Need Change (Childhood days)

Some form of physical exercise and meditation should be made an integral part of a child’s blooming days, so that a kid gets use to it and understands the importance of health.

Every child should be told about positive and negative emotions and how we can deal with them.

Everyone should be taught to treat equally. Equal treatment based on gender, occupation, qualification and so on.

Nature should be respected and given the importance of god.

Different perspectives and opinions need to be heard and should be welcomed.

The merry-go-round I use to play on could be brutal. Scorching hot in the summer where you had to choose to blister your hands so you don’t fall off or loosely grab it only to find yourself rolling across the ground after it ejected you. My mental health is like that ride. Going around and around but still always causing some sort of self inflicted pain. I want off! My dression plays out like the comercials of people explaining how they put on a fake face but are struggling inside. I definitely think that someone gave real insight to those commercial developers. Depression also reminds me of a wave, ebbing and flowing as days,weeks or years move on. I’m here currently in the midst of a tidal wave of dispair. Mild flits of happiness find there way inside but the warmth of them don’t last long. Their fleeting feeling disperses leaving emptiness. I can’t say I’ve always made the best choices in life but realistically looking in dispite it all I’ve done okHouse, kids, husband, career. I should be blissfully happy yet I’m here on the couch without motivation. Struggling with life but living nonetheless. So here is where you come in, I need change, I need accountability, I need a place where I can say how I’m feeling even if it’s the 40th time. Now to make a game plan…

There things I wish I could tell the people I love but they made it hard with time everyone change no matter what family isn't like back in the day no more so much negativity has been passed on within our generation everything is getting screw up is anybody getting fed up like me. Things need to change but in a positivity ways it's not hard but people need to be willing and accepting to the idea ☆TA

What next??

So ready to give up right now!! It should be that hard to get assistance when you clearly can’t walk because of someone else not paying attention. I was in a pedestrian vs motor vehicle accident in August and haven’t been able to work since then. I have been denied disability and only give $100 a week for unemployment. I was working in a nursing home as a housekeeper and now will only be able to do sit down jobs. One person’s lack of attention is another’s life change. I don’t know why this happened, but there has to be a reason for it right?
