for me and i love this one!! slumber party is one of my favourite recent-ish gaming vids and i just love the cozy comfort vibes of having a sleepover and getting a little flirty with your best friend/crush going on 15 years <3

"after the birthday stream" by trashcanfromgallifrey: the birthday stream ignited something in all of us but this is just such a perfect depiction of (possible) events after hehe. feels so them, just love the loving intimacy and shower activities and fluffy endings with cake <3 (shoutout hannah ily!!)

"lovers, keep on the road you're on" by possumdnp: another personal fave. japhan 2019 is EVERYTHING to me, this is so lovely and well-researched and i just go in between reading this and watching the stories from it when i want to cry and book a flight to tokyo

"welcome home! (never leave that long again)" by natigail: this one is just soooooo soft and sweet and fluffy. so heartwarming and one of the many wad reunion fics that has my heart <3

ok i'm going to end up including all 40+ of my bookmarks (not a lot. but working on it hehe) if i don't stop myself so as much as i could write paragraphs about all of these just know that my PPA test is positive and i was probably sweating/giggling/kicking my feet at all of these so here's a speedrun list of pure smut (sorry it's a lot of what i read lmao):

what surprised you most about this fandom? How much WORK people put into this fandom. There are so many people not only writing or making art or gifs etc, but there are people who have databases of deleted fics, fics that align with certain tropes, there are people organizing fan events like it's their job, people who are encouraging newbies, people making prompts lists and running very specific blogs for very specific fandom needs. everyone working together on this thing that we are all a part of. It's just so beautiful. And like yeah, this happens in other fandoms too. But the consistency here is just so lovely. Plus it feels big enough to usually stay pretty fresh, but also small enough that you can really form connections.

moment in the show (or YT vids if you’re one of those) that you fell in hyperfixation with Gallavich? I specifically remember watching the scene where Mickey is beating up Ian at the abandoned buildings in like 2013? and thinking "Oh no. I'm never getting over these two." and I took a break for a while but it did ending up being true so far. lol

I was watching gay compilation videos on YouTube and found the Gallavich season 1-4 video, then watched too many seasons of Shameless UK (because I didn't have access to US) then watched five seasons of Shameless US, then spent 3 months reading the whole tag on AO3.

Fanfic trope that you were sure wasn’t for you but now you low key (or high key) love?

Not sure if there is one, I have tried most tropes just to check them out, and I have liked tropes I don't normally like when it's just the once and it's done in some interesting or particularly skillful way, but I don't think I've ever done a 180 on something? I suppose! I usually start out only reading canon compliant fic when I'm first entering a fandom. Then I will either run out of steam or start reading AU, or fully just transition to only reading AU (which is what happened with Shameless, more or less). So I normally start out not liking AUs and then given enough time and steam, I will make AUs my whole personality.

What surprised you most about this fandom?

I'm really surprised by what it has become, it's so nice to see all the crafts and community building that's going on here every week, and how nice and drama free (from my vantage point anyway) it has become, in the last few years. I'm not very good at participating, but I really want to because it feels like such an open and welcoming and community-focused space.

going to an event w matty is such a birthday partyverse thing

oh my god maybe when you get nominated for a big award (booker? pulitzer? nobel prize for literature? aiming high) your publishers host an event in your honour, a fun dinner in a cool venue with all your friends. they put you and matty up in a fancy hotel, and matty's in extra proud simp boyf mode so he's literally documenting every stage of you getting ready (proper "you're doing amazing sweetie" type shit); you're actually almost late to your own event because matty went all steven meisel and made you pose for a whole photoshoot AND couples' mirror selfies before you left (to be fair, you both look hot as fuck so the mirror selfies were worth it). in the car there, he kisses your hand and up your arm to your neck and then lips to tell you he's so proud of you, which is a statement he regularly repeats the rest of the night. and it's so good - your writing friends are there, as well as the boys and their partners, and you and matty's friend group... just a whole host of people you love and want to celebrate with. before the meal, your editor and one of your publishers do a speech about you, which you get a bit shy about and try to hide your face in your hands - matty holds them so you can't, and he kisses your head like "take the compliments for once in your life, baby, come on". it's just a lot of laughs and good food and wine, and then chatting and dancing with your friends. matty continues to take pics because "it's a big night, sweetheart, i need to document it!"; he gets a cute little vid from across the room of you talking to your friend, where you clock him filming and blow him a kiss and grin, that he posts to his insta story with a caption like "loml!" lol. but your mutual favourite pic is from the end of the night, one of the two of you sat outside waiting for the car to pick you up, with you wearing matty's jacket looking sleepily content and him resting his head on your shoulder. v cute <3

So sorry for the random vent in your ask box Pommunist, but I just keep seeing peoples posts about saying goodbye to the fandom and while im so glad to see so many people had such positive experiences with interacting I myself didnt really see much of it. I dont know if its cause im just more of a lurker and so I wasnt really making friends and memories with people around the qsmp but I honestly saw an overwhelming amount of negativity and even negativity mascaraing as positivity. Being in this fandom did not teach me togetherness it only taught me just how cruel and mean people are. Over all I honestly dont feel like qsmp reached its goal to bring communities together if so much of the fandom is volatile and actively will attack fans, ccs, admins, just about anyone. There was so much zenaphobia both in the fandom and in the studio. Purgatory was so poorly put together the streamers were having live disagreements and fights (that they thankfully usually got sorted quickly but was still DEEPLY awkward to witness and many people would just leave, wait for the fight to get worked out and come back) and not to mention how angry the fandom was over EVERYTHING at the time. And all that was done ON PURPOUSE. How can we say the the QSMP reached its goal of brining communities together when that simply did not happen? People are still split up in "the Brazilan fans" "the French fans" "the English fans" ect. Like im sure SOME people feel like THEY got something out of it and thats great but dose that mean that OVERALL as a full whole that the QSMP did that? Id argue no.

I’m going to say something that I almost never say lmao but I think a lot of it isnt Qstudios fault.

A lot of it is tied to the nature of twitch stream in as a storytelling medium. Take a normal TV show, people will still find ways to argue all the time about which character is in the right, whether or not a plotline was good etc. And they’re all watching the exact same thing.

With twitch streaming, people have their favourite characters and everything they see is from their pov, which is biased by nature and ultimately lead to a lot of misunderstandings, especially when everything said goes through translation.

Now add to this the second thing which is that some people got into qsmp with zero interest for it and its goal. They were first and above all else a fan of their favourite ccs, and never had any intention to open their mind to anything more than that.

Meaning that for them, everything that was beneficial to their fav, they liked, and everything or everyone that wasn’t, they hated.

Purgatory was the perfect event to lethally mix these two together, which wasn’t helped by that it was a poorly thought out and poorly executed competition event with high stakes (or so we thought at least lol).

Then you also have the xenophobes/mysoginists/shitheads who will just throw hate based on discriminatory reasons or simply because they’re assholes. I’ve seen takes that genuinely had my jaw touching the floor, but that’s the thing when you merge communities, the bad ones come along everyone else sadly.

On the other hand, QSMP still allowed people to share parts of their cultures with each other, pick up and learn each other languages, make people who would have never met without it befriend each other.

Personally before it I had never watched English or Portuguese content on Twitch, and now do regularly. I didn’t know any of the streamers besides the French speakers, Fit (watched his vids) and Rubius (only bc he was against the french in the pixel war), and now I’ve discovered many amazing ccs.

I was able to discover and learn a lot about how people do things in other countries, met cool people that I would’ve never met. My opinion on this is probably partly biased due to the fact that the specific communities I’ve been active in are almost comically all peace and love but I’ve also seen a lot of shit, just chose to focus on what was good.

I think QSMP fandom is kind of like if you and a bunch of strangers from around the world were shoved together in a bar. Most people are going to talk and drink and have fun together, but some of these strangers are bond to be assholes who will talk loudly and look for a fight, making the night a bad experience for those who stood near them.

So yeah I think QSMP achieved its goal to an extent, and built bridges between communities but the experience was soured by some who either didn’t care about crossing that bridge or even tried to actively sabotage it.

Well, as for food and drink, I'm certainly a fan of wine on social occasions, but for my own enjoyment I drink largely non-fermented fruit juices, and my diet is largely consists of a mix of quick-to-eat finger foods and extravagant banquet fodder. My favorite, however, is a dish from the Federated Suns they call Salzburg Steak. It's a ground meat patty in a brown gravy, and my chef makes it in such a way that it's simply divine. I don't have multiple chefs, but that's more of a practical security concern than anything else. It's easier to vett and keep tabs on one chef than a whole kitchen of them.

As for my home, there are several. There's the family estate on Mertangard, a lovely lakeside palace with all the amenities one can expect from one of the wealthiest families in the Inner Sphere, from sprawling gardens to a state-of-the-art holo-entertainment theater. If you ask me, it's a bit garish, but it was designed by my great-great-great-however-many-greats grandfather, and so it's kept an ostentatious eyesore out of tradition. There's also the summer home in orbit around Solaris VII, since the Marten-Steiner family sponsors a fighting stable, we've got year-round access. There's also the ship I reside on most of the time, usually in low orbit somewhere nice, warm but not too warm.

As for my linguistic education, I speak German, Star League English, Japanese (to facilitate relations with House Kurita), and French (one of the top members of the family's Solaris Games stable is a descendant of Algeria, and I often invite him for social events.

My musical theme would be something from an old Flat-screen vid my uncle gifted to my sister and I one winter. The song is called The Imperial Suite and it has always spoken to me as a grand march of power and dominance, something I could use in theme music.

HAIIII welcome :) to preface this im normal i swear. anyway The Abyss is what i like ta call my Horrible Horrible Maze, i made it w/ the goal of making the worst possible experience in minecraft to torment my friends ^_^

On that note! everyone who runs the abyss (24 people at current count) I time and write a couple notes on them! the abyss is honestly half maze half personality test LMAO. at current moment the quickest time goes to @ghostpajamas with a baffling 03:24 (wild that he got out so quick, i win tho cause i haunt his dreams), and longest goes to the beloved @rendogdomesticated with 1:35:54 <3 special shout out ta my dearest @theoctagon tho wolff ur insane i love u. guy goes inta the abyss for fun and has like 10 pages and counting of insane person phsyical notes tryna map it out (hes reported that hes gone through the first one 60 times and the 2nd one 5 jesus chriiiistttt). the abyss is fond of Pilot :) also if wolff is the favourite than @potionofinstantdamage is the Least favourite, rude ass set the place on fire when he got stuck in there :( oof ouchie

Highlights from my notes include @quack-city running backwards and upon me asking Why, simply replied “what if there’s slenderman :(‘ ... cant argue w/ that! he also hadda stop mid run so we decided its funnier if he’s just stuck in there forever. @newtbeetle was in there for like an hour and would NOT shut up about Paul Dano the whole time which was a time (love u beebs. ur isnane). my two test runners are @kishdoodles and @officialgleamstar and they had about the same time but like Opposite reactions it was very funny, kish treated it like they were a streamer n kept a like constant chatter, and travvy was like DEAD silent the whole time n Intensely focused akjewkjr tbh outta all 24 runners trav’s been prob the most like, methotical bout it? LIKE I SAID personality test. i Love studying people. 

In regards to its origins I came up w/ the idea back in like feb/march ish of this year and from start to finish it took me like 2 weeks ish i was on the Grind. u dont understnad how much black concrete this thing took. hell on earth,,, darkwoods has an economy/shopping district and i bought out like All the sand/gravel available akjwekjr the rest i hadda gather myself n God gravel sucks. also ive killed So Many Squids. the 2nd abyss was much easier ta gather supplies for cause i could ask for help w/ supplies n i kept the first one a Complete secret minus my test runners (i hadda bitch at SOMEONE while makin it or i wouldve died i think. speakin of the first abyss has a death count of 13 and the 2nd one has like, 5 or somefin? rlly shouldve writen that down akjwerjk those are Entirely me dying in the process of buildin them btw. its not a true Spain Build unless its mildly dangerous <3) The 2nd one also made me learn redstone, notably i specifically studied Tango’s decked out process vids from s7, tho i really only stole like two aspects of it n i couldnt even get one ta work properly LMAO

The second abyss took me like, wayy longer ta make, bout two months ish (i finished it like mid july). not necessarily in actual like, time spent building but cause in the process of makin it i had Two month long events i was in (Voiceteam in may and Art fight in july) so that distracted me a bit wkwnekeneie Im a bit more secretive bout the second abyss in general since not That many people have actually ran it compared ta the first n theres actually like, Things that can be spoiled in there <3 i like seein peep’s initial reactions its much more satisfying.

This didnt happen w/ everyone but i think a like, Core part of running the abyss is getting emotionally attached ta weird things. i wouldve said just torches until a few days ago when Tac (onea the rat server mods) ran it and claimed the stack of pumpkin pies i gave her as family. In regards to lore the abyss is a parasitic entity that infects anyone who gets stuck in there n slowly compells them ta go build their own lmao. note that ive only called the second abyss the Second one and not Abyss 2, because its technically just The Abyss as well cause theres many of them i just made it second wowjdkenejd (a real example of this is Wolff gettin obsessed w/ the abyss n then goin n buildin his own build called the Tower :) very excited bout that) The Abyss has a weird like fucked up warlock bond w/ my goddess oc The Overseer :D Her design’s vaugely based off my irl friend @hotcollectionoftubs cause her creation The Hole on a creative world her n some other friends of mine are on was onea the main insperations for certain aspects of the abyss’ lore :D mainly the teal in the colour palette and the whole ‘the [hole/abyss] provides’ thing.

so firstly, of course i'm gonna have to say the friends i've made since june 20th. when i first started to really get back into smosh again, i wasn't sure if i should make a smoshblr blog because i wasn't sure how active the community would be and wow i am so glad i jumped back in ♡ i made some absolutely incredible friends here (hi @smoshmonker ilysm you're the best) and if it weren't for becca in particular, i wouldn't have upgraded to smosh royalty and joined the smoshcord on july 28th. that day means so much to me and that server in general has brought me SO much joy this year. i am unbelievably grateful to be part of such a wonderful community and meet so many friends through this silly little youtube channel. and i am SO excited to meet them come vidcon next year!

food battle and the lead up to it was fucking incredible. this goes for anthony's funeral as well! getting hyped up for a big event like that was genuinely the most fun i've had in such a long time and the events themselves absolutely paid off. that being said, i ate so many donuts and taquitos that week that i'm genuinely sick of them lmao. (one other vid that had a surprising amount of hype leading up to it was the letter video. becca and i were going THROUGH it as that video aired and we were screaming to each other.)

ok this is fully self indulgent but i HAVE to mention... that first time that anthonypadilla liked one of my posts.. then two more of my posts.. then POSTED my art to his story? i had never had an interaction with any smosh boy before that point and when i tell you it shook me to my CORE. it was absolutely a memorable moment from this year and i definitely cried lmao. these boys make me feel so appreciated and loved and it truly made my year. now i just do what i can to not totally embarrass myself in front of ian and anthony (i'm failing)

See here is the thing, something started cooking at the time of the Cons. She started following that dress designer on the second day of the Con so I think she knew she was going to the premiere. For Chris, I have heard from my media friend that he didn't know she was coming to the premiere and he got to know about that a day or two days before. His team hid it from him because of his anxiety. He doesn't want to be seen in public with her and this has always been missing from the PR. He did the horrible Pap walk, he looked not happy at the WDW and then at the premiere he also kept his interaction to a minimum. He was seen saying something to Mehan on the Red Carpet and it didn't look nice.

We can call it a last-minute thing because clearly she bought an off-the-rack dress and she did not wear a custom design dress that mostly celebs wear at events. Her styling did not match his at all. Her styling did not seem to be done by a professional. So whatever happened, it happened in two weeks.

There has been some photoshopping. I have been also told about a pic but I need to look into that pic still that it was photoshopped. I will share what I find out in a few days.

This was the gossip but the breakup didn't happen and hasn't happened yet. I don;t know if something happened to prolong this disaster. I am trying to find out if I find out something concrete I will share it.

I have seen the pics of Tara wearing a pink dress. She was at the premiere. I can;t share those pics because they are from her private IG. As for the vid from Gully's story about Tara and her family in NYC, I will post it if I find that vid.

Here are some reccs for vods on Matt’s youtube channel for anybody who wants to see/ support Matt but doesn’t like or can’t use twitch:

-Pixelmon - these are really good if you want some chill streams for background noise or if you were really into pixelmon back when AH tried it, also it’s the origin of Matt’s talonflame emote and alert!

-These two mario kart streams in particular - he’s done a few but these two are just my favourites, great for if you like watching Matt and Tom be gods at this game (also Ray is in the second one for any Ray fans in chat)

-This jackbox stream - perfect for fans of jackbox games from AH vids or in general, Jeremy’s in this one and they go through a few different games so plenty of variety!

-The BOTW randomizer from saturday - if you couldn’t make it to Matt’s stream the day after his announcement, it’s on his youtube now! It’s a bit long (and chaotic, chat was excited) but randomizer and zelda fans should enjoy!

Being asked your favourite Matty quote and quoting that (before admitting you’re joking and disclosing your favourite real lyric of his, of course).

i forgot about that quote oh my goddddddddd. also this feels very birthday-partyverse-coded to me for some reason. like maybe someone sends a screenshot of the tumblr quote (when it's originally posted) to the groupchat and everyone's pissing themselves laughing because - and matty points this out - how the fuck is it being attributed to him? it's so obviously not something he'd say! and it's a bit within your friend group for a while and then you all kinda forget about it, until years later when you're in urban outfitters (i don't know why, you just are) and they have a mug in the homeware section with the quote printed on it (because they would) and you're like. i have to buy this. and it's common knowledge you and matty are dating at this point so the girl at the till is like "oh my god?" when you hand her it to scan and you're like "i'm going to take the piss out of him SO BAD with this". and then when you get home you take a pic of yourself drinking from the mug and post it to insta like "jazzed with my new purchase today. have truer words ever been spoken?" and the fans are LOLing in the comments. and then the bold trumanblack comments on it like "you did not fucking buy that. jesus christ" and you reply "obv i did? and it's from urban so if you throw it out you'll be wasting like £48393 ly babe xo". and matty comes home and just throws total daggers at the mug but doesn't say anything about it. every time he's doing the dishes and it's there he grits his teeth and tries not to lob it out the window (you actually do use it regularly so he admits it would be a waste to get rid). and the next time you do a solo interview (maybe a social media one on the red carpet at a literary event) you get asked what quote of yours matty likes best and you're like aww that's a cute question and you answer it honestly, and then they ask you what your favourite of his is. and your brain just goes 😈 and you look dead into the camera (like matty talking about that fucking hyundai) and say the quote from your mug, and then laugh and say "no, that's a lie, i just like riling him up" and then you say your actual fave matty line. and when matty sees the vid on twitter or whatever it goes straight on the insta story like "she's lucky she's so hot that she can get away with tormenting me with this shit. nobody else could. just her. because i love her. even if she is a pain in the nose" <3
