Hey guys. With the announcement of season 2 of dreamzzz coming out, I have out everything on hold to put out the frist fic "Sorry we had to leave you in another universe".

And it should be published late Monday night or early Tuesday morning.

Now, because of the time crunch, I have brought on help in the form a very close friend of mine @poly-ninja

They are amazing, and they have helped the story sound way better! They will be credited as my co-author when the fic is published on AO3.

We are currently at 19,800 words with more to come!

Lmk x Ninjago crossover prompt

Some important information before I start fully explaining the idea! The Ninjago side of the story takes place in Japan, and its lore is modified to fit lmk's version of Journey to the West, meaning that the characters’ power comes from local gods, not spinjitzu and even though the ninjas are still considered legendary warriors in their own right, they are not that well known outside of Japan and are considerably weaker than the lmk cast, who are just starting to become globally recognizable, especially with the return of Sun Wukong who is already world-renowned.

Also Qi Xiaotian and MK are different people in this universe.

Qi Xiaotian is the harbinger of chaos, when his stone was found, it was seen only as a bad omen that needed to be dealt with immediately, so the Jade emperor called upon the help of Sun Wukong and ordered the complete destruction of the stone, so the presumably malicious being could never be born. Even with the similarities to his own origins, Wukong could still see the signs that something was wrong, that this creature wasn’t naturally formed like he was. With much thought, he comes to a conclusion that it was best to comply and accept this mission. The monkey king quickly ground the stone into a fine powder, for there was no sympathy for that which has never lived and never will live, or that’s what he thought. When resurrecting the Six-Eared Macaque, Lady Bone Demon didn't ask for her freedom in return, no, she asked for something seemingly much more innocent, the macaque only needed to do one thing, to fix a broken stone, to give an opportunity to a child to live. It was difficult to refuse, and it took centuries, but with the help of his lantern, he was able to locate every single grain spread by Wukong each containing a piece of the dormant soul, and with that, the stone monkey Qi Xiaotian was finally able to be born!

Xiaotian wasn't purposely fed lies, but unfortunately for him, his guardian didn't know better, and assumptions ended up being made, and a poor kid grew up believing that his own family didn't want him around.

Mk has a similar start in life, but with some key differences. His name is actually Michio Kajiya born as the fraternal twin brother of Kai the Red Ninja. He caught the unfortunate attention of the celestial realm right after birth as he was in possession of a “defective soul” that was never meant to be incarnated in the first place and wasn't defined as being celestial, human, or demonic, thus being unable to be accessed by the underworld, meaning that MK’s name is not on the book of death either, moreover, his being was incredibly susceptible to influences around him, which meant that under the right/wrong guidance he could be molded to become anything and to hold any power needed.

Once again, the celestial realm told Sun Wukong to get rid of the problem, however, this time he was unable to finish the job. Michio unlike Xiaotian was already alive and wasn't destined for anything malign, so the monkey king took pity on the boy, hiding him in China under his watchful eye. There was now a destiny that belonged to Mk a path to greatness, as monkey king was slowly influencing him to take his power, so later he could become his apprentice.

Qi Xiaotian and MK are rivals, contrary to the show, Macaque does not go after MK, leaving that to Xiaotian. Basically, Xiaotian torments MK and Macaque torments Sun Wukong.

Xiaotian dislikes Mk because he is under the impression that he's related to monkey king and that Mk has been given a position that should rightfully belong to him, additionally, he is also Mei's childhood friend from before she moved to Megapolis, has a huge unrequited crush on her, and is incredibly jealous of the relationship that she currently has with MK. Surprisingly, this antagonism subsides with the arrival of the ninjas in China. In the middle of battle, Garmadon (who is working with LBD) reveals to Kai and his friends that his brother Michio was stolen by a demon right after birth and now lives in China. Obviously, Garmadon isn't trustworthy, but Kai needed to be sure if it was true that his brother was indeed alive and well. There in China, they enlist the help of a friendly monkey demon who swears to help them in their journey. Meanwhile, Xiaotian is questioning his worldview now that he knows that MK didn't steal his destiny but was instead stolen from his family.

Bonus information! Yep there is more!

Lady Bone Demon's plan is to use Qi Xiaotian to end the world, and Mk is her backup, cuz even though his soul is more defined than it was before, he can still wield the power of others under the right conditions.

I don't have a defined timeline for which season of Ninjago this is taking place, but I'm thinking about a hybrid timeline in which the ninjas are older and the same age as the LMK's characters, but the plot is about them battling against Garmadon for golden weapons.

Lloyd is the same age as the other ninjas.

Garmadon in this universe was killed by Master Wu, and it was brought back by LBD.

LBD has asked Garmadon to bring her the golden weapons to use on her mech however, he totally wants to betray her and keep the weapons for himself.

Alright, okay. This won’t leave me alone, so I’m gonna make it everyone else’s problem.

A Lego Monkie Kid x Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu AU where MK and Lloyd are half-brothers.

How, you’re gonna wonder? A younger Garmadon had a fling with MK’s mother while she was visiting Ninjago for vacation. She didn’t realize she was pregnant until she was back in China, and unfortunately, she couldn’t get into contact with Garmadon since they didn’t exchange information.

MK’s mother died giving birth to him, and while he was taken in by her family, they didn’t like MK because one, he was born out of wedlock, and two, they blamed him for the death of his mother. Pigsy and Tang (freenoodleshipping4life!) adopted MK when they found a little waif rummaging around the garbage cans behind the restaurant. MK’s bio fam was charged with child neglect, endangerment, and abuse and taken away.

MK always had weird dreams, MK’s dreams including weapons made of gold, a man swathed in darkness, colorful and sparkly tornados, snake people, and skeleton warriors. Pigsy and Tang chalked it up to him just being very imaginative, although they worried because some of what MK drew from his dreams was frightening. They got MK to talk to Sandy about them, and MK stopped having dreams - what they thought. He just kept it a secret he was still having those dreams, hiding his drawings.

When MK and Lloyd started dreaming about one another, they found that they were actually sharing dreams, which baffled them as they didn’t understand how? Nonetheless, the two made good with the situation and talked, Lloyd finding a friend and older brother figure in MK whereas MK found a friend and little brother figure in Lloyd.

When MK learned about Lloyd’s situation at Darkley’s, he said as upset. He knew what it was like to be somewhere with people that made you feel unwanted and unloved, fearful of your safety, and he didn’t want Lloyd to continue being in such a situation. MK had confided in Mei about his dreams and Lloyd, and Mei believed him as she didn’t have a reason not to believe MK, he never lied to her about something so serious-sounding before, after all!

They devised a plan to go to Ninjago to get Lloyd. Mei told her parents that she wanted to go to Ninjago to check out the history there since the place had a lot of interesting history, and she wanted to bring MK along since she thought he’d get a kick out of it. They reluctantly agreed since Mei was showing an interest in the history of something and with MK, she was less likely to get into any trouble. Pigsy and Tang got convinced since they thought a change of scenery would be good for MK, who seemed agitated as of late.

MK told Lloyd about the plan, and Lloyd told MK that the best place they’d be able to meet is Ninjago City, since Darkley’s was taking a field trip there. The boys have some kind of guardian watching out for them to have that kind of luck. (It later gets learned that it was the FSM whispering in some ears. He wanted to change his grandsons’ destinies.)

The only issue that happened in getting Lloyd away was that the principal tried stopping them until Mei threatened him. Never underestimate a descendant of dragons!

The three return to China where it got explained to Pigsy and Tang that while on the trip, they found Lloyd who was running away from his school and that he didn’t have anyone else wanting him. While initially hesitant, the two decided to adopt Lloyd as well since the kid needed stability in his life, but also because Lloyd had the same lost and vulnerable look on his face they remembered MK having before they took him in.

And for a while, everything went well until Lord Garmadon came a-knockin, trying to find where his son had gone.

Frosty brings Lloyd to Pigsy's while he works, and Tang takes it upon himself to teach the kid.

Blaze ends up learning something new about the younger Zane and Smith siblings.

Yes, but my bread and butter is Danny phantom so is mostly with that show, you can browse the tag dpxdc on this blog to see some of my ideas for that fandom as for the non dp stuff I have The owl house x Jake Long and lmk x ninjago. Now I want to briefly share I bit of what I’m thinking right now and that I will probably make a full post in the future.

I have an idea of a series of fanfics revolving around Danny reincarnating into multiple universes to defeat their version of death. Long story short, since the ghost king was locked way each dimension had to manage death locally, meaning that every single one had to assign this job to someone, but with Danny now in the picture this arrangement will start to cause problems, so he must regain the title of death one dimension at time.

This one is based on a fic that I read a while ago, which had Dib from invader zim appearing as a cameo, Basically Wes and Dib are internet friends they discuss about Zim and Phantom, and they believe in each other’s ideas, however one day Wes stops talking to Dib which drives him visit Amity park personally, as turn out Wes is now friends (or boyfriends if you prefer) with Danny and is no longer comfortable talking to Dib. Then basically Dib becomes a crazy competent ghost hunter who goes after Danny for brainwashing his friend. Also, Dib is staying with the Fentons, they let him stay cuz he’s membrane’s son, they treat him basically as an honorary family member all the while he torments Danny psychologically.

There’s Danny phantom and Kim possible, pretty old idea, and it was inspired by this post, although I would have to rewatch Kim possible to have confidence in sharing it, Toh x svtfoe which so convoluted that I don’t even know how to explain yet, and of course a lot more of dpxdc ideas that I’m still cooking.

Absolutely!

In the revamped edition of the LMK x N: MoS AU, I mentioned that MK’s got relatives from his mother’s side of the family.

=3 Those relatives? Kai and Nya.

After the LBD debacle is over with, Garmadon decides he can’t stay in the Underworld any longer. He had to stand by as a shadow and even though he gave support through his Skulkin army and the many weapons and instructions he provided to fight she who is a 6!+€# with, he still feels like he didn’t do much.

So he tells the group that he’s got some organizing to do in the Underworld and won’t be around for a while. MK and Lloyd know that their father is up to something, because this is Garmadon. The boys aren’t the only ones to know something is up though, but they need to cleanup after LBD’s reign of terror, so they can’t split their focus and after Garmadon helped them out so much, they can’t say he’s wholly evil to do anything too bad, right?

Well … Garmadon wouldn’t do anything too bad.

And here’s where things start to differ for the Ninjago portion of the AU. Nya was the one to be kidnapped in the Ninjago special, yeah? We’re flipping the script and it’s Kai that’s kidnapped.

Since Kai looks like MK slightly, and the Skulkin report with pictures of the targets, Garmadon sees the resemblance and look the man misses his sons and he’s curious at the resemblance Kai has to MK. So instead of Nya he has the Skulkin kidnap Kai. Garmadon was never in his right mind, his nature as a family man - and nobody can pry that from my hands that Garmadon was and is a family man when it came down to it - fighting against the evil that he was cursed with.

This leads to Nya getting trained as the water ninja and unlocking her powers there because Wu doesn’t understand what his brother is playing at but if it’s using Kai to get the sword because Kai is the fire ninja well what beats fire but water?

So when Kai gets kidnapped and brought to Garmadon, Kai is freaked because that’s LORD GARMADON and Kai is tied up. He can’t defend himself. Garmadon is also staring at him and that unnerves Kai a great deal. Garmadon then comments at how uncanny it is, and while Kai is confused and scared he’s more confused, and asks what’s uncanny.

Garmadon tells Kai truthfully that Kai looks like his son. Which cue Kai.exe stopped working. Wtf?

So I did have a thought about after Kai is freed and all the thing is Garmadon had actually talked to Kai and revealed information that caused Kai to have doubts about Wu. Information regarding Kai and Nya’s parents and their past. So Kai isn’t very trusting of Wu, which causes a lot of tension. Because of what Garmadon said about Kai looking like MK, Kai later got a DNA test done to check for any other relatives he and Nya have. And lo and behold the system did find some relatives out of Ninjago - some very distant relatives.

MK and co train Kai after finding it out, especially because Kai contacted them on what happened to Garmadon. To say the boys are less than pleased with their father is an understatement, but hey, at least they found out about there being family in Ninjago outside their uncle!
