Hey hey, my name is Gabs and I’m running this shindig known as the Killugon Fic Library, and I just wanted to wish you all a happy new year!

What the hecc are we supposed to put in the ask box, Gabs??--you may be wondering. Social activity is for chumps, we’re just here for recs and cute bois doing cute boi things, get outta here with your confounded announcements.

Welp, things you can ask include: your recommendations of any awesome and appropriate killugon fics (we’re not too restrictive, basically nothing abusive/non-consensual plsthnx), mini-lists/masterlists (basically if there’s a specific AU or trope you like, we can put together a rec list for you), any zines/merch/artists that you think we should check out and feature, and questions for the library that you may have!

Also, other things: staff. I made a staff server on Discord and such for discussions, ideas, shenanigans, etc etc. If anyone wants to join me (and if fanfiction just so happens to be the reason you breathe) feel free to reach out!

However, it’s mainly Twitter artists at the mo’ because:

1. There just so happen to be oodles of killugon artists on Twitter.

2. We only have used artists that don’t have a Tumblr, to avoid conflicting with any Tumblr artists’ likes/reblogs/support. (Reposting is The WorstTM.) The goal here is to recommend artists and increase their support, not divert attention to this account. So I have a few ideas how to go about recommending Tumblr artists or multi-platform artists, but only with a direct conversation and permission of the artist, using art of their choice, and maybe we can add in a little q&a or funstuffs like that. (Though we’re not going to reach out to Tumblr artists quite yet, at least until I’ve worked out the kinks and put together a solid layout for those posts!)

I have a huge thing for bats. Wolves and Goeldi monkey are second but BATS. ALL BATS ARE VALID and I love them. Bats just… I love them. I have a pair of bats on my chest facing each other and they’re so cute. I also have a lot of bat merch and at Whitby Goth Festival I always donate to the bat sanctuary. If I had proper money I’d definitely sponsor bats. I mean I’d support all animals but bats get such little love and attention at times. 

I also have a wolf tattoo for my love of those and with a symbolic meaning but aaaa bats.
