The legged mer-rai was loaded with a large bag that hung on their back, and their dress dusty from the road. Upon noticing the ninjask-hybrid, they paused- then decided to approach it, offering a friendly wave as they did so.

“Hello! Are you traveling through this area too? Heading anywhere interesting, or know any good visiting-places?”

Upon reaching a comfortable distance from Mothball, they came to a lively, full stop and looked down to it with a toothy smile.

Mothball approaches them a bit slowly. "Yea, I dont really know many places, just some burrows and stuff, not sure where they are though.. Im wandering, not for anything in particular."

(@mysteriousmothball)Lenew@Cody: “Oh wow, another Mew!” She exclaims loudly and excitedly, but then lowers her voice a bit. “Oh uhm- where were you born? Ive never seen a green mew before.” She tilted her head with a slightly worried expression, wondering if that was a bit too intrusive.

(Cody) Oh uh, i was born in Hoenn, but we moved out when we were 7 for very good reason. The lot of us -- my newly-single mom and siblings and I, decided we couldn't live in the same continent as her ex-husband and fled the nest.

(Cody got a better look at Lenew) You know, now that I notice, you do seem a lot larger than most Mew I've seen. Perhaps we are both hybrids as it is.

(Cody pinged) Oh yeah, my green hue, my greens, come from my parents, neither of which are Mews. It's a weird genetic dealydoo. I won't get into it unless you want to know.

Lenox was briefly taken aback by how this hybrid looked. Never had seen one that looked like them. They looked impressive! The hawlucha focused on the question asked.

"Oh! Well, I would say socializing with people and trying to network. I want to see if I can meet people in order to possibly find another career for myself outside the company I work for now. I want to keep my job options open."

She then pointed out to Brittany, who was walking back with drinks in hand. "As well as treat the lovely lady there to a good time." Lenox said that loud enough for Brittany to hear, which in turn caused the roserade to laugh.

"I got your spirit you wanted." Brittany handed over the thicker glass to her girlfriend as she held on her smaller wine glass.

Giving her girlfriend a grateful nod, Lenox turned her attention back to Mothball. "What about you? Have any plans of your own?"
