I honestly wanna see 12 Raph suffering from an anxiety attack based on his trauma from past experiences but the others help him in their own way.

okay so this is based of my personal experiences ig, ik that panic and anxiety attacks are different for everyone so don’t freak out on me…

but basically, you are right! his brothers can’t always help him with his anxiety and triggers but they are always there for him. raphs biggest triggers are bugs ofc, high uncomfortable temperatures, and his family being in danger. donnie would definitely try to help him with his breathing and have him focus on that, and tapping or rubbing circles on his temples to help ground him. mikey would definitely make sure that raph was in a safe place and he would reassure him with touch. leo would give raph his space if he needed it, not everyone wants to be touched when they’re panicked, but he wouldn’t leave his side and try to help raph see that he’s okay, that his fears are valid, but he doesn’t need to worry anymore.

also guys bugs are no fun. especially when they’re in your hair or on your back👀 anyway thanks for letting me ramble<3
