saw an anon post a proofless ask saying how thall scammed and blocked them without reason and figured i post the blacklists showing theyre full of shit.

the only person i can narrow this anon down to being is possibly katt2015, who is also banned from JRs (link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ri2Y1ltXUyVtF7uxHGXlFKQAfPBBpadLXw6XvaMlMIc/edit), who “took back” a nebnom from a user without permission and attempted to sell them and later blocked both jr and nebnom mods.

in the event that anon isnt this person, here are the other reasons why the ask is a load of crap:

1. the most expensive myo slot thall offers publicly is the $70 uncommon slot. if users note him privately about higher tiers, the absolute highest he has ever sold is the rare tier slot for $120. the nebnhoome gator and munchkin slots were from a special event.

2. anon claims they got art from thall and that the myo was basically approved. thall doesnt design myos for customers–he designs customs, which start at a base price of $100 for common on base. $450 would be around the rare custom tier.

3. nebnom staff has never revoked nebs unless they were customs that were never paid for, ie jaggerun’s Deathnom (who straight up told thall they werent going to pay) or fenway’s Wendigonom (who moved accounts and pretended to “resell” to themselves despite never making payments).

4. nebnom staff never revokes, punishes, bans, etc. without EXPLICITLY WRITTEN INFORMATION being provided to the person in question. im former staff and can swear on my life that absolutely everything is subject to written drafts and is debated/discussed by all members of staff.

im fully aware that most of my credibility for this post will be scrutinized for me admitting to having formerly been part of the team and ill likely be labeled an apologist but i have gathered this information only with the intent of providing evidence of innocence. even within the team we had our disagreements on how to approach everything but never acted without reaching a conclusion we all found to be reasonable.

I would like to suggest a few CS for the list. These are those that I personally enjoy and that have quite amazing communities: NebularNomads(.)deviantart(.)com - Nebnoms have a wonderful community with many activities. Monthly prompts, games and mods who try their best so everyone can have a good time. Even if you don't have the funds for a NebNom, you won't be excluded from any group activities. (1 / 3)

Another species I recommend are Eoses (eden-of-eoses(.)deviantart(.)com). The owners are really talented and work hard to make the species as immersive as can be. Still many aspects are a WIP, but the designs are amazing and the community is really really nice. One of the species I feel incredibly comfortable being in. The owner are also going out of their way to help you, if you have troubles Or if you ask them for drawing advise. (2 / 3)

Maskcatz are cute too. (Maskcatzplaza(.)deviantart(.)com) with an interesting lore, cute designs and one of the most adorable owners I ever met. Always caring and helping. They have prompts too, so you can try to earn a Maskcatz, even if you can’t afford one yet. And if you have any problems, the community will stand up for you. just a really lovely place to be, in my oppinion. (3 / 3 )

@Fearful anon - I (llstaraill) am working as a mod for the NebularNomads CS and as far as I know, none of the more popular CS would revoke a design for a different oppinion. In the rare cases I witnessed owners revoking designs - the person involved was an immidiate danger to the community (scamming them out of money) AND has been warned multiple times before. Having a different oppinion is nothing that will get your babies taken away.
