I just thought of, (made?) , a new shifting method!

Idk if something similar had been made before.

I'm calling it the lake method. It's more of an imagining and counting type of method. Though I feel like the counting is optional, I just prefer it. Feel free to make tweets to personalize it to what you'd like.

First, get inti a comfortable position either sitting or laying down. This can an be asleep or awake method. Imagine a forest around you, with a straight path to a lake. It may help if this lake has decor around it, like an archway to it and stuff you'd like if you made a lake I a forrest your sanctuary. This may help you feel more connected to it. imagine the lake flower shaped, (like image above), and think of each petal as a gateway to one of your DRs, each one being a different one of your DRs. Count to 100 if your doing the counting, affirm every 5 numbers or every 10 numbers. With every affirmation, take a step closer to the lake. If your not counting, still take a step every affirmation, instead spacing them out with deep breaths. Once you hit 100, you should be right infront of the "petal" to the reality your aiming to shift to. Turn around and fall back into the petal, or dive into it, imagining yourself sinking into the water toward your reality, seeing where you want to be in that reality when you shift. You can imagine sinking until you fall asleep. If your using it an awake method, finish sinking and imagine yourself looking at you in that reality in the third person, basically walk into yourself. Kind of molding with your dr self, and affirm until you feel you've shifted. Let me know if you try it!
