I know, I know~ there's a lot to say about the new 19 Days chapter, mostly about the character developments of our protags

but I wanted to point out something that stuck to me and I haven't seen someone talk about it? (do show me if somebody did!)

it's already a given

we know Shi Li is obsessed with Mo; we know that he has a fascination for a sensitive boy who feels things he himself doesn't

but the way this was put makes it sound even deeper than that; almost like it's Mo being himself is "causing" Shi Li to be this way

OBVIOUSLY IS NOT MOMO'S FAULT WHATSOEVER

it's just... terrifying, this notion, that Shi Li can become "even more of a sicko than before"

Judy blinked, instinctively reaching for her nose even after Nick had already poked it. "Nick," she turned to the grinning fox with pinched brows. "Did you just--"

"Boop you?" Nick replied, his voice completely serious. "Yes. Yes, I did."

"Why?" Judy asked cautiously, still covering her nose (and her cheeks just in case they flushed without her permission).

"Because you were thinking too hard," he answered easily, shrugging as if he booped her nose at the time. (He didn't, but that didn't mean he didn't want to.)

"Well," Judy scoffed, turning her head in the other direction. "That doesn't make it right. How would you like it if I booped you?" Hah! That would show him. You really shouldn't boop other mammals noses without permission. (Especially if the noses Nick was booping were attached to attractive mammals.)

But to her disappointment, Nick only bursted into laughter, making her cheeks flush in anger. "And just what is so funny? "

"Sorry, carrots," Nick said, actually wiping a tear from his eyes. "But can you even reach my face?"

"Course I can," Judy said confidently, her smiling falling when Nick started laughing again.

"Yeah," he snickered into his paw, pissing Judy off even more. "I'm sure if you hopped you could."

If anyone asked Judy later, she would simply say that she was pushed to her limit and had absolutely no recollection of her choice in the decision of yanking down Nick's tie (thus reaching his face) and kissing him.

But she would also say that she didn't regret it.

give me a second to introduce you to 3 people who might also make an appearance/be mentioned in will's bg3 verse (bc they are important in every verse). I don't want to make full verses for them too, so this is just yupposed to give you a general idea.

jacob. will's older brother & a human rogue. he's made himself a name as one of the most successful treasure hunters in all of faerûn. in their childhood jacob protected will from every source of harm, but after their father's disappearance he grew more distant, staying away from home more & more. will still loves him a lot (and vice & versa) & they where desperately searching for a cure together when the hag cursed will with the stone skin. after being kidnapped, will now hopes to find jacob again in baldur's gate.

fox. a half elf & very talented shapeshifter, who prefers (surprise) a fox's appearance. jacob once saved her from a trap & she's been at his side ever since. many claim that he's only that successful because of her & they are right actually. fox is the only one who can understand will's difficult feelings towards the new skin & it brought them closer together. will adores her to pieces tbh.

nerron. a githyanki who was deemed the weakest of the hatch & had to fend for himself from an early age. he's jacob's strongest rival in the treasure hunting business. he & will travelled together for a while & at first the plan was to kill will as a revenge on jacob after he beat nerron in the hunt for a particularly important object. what nobody anticipated is that they fall in love, so now will is gonna force everyone to get along :))

My brainworms just now decided to make me think about what if Chenhua hadn't decided to become a craftsmaster, and the first thing that popped into my head was a field medic.

As much as she respects the cloud knights and starskiff pilots for their courage and bravery, Chenhua could never see herself taking up arms to fight, but she'd be more than happy to help heal those who get injured in combat. She already knows basic first aid thanks to her brother, so she would really only have to undergo additional extensive medical training before being sent out into the field. And also, much like her brother, she'd be such a calm and nurturing presence to the wounded as she tends to them.
