Parts of Alysmond I NEED to see:

-Their iconic first meeting, whatever that may entail

-Alys stopping Aemond from blowing a fuse when he finds out about King's Landing

-Aemond fighting Crispy over Alys (whether Crispy likes her or not I don't care I just need Aemond to completely lose his shit over her ok)

-Aemond leaving Harrenhal like brb babe

-Aemond hearing from some random villagers while out foraging that Harrenhal has been taken by Sabitha Frey and she found a pregnant witch there and he's like shit shit shit I gotta go back

-Obv the moment he reburns Harrenhal and takes Alys with him

-him and Alys camping, probably Alys stopping him from doing stupid shit

-I NEED to see the moment Alys decides to take him back to Harrenhal, either as revenge for what he's done to her ancestral home OR she genuinely thinks he can merk Daemon's good noodle with his giant nuke lizard

I know everyone likes to believe every single word that comes out of Sp*ke’s mouth as the absolute and only truth, but I don’t for a second buy into the narrative that Buffy and Angel were never friends.

Their friendship is built into their romantic relationship and in their interactions with each other. They do all the things that friends do: they hang out, they talk about life and work (that’s basically all they do in season 3 and beyond, TALK), they work as a team, they share happiness together, they share bad times together, they comfort each other, they have each other’s back, they fight for each other, they respect each other, they trust each other, they have disagreements and then they make up, they enjoy each other’s company, they share love and affection and caring for each other; they’re confidantes and companions in every sense of the word. I mean, we also clearly see that they can be, and are, friends after they break up. I think they have trouble being JUST friends because they’ll always be drawn to each other in a deeper, romantic way, as well. They’re like magnets that can’t resist each other’s pull.

But that doesn’t mean that they were never friends. They were friends in every way, but also so much more than that.

on a much brighter note, i'm thinking about trying to write SNW-era spirk and it's difficult to do, because i cannot fathom a spock and kirk who don't already know that the other is very important to them!

like no wonder the 2009 reboots had to have a character who'd seen the old timeline (much less ambassador spock himself). can you imagine the torture of watching spock and kirk interact without knowing? without being aware of the relationship that would define them and their source materials? like goddamn no wonder you need someone to tell both of them to give the other a chance.

i try to think about SNW-era spirk and my brain immediately wants to either expand on 1x10 a quality of mercy or some sort of soulmate au. but even a soulmate au doesn't scratch the itch, because a soulmate au doesn't even manage to communicate to these characters that they will be very important!! and i can't imagine a spirk without the knowledge of their power.

Every trip has to come to an end, but that only means the next one can start :D Nothing better than winding down on clean sheets and with a long shower after a day-trip through the desert!

Honestly, I had so much fun with this little project, I might do something similar again in the future XD See where else they'll end up on this or the next journey :3 Hope you also had fun following along!
