Destino: Wow. And I thought I was the only one who judged everyone at this event.

???: We find her vibes to be not good.

Destino: Damn, seems like this shadowy nightmare creature finds your vibes off. That's hilarious. It claims to be some sort of god or something. I dunno if I believe it. Also, what powers are we talking about here? I just figured my natural beauty would tell anyone that I'm of a royal nature.

Destino: Now, I dunno if you’re in the loop but there’s a royal tax here. Every snack that enters this building should be given to royalty. And you just so happen to be in the presence of an absol of royalty. That’s me, by the way. So, hand them over.

*Destino approaches the lucario, smug smirk upon their face.*

Destino: Lulu! Has anyone ever told you how awful that colour combination is? I mean, really? Dark blue and black at the same time? The colour combination burns my eyes. Perhaps try go back to your natural colouring. Oh wait, that is natural? Wow. How unfortunate for your species. Sucks that you haven't got the same gorgeous white fur as I do. You'd be so much better off. No need to thank me for saving you from utter embarrassment. Honestly if you walked around any longer looking like that, you'd probably get Pokémon starting to notice.

Lucario stood up and faced the Absol once more, wearing a smug look of her own.

“Heh- I’m just messing with ya. I honestly don’t really care about my appearance too much. If others don’t like it, that’s THEIR issue - not mine. Besides, I don’t think white fur like yours would be a good look for me.”

She couldn’t help but add a hint of scorn to that last sentence. She didn’t want to sound TOO mean, but she could tell that the Prime deserved it.

Took the sent ask by @ask-the-royal-absol to read through the whole blog, and I found myself completely enthralled by the blog and its cast. I’m a huge fan of assholes whose writers are willing to humble them, but also ones who have a heart and a complex upbringing underneath all that snark and witty humour. I can get a sense that every character and the world itself is well thought out and multi-faceted and the story has done a really well done job of balancing the highs and lows of it, i feel. Not only that, but the blog itself makes huge efforts to include interacting characters to bits and pieces of the plot in really rewarding ways and I can’t help being charmed by it all! I wanted to do Destino justice so I ended up doing an extra sketch page to try get a feel of how they would be in my style 😊 Do check them out if you have the opportunity! I posted this here in hopes that new eyes would catch the hard work of this blog.

Because it seems you really need some advice on how to properly dress yourself from the most good looking Pokémon here. That's me by the way. However, I'm only an Absol, not a miracle worker. Even this is beyond me.

*Their train of thought was cut off by the slow sliding of the body pillow in question. Like a caterpillar, it made its way towards the pair. Destino couldn’t help but angrily glare at it. Great. Now it had control of the pillow.*

Destino: Kids. I honestly hate them. Just the idea of these screaming, biting creatures being constantly around in your life just seems like too much effort. I just don’t understand how you put up with them. Thank the stars I’m not you. The stress would cause eye-bags and I know I wouldn’t want to ruin my perfect face. How have you not gone crazy from dealing with those?

Destino: Lost? Ha! That sucks for you. I would never get lost. My sense of direction is perfect. Where did you even come from? And where did you get those golden rings on your horn from? As a fellow Absol, I feel I should definitely get some form of decoration for my horn. I'd work the golden ring look much better than you.

"W-what...-"

Andromeda seems a bit disoriented by the waving and the amount of questions Destino throws at them. They blink, staying silent for a moment. The Absol wasn't a huge fan of someone who would randomly invade their comfort zone. Taking a few steps back, they slowly start to speak again.

"Well... Good for you, I guess. But it's a bit hard to have a good sense of direction when... Well, you can't know which direction you're going."

Andromeda speaks in a nonchalant tone.

"And about the horn decorations... I honestly don't remember where I got them. I think it was one of the elders of my pack who gave it to me. They said it matched with the color of my eyes... I just accepted it."
