Day 1: Heterochromia I’ve come to the revaluation that my sona is already cringe as hell considering not only can his entire body change color but he also has differently colored eyes as a staple of his design. They’re usually yellow and blue but this time I color picked the blue from the trans flag and the mint from the Vincian flag for this color palette, it turned out really pretty :)

Day 2: Self Insert Now she isn’t my self insert anymore, but back in the day when I was at “peak cringe” she definitely was. This is my warriors OC Icypelt and I have a post going over part of her story on my profile somewhere. She’s been through a lot and I think her modern design is very pretty :)

Day 3: Unnecessarily complex fit/design Spider scene is kinda infamous in my brain for having wayyy too much detail but I love them and I think this might be my favorite one out of this batch, super cute, the pose is really cute and the colors are nice and fits her really well :D

day 4: Angel x Devil inevitable MCR reference ik, Helena and Revenge, love them dearly. Poor revenge man this one is cute and looks like a sticker!!

Day 6 (I skipped day 5 because I didn’t want to open up ms paint today): neko i kinda hate this one but cat Gerard yay

Day 7: Pinterest base at first I wanted to draw hobie in place of Gwen but I remembered that I haven’t really drawn Mikey with her even though they’re supposed to be friends so I drew her instead. Idk. The height difference is not accurate because of that but Jumping Spider is small because he’s based on a jumping spider and those are tiny who would have thought

Day 11: Yandere LYLA is technically canonically a yandere because spoiler alert she tried to kill Miguel’s fiancé via overheating her in the shower (essentially literally boiling her like a lobster) because she was “in love” with him (she said if she did have autonomy and had feelings the would be in love with him but she doesn’t but idk who knows I don’t).

day 12: niche interest ik MCR isn’t exactly “niche” but the black parades story in particular has always caught my interest and I have my own interpretation of it and a whole kind of story I’m still developing and character arcs and headcanons and interactions and yeah you get it, death in particular has evolved into god knows an OC on his own I just keep him attached to MCR because… it makes more sense that way, ig-

day 13: creepypasta does this count- whatever grimdark is just the same thing as a creepypasta- I’m not really in the MLP fandom anymore but it was my first ever “fandom” I was actually apart of. My first hyperfixation if you will. I wasn’t in the grimdark part of the fandom because I was too young for it but I was actually watching the izzzyzzz grimdark video and I was like “oh” and drew a rainbow factory Rainbowdash. Honestly I should draw ponies more they’re fun to draw

Day 14: candygore (?) im not good at drawing candygore and since I was rushing this o didn’t do it as well as I thought I can, but it still turned out pretty cool

Hello, my name is Kitty Taylor. I'm a self diagnosed autistic adult who is celebrating Autism Acceptance Month for the first time as a new autistic person. I did research after my friend told me they suspected me to be autistic and I'm forever grateful for them.

I want to draw and write stories of characters with autism. I will warn that I do use the puzzle piece for myself, but I won't use it for other individuals or the community. I will be using a gold infinity sign for that and a rainbow infinity sign for neurodiversity.

With that in mind, I do use a tw tag for the puzzle piece. If I must, I'll use it for blue. It's my favorite color, even if it's used for hate. I first drew a puzzle piece heart with my loved ones names in it and recently with my character, Neko-chan, because it's true. I'm not an uwu autistic and I'm okay with that.

I came up with this after watching Rainbow Neko Animation's Welcome Home Creature Pirate AU on YouTube.

In this AU, Stacy works at a portside bar as a barmaid, saving her coin to get out of the bad side of town. But one night, a drunk man tried to grab Stacy just as she was leaving for home. During her escape, she slips and falls into the sea. Because of the weight of her dress, Stacy struggles to get to the surface but fears she is about to drown. That is until she felt a gentle hand grab hers and someone's lips pressed against hers, blowing fresh air into her screaming lungs.

Opening her eyes, Stacy finds the owner of the hand to be a handsome young man about her age with blue hair that flowed with the water. He had no shirt, revealing his bare chest. Stacy couldn't help but blush at the sight of the man and judging from the blush on his face, the feeling was mutual.

But then she felt something wrap around her waist. Looking down, Stacy's amazement turned into shock at the sight of a blue serpentine body with a red fringe that trialed down, ending in a rainbow-colored transparent tail. Following the tail, she discovers that the unusual appendage was attached to the young man holding her. Upon closer inspection, Stacy took notice of the frilled ears and the gills on his neck. Stacy knew what kind of creature it was, but she thought it was nothing but stories. And yet, here he was.

A Merman.

The merman, Wally, had been swimming in these parts for a little while. Normally, he would stay away from the surface dwellers and stay at his reef with his friends. Frank and Poppy would constantly tell him it was too dangerous to go near the surface and its people. Not even Eddie, who had traveled the various parts of the sea, had gotten near the beings who ate fish, hunted whales, and polluted the waters near their shore.

And yet, Wally couldn't help but be drawn. He observed from hiding places around the shore, observing the different parts of the port town and its denizens. He knew from this where to avoid and where it was safer. It was during these observations that he saw the woman before him. With her curly hair as red as a sunset, cute little nose, and shining black eyes, Wally thought she was the most beautiful creature in the world. Wally longed to talk to her. To get to know her. To learn of her desires and fears. Her hopes and dreams. But all he could do was watch. He saw that she was strong as she held off some drunkards as she worked serving drinks. He saw that she had a fiery temper after witnessing her verbally assault a person who had called her a "harlot." But he also saw how kind she could be when she gave what little food or coin she had to those poorer than her. When she gave free lessons to the children despite her own education being limited. And Wally had never once seen her harming an animal but rather helped it.

Each day he watched the girl, the more Wally wanted not just to talk to her, but to have her. She must have been the reason why he felt so compelled to come here.

Perhaps it was time for him to take a mate.

He only knew Frank and Eddie as the Reef's resident couple, but there were rumors about Barnaby and Howdy as well as Sally, Poppy, and Julie. But there was no confirmation. Not even Grotto was certain.

But this girl? She had to be the one! She just had to! And tonight, he got his opportunity. He saw her being chased and slipping into the water. He saw her struggling to breathe and he rushed to her rescue. He blushed happily as he saw the amazement in her eyes, though he did notice the shock and fear when she saw his tail. She must have heard bad stories about his people.

But that didn't matter. Wally finally had her. All he needed to do was to get Frank to tell him how to transform her into a mermaid. For now, he needed to get her to safety. Someplace where she can breathe. Thankfully, he knew of an island halfway between here and the Reef.

And before Stacy could react, she found herself kidnapped by a merman.

A Hungry Kitten

~300 words

Main Character: Castle, Goyo, Flores, and Kitten (OC)

So a little bit of context first, importantly, you'll probably want to watch Flores's trailer first (it's about 3 minutes long) because this story takes place directly after it. Secondly; meet Kitten. They're a Non-Binary Neko (they use they/them) adopted collectively by they Rainbow ops. Key points about them, they're not an operator, they're seen more a little sibling or child to the ops, and they rarely ever speak. Okay, on to the story.

"Well, I am a man of my word," Flores said, turning back to the grill. "Let me just finish these, then we can talk."

"We're in no rush," Goyo assured him.

Kitten watched curiously as the old lady pulled a shiny coin out of the envelope as she walked away. They were about to say something when a scent caught there attention. They got on their tippy toes, and peaked over the counter at the grill.

Flores glanced back, noticing their hungry stare. He looked to Castle. "Can I get you something for the little one? On the house."

They looked to Castle with excitement upon hearing Flores offer. "They'll take anything with meat in it."

"I think I have something they'll like," he said, turning, and grabbing a tray with some kind of semi circular food on it. He handed one to Kitten, who examined it curiously. "They're beef empanadas. Careful, they're still hot."

Completely ignoring Flores's warning, they quickly scoffed it down, burning their mouth in the process. "You were warned," Castle said.

Goyo sighed. "Come on, I saw a vending machine back this way, I'll get you something cold to drink."

"And I'll stay with our new friend."

The two watched as Goyo, and Kitten wandered down the beach. Flores leaned against the counter. "So, are they an operator too?"

"Not exactly."

"Then what are they?"

"Family."

So, that's Kitten. I've been writing little fics about them for a while now, this one's been done for ages, it was just a matter of feeling like posting it. This was the first one about them that I wrote so it's seems fitting for it to be the first posted. Hopefully there'll be more, hopefully therell be more Ash too, I'm really struggling to finish anything I've started, but that's how it goes. Hope you enjoyed -Blue >^u^<

Thought I’d share my little contribution to the Far Cry 5/New Dawn fanzine too! Wanted to write about my fave girl Carmina, and instead of rolling with my usual angsty stuff, was suddenly inspired to write a cosy fic about her knitting with Nana! A huge thank you to @celiansartblog​ for your seriously gorgeous artwork, and for being an amazing partner, it’s been a true pleasure working with you! Summary: Carmina wasn't sure that she needed a new hobby. What she was sure of, is that it takes a special kind of friendship for a rainbow to fall from the sky. Carmina and Nana family fluff.

“Girlie, you need t’get yourself a hobby that don’t involve somethin’ dead at the end of it!”

That was rich coming from a gun-toting septuagenarian who could sneeze mid-shot and still snipe a guy’s ear clean off.

Now, sitting with their legs dangling out of the Perch, Carmina and Nana relaxed in the bright, sun-warmed afternoon glow. A mountain of rainbow yarn sat upon their laps, tinged violet by the somehow still flashing Spread Eagle sign.

Fire truck red and saffron yellow, was knotted and twirled between hydrangea blue, woven and twisted amongst rainforest green and a purple not quite the colour of yams, not quite the colour of eggplant. Heaped like psychedelic Himalayas, snikt and persnikt between two sets of needles. The fibres were near weightless, clouds beneath their fingertips, almost unlike anything Carmina had felt before. In fact, it was a stark reminder of how razor sharp the world around her was. Rusted and wind-beaten. Unstitched.

Between them, slowly winding its way to the ground, was the fruits of their labour.

A scarf.

So kaleidoscopic, it appeared the sunlight had fractured without any rain.

Despite her skepticism, (and her, admittedly, half-hearted attempts to confine herself to the garage instead) Carmina had found an unexpected gratification in the art of knitting. An intrinsic sense of joy in holding something that, usually, she’d impale right through an eye socket, only this time to find it be cushioned, caressed by soft wool. She’d diligently practised all the stitches in the book. Garter and stockinette, fisherman’s rib and the basket stitch.

Her sulking had waned even further when the two of them, some 60 years apart in age but soon thick as thieves, had snorted at, mocked and downright abused the unfortunately named ‘Seed’ stitch. And the week where they’d set to working on the waffle stitch, had been laden with misshapen homemade waffles. Buttery and rich. Laced with lashings of oozing maple syrup from a bottle Carmina had found in the rubble of a diner once named ‘Aubrey’s’.

“You know, Nana,” Carmina purled a final violet stitch, and passed it to her companion to begin another row, “I’m really grateful you talked me into this.”

“Don’t you be worryin’ about it, girlie. Keepin’ this kooky ol’ gunslinger company.”

Truth is, Nana, I was lonely too. More than I’d ever admit, even to Mom and Dad. How can the world feel so echoey and vast, when everywhere I look, there’s people I love?

I suppose she saw right through me.

Having no memories must be the loneliest feeling in the world.

“Even gunslingers need friends. Butch Cassidy had the Sundance Kid, right?”

“Right y’are!”

Snikt and persnikt again, as the two worked in comfortable silence. Sometimes they gossiped, letting their laughter fill the valley and join with the birdsong and distant gunfire. But most days, it was just the pleasure of each other’s company. Two friends, passing a lazy afternoon in rare stillness and peace.

“Another stack of pancakes says we’re gonna finish this today.”

“Hoo-hoo, wager not taken, buster! I see whatcha doin’, and I never take a wager I can’t win!”

They giggled, in full certainty that there’d be sweet treats anyway.

“What do you think we should make next?”

Nana gazed at her sternly through jam-jar lenses. Carmina had never known any of her grandparents, but she imagined that this is how they would have stared her down had she misbehaved.

“You gotta noggin’ full o’ yarn if you think I’m gonna answer that, missie! You gotta brain, start usin’ it!”

A flurry of thoughts, snowfall in summer. Mittens, striped like candy, a gift from Santa for the little ones. A blanket for Blade Drubman’s crib - he’s been having trouble sleeping, the gears of the world grinding, deafening, around him. Pouches for screws and bolts, pockets for wrenches and screwdrivers. Or something for Dad to put in the plane… a Maneki-neko to sit on the dashboard for good fortune?

“How about knitting my co-pilot a good luck charm?”

Murmured agreements, and they once again settled back into their silence. It wasn’t long before their work neared its end, as the yarn ran low. Threads of life, weaving into the fabric of the world. Not gone… just renewed.

“Makes a change to the o’l heart, doesnit? Buildin’ something, ‘stead of tearin’ the whole world down. One day, missie, y’gonna be incharga buildin’ this valley up again,” Nana’s steady hands, sculpted by bloodshed, by love and by time, bound-off the final stitch. And carefully, she gathered up the scarf from where it dangled down between them. “I reckon you oughta be lookin’ real swish when y’do it!”

She held it out in offering.

Teenage eyes so earnest, and bright with a humble soul widened in disbelief.

“For me?”

“You earned it, kiddo!”

As though she were cradling a newborn babe, Carmina took hold of her gift, letting it rest gently in her arms. And she whispered a silent thank you. In the hush of the valley, she could almost hear it carry on the breeze, cast out to all the lucky stars across the cosmos, honouring the sky and it’s kindness, for it had given her so many gifts. The cloudless vista under which she sat, each day anew with promise and life. The rainbow had shed a skin for her, one that she held close to her now.

And the sunshine itself, that shone eternally in her Nana.

“You young’uns gotta build,” The old woman’s voice was far gentler than usual. An uncharacteristic weariness sat nestled between words and breath. Yet… there was hope. “An’ you gotta do a better job than we ever did.”

The child of the new world nodded. She wrapped the scarf around her neck, letting her hair tangle and tuck into its folds. Cosy. Cocooned in the warmth of dedication and patience. Distinctly smelling of home. Each lump and bump beneath her fingers was a tangible shrine to every precious moment they had spent stitching it together.

Feeling it embrace her, Carmina Rye’s eyes teared in the corners, glistening with pride.

And she smiled:

“Seems like we made a good start.”

And she is described as being sweet, shy, girly, kind, and insane. She’s dating every single Creepypasta ever with an emphasis on Jeff, and she is what I would call Literally The Worst. She’s adopted by slenderman and Zalgo (because gay demon time, I guess) and as far as powers go, her bio says “Voodoo powers, black magic, hypnotizes, can teleport, can turn into anything she wants, etc. You name it she has it.” So basically she can do anything.

I’d like to point out for a second that “voodoo” powers is kinda broad and I don’t think that’s what sriracha was going for because actual voodoo is not inherently demonic. Just a fun fact. But ok.

Saying everything wrong eith the character would take forever so I’ll go over a few things. Her name is too long and though her nickname “puppet clock” is better it still makes no sence, her design is atrocious and though there are a few elements I like (the top hat, fluffy hair, and the stuff from her eyes is kinda cool) the rest is totall chaos. Her species makes no sence and honestly is impossible and her personality is so bland that it’s ridiculous. Basically, there’s almost nothing I like about her except the fact that she’s kinda funny and fun to draw.

Onto the redesign.

Here she is. I tried to make her recognizable, but make her look better, she has a nicer top hat, her outfit is more pleasing, I even used pink and blue for it to match better with the original! I put some rainbow highlights in her hair and put it in a ponytail, changed her eyes, and as you can see, added angel wings. I decided to go with the “fallen angel” portion of her species, so that’s what she is.

Pachdiel, that’s her actual name, has taken on the nick name “puppet” to spite her higher ups who used her in such a way, having her do their bidding and not caring for her input. She rebelled against the other angels, hence why she fell, and vowed to create as much chaos as possible to make the angels who “betrayed” her suffer. She’s a vengeful and petty person who doesn’t care about the consequences of her actions, and who constantly fights angels and the occasional demons, causing havoc.

She, in one occasion, got into a fight with zalgo, a fight she won, but she spared his life in return for him and her creating a truce of sorts. They are on friendly terms, sorta.

Her power set allows her to use black magic, curse people etc, she can also call upon a sword of fire that can slay demons and angels alike, but it drains her of energy so she uses it sparingly. She’s only known for influencing animals and having them do some... odd things.

And there she is, I wonder how she’d get along with Angelica. Anyway, that’s Puppet Clock/ Pachdiel, hope you enjoyed, I had so much fun!

30 DAYS

◘ When Akaashi and Kuroo first meet, they can hardly find similarities with one another. At the beginning, they found each other hard to read. But that’s also the reason why there was some kind of connection between them in the first place. They were curious and intrigued by each other’s enigmatic aura. 

◘ Akaashi was the one who fell first between them (like, the first who held genuine romantic feelings). And that’s all the more reason why he wanted to avoid getting too attached to Kuroo. Kuroo was still going through many things at that time, and Akaashi only wanted to be there for him as a friend. He thought that confessing and getting into a relationship with him would only spell disaster.

◘ Their “accidental” relationship started and ended during summer. And even then, Akaashi and Kuroo never confessed their feelings through words. Akaashi’s pining heart was broken when Kuroo said he had to leave. Even when he promised he would be back, Akaashi didn’t have high hopes for it.

◘ When Kuroo did come back years later, it took awhile to reignite the spark between them. Akaashi was hurt badly, unable to comprehend why Kuroo had to leave when all he needed was Kuroo by his side all this time. And after things did work out, it wasn’t entirely sunshine and rainbows as one would assume. From time to time, Akaashi would still feel bouts of insecurity whenever he remembered Kuroo leaving him completely alone for so long. He thought that if he left that part of the past behind them, he’d eventually forget. Kuroo easily forgot, but Akaashi didn’t. He would never forget the emotional scar left by the man.

BAND AU

◘ Akaashi gives off his stoic, cool disposition, especially in band interviews. He doesn’t talk much compared to his band members. One would think that being the “cool one” was the role assigned to him by the label, but in reality, Akaashi gets stage and camera fright easily (ironic since he’s also the vocalist). He doesn’t want to mess up live interviews and all. The only other time he’d feel that way similarly is whenever he tries to talk with Kuroo after catching the case of “feelings”.

◘ Akaashi doesn’t mind sharing drafts of lyrics he’s written in notebooks with Kuroo. He has an entire box of them, all properly labeled just in case he wants to go back to a certain theme. He’s organized in general, but it’s on another level when it comes to his lyrics. But when he started writing lyrics about Kuroo, he made sure to hide those lyrics no matter what.

◘ Akaashi’s acknowledgement panel in the band’s newest album only has the message: “Blue Hawaii Track No. 5”. (Look it up and get feelings :3c)

◘ Akaashi makes sure that the rest of their relationship is kept private. He doesn’t disclose anything to his bandmates, manager or any other label personnel. He’d only say that they’re doing well and that there’s nothing to worry. He doesn’t intrude much on Kuroo’s personal life and past either. But he is curious (a.k.a. He wants to get to know him better, but doesn’t know how and when to start.).

NEKO KURO

◘ Akaashi has never taken care of a pet indoors. Instead, he always leaves food for the strays. He also bought small “houses” for them to stay in, especially during rainy days. In line with that, he also met Kuroo in his cat form during a rainy day. He’d just want to leave an umbrella and walk home, but he had this sudden urge to take him home. (Best and worst decision of his life, basically).

◘ Akaashi will forgive any of the stupid shit that Kuroo in his human form will ever do if he morphs into a cat. His treatment of Kuroo also depends on which form he’s in too. He’d be gentler and sweeter if he’s a cat (obviously), and 99% less of that when the other looks human. 

◘ Akaashi is protective of Kuroo whenever they’re outdoors. (Just picturing that is funny sjhdksd!) He’s just worried that the old lady looking for Kuroo might just snatch him away. But then again, Akaashi never forced Kuroo to stay with him. He could leave anytime, but that’s also Akaashi’s fear that’s growing by the day. And sadly, he isn’t aware of it yet.

◘ Since work is mundane and stressful in Akaashi’s daily life, he’s thankful that someone like Kuroo barged into his life. A day inside the household with Kuroo is never a boring one. And he’s only ever expressed his gratitude whenever Kuroo is resting on his lap while Akaashi is petting his head. In Kuroo’s human form, he’d just always get a grouchy Akaashi.

Past

Lucian was born a long time ago, on a night of a full moon. In the middle of winter, to an elven mother.  She had been banished from the elven kingdom just after becoming pregnant with Lucian. Being viewed as a curse who would bring an abomination into their world. After her exile she had been hunted. Dragons and demons alike wanting her dead, or to capture her in order to obtain the child she was carrying.

After one such attack seventeen months after becoming pregnant, the elven woman finally went into labor. Though prematurely for her kind, as well as for the dragons, even more so. Being stalked into a cave, she collapsed and started to feel immense pain, her body lighting up in pain.  Before she could contain herself, she was found. She was captured and her head chopped off.  Still pregnant with Lucian at the time, her body was tossed into a nearby river.

The body floated for several days then, before washing up on a beach miles and miles away from the site of the elven woman’s execution. Several days after this, a pair of scavengers were walking along the beach, searching for items to sell at the local market. Spotting the body they run up to it, hoping there was something of value in it. Upon finding nothing,  one of the scavengers kicks the body in the stomach, hitting something solid.

Curious, they cut the body open, and fine an egg, not just any typical egg, but a golden colored egg. Taking the egg to the market, the pair easily sell this rare egg for riches that should of lasted them for months, possibly even years to come. Though they were probably going to end up spending it all on stupid things. The egg sat at the market for some time. For the most part, the shop owner didn’t even want to sell the egg.

Years passed, and the egg sat waiting, but for the longest time, no one came for it. And it from shop owner to shop owner, each one finding it hard to part with the strange egg, it was passed. Often times falling into the wrong hands, but it was never used for anything but decoration.

Present

Lucian currently owns one of the most popular strip clubs around. It has quickly become a mythical being hotspot for more than just it’s strippers. Lucian’s fame stretches from the mythical all the way into the human world. There are many stories about his origins floating around. But no one knows exactly where it was he came from, or how he got where he is now. Many of the beings who know of him have an innate fear of getting on his bad side. But Lucian has never given anyone a reason to think of him as an evil presence. Lucian cannot remember much as his memory erases every thirty years, due to a curse that was placed on him by another creature hundreds of years before now.

Each time his memory is erased, he starts over as if his previous life hadn’t happened. It has been ten years since the last time his memory erased itself. Lucian is unaware of the curse because of it’s nature. Those who have claimed to know him after his memory is erased often find this annoying and often don’t want to be his friend anymore because they think that he just is being an asshole. Lucian over all isn’t effected by it and continues to find success in his life, going down different paths every thirty years.

At some point he comes to fight a creature that could teleport. Soon they were both transported to the natural world, where seemingly no one has power or features the same as beings from Aseara. There he came across a young woman during the fight which had almost been killed by the teleporting creature. Lucian however protected her from the monsters attack but lost his chance to return home, back to Aseara in the process. Stranded now the Woman, who had been at first frightened of his appearance, since he had been in his dragon form, initially tried to flee. When he reverted back to his more humanoid form she had however changed her mind and decided to help him.

It took some time before they became comfortable with one another. The woman most of all. She had seemed often far too gentle. Lucian was not used to many like her. Along with being in a strange world he had certainly felt out of place. However the two grow closer, sometimes even being attracted to one another. Lucian had come to learn that the woman was the personification of what is known at the Astrological Sign of Cancer. Also learning that not all these Human’s are the same as they looked at times, in the process. That even in a world so seemingly devoid of differences there were the subtle ones.

At some point Lucian and the young woman part ways and eventually Lucian moves on to find a way back home to Aseara once more. Hearing about another being who had been lost from their world named Jax, who was working on a portal to cross dimensions.

Future

Lucian finds Jax and travels with the other trying to return home back to Aseara.

Sails a  ship called Eternity.

Welcome to Magicia chapter 8: A Losing Battle

((I’ve been having a bit of art block recently, but at least I’m finally on the chapter I’ve been waiting to write for a while))

“Alright, Lu, we’re going to have to figure out a disguise for you” Kat shuffled through her closet “since you don’t exactly look like a magical girl”

“Is this really necessary?” Lu asked

“Yup, ah, found it, try this on” Kat took a purple and black outfit from her closet and handing it to Lu before leaving the room

Lu looked at himself in the mirror, and he immediately hated it. Although, the outfit fit him almost perfectly, except for the sleeves on the jacket being slightly too long

“Thanks, I hate it.” Lu slammed open the door

“Looks great, now let’s go, the others are waiting for us” Kat transformed and grabbed Lu by the wrist and dragged him out the door “see you losers later, we’re going to go defeat the mafia”

“Just don’t die” Cleo didn’t look up from her book “that would be inconvenient to explain to your teachers”

“Have fun” Zapp shouted out the door

Ace sprinted out the door towards the park, with Lu and King following not far behind. When they arrived, there were so many magical girls walking around that it was hard to find her friends.

“Hey! Ace! Lu! Over here!” Fern yelled, startling several nearby magical girls

“Sup, dudes, you guys ready?” Ace asked

“Ready as we’re going to be” Nightmare got up and brushed some dirt off her dress “hope this plan works”

A short, orange and yellow magical girl with white cat ears stepped onstage and adjusted the microphone before speaking in the fakest customer service voice ever “Welcome to the MG348 audition, please line up at the stairs if you think you have what it takes to join us”

The magical girls all stopped chatting amongst themselves and lined up, Lu and Nightmare nervously joining them. The rest of the group sat in the audience a couple rows behind four magical girls, a wolf dressed all in black, some kind of elf dressed in blue with a large pink bow in her hair, a bug with white hair in a long green cloak, and a cat wearing a lot of pink and rainbows.

“We just wait for the audition to be over, and then we follow them back to the base” Doc whispered, sitting down on the bleachers with the rest of the group

“You, fish, state your name and power, and give an example of your performance” Bronze commanded

A blue fish magical girl stepped onstage and spoke extremely quietly into the microphone “Aquamarine, water manipulation”

One of MG348’s songs played on the speakers, and Aquamarine perfectly mimicked Bronze’s dance from the performances

“Impressive, Next!” Bronze shouted.

Aquamarine sat down in the audience next to Doc as the audition continued “There’s something suspicious about Bronze, I just have to figure out what it is” she whispered to herself

“I happen to know what’s up with her” Doc whispered “MG348 isn’t what it seems to be, do you want to join us in taking them down?”

Aquamarine nodded and scribbled something in a notepad. It read “I’m in. I’m not the biggest fan of talking, so I hope this is fine”

Doc nodded and gave Aquamarine a thumbs up “welcome to the Idiot Squad, name not final”

Lu was next in line, he was unreasonably nervous, considering that he didn’t even want to be there. King was floating around Lu’s shoulders, causing a couple magical girls to stare

“alright, bat, your turn” Bronze commanded

Lu stepped up to the microphone “Lu, shadow manipulation” and began to sing some anime song that Ace showed him a couple days back, which was the only thing he could think to do on the spot

“Unorthodox song choice, but not terrible. Next!” Bronze announced, as Nightmare stepped onstage and Lu joined the rest of the Idiot Squad in the audience.

Nightmare stood in front of the microphone “Nightmare Wonderland, sleep arrows and stopping time” and began to sing and dance to the cutesiest j-pop song that you would never expect someone like her knowing

Bronze stood there shocked for a second before continuing “unexpected, I like it. Next!”

Nightmare sat down with the rest of the idiot squad to watch the rest of the performances. The magical girl in the green cape kept turning around to look at the Idiot Squad in between watching the performances.

The sun was beginning to set, as the last magical girl completed her performance. Bronze stepped up to the microphone to announce who was going to join the idol group. She announced a long list of names, but towards the end of the list, announced that Lu, Aquamarine and Nightmare were selected to join the idol group.

“If you have been selected, please follow me” Bronze announced, summoning a glowing wand and holding it in the air while she walked off of the stage.

A crowd of magical girls excitedly followed behind Bronze, with Lu, Nightmare and Aquamarine near the back. The Idiot Squad followed stealthily behind, mostly by hiding in bushes and on top of trees and buildings, until Bronze stopped in front of the large abandoned school building across the street from the park, and on the same street as Ace’s house.

“You’re telling me that we could’ve just busted into the old school building” Ace whisper-shouted to Doc.

“Never mind that, look” Doc replied.

Bronze went inside the building, and the crowd of magical girls followed.

“Perfect” Doc whispered to herself and ran toward the door with the Idiot Squad not far behind.

Doc kicked down the doors, sending one flying and hitting Bronze in the face mid-sentence “Bronze” she pointed dramatically

“Kitten,” Bronze grinned madly “let’s show these newbies what we’re really about, kill them”

“Aye Aye, Nya~” the cat magical girl unsheathed her claws and charged towards the Idiot Squad

“NO!” Nightmare yelled, instantly appearing in front of Kitten “You’re not hurting Sprinkles”

“Mewve out of the way before I murder you too nya~” Kitten’s voice instantly changed “ugh, I can’t stand doing that neko girl voice, it just pisses me off to no end, now scram before I slice you into little pieces”

“I don’t care if you have to kill me, but just don’t hurt Sprinkles” Nightmare declared

Kitten thrust her paw forward, impaling Nightmare in the chest, and shattering the black gem on her bow. Nightmare went limp and fell to the ground, black blood spreading onto the floor

“You BITCH” Sprinkles cried, running to Nightmare’s side as her body dissolved into gray sparkles “Lynn… she’s dead… no… she can’t be…” Sprinkles grabbed the shards of Nightmare’s transformation device off of the ground

“So what, she got in my way, and you’re next” Kitten was inspecting her paw, stained black from Nightmare’s blood

“I’m not going down that easily” Sprinkles dried her tears and summoned her axe, dashing behind Sprinkles and snapping her neck with the handle, knocking her out “she’s not dead, I just bought us some time while she regenerates”

“GUARDS!” Bronze screamed.

The tall wolf magical girl in all black came to Bronze’s side “what do you need, boss”

“Treble Wolf, kill the spider and her troublesome friends” Bronze commanded

“As you wish” Treble bowed slightly and summoned a battle axe fashioned after an electric guitar before charging forward

Ace blocked the strike with her scythe, but Treble’s axe was too strong and snapped the scythe in half, dissolving it into red sparkles

Lu wandered to the elevator at the back of the room, and went to the basement. When he arrived, the atmosphere was far different than what was upstairs, the metal walls were rusted, and there were stains of magical girl blood splattered everywhere.

“Is someone there?” a timid voice rang out among the empty room “can you help me?”

“Who’s there” Lu answered “this place is seriously creepy”

“Go to the door on the left of the main room” the voice instructed

“Alright, what do you need help with- JESUS PE- FUCK” Lu phased through the door and got a sight of a ton of magical girl corpses, with a half corrupted ghost floating above them

“Welcome to the Rainbow Room, help me get out of here, and I’ll help you” the ghost said “I’m Reaper, by the way, even though we’ve met before, I never actually introduced myself”

“Lu” Lu replied “you can get these off?”

“yup” Reaper removed the power limiters off of Lu’s wrists “there you go, sorry about that, by the way, you scared me”

Lu grabbed Reaper’s hand and pulled her back through the wall “now watch this, King! Now!”

Lu changed into a giant monster, a Soul Beast known as The Prince, and went onto all fours. “get… on…” the Soul Beast struggled to speak

Reaper got on, and held on tightly as The Prince flew through the ceiling and landed in the main room.

Ace was clutching her right eye, which was bleeding profusely as Doc fought Treble Wolf

Doc was trying to dodge Treble’s attacks, although the tank of goo on her back was almost empty, she continued shooting. Doc narrowly avoided a swing from Treble’s axe, but when she tried to attack, her guns just clicked, she was out of ammo. She switched to her melee weapons, two Wolverine-like claws on each hand, originally designed as lightning rods, but makes a good emergency weapon if needed.

Treble Wolf swung downward with her axe, and Doc raised her left arm to block it with her claws, but she overextended her arm, and Treble’s axe went straight through. Neon green blood was spilling everywhere, and Treble Wolf was completely unfazed, so she couldn’t use Sora’s trick from the night before. Suddenly, Televii jumped in to restrain Treble wolf, with his arms wrapped several times around her neck and Sora pointing a gun at her

“You’re not hurting anyone anymore” Sora threatened “these are kids. they don’t deserve to be killed by the likes of you”

“I didn’t think I’d have to do this, but firefly, get rid of them” Bronze yelled to the green caped magical girl

“No.” the magical girl grabbed Bronze by the neck with giant thorny plant arms “I don’t think I will, and the name is Sock”

“Well you’re all so annoying, I might as well get you out of my hair forever!” Bronze cackled crazily and summoned her wand “ERASE!”

“RUN!” Doc shouted “QUICKLY!”

Sock threw Bronze aside, Televii headbutted Treble Wolf and knocked her out, and the Idiot Squad plus Sock ran for the door, slamming it behind them

“Wait- we forgot PJ!” Doc remembered what they were originally there for

The Prince busted through the wall, carrying Reaper and a red chef magical girl on his back

“Doc?” the red magical girl jumped off of The Prince and tackle-hugged Doc

“PJ!” Doc hugged PJ to the best of her ability

“My lab! Now!” Sora announced, pointing in the direction of her house

The Idiot Squad ran to Sora’s lab and immediately collapsed inside.
