Chemise Sewalong January 2025

Step Zero: Materials
Here's a list of materials in advance to give people the time to find fabric. We’ll do some measurements so we know how much fabric we need and get the preliminaries out of the way.
What you are definitely going to need:
Fabric
Thread
Needles
Fabric scissors
Pins
A measuring tape
A ruler or flat edge to draw straight lines
What will make this project a lot easier:
Tailor’s chalk or other method to mark lines on your fabric
A safety pin, loop turner, lacing needle or other method to get a thread through a channel
An iron and ironing board - I would say this is a necessity but not everyone has one and you can make a chemise without, it will just be harder and won’t look as crisp.
A thimble - in the long run it will make you sew quicker and be better for your hands
A sewing machine (I am intending to handsew this because not everyone has a sewing machine, but if you do have access to one and want to be done quickly, do the long seams on a sewing machine and glory in the speed of modern technology)
A cutting mat, quilting ruler and rotary cutter – This thing is all squares and triangles and quilters have got squares and triangles figured out
If you’re used to inches, keep a converter handy because my brain is used to centimeters
How much fabric do I need?
A lot. The chemise panels use the full width of the fabric. Decide if you want your chemise to knee length, to the floor or something in between. Then decide if you want full length sleeves or half sleeves.
I’m making long poofy sleeves but a kneelength skirt.
The calculation: my neck to knee is 120cm, my full arm length is 60cm shoulder to wrist (including 5cm extra for poof), so the length of fabric needed is 120+120+60=3 meters exactly.
What kind of fabric?
For the type of fabric I’d recommend cotton or linen for the historic feeling, but go with whatever brings you joy and isn’t stretchy. It needs to be light enough you can gather it up without it getting bulky and not terribly prone to fraying so you won’t go insane while sewing
Go with what is available and sparks joy as long as it’s a light fabric that gathers down nicely. (Thin sheets or table cloths can definitely be used for this). I’m going to use a fuchsia silk I’ve been saving for the airiest dress in existence.
tl:dr – procure 3 to 4 meters (145/150cm wide) of non-stretchy fabric of a lightness and colour that you would like to wear. Wash it, iron it and congratulate yourself on being super productive.

Super Paradise I Held Onto
Epilogue to The Other Side of Paradise (No previous reading required) AO3
You reflect on your relationship with Valeria after a year of being together. So much has happened in so little time, and you find that you're not sure how you feel about it.
A/N- It's officially been 1 year since I've started writing fanfiction! I started posting on AO3 and then began posting in August a little after I finished The Other Side of Paradise. Since that fic is my first and my baby, I figured it was fitting if I revisited it with an epilogue!!
Tags/Warnings- Introspective, Kind of Angsty, Epilogue, Sexual and Non-Sexual Intimacy, Good Old-Fashioned Scissoring, resentment, Dissatisfaction in a Relationship
It's been pouring rain for the last three days. The most Las Almas has seen in decades. You're drenched to the bone and shivering, but you don't feel the aching cold. You stare blankly at the empty husk of Ila's Bakery. It's been boarded up. Your place of work for years, until Valeria came into your life a year ago. It's not her fault. The bakery closed due to insufficient funding, but you can't help but feel like she's to blame somehow.
You had just been a simple little worker, you didn't even get to make the baked goods that sat in the display window. Back when the identity of El Sin Nombre was unknown, when she was more of a myth, a concept, then a person. Valeria frequented the bakery, paying you visit after visit and worming her way into your life. You were so lonely. You didn't know she was El Sin Nombre, and if you had known, you're sure you wouldn't have entertained anything.
"Amor, what are you doing?" Warm breath puffs beside your ear. The heavy rain stops battering you as Valeria holds an umbrella above the both of you. "You're going to get sick standing in the rain like this." She continues.
You and Valeria grew close over the month. An unstoppable spark that caught fire and raged beyond control. It was good. Then she was caught by Los Vaqueros and foreign military. You found out later that they were really after a terrorist who was conspiring with Valeria. When you found out you were frightened and appalled, wanting nothing to do with her. content to let her rot in jail. She had tried to keep in contact with you despite her incarceration, refusing to let you go. She sent you letter after letter, each one growing more impatient and angrier then the last. Until she broke out and went straight to you. Determined to put you back in your place.
Valeria pulls you close and leads you back to the car.
"You're very wistful today." She murmurs. Her words have an almost accusatory hint to them. Like she's upset that she's not privy to your pondering. Valeria has never really liked not knowing what you're up to or what you're thinking. You suspect she's paranoid about you leaving her. And if you're being honest, you've thought about it many times.
"Just reminiscing." You reply quietly. Valeria pulls you closer, tight against her body. You can feel her almost feverish warmth through her thin jacket. She runs hot, sleeping next to her can become bothersome sometimes, seeing as no matter how warm she is, she needs to hold you close to her. Though however many times you try to talk her into a different sleeping position, she ignores you.
"You've been distant." She comments, a frown on her face. "Are you unhappy with me?" She gives you a long, thoughtful look.
Valeria pulls her cap down lower over her face when you pass by another couple out on a walk.
"No." You reply. You don't have to work, you have a partner utterly devoted to you, and more money than you'll ever need in your life. But your guilt over being with her is eating you up inside. Despite being caught and incarcerated, Valeria hasn't given up drug trafficking. Becoming even more ruthless and paranoid.
"Are you sure?" She stresses. She's paranoid of you especially, rarely letting you leave the house without her. The few times you do manage to slip away, she's never far behind to bring you home.
"I have everything I need," You murmur. "what else could I possibly want?"
You love Valeria. You know do. You just wish you didn't also fear her.
Alejandro Vargas hasn't completely given up his hunt for her. Every day you live in tense anticipation that he'll find her again. She signs everything under a fake name and rarely goes out in public. You're not sure if that's how she plans on living for the rest of her life. You've caught a few words from her to Diego over the phone, big plans she's working on. But even though she doesn't like you keeping things from her, she keeps most things from you.
Valeria ushers you into the car and shuts the door for you. You listen to the pitter patter of the rain on the roof of the car and watch the many droplets race each other down the window. The muffled rain sounds briefly become clear when Valeria opens the driver's door and gets in. She folds the umbrella and tosses it into the backseat, getting droplets of water on the console in the process. She huffs and rubs her hands together. You're aware of her giving you a concerned look.
"Are you sure you're okay? You don't seem like yourself lately." She says, sounding softer than she usually does.
"Yeah."
Once you're back at the house, Valeria immediately takes a few pain killers and lays down for a nap because the rain gives her headaches. She insists you join her. All but forcing you into bed with her and cuddling you to her chest like a stuffed animal. The curtains are drawn, leaving the bedroom in shadow, with only a sliver of light peeking in through a crack in the curtains. The sounds of the rain hitting the window is peaceful, but you feel restless. You ask yourself, is this right? The fear that this isn't the life you're meant to be living chases you deep into sleep.
You wake to the feeling of fingers softly brushing over your forehead. The rain has stopped. Now it's just the sound of water rushing out of the gutters. You crack open your eyes. The room is darker, with the dim gray lighting of a cloud filled sunset. Valeria leans over you. Watching you silently and caressing your forehead. At your stirring she sits up.
"Sorry. Did I wake you?" She murmurs.
"No." You sigh, sitting up. You're sweaty and your tongue is sticking to the roof of your mouth. Your bladder is also uncomfortably full.
You finish up with your business in the bathroom and wash your hands. You look up into the mirror but you don't feel connected to the person staring back. They share your features and imitate your expressions with an excellent accuracy, but it's not you. There's a dark shadow of disappointment and weariness over their face. You drag your gaze away and shut off the light as you exit the bathroom.
Valeria's not in bed when you walk back into the room, bare feet sinking into the soft gray carpet. She's standing at the window. It's raining again. The minimal light from the parted curtains makes her shadow envelope the room like a large fist, closing tight over you and everything in it. She's stripped of all clothing except her underwear and you get a clear sight of the toned muscles of her back and the tattoos peeking over her shoulders. She seems to sense your presence turns to look at you.
"Sometimes it feels like they're going to crash through the backyard at any moment." She says. Her words are distant, mind somewhere else while she talks to you. "I worry that they'll find me any day now and you'll get hurt in the crossfire."
Cracking thunder cuts off the last of her words. You step forward uncertainly.
"We've been careful," You reassure her softly. Though a twinge of guilt settles in your heart. You haven't been very careful. You've been growing restless and nostalgic. Carelessly frequenting Ila's, and your old apartment. You don't dare tell Valeria, but a big part of you misses the life you had before meeting her. As repetitive and lonely as it was.
"I can only run for so long." Valeria mutters to herself. She then shakes her head and pulls the curtains closed again. She walks up to you and pulls you close against her body. Wrapping her arms around you and pressing her face into the side of your neck. She takes a deep breath and just holds you.
"How's your head?" You ask because the silence is getting under your skin.
Valeria huffs. "Throbbing." She answers tartly. You pull away and lead her back to bed. You quickly undress and lay down with her, skin to skin. It makes you feel better, if only momentarily.
"You smell like blood and gunpowder." You mutter. The smell is unpleasant, but you don't pull away from her.
"I killed someone today and haven't had the chance to shower." She says casually. Like she's telling you what she had for breakfast. You frown and resist the urge to pull away. You don't like knowing or hearing about what she does. It makes you feel overwhelmingly guilty. It's not like you're the one pushing out drugs or killing people but by staying with Valeria, you're practically condoning it. You are the company you keep, after all.
"Oh." You respond.
"Sorry." Valeria says, gently stroking your bare back soothingly. "I know you don't like hearing about it."
Valeria's gone early next morning. Having left before you woke. Finally, the skies have cleared, allowing warm beams of sunlight to cut through the sparse clouds and dry up the puddles outside. Leaving behind dried up worms. The house feels a little less suffocating with Valeria away, a fact you choose not to dwell on. A year isn't a whole lot of time, but it feels like forever ago since you actually had to get up and go to work.
With no job, you have to find other ways of curing your endless boredom. You ritualistically pace around the house and clean it. Obsessing over the smallest speck of dust. Sometimes though, you don't bother getting out of bed at all.
In an almost honoring way, you've taken up baking. The familiar smells of fresh baked goods permeating through the kitchen making you feel like you're back in Ila's again. Though you usually end up making more than either you or Valeria can eat which leads to a lot of molding, wasted food left to rot in the bin. That doesn't stop you now, however. It's good to keep your hands busy. You steadily mix flour, butter, sugar, and some vanilla in a bowl. Making Conchas. Valeria will probably eat them all before they mold. With your earbuds in and your focused preoccupied, you don't hear the front door opening and Valeria calling out a greeting. It's not until she plants her hands on your hips that you even realize she's home.
You gasp and jerk back, startled. You quickly take out your earbuds.
"Don't do that!" You scold her, turning your head to look at her over your shoulder. Her startling you - even if she didn't mean to - does actually annoy you a little bit. Valeria smiles and brushes her nose along your cheek.
"I said hello when I came in," She replies with a small shrug. You sigh tiredly and she begins to softly kiss down your neck, fingers squeezing the skin on your hips through your clothes.
Valeria turns you around slowly and presses her lips to yours gently. You breathe in each other's air, bodies locked together in an intimate embrace. The domesticity is too much for Valeria and her kiss turns heated. Her tongue slips against your bottom lip, and you part them, letting it through. She eagerly tastes you like it's the first time again, pressed against a dark bathroom wall in a club. Her hands are less desperate and more controlled. Gliding over your ass and squeezing you closer.
"I've been wanting this all day," She sighs into your lips. Her fingers deftly slip into the waistband of your pants and roughly tug down. She kisses you with a burning need, full of love so heavy it keeps you pinned to the counter.
Valeria grabs you from under your thighs and hoists you up onto the counter, shoving back the bowls and baking equipment. She steps between your legs and moves down to your neck. She sinks her teeth into the vulnerable skin, and you cry out in pain. She softly licks away the blood beading from the wound.
"I love you so much." She whispers. Her actions though alarming isn't shocking anymore. It's not uncommon for Valeria to find some way of inflicting pain on you during sex. Whether that be manhandling you too roughly, biting, or scratching you. She's an animal that can't feel satisfied unless there's evidence of her existence on your body.
You don't enjoy being hurt, at least, you don't think you do. You're not very sure of yourself anymore. But you still a pool of wetness quickly gathers in the fabric of your panties. She's Pavlov Dogged you into being into it. She reaches down between your thighs and impatiently rips away your panties. Her hands going to the buckle of her belt and just as swiftly discarded her own pants and underwear.
Her cunt slides against yours perfectly like your anatomies were formed just for the other's. The course curls on her pelvis providing an agonizingly delicious friction, scratching an itch you weren't aware of. She rhythmically grinds against you. You slump against the cupboards, but Valeria doesn't let you stay that way for long. She reaches out and snatches your jaw, yanking you forward and bringing you close to her face, brushing your noses together. She doesn't break eye contact while she rocks against you and pants heavily.
"You've been so distantly lately," She huffs. "and I don't like it. It makes me feel unloved. But I know you do. You love me, right?" She asks imploringly. Her gaze is intense, those dark depths holding onto a hidden threat of what she'll do if you don't give her the answer she wants.
"Of course I do." You reply awkwardly due to the way she's holding your face. And the fact that it's hard to form words when she's massaging your clit with her own.
"Say it." She snaps, squeezing your face.
"I love you."
Valeria's jaw clenches and for a few seconds her eyes glisten with a deep sadness. Then a frightening hatred. Both feelings are fleeting and disappear too quickly for you to dwell on them.
"I know you do." She says again. Her hand moves down your jaw to wrap around your throat. Not to choke you but to hold you in place as she focuses all her energy on your impending orgasms.
Tangled together as one, the world vanishes for just a moment. You two are the only people alive. A connected creature with one heart, and one brain. A tear slips down your cheek and Valeria laps it up. She's so close to you that she's practically phasing into you. Pleasure slams into you like a wave and warm, slick arousal drips down from your legs. Valeria shudders and goes still, breathing into your neck heavily.
The high wears off immediately. It feels like years before Valeria pulls herself away from you. You smile at her and she smiles back. She runs a hand through her mussed hair, pushing the feathery strands from her face. She wanders off to grab a rag and while her back is turned to you your smile fades. Valeria silently wipes the mess from the counter and offers to run a bath for the both of you but you decline. You don't think any amount of warm water and soap will scrub the guilt and worry from your skin.

A Workplace Safety Essential: The Versatility of Lockout Safety Hasps
In today’s fast-paced industrial environments, the margin for error must be non-existent when it comes to protecting human lives. One of the most underappreciated yet important devices in the Lockout Tagout arsenal is the Lockout Safety Hasp. Its simplicity belies its importance - and its versatility makes it an indispensable partner in strengthening safety compliance across a wide range of sectors.
What Makes a Lockout Hasp So Essential?
At the core of any effective energy isolation process is teamwork and accountability. A lockout hasp functions that purpose properly - it allows many workers to apply their individual padlocks on a single energy source. Until the last employee removes their padlock, the system stays locked, ensuring that no machinery can be reenergized until every authorized person confirms it’s safe.
This collaborative mechanism isn’t just clever - it’s life-saving.
Versatility Across Industries
Whether it's manufacturing, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, or utilities, hazardous energy sources are a shared concern. Lockout safety hasps are designed to adapt:
Heavy-duty steel hasps for rugged, high-temperature environments.
Spark-resistant aluminum or nylon hasps for explosive or flammable settings.
Jaw-style, scissor-style, and dual-end hasps that can be customized to accommodate different types of equipment, from electrical panels to mechanical valves.
This flexibility makes it easier for safety managers to implement consistent protocols across diverse operations while addressing the specific risks of each environment.
Reinforcing Team Responsibility
More than just a device, the lockout hasp is a symbol of trust. It serves as a physical reminder that safety is a collective responsibility. By requiring every involved technician to add and remove their own lock, it eliminates ambiguity. There’s no chance of accidental re-energization due to communication lapses or shift changes.
In a world where downtime is expensive and shortcuts are tempting, lockout hasps reinforce discipline without compromising operational efficiency.
Enhancing Compliance and Safety Culture
Regulatory bodies such as OSHA mandate the use of proper lockout devices, and hasps play a pivotal role in meeting those standards. More importantly, they send a powerful message: that no maintenance job is more urgent than a worker’s life.
Including lockout hasps in your safety protocols not only enhances compliance but fosters a culture where safety is non-negotiable. It's an investment in both protection and peace of mind.
Final Thoughts
Lockout safety hasps may appear compact, but their impact is profound. Their ability to facilitate multi-person lockouts, adapt to varied environments, and promote shared responsibility makes them a cornerstone of workplace safety.
At E-Square, we believe that even the smallest device can make the biggest difference - because safety isn't just a policy; it's a promise. Our wide range of Lockout Hasps is designed to meet diverse industry needs while upholding the highest standards of compliance and durability.
When you choose E-Square, you choose accountability, innovation, and lives protected. Let’s build a culture where safety is never compromised, and every lock carries the weight of a commitment.

Flowers decoration ideas for kids birthday party
Planning a kid's birthday party can be both exciting and daunting. One of the key elements that transforms an ordinary celebration into an extraordinary one is decoration. Flowers are not just pretty additions; they bring color, joy, and a splash of nature to any event. Imagine vibrant blooms turning your space into a whimsical wonderland—perfect for your little one's special day! In this blog post, we'll explore delightful birthday flower decoration ideas tailored specifically for kids' birthday parties. From choosing the right flowers to creative DIY crafts, get ready to let your child's imagination blossom with beautiful floral accents that will leave everyone in awe!
The Importance of Decorations in a Kid's Birthday Party
Decorations set the mood for a kid's birthday party. They create an inviting atmosphere that sparks excitement in children and adults alike. When kids walk into a space filled with vibrant colors and playful designs, their eyes light up with wonder.
The right decorations can also enhance a theme, making it more immersive. Whether it's superheroes or princesses, floral arrangements can tie everything together beautifully. Flowers add freshness and energy to the environment while evoking feelings of joy.
Additionally, decorations serve as fantastic backdrops for photos. Capturing those precious moments among blooming flowers creates lasting memories that families cherish for years to come.
Engaging kids in decoration choices can make them feel special on their big day. Letting them pick favorite flowers encourages creativity and ownership over their celebration, adding another layer of fun to the event!
Choosing the Right Flowers for a Kid's Birthday Party
Choosing the right flowers for a kid's birthday party can set the mood and enhance the theme. Vibrant colors are essential—think bright yellows, pinks, and blues that will catch little eyes.
Consider seasonal blooms that are easily accessible. Sunflowers or daisies bring cheerfulness, while gerbera daisies offer an array of colors. These flowers not only look appealing but also create a joyful atmosphere.
Safety is key when selecting flowers. Avoid varieties with thorns or strong scents that may cause allergies in children. Opt for non-toxic options to ensure everyone enjoys their day without worries.
Incorporating flower arrangements into a playful design can be fun! Use whimsical containers like mini buckets or painted jars to add character and charm. Let your child's interests guide your choices for truly personalized decorations.
Creative Flower Decoration Ideas for Different Themes
For a whimsical fairy-themed birthday party, consider creating flower crowns for guests. Use vibrant blooms like daisies and roses, combined with lush greenery. This not only adds charm but also gives children something fun to wear.
A superhero theme can incorporate bold colors and unique centerpieces. Opt for flowers in red, blue, and yellow to match popular hero palettes. A cluster of these stunning blooms in comic book-style containers will wow the little heroes.
If you're planning an under-the-sea adventure, think aquatic colors like teal or coral. Arrange flowers such as orchids and hydrangeas in quirky shells or fish bowls filled with sand and seashells.
For a space-themed bash, use metallic spray paint on simple glass vases before adding white lilies or star-shaped flowers. It creates an otherworldly vibe that sparks imagination among young astronauts!
DIY Flower Crafts for Kids to Make and Decorate With
DIY flower crafts can add a personal touch to any kid's birthday party. Let the little ones unleash their creativity with simple projects.
Start with paper flowers. All you need is colored paper, scissors, and glue. Kids can cut out different shapes and sizes to create vibrant blooms that brighten up any table setting.
Another fun idea is making flower crowns. Using faux flowers or even real blooms, kids can weave them into a headband for a whimsical accessory. This not only enhances their party attire but also keeps them engaged in crafting.
Painting flower pots offers another interactive option. Children can personalize terracotta pots using paint or stickers before filling them with soil and planting seeds or small plants as mementos of the day.
Such activities are enjoyable and encourage teamwork while adding unique decorations for your kid’s special day!
Tips for Making Flower Decorations Fun and Safe for Kids
When it comes to flower decorations for kids' birthday parties, safety is key. Always choose non-toxic flowers that are safe if touched or accidentally ingested. Flowers like sunflowers and daisies often fit the bill.
Involve your little ones in the decorating process. Let them pick their favorite blooms or colors, sparking creativity while keeping them engaged.
Use sturdy containers to hold the flowers securely, preventing spills and accidents during playtime. If using vases, opt for plastic over glass to minimize risks.
Consider adding fun elements like paper flowers or fabric petals as alternatives. These can be crafted into garlands or centerpieces that won't wilt before the party ends.
Ensure all decorations are age-appropriate and avoid any small parts that could pose a choking hazard. Making sure everyone has a great time means blending beauty with safety effortlessly!
Budget-Friendly Alternatives to Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers can elevate a birthday party, but they often come with a hefty price tag. Thankfully, there are plenty of budget-friendly alternatives that still bring beauty to the celebration.
Consider using silk or artificial flowers. They look vibrant and can be reused for future parties or decorations around the home. Another option is paper flowers, which you and your child can craft together for an enjoyable bonding activity.
Felt flowers are another creative choice. Easy to make and customize in various colors, they add a fun texture to your decor.
Don’t forget about nature’s gifts! Dried leaves and twigs can be arranged beautifully alongside your chosen alternatives. You could even gather wildflowers from safe spots nearby; just ensure they're not harmful.
These options keep costs down while allowing you to create stunning flower arrangements that enhance the festive atmosphere without breaking the bank.
Conclusion: Let Your Child's Birthday Bloom with Beautiful Flower Decorations
Creating a memorable kids' birthday party is all about the details, and flower decorations can truly elevate the occasion. By choosing vibrant blooms that match your theme, you set a joyful atmosphere for everyone involved. Whether you're opting for centerpieces or whimsical garlands, flowers add a touch of magic.
Encouraging creativity with DIY crafts not only engages kids but also adds personalized elements to the decor. Safety should always be top of mind when selecting materials and arrangements; after all, fun should never come at the cost of security.
For those on a budget, there are plenty of affordable alternatives that mimic the beauty of fresh flowers without breaking the bank. From paper blossoms to fabric florals, your options are limitless.
Letting your child’s personality shine through these floral touches will make their special day even more significant. With thoughtful planning and creative ideas, you can transform any space into a blooming celebration filled with joy and laughter.

Playdough for Kids: Safe, Fun, and Educational
Playdough is more than just a colorful, squishy toy—it’s a gateway to creativity, sensory development, and learning through play. Whether you're a parent, teacher, or caregiver, introducing playdough to your child’s routine is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to keep them engaged and learning. And when it comes to safe and high-quality options, The Children's Lab's Playdough Collection offers a delightful variety of non-toxic, kid-friendly choices that are perfect for little hands.

In this blog, we’ll explore the benefits of playdough for kids, creative activity ideas, and why you should choose thoughtfully crafted products for your child.
Why Playdough is Great for Kids
Playdough offers a wide range of developmental benefits, making it an essential tool for early learning. Here’s why it's such a powerful addition to your child’s playtime:
1. Fine Motor Skill Development
Squishing, rolling, pinching, and shaping playdough helps strengthen small hand muscles. These activities prepare children for essential tasks like writing, buttoning, and using scissors.
2. Sparks Creativity and Imagination
Give kids a few colors of playdough, and they’ll start making animals, food, cars, or even their own characters. Open-ended play allows children to express themselves freely.
3. Supports Cognitive Growth
Through molding and creating, children begin to understand concepts like shapes, sizes, textures, and symmetry. Add in some themed cutters or tools, and it becomes an opportunity for pattern recognition and problem-solving.
4. Encourages Language and Social Skills
Playdough can be a group activity where kids describe what they’re making, take turns, and role-play. This boosts vocabulary and fosters cooperative play.
5. Calming and Therapeutic
The sensory experience of kneading and shaping dough is soothing for many kids, especially those who benefit from sensory play. It’s a wonderful tool to help children manage emotions or transition between activities.
Safe Playdough Matters
Not all playdough is created equal. Some store-bought options contain harsh chemicals or artificial fragrances that might not be safe for younger children. That’s why it’s important to choose playdough that is:
Non-toxic and child-safe
Free from synthetic dyes
Soft, pliable, and easy to mold
Eco-friendly and naturally scented (if any scent is added)
The Children's Lab offers a specially curated collection of playdough that meets all of these criteria. Their products are designed with young children in mind—safe to touch, taste-safe (although not for eating), and perfect for long play sessions.
Playdough Activity Ideas for Kids
Looking for fun and educational ways to use playdough at home? Here are some creative activities you can try with your child:
1. Alphabet and Numbers Practice
Roll out the playdough and use letter and number cutters to create words, names, or math equations. Great for early literacy and numeracy skills.
2. Nature Stamping
Collect leaves, twigs, and flowers, then press them into playdough to create beautiful nature imprints. A great way to explore textures and patterns.
3. Build a Mini Zoo
Encourage your child to make animals using only playdough. Add some craft eyes or pipe cleaners to enhance their creations.
4. Color Mixing
Use primary-colored playdough and show kids how to mix two colors to create a new one. This activity is fun and also introduces basic color theory.
5. Story Time Creations
Read your child a short story and ask them to recreate characters or scenes using playdough. It’s an imaginative way to enhance comprehension and storytelling skills.
6. Sensory Play Trays
Combine playdough with other sensory elements like rice, beads, or shells to create a themed sensory tray (e.g., ocean, jungle, space). Ideal for preschoolers and toddlers.
How to Store Playdough Properly
To keep your playdough fresh and soft for longer:
Store it in airtight containers or zip-lock bags.
Keep it in a cool, dry place.
If it starts to dry out, a drop of water and gentle kneading can help restore it.
Products from The Children's Lab are made to last, but proper storage will always ensure better longevity and performance.
Choosing the Right Playdough Set
When selecting playdough for your child, consider:
Age Appropriateness: Look for products labeled for your child’s age group.

Not an open rp, set a bit before Laertes getting Patch out
(Tw: non-consensual body modification, I guess)
Enjoy!
The tall lady is very excited today. Xe is awake now, maybe that's why. He learned her name a few minutes ago, before she left. She said it was Calypso, but to call her Cal. He likes that name.
The table is cold, but the room is warm. She likes to keep a fire going. He watches the purple flames leap over the logs. It's fun to see the sparks fly up when she adds a new stick.
She said his name is Patchwork. Xe likes Patch better. Both fit. But Patch is less of a mouthful. She said that was okay. Xe thinks he likes her. She's nice.
“Pop! Goes the weasel. . .” He sings as xe waits for her to come back. He kicks his legs back and forth. Well, leg and a half. She hasn't sewn the last one on yet, or his other arm. Xe's gotten creative on propping himself up. He likes to see, after all. The ceiling is boring.
It takes a while before she opens the door again. Xe goes still, watching with the two eyes he's got. She holds the third in her hand.
“Hello, Patch. Lay back down, please.” She greets him as she takes off her hat and ties her curly hair into a poof behind her head.
He does as he's told. She sits in the chair next to his table. Xe listens to her tools as she gets them ready. Needle, thread, scissors.
“Hold still.” He does as xe's told. Always does. His eyes follow her hands as she cuts a slit in his forehead. “Does that hurt?”
“Is it supposed to?” Nobody told him that.
“Yes, probably.” Then it does hurt. Xe squirms just a little as she lines the hole with a scrap of fabric, skillfully sewing the edges into place. “Stop that.” Xe wants to, but it hurts. She said it was supposed to!
She manages to tie the thread at the end, palming the third eye again. “Open that.” It does, like an eyelid. She presses the eyeball into it, drawing back as Patch tries to blink it. That's uncomfortable, it doesn't close all the way. He gets used to it pretty quickly.
“There.” She smiles, patting his head. She leaves. Xe doesn't know when she'll be back. That's okay, he'll wait. He doesn't sleep. Xe doesn't know what that is.
He doesn't like that she turned out the lights. Memories that aren't his tell him that xe should be scared of the dark. They say so, so he is. Xe stares up at the ceiling, imagining glow in the dark stars all over it.
She's back the next morning, with a big smile and porcelain leg held in her hand. “Hello. Patch. Please lay down.”
He already was. Xe flinch when she pokes in the first pin. She just sighs. “Okay.”
“It hurts.”
“I know, I know. You'll be alright, if you hold still.” He does, watching as she closes a leather strap around his wrists, then leg, then over the unfinished one. He doesn't understand.
“Will these not make it hurt?”
“No. But this way you will not interfere. with my work.” She begins to pin the piece to xem again. He squirms and whimpers, quieting when she shushes him.
She starts sewing, and he fights against the restraints. Well, he doesn't really. Xe tenses like he is, screwing his eyes shut. The third one still doesn't close all the way.
She steps away when the sewing is all done. She checks her work, freeing the leg from the restraints and instructing xem to move it around. Then she nods, and leaves him alone. Alone, in a dark room. Trapped by leather that would sooner break his hand before xe managed to slip out of it. Xe doesn't know what crying is. He’s just afraid.
Cal returns the next day, this time with a hand. He struggles this time. Xe doesn't want this. It's been hours and her stitches are uneven when she finally decides that's enough.
“There.” She frowns at his expression. It's blanker than usual, and xe hardly even reacts. What part of her instructions caused this? “Stop that.”
“Stop what?”
“You're just. Staring straight ahead. Why aren't you doing anything?” His eyes immediately begin to dart about. There! All better.
“This good?” She sighs, and nods. She won't be getting any more progress on that front today. She leaves again, this time letting him free from the table, in hopes xe’ll be more cooperative the next day.
She returns to more struggling, and a slightly defiant Patch. Somebody must have talked to him. She really should change the computer password. Only a minor inconvenience. She manages to get the hand sewn on well enough. She leaves xem in the restraints, this time. Maybe that will teach him something.
The moment she mentions resizing the leg the next day, Patch starts thinking. Pamela told him he doesn't need to listen to her. Could xe leave? She wouldn't let him. Xe can’t function on his own! Hm. Maybe he could leave for a while, try and learn what she means by being a person. Be what she wants. Come back fixed up and perfect.
No. That's dumb. It’d never work out. He resigns himself to staying.
The next time the needle touches him, xe might change his mind. Who knows.

Christmas Ornaments for Kids: Fun and Safe Decorating Ideas
1. Choose Kid-Friendly Ornaments
When decorating with young children, safety is the top priority. It’s essential to opt for child-friendly Christmas ornaments, meaning they should be lightweight, shatterproof, and free from sharp edges. Plastic and fabric ornaments are ideal choices. You can even find adorable felt ornaments in fun shapes like stars, animals, and stockings, which are soft and safe for little hands. Avoid glass ornaments or those with small detachable parts that could become a choking hazard.
Additionally, consider DIY ornaments made from paper, foam, or wood. These are often safe and affordable, allowing your kids to join the crafting fun. Letting your children help make ornaments will ensure the decorations are safe and give them a sense of ownership over the holiday décor.
2. Personalize with Handcrafted Ornaments
Crafting personalized Christmas ornaments is another fun way to involve your kids in holiday decorating. Handcrafted decorations are a great way to add sentimental value to your tree while keeping the experience enjoyable for children. You can encourage them to use safe, child-friendly materials like non-toxic paints, glue, and glitter to design their ornaments.
Salt dough ornaments are a classic and straightforward option. You can make the dough using flour, salt, and water, then have your kids shape it into festive designs like candy canes or gingerbread men. After baking, they can paint and decorate their creations. These ornaments can last for years and serve as heartwarming keepsakes of your child’s holiday creativity.
3. Opt for Interactive Ornaments
Children love anything that sparks their curiosity and creativity. Interactive Christmas ornaments are perfect for this, as they engage your kids’ senses while adding extra fun to decorating. Ornaments that make sounds, light up, or have moving parts can be a big hit with little ones. You can find musical ornaments that play classic Christmas songs or battery-operated decorations that light up when touched.
Consider incorporating ornaments that double as toys, such as miniature stuffed animals or small wooden figures. Just be sure they are large enough to avoid posing any choking hazards. These ornaments will entertain kids and add a playful touch to your Christmas tree.
4. Organize a Decorating Station
Set up a special decorating station just for your kids to make the decorating process even more fun and organized. This can be a small table where you lay out safe Christmas ornaments, ribbons, and garlands for them to choose from. Having their own space to decorate gives them a sense of independence while keeping the mess contained.
You can even provide child-friendly tools like blunt scissors and easy-to-use ribbon cutters so they can help with tasks like hanging ornaments and trimming garlands. To add more excitement, turn the decorating station into a “Christmas workshop” where your kids can create ornament designs and add them to the tree. This hands-on activity encourages creativity and teamwork, making the holiday decorating experience more memorable.
5. Add Soft and Plush Ornaments
Soft, plush ornaments are excellent for families with young children because they are fun to play with and completely safe. These Christmas ornaments are often made of felt or fabric and come in the shapes of animals, snowmen, Santa Claus, and more. Since they are soft, they won’t break or cause injury if dropped, making them perfect for little ones who like to handle the decorations.
You can also mix soft ornaments with traditional ones to give the tree a textured look. Another benefit of using plush ornaments is that they are often washable, meaning you won’t have to worry if they get dirty from little hands.
6. Create a Themed Kids' Tree
If your family decorates more than one tree during the holidays, consider dedicating a small tree just for your kids. A themed tree can be an exciting way for children to express their creativity and enjoy their unique Christmas decorations. You can choose a theme your kids love, such as animals, cartoon characters, or a winter wonderland filled with snowflakes and reindeer.
Having a kids’ tree gives them complete control over decorating, from picking out the Christmas ornaments to deciding where each piece goes. It’s a great way to ensure they stay engaged and have fun while keeping the main tree reserved for more delicate or traditional decorations.
7. Safety Tips for Christmas Decorating
While decorating with kids is loads of fun, keeping safety in mind throughout the process is crucial. Here are some essential tips to ensure a safe and happy decorating experience:
Keep breakable items out of reach: If you have fragile or heirloom ornaments, place them higher up on the tree where little hands can’t reach them.
Avoid small parts: Make sure that ornaments do not contain small detachable parts that can be swallowed.
Secure the tree: Ensure that the Christmas tree is stable and won’t tip over if kids pull on the branches.
Use battery-operated lights: Avoid using electric lights on lower branches to prevent the risk of shocks or burns. Battery-operated lights are a safer alternative for trees that children will be decorating.
8. Shop for Kid-Friendly Ornaments at Decor Steals
Finding the right Christmas ornaments that are fun and safe for kids doesn’t have to be challenging. Stores like Decor Steals offer many child-friendly decorations that are perfect for family decorating. From plush ornaments to colorful plastic decorations, you can easily find options that suit your style while keeping safety in mind.
Decorating for Christmas is a treasured family tradition. By using kid-friendly, safe ornaments, you can ensure that everyone has a great time without worry. So, gather your children, get creative with decorations, and enjoy the season's magic together.

Craft Projects for Kids to Encourage Creativity
Craft Activities for Kids
Craft activities for kids are a fantastic way to foster creativity, enhance fine motor skills, and provide hours of fun. In this article, we’ll explore a variety of craft activities, each designed to spark the imagination of young minds. From simple projects that require minimal supplies to more elaborate creations, these activities will engage kids of all ages. We’ve also gathered insights and advice from experts in the field to provide you with the best tips for a successful crafting experience.

1. Paper Plate Animals
Materials Needed: Paper plates, colored paper, markers, glue, scissors, googly eyes
Paper plate animals are a classic craft activity that never gets old. Kids can transform ordinary paper plates into their favorite animals using colored paper, markers, and a little bit of imagination. Whether it's a roaring lion, a fluttering butterfly, or a spotted cow, the possibilities are endless.
Steps:
Choose an Animal: Have the kids pick their favorite animal or a new one they'd like to learn about. This step helps engage their interest from the start.
Prepare the Plate: Start with a basic paper plate which will act as the base of the animal's face. Explain to the kids how the plate's round shape can represent different animal faces.
Cut Out Features: Use colored paper to cut out the animal’s ears, eyes, nose, mouth, and any other distinctive features like whiskers or horns. For a lion, cut out a mane from yellow or orange paper.
Assemble the Face: Glue the features onto the paper plate. Encourage creativity; the more unique, the better. This step allows kids to experiment with different layouts before committing to a design.
Add Details: Use markers to draw additional details such as fur patterns, spots, or stripes. Kids can also add textures using different materials.
Attach Eyes: Stick on googly eyes to give the animal a playful look. Discuss how eyes can change the character’s expression and personality.
Tips and Variations:
3D Effect: For a 3D effect, use folded paper or layers for features like ears and noses.
Use Different Materials: Consider using yarn for hair or pipe cleaners for whiskers.
Animal Research: Make this educational by having kids learn a few fun facts about their chosen animal.
Expert Tip: Maria Johnson, a kindergarten teacher, advises, “Encourage kids to use their imagination and create their own unique animals. This not only enhances creativity but also builds confidence in their artistic abilities.”
2. DIY Slime
Materials Needed: Glue, baking soda, contact lens solution, food coloring, glitter (optional)
Slime is a favorite among kids, combining science and art in a fun and squishy way. Making slime at home is easy and provides a sensory experience that children love.
Steps:
Prepare Glue Base: Pour 4 ounces of glue into a bowl. Clear or white glue works best. Explain the role of glue in forming the slime's base.
Add Color: Mix in a few drops of food coloring to give your slime a vibrant hue. Discuss how different colors can be mixed to create new shades.
Mix in Baking Soda: Stir in 1 teaspoon of baking soda. This acts as a thickener. Discuss the chemical reaction that will happen with the contact solution.
Add Contact Solution: Gradually add contact lens solution, a little at a time, while stirring. The slime will start to form and pull away from the sides of the bowl.
Knead the Slime: Once the mixture is too stiff to stir, use your hands to knead it. Continue adding contact solution if it's too sticky.
Customize: Add glitter or small beads for texture and sparkle. Discuss how different textures can be added to slime.
Tips and Variations:
Different Textures: Experiment with different glue types and add-ins like foam beads or shaving cream for varied textures.
Educational Aspect: Discuss the science behind the slime, explaining how the ingredients interact to create a non-Newtonian fluid.
Expert Tip: Chemistry teacher Tom Bradley explains, “Making slime is a great way to introduce kids to basic chemical reactions. It’s a hands-on activity that teaches about viscosity and non-Newtonian fluids.”

Why DIY Crafts for Kids Are Essential

DIY crafts for kids are not just about creating cute trinkets or keeping little hands busy; they are vital for a child's development. Creativity is a cornerstone of childhood, and encouraging it through hands-on activities fosters numerous skills. Through crafting, children develop fine motor skills as they cut, glue, and paint. Moreover, crafting allows for self-expression, enabling kids to communicate their feelings and ideas in a tangible way. Embracing DIY crafts early on sets the stage for a lifetime of innovation and problem-solving.
Crafting isn't just about the end product; it's also about the process. Exploration is a key component of childhood development, and DIY crafts offer a safe and structured way for kids to explore different materials, textures, and techniques. As they experiment and play with various elements, they learn about cause and effect, developing critical thinking skills in the process.
Getting Started: Essential Supplies for DIY Crafts
Before diving into DIY crafts with your kids, it's essential to have the right supplies on hand. Here's a handy list to get you started:
Construction paper: A versatile material for drawing, cutting, and folding.
Glue: Both glue sticks and liquid glue are useful for different types of projects.
Safety scissors: Opt for child-safe scissors with blunt tips to prevent accidents.
Markers and crayons: These are essential for adding color and detail to crafts.
Pipe cleaners: Great for creating 3D shapes and adding texture.
Googly eyes: Perfect for adding personality to creations.
Craft sticks: Ideal for building structures and exploring symmetry.
Paint and brushes: For more adventurous projects, painting adds a new dimension to creativity.
By having these supplies readily available, you can seamlessly transition from one craft project to the next, keeping your little ones engaged and excited about creating.
DIY Crafts for Different Age Groups
Crafting activities should be age-appropriate to ensure maximum engagement and safety. Here are some ideas tailored to different age groups:
Toddlers (Ages 1-3)
Toddlers are just beginning to explore the world around them, so simple, sensory-focused crafts are ideal. Try activities like:
Finger painting: Let your little one explore colors and textures with non-toxic finger paints.
Pasta necklace: String large, easy-to-grasp pasta shapes onto a piece of yarn for a wearable masterpiece.
Playdough fun: Homemade playdough is safe for little ones to squish and mold to their heart's content.
Preschoolers (Ages 3-5)
Preschoolers have developed more dexterity and can handle slightly more complex projects. Consider activities such as:
Paper plate animals: Use paper plates as the base for creating animals with construction paper, googly eyes, and markers.
Nature collages: Take a nature walk to collect leaves, flowers, and sticks, then use them to create beautiful collages.
Simple origami: Start with easy origami shapes like a paper boat or frog to introduce basic folding techniques.
Benefits of Incorporating DIY Crafts into Learning
Incorporating DIY crafts into learning experiences offers a multitude of benefits for children's development. Here's why it's worth integrating crafting into educational activities:
Hands-on learning: Crafting engages multiple senses and allows children to experience concepts in a tangible way, making learning more memorable.
Enhanced creativity: By encouraging open-ended exploration, DIY crafts spark creativity and imagination, essential skills for problem-solving and innovation.
Cognitive development: Crafting involves planning, sequencing, and spatial awareness, all of which support cognitive development and executive function skills.
Emotional expression: Artistic activities provide a safe outlet for children to express their emotions and process their experiences, promoting emotional well-being.
By weaving DIY crafts into educational endeavors, parents and educators can create dynamic and enriching learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and interests.
Tips for Making DIY Crafting Sessions Enjoyable
While DIY crafting with kids can be incredibly rewarding, it's essential to approach it with patience and enthusiasm. Here are some tips to ensure a positive crafting experience for everyone involved:
Keep it simple: Choose projects that match your child's skill level and attention span to prevent frustration.
Embrace messiness: Crafting can get messy, and that's okay! Lay down newspaper or a plastic tablecloth to protect surfaces, and encourage creativity without worrying about the cleanup.
Focus on the process: While the end result is fun, emphasize the enjoyment of the crafting process itself rather than perfection.
Encourage autonomy: Offer guidance when needed, but allow children to make their own creative choices and mistakes along the way.
By approaching DIY crafting with a relaxed and open mindset, you can create memorable bonding experiences and foster a love for creativity in your children.
Conclusion: Sparking Creativity Through DIY Crafts
DIY crafts for kids are more than just a way to pass the time; they are powerful tools for nurturing creativity, fostering learning, and promoting holistic development. Whether you're exploring colors with toddlers or diving into intricate projects with older children, crafting offers endless opportunities for exploration and self-expression. So gather your supplies, unleash your imagination, and embark on a journey of creativity and discovery with your little ones.

Ho ho ho! I'm so terribly sorry for being late these last few days, I've had my hands rather tied. Now, where were we? I come with many presents. NAUGHTY -> Is there someone that Kira utterly loathes? Would love for nothing more than to do away with that person? If the opportunity was presented, to erase someone within the Fog from that plane of existence, would he?
NICE -> When did she first become aware of the blood web? What is her favorite thing that she loves to find within the Entity's random catalog?
NAUGHTY -> Do they believe that there's a way out of this mess? That there is a possibility to escape from the Entity's clutches? If there was, would she take it, leaving everything and everyone behind for freedom?
As always, meeeeeeerry Christmas! Your SECRET secret Santa :)
First Question is going to be under the cut for the non-graphic but still sensitive subject matter. Two! First sleep following Trial One. The wiki describes it as a nexus that prevents dreamless sleep. In my headcanon, there is an actual giant web constructed in a cave or between very old trees. Every item is a cocoon in reach. And if you take something, you always cut yourself on branches or debris that remain in the shell of the cocoon, staining the webs red. It hardly matters how injured you get in this nexus, as long as you can pay the equal price for what the item is worth. When Kira wakes, she'd be the amount of injured or uninjured she was at the end of the previous trial, and her body would be whole again once she starts fresh for the next trial. As she becomes a more experienced survivor, the gathering of items process comes to her when she's awake, appearing to her as found items she can forage for in the forest, and items in the vending machine in RPD she can press a button for.
Items Kira is most interested in are Medkits of any kind. Add-ons most particularly coveted would be the anti-haemorrhagic syringe, stypic agent, abdominal dressing, gauze roll, needle & thread, medical scissors, bandages, and butterfly tape. When miraculously not available, the brand new part for Toolboxes, the black silk cord for Maps, the blood amber and the unique wedding ring for the Key are very much appreciated. Kira hoards Flashlights, rarely ever ever using them. Offerings that she snags immediately and uses often are Bog Laurels, Shiny Coins, and Tarnished Coins. Three! At heart, she always has that spark of hope she will leave this place. It would take a lot of being beaten down to no longer believe. The harsh words of a jaded friend or lover, followed by a long absence that induces a spiral into becoming obsessive and malformed. The betrayal of other survivors, if her reputation as a vampire consumes the masses to treat her as contagious or like a ticking time bomb, bound to start killing. Kira's resolve under normal circumstances, the bloodiest and most hopeless of trials, is usually steel to the end, whether it is a flawless escape or a horrifying mori.
Kira keeps this very close to her chest, but she would jump through a portal or let a merciful fog consume her even if it only takes one. She would hope someone dear to her would be able to follow, or use her notes and clues left behind to which tomes one ought to look for to be able to follow. But come daylight, under these hellish circumstances, Kira is of the mindset she should put her oxygen mask on first before helping others. Even if that means the possibility of never seeing the people she's met again. It's why I have this au arc. no exit where someone she knows is so pissed off, they make a pact to see that she comes back and is stuck here with the rest of them
I think Kira is in the majority with most people wanting the dream demon, the Nightmare, to not be a part of the roster. It's not the dreamscape. It's a challenge as difficult as facing the Pig. It's his origin, that one can easily deduce with the presence of an elementary school in Springwood, that's repulsive. He wasn't a indiscriminate killer, or a soldier that committed war crimes on behalf of a government or private corporation, or child himself. He was a older man who took advantage of his position as groundskeeper and abused children, marked them, and killed them. And those that got away until teenager years or adulthood were slowly hunted down until there were nearly none left and the myth had to be retold by future generations in order for his spirit to have form and influence.
I'm a fan of the Freddy films, and I can consume fucked up content in healthy amounts. My fictional character has fictional standards of who should live or die an ugly death. Kira, who is a csa survivor, would personally want to stab Freddy thirty-six times in the face, and then pray the Entity would wipe her memory of the incident, and send him back to the real world, where he can possess actor R/obert En/glund into doing one more script to feed the ancient entity that constantly needs its story to be told in safe media like movies in order for it to be trapped forever.

❛ Non, ❜ Cecil denies it immediately, but there's a spark of mischief in his eyes. He takes out a blood-splattered handkerchief to wipe off the worst of the blood, smiling at Will the whole time.
❛ It is the first time I have killed this way, in this setting, with this specific pair of scissors. ❜
❛ The rest we will count as practice. Then you can say it is our first death together. C'est plus romantique, non? ❜ That is more romantic, no?
He doesn't write novels himself, but he thinks about how to live like one. Taking a step towards the other man, he dangles the bloody handkerchief at Will's chest.
❛ Please, hold onto this. ❜ As he leans in closer, he drops the handkerchief and—
Disappears.
Only for a second, reappearing behind Will to catch two Glitched in their tracks, then a skip and teleport to a third coming down a side street.
Five bodies later, Cecil teleports back in front of Will, cheerful but with a hand held out expectantly.
❛ Do you still have it? ❜
" aw, i didn't mean to stop and write now, " he tilts his head to the side, " we'll have plenty of time to find out stuff about eachother later. it's more of a note than anything .. unless you're planning to not see me again after the carnage. gonna disappear into the oh, crimson fog of the forest without a trace? leave heartbroken lovers in your wake? "
his hips shift side to side, too flirtatiously in the face of danger. " sounds like a good trade-off. you tell me about your mysterious, wonderful self and i'll write in every beauty you could ask for. deal? "
audibly - and much to will's embarrassment - he yelps when the scissors are thrown with needle-sharp precision, killing the sudden appearing glitched upon impact. in the aftermath, he's not sure what to be impressed most by - the fine thread which glows, clearly magic, and connects the weapon to cecil, or the casualness of murdering.
" i'll go wherever you go, " the poet muses, though the realisation of how secretly dangerous the other might be reflects in his blue eyes. " i'm known to follow my muses wherever. so .. "
will bites his lips, both nervous and intrigued. " just answer me truthfully. you're .. quite used to killing, aren't you darling? "

I Thought This Was A Closet Party
Pairing: Peter Parker x Reader
Synopsis: Peter helps you with a favor that brings you closer than ever. Like, stuck in a closet together type of close
Masterlist
“Hello Peter.” You greeted him stiffly. “You look very sexy today.”
Peter swiveled in his chair to look at you, perched in his door way with a look on your face that he knew all too well.
“Oh God.” He groaned. “What do you want?”
“What makes you think I want something, my delectable best friend?” You asked as you walked into his room and shut the door behind you. Peter his earbuds out and looked up at you, giving you his full attention.
“Maybe because called me “delectable”.” He said pointedly and you waved your hand in dismissal.
“Haha.” You faked laughed and draped yourself over his lap, making him adjust himself in the chair to catch you. “You are just as funny as you are handsome.”
“Fake flirting?” He raised an eyebrow at you as he secured his arms around your waist to keep you from falling off the chair. “What do want? My kidney?”
“Oh, Peter. You are so silly. Your sense of humor is unmatched.” You laughed again as you patted his chest. “Have I mentioned I love this flannel? It’s so rugged and lesbian chic. You fill it out really well. Is it Gucci?”
“It’s from Goodwill and I’m not giving you anything. Flattery gets you nowhere-“
“Hold on.” You interrupted before sighing dramatically. “Sorry. I just got lost in your eyes. They remind me of the ocean.”
“My eyes are brown.” Peter shut you down instantly.
“I know. Water pollution is so devastating. I bet you could end it with just a smile and a wink.” You flirted around you walked your fingers up his chest and booped his nose.
“That’s one of the weirder come on’s I’ve heard.” He laughed at you. Even thought he knew you were only kidding, it didn’t stop his heart from pounding when you flirted with him. He did his best to keep a straight face as you toyed with the collar of his shirt. You looked up suddenly and your face softened, almost like you were being genuine for a moment.
“Your face looks scrumptious in the moonlight.” You deadpanned, making Peter groan loudly and rub his tired eyes.
“I need you to stop.” Peter whined as you laughed at yourself.
“I fantasize about us being in love to fall asleep.” You continued your charade as you wrapped your arms around his neck. That one hit a little too close to home for Peter and he blew out a breath.
“Just take it. Take my kidney. This is unbearable.”
“I really like your personality.” You tried again.
“Not gonna happen.” Peter insisted.
“You butt looks good in those jeans?” You phrased it as more of a question as you looked at him with hope.
“You got me.” He sighed. “You know my butt is a direct pathway to my heart. What do you need from me?”
You smiled with pride as you finally broke him down and climbed off his lap.
“I need an interview with Cleatus Kassidy for an article.” You told him as you clasped your hands under your chin.
“Okay.” Peter nodded. “Where is he?”
You took a step towards Peter and brushed a curl behind his ear, letting your hand rest in the back of his neck and and tangle in his curls. He knew this was just another step in your scheme to get him to help you, but he couldn’t help from leaning into your touch.
“Queensboro Correctional facility.” You said sheepishly, and Peter finally understood what all the flirtatious precautions were for.
“He’s in jail?” Peter nearly screamed when you broke the news.
“No.” You said and Peter relaxed. “He’s in prison.”
“No. Absolutely not.” Peter dismissed you and held out the scissors again. “I’d rather you take the kidney.”
“Please?” You pleaded and tilted his chin up to look at you. “I can’t be a criminal investigator without any experience and I’m already behind since my stupid professor doesn’t like me. Which is insane, by the way, since I’m adorable and charming.”
“Yeah, I cant imagine why he wouldn’t like you, you being so humble and all.” He replied.
“Right?” You answered, unaware of his sarcasm. “I need this to prove I belong in his class. This is the break I’ve been waiting for.”
“What do you need from me?” Peter sighed. “That doesn’t mean I’m helping, I just want an estimation on how stupid this plan is before I put an offer down.”
“I need you to help me break into the prison so I can put my name in his visitors list.” You said all in one breath.
“You want to break into jail?” Peter whispered harshly so his aunt wouldn’t hear.
“No.” You said bluntly. “I want to break into prison.”
“Nope. Not happening.” Peter held up his hands in defense and swiveled back to face his desk.
“Peter, please?” You begged as you turned his chair around. “Do you understand how much this means to me?”
“And do you understand that people typically try to break out of prison? Not in?” Peter sassed you.
“But this is the only way to get on his visitors list.” You whined. “I’ve tried calling everyday for the three weeks but he keeps getting his phone privileges taken away for behavioral misconducts.”
“What kind of behavior misconducts?” Peter lowered his eyebrows skeptically. You looked down at your hands and timidly picked at your chipping nail polish.
“The stabbing kind.” You mumbled and Peters jaw dropped.
“That’s a bad kind!” He exclaimed.
“But no one ever finds a knife!” You retorted. “The victims always have deep puncture wounds but no knife. And the guards once found bite marks.”
“Oh, great. So he takes a little nibble after puncturing his victims.” Peter clasped his hands together on his lap. “Can’t wait to meet him. Should I bake him some cornbread as a gift?”
“That’d be nice.” You ignored his sarcasm and answered honestly.
“I was being sarcastic.” Peter snapped and got out of his chair.
“Good for you!” You said back. “No one investigated the bite marks even though they didn’t match Cleatus’s dental records. Not to mention, his MO has completely changed since getting into prison. He used to go after blonde women in their 40’s-
“Karen’s.” Peter cut in.
“Exactly.” You nodded. “And now he goes after men who are in for non violent crimes with no previous records. Something weird is going and no one is investigating it. That’s why I need to get in there and see what’s up but I need your help to do that. You owe me since you got me thinking about how much I want cornbread.”
Peter leaned on his hand and stared at you, trying to decipher his next move. You folded your arms and stared back, trying to look serious.
“People are dying, Peter.” You said softly, making him sigh.
“I also want cornbread.” He said quietly as he kept his gaze down.
“Peter, I will bake you all the cornbread you can eat until you’re too heavy to swing from your webs if you help me.” You told him as you sat back on his lap. Peter squeezed your hip gently and pursed his lips.
“I don’t know.” He shook his head. “We could get in a lot of trouble.”
“Your ass is bigger than Captain America’s.” You started up again with the compliments, making a smile tug at Peters lips.
“I’m in.”
“Yay! Thank you so much.” You wrapped your arms around his neck and hugged him tightly. “When I win the Pulitzer Prize for my work you’ll be the first one I thank.”
“All right, all right.” Peter chuckled softly as he rubbed your back. “What’s the first step of the plan?”
“You have your suit, so it’s only fair I get a disguise of my own.” You began.
“Does that mean...”
“Yep.” You smiled. “Road trip to Goodwill.”
“You treat me so well.” Peter beamed.
~
A day later, you stood outside Queensboro Correctional facility in a makeshift guard next to Peter in his Spiderman suit.
“This is it?” Peter asked as he looked at the building. It’s height alone made him feel small, and the fact he was the reason a few of those inmates were in there didn’t make him feel any better.
“This is it.” You confirmed as you adjusted your tie.
“How do we get in?” Peter looked to you.
“The computer room is the only one with a window that opens since you need a key to get in. It locks automatically so you have to stay there while I do my part of the plan. Once my name is on the list, we can meet back at the computer room.”
“And then we get cornbread?” Peter asked.
“And then we get cornbread.” You nodded.
“Awesome. You ready?”
“Ready.” You secured yourself to Peters side but stopped him before he could swing away. “Oh wait. Hang on.” You took out your phone and quickly dialed a number.
“Who are you calling?” Peter wondered as you held your phone to your ear.
“Remember that thing we talked about? Awesome. Yeah, you can do it now.” You said into the phone as you looked to the sky. Right as Peter looked up in the same direction, a hot blue lightning rod struck the power lines, sending a wave of sparks to rain down. The lights inside the prison flickered for a moment before coming back on.
“You got Thor involved?” Peter asked in shock.
“I needed him to knock out the security cameras so we didn’t get caught.” You shrugged. “Unless, of course, you wanted to join Cleatus in there.”
“Just grab on.” Peter huffed and wrapped his arm around your waist. He shot a web towards the fifth floor and swung you up there with ease. He stuck to the side of the building as he opened the window, pushing you inside before going in himself.
“You didn’t have to roll me in like I’m a bowling ball.” You grumbled as you dusted yourself off.
“You’re just mad because I always beat you at Wii bowling.” Peter shrugged as he brushed some dust off your shoulder.
“Okay, but which one of us cried because they lost at Wii tennis last week?” You asked as you peered out the window in the door for any guards.
“Me, but I wasn’t crying because I lost.” Peter insisted.
“Sure you weren't.” You quipped as you fixed your uniform.
“You hit me in the face with your controller!” Peter whispered harshly, not wanting to alert anyone to his presence.
“The past can hurt us, but we have to chose to run from it or learn from it.” You said causally as you continued to look out the window.
“Do not quote Lion King right now, I swear to God.” Peter grumbled as he took a seat at one of the computers.
“You’re not being very Hakuna matata right now.” You said quietly and Peter glared at you, piercing you through his mask.
“I just feel like you’re being a little too slimy and not enough satisfying.” You added and he balled his hands into a fist.
“We are in a correctional facility right now and unless you’d like to write your next exposition from a cell in a women’s prison, I suggest you get on with your part of the plan.” Peter said with superficial calmness.
“Right. Sorry. I’ll go find a guard.” You hung your head in shame and left the room. You tried to blend in as you walked through the halls, smiling tightly at any guards you passed. Coming behind a corner, you found a single guard by an open window and took the next step of the plan. You ducked behind the wall and held your fingers against the intercom in your ear.
“Eagle 1, do you copy? Eagle 1, over.” You whispered.
“Who’s Eagle 1? Don’t even tell me you got Sam in on the plan.” Peters voice filled your ear.
“You’re Eagle 1!” You whispered abrasively. “We can’t have a heist without code names.”
“I’m thinking of a lot of code names I’d like you call you right now.” Peter mumbled.
“Are you in position?” You asked him.
“Yes, I am in position.” Peter confirmed as he stuck to the side of the building.
“I found a guard.” You told him. “I’m on the west side of the fifth floor. Do you see me?”
“I see you.” Peter responded.
“Okay. Do your thing.”
You watched Peter swing back and forth between the buildings outside of the window where you were positioned. When the guard didn’t look up, you had to step in.
“Wow! Is that Spider-Man?” You asked dramatically as you came around the corner. The guard barely glanced up at the window and looked at you.
“Yeah.” He sighed.
“That’s so cool. He’s like a celebrity.” You gushed.
“Yeah.” He said again.
“Boy, wouldn’t it be awesome to get a picture with him? You’d be the coolest guy ever if you could get a picture.” You forced a laugh, beginning to panic when the guard wasn’t responding the way you hoped.
“Eh.” He shrugged unenthusiastically.
“Why don’t you give me your phone and I’ll take your picture? I’m sure Spiderman wouldn’t mind.” You looked at Peter and gave him a thumbs up, which he reciprocated.
“Meh.” He said and began to walk away, making your heart race with fear.
“Okay, um, wait!” You called after him, still needing the code from him.
“What?” He turned around, growing frustrated with you. Your eyes darted across his face before landing on his name tag.
“Sebastian.” You faked a smile. “I really need to get onto one of the computers but I left my phone as home. Do you think you could tell me the passcode?”
Sebastian cocked his head to the side and looked at you sideways for a moment, making you shift uncomfortably. You were sure you were caught just from his look.
“Where’s your name tag?” He questioned. You looked down at where your name tag should be and gulped. The uniform was pretty easy to make out of miscellaneous items from Goodwill, but you’d forgotten about a name tag.
“An inmate…swallowed it.” You lied, hoping he would somehow believe you with your pithy excuse.
“Which inmate?” Sebastian asked, making you suck in a breath. You raked your brain for the most generic name you could think of.
“Josh?” It came out as more of question as a bead of sweat rolled down your forehead. To your surprise, Sebastians face softened and he let out a laugh.
“Damn. That is so Josh.” He chuckled. “The code is 877-393-4448. If you talk to Sheila at the front desk, she can get you another name tag. This is the ninth one Josh has swallowed.”
You gave Sebastian a gentle smile, surprised he was so eager to help you.
“Thank you.” You said sincerely. Sebastian nodded and returned the smile.
“And between you and me, Captain America is way cooler.” He said behind his hand, like it was a secret.
“Totally.” You laughed before he walked away.
“I heard that.” Peter grumbled into your intercom.
“I was just playing along to keep my cover.” You defended yourself as you wrote the code down in your notes.
“Eagle 1, the recipe has been downloaded. I repeat, the recipe had been downloaded.” You whispered so only Peter could hear.
“What recipe?”
“The code!” You almost yelled. “I got the code, you ninny. Are you back in the computer room?”
“I just got in.” He told you.
“Okay. I’m texting you the code. Tell me when you get it.”
“I got it.” He confirmed.
“Go to inmate information.” You walked him through the steps.
“Yep.”
“Find inmate 24601.” You said, Cleatus’s number.
“Getting scared at how much you know about the prison computer system.” Peter laughed nervously as he did what you asked.
“Go to visitors.” You ignored his comment.
“Okay.”
“And put my full name.” You instructed. Your heart raced as you waited for him to complete the most important part of the plan.
“You’re on.” Peter told you, making you sigh in relief.
“Yes! I love you.” You cheered. “You’re the best best friend in the world.”
“You’re not so bad yourself.” Peter said quietly, still reeling from you saying you loved him.
“I couldn’t have done it without you.” You gushed as you walked back towards the computer room. You were flooded with excitement and appreciation for Peter that was pouring out of you.
“And Thor, apparently.” He commented as he got out of the computer chair.
“Shut up.” You teased. “All we need to do now is get out of here without being seen. Think you can do that?”
“You’re talking to Spiderman, baby.” Peter quipped. “I can do anything.”
“Except put the toilet seat down after using it, apparently.” You shrugged, biting your tongue so you wouldn’t laugh as you passed a guard.
“I told you I was sorry for that.”
“Do you know what it’s like to fall into a toilet, Peter?” You asked him. “My knees hit my shoulders.”
“I think you’re being a little dramatic.” He insisted.
“I could’ve drowned.” You snapped as you came around a corner. Your eyes widened in shock as Peter, still in his suit, met you in the hallway.
“Could you really, though?” He sassed as he approached you. Your throat went dry at the sight of him and you struggled to find the words to say.
“What are you doing here?” You whispered as you pulled him back around the corner.
“Oh, didn’t you hear? We broke in. You know, like a crime.” Peter said casually, making you groan loudly.
“Do not rehash John Mulaney jokes right now.” You demanded. “Why are you here? You left the computer room?”
“You said we were gonna meet up.” He said, beginning to see how panicked you were.
“Yes! Inside the computer room! So we can escape out the window.” You had to keep yourself from yelling so you frantically paced back and forth. There was no explanation for why or how Spider-Man was inside the prison and all it would take was a quick search of your name to reveal you didn’t actually work there.
“All right, so we’ll just go back in there.” Peter said calmly, trying to address the situation.
“We can’t just go back in there. It locks automatically.” You told him. “That’s why you were supposed to wait in there to let me in.”
“Oh.” Peter said meekly.
“Yeah. Oh.” You poked him angrily.
“What do we do now?” He asked, his panic levels rising to match your own. You opened your mouth to speak until the sound of keys jingling caught your attention.
“Wait, someone’s coming. We can’t get caught.” You gripped his shoulders and looked at him in fear.
“What’s the big deal? You have your guard costume on. Plus, everyone love the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.” Peter tried to calm you down but it only made you worse.
“Unless you want to become the friendly cell block inmate, we need to hide.” You whispered as you looked around. You spotted a janitors closet down the hall and tugged Peter towards it. “Get in here.”
You scrambled inside the closet, not realizing how cramped it would be with two people and a prisons worth of cleaning supplies. Your back was pressed against shelves and the front of you was pressed against Peter, someone he wasn’t complaining about. You rested your hands on his chest and looked through the slits in the door vent as Sebastian walked by the closet.
“He looks mean.” Peter gulped. “He looks like a biter.”
“Don’t judge him.” You whispered. “He was actually very nice to me.”
“Why are you getting friendly with the correctional officers?” Peter looked down at you, feeling a familiar sense of jealously bubble in his tummy.
“Why are you so doo doo at following directions?” You shot back.
“Your adjectives never fail to blow my mind.” Peter shook his head as he slipped his mask off.
“yOuR aDjeCtiVes nEVer fAil”, you mimicked his voice as you moved your hand like a puppet, “yeah okay School House Rock.”
“Keep it coming with the obscure references.” Peter leaned closer to taunt you. “Keep it coming please.”
You continued to berate Peter until his attention snapped towards the door and he put a gloved hand over your mouth.
“Wait, shhh!” He silenced you as he squinted through the vents in the door.
“Ew. When was the last time you washed your hands? We’re in a prison! You touched the doorknobs.” You grimaced as your took his hand off your mouth.
“You don’t like my doorknob hands? You don’t like my grimy doorknobs hands?” Peter asked as he rubbed his hands all over your face while you gagged.
“Might I remind you our personal freedoms are at stake? Do you want to go to jail?” You asked as you held his hands tightly in place to keep them off of you. Peter looked down guilty when he remembered where you were and put his hands down.
“I’ll be quiet.” He said sheepishly. You both stood in silence as another guard walked by, the only sounds coming from your heartbeats. Being this close to you was one thing, but Peters heightened senses was giving him gateway to a whole other experience. He could literally smell your fear, as well as your strawberry shampoo.
“I cannot believe we’re hiding in a supply closet.” He laughed a little to distract himself. “What’s next, we’re forced to share a bed?”
“I know. Or like, my mom can’t pay the bills so she sells me to your family.” You added, laughing along with him until you heard footsteps. “Oh, shh.”
You pressed yourself even closer to Peter as a group of guards walked past, trying to breathe as quietly as possible so they didn’t hear you. Peters has tightened with you this close, placing his hand on the small of your back to keep you in place. Your ear was flush against his heartbeat and you could hear it beating like a drum as you clung to him for safety.
“This is ridiculous. I am never going along with one of your plans again. They always put us in the most uncomfortable positions.” Peter grumbled, trying to act like having you this close wasn’t the greatest thing to happen to him.
“No they don’t.” You scoffed and continued to look out the vents for guards.
“Remember your fantastic movie night plan when you convinced me to watch 365 Days? How did that turn out, huh?” He reminded you making your whole face go white as you remembered that movie.
“I don’t want to talk about that.” You avoided his eyes as your cheeks flamed.
“Exactly.” Peter argued. “We couldn’t even look at each other. We were too frozen from shock to turn it off.”
“Every time I hear the word “boat” I get flashbacks.” You shuddered.
“Okay let’s not talk about the boat scene when we’re this close.” Peter squeezed his eyes shut to keep himself calm.
All of him.
“Why?” You asked curiously, not understanding what was going through Peters mind.
“I’m gonna shish kebab you, that’s why.” Peter said with embarrassment, suddenly wishing he had left the mask on to keep you from seeing how flushed he was. The wheels turned in your brain and a sheepish smile came on your face as you realized what he was worried about. You opened your mouth to speak but quickly shut it when a janitor and a guard stopped outside your closet.
“Kassidy again? What now?” The janitor asked with a sigh. You listened closely as you clung to Peter. He could barely focus on the conversation as your heartbeat fell into rhythm with him.
“Another stabbing.” The guard said. “If this guy gets one more shot, he’s getting moved to max.”
“All right. I’ll grab a mop.” The janitor said, making you and Peter look at each other in a panic.
“Shit.” You whispered with wide eyes.
“What?” Peter asked.
“Either you’re shish kebab-ing me from the back or the mop he’s looking for is right behind me.” You explained. Peter peered behind you and saw the handle of a mop leaning against the shelves and felt his heart race.
“Oh God. I can’t go to prison! I’m too soft and wholesome.” Peter began to freak out, feeling his forehead drip with sweat.
“Yeah, I hear that defense works really well in court.” You said sarcastically.
“Do not sass me, woman! This is your fault!” He exclaimed and you knew he was right. It was your fault.
“Let’s not play the blame game.” You said timidly. “And calling me “woman” like that is demeaning.”
“I know. Sorry women.” Peter said sincerely as he looked up. You looked up too but saw nothing but a water stain.
“Who are you apologizing to?” You asked.
“Captain Marvel.” He said sheepishly.
“What are we gonna do? We can’t get caught.” You whined quietly as you anxiously clutched Peters arms. Peter cleared his throat as another wave of your shampoo was scent his way.
“On the one hand, we could explain to them what we’re doing here and hope they have a sense of humor and sympathy for college students.” Peter chuckled shortly. “On the other hand, you smell like strawberries.”
“Wait, shh.” You stepped even closer to him when the janitor came closer to the closet door.
“Come here.” Peter said as he turned you around. He wrapped his arm firmly around your shoulders and held you flushed against himself as the janitor opened the door. You both held your breath and you pressed your back as close to Peters chest as you possibly could as the janitor grabbed the mop you were previously leaning against and left the closet. You waited a few seconds before sighing in relief, staying in Peters arms as you relaxed.
“I cannot believe that worked.” You breathed, still scared to talk too loudly in case he came back.
“I know. My friend Drax taught me how to do it. If you stand perfectly still, you become invisible to the human eye.” Peter spoke in a hushed tone as he panted.
“Wow.” You swallowed, your mouth having gone dry from fear.
“I know.” Peter nodded, resting his chin on top of your head. You had finally collected yourself when you felt something pressed against your leg.
“Peter?”
“Yeah?”
“Am I leaning on another mop?”
More silence filled the closet as that something continued to press against you.
“I wish I could say yes.” Peter said after a minute. You hung your head and tried to keep your laughter to yourself.
“Oh my God.” You sputtered. “Peter!”
“I’m sorry.” He said sincerely. “I have no control over him.”
“Him?!” You craned your neck to look at him in shock.
“If you must know, I call him Samuel L. Jackson.” Peter said sheepishly.
“Why?” You looked at him over your shoulder and he looked down in shame.
“Because he’s in everything.” Peter admitted, making you look up at the ceiling and count to ten in your head.
“You belong here.” You nodded. “You belong in prison.”
“I’m sorry!” Peter exclaimed. “Don’t get mad at me. It’ll only make it worse.”
“Everything I’m learning about you right now is against my will.” You grimaced.
“Wait, Karen isn’t picking up any heat signatures near us.” Peter said as he slipped his mask back on.
“Now he changes the subject.” You muttered to yourself.
“The coast is clear. We gotta go.” Peter scooped you up and opened the closet door. “And I’m not waiting for your little slow ass.”
“This is not how I imagined my Saturday.” You commented as Peter carried you back to the computer room as fast as he could.
“That makes three of us.” Peter said as he rounded the corner.
“Three?”
“Can’t forget about Samuel.” He gulped, knowing you’d get mad at him for what he said. You shook your head as he set you down in front of the the computer room door.
“We can’t go out this way. The door is locked, remember?” You put your hands on your hips and looked at him.
“Maybe, but it won’t be unlocked when we use this key I stole from the janitor.” Peter said as he smugly held up a key. “Even has a cute little label on it that says ‘computer room.’ How convenient.”
A smile lit up your face as you took the key from him, wasting no time in unlocking the door and pulled him inside. Once you were hidden from view, you pulled him into a long hug.
“I’m glad you came along.” You murmured in his ear. Peter smiled as he hugged you back, nuzzling into your hair. “Lets go.”
Two hours later, you were back in Peters apartment in your regular clothes. Peter could hear you talking on the phone after you stepped out take a call. After all the romantic moments, he really didn’t want to go back to being just friends.
Peter snapped out of his trance when you came back from his balcony, a giddy smile on your face.
“I just got off the phone with Queensboro.” You beamed. “I have a 2 pm appointment tomorrow with Cleatus.”
You punctuated your sentence by breaking out in a happy dance, grabbing Peters hand and twirling yourself with it.
“So our little plan worked.” He chuckled as you moved back and forth, dancing to music that wasn’t there.
“Couldn’t have done it without you.” You said as you took your head off his shoulder to look at him fondly. “Love you.”
“Ew. Whatever.” Peter pretended to gag to distract from his blush.
“You know”, you smiled coyly at Peter, “I’m gonna be pretty hungry after my interview tomorrow. All that criminal investigating is sure to work up an appetite.”
“I’m sure it will.” He responded, not knowing where you were going with that statement. You rested your head back on his shoulder as you continued to sway.
“Maybe you can take me on that date you’ve been dying to ask me on.”

Just a taste (Kanato x Reader)

Authors note: So I had this idea brewing in my head for a few days. I never have time to write but I managed to do this on the notes in my phone during my down time. I haven’t written actual years so I really hope it’s not total ✨garbage✨ also I hope I did Kanato’s character justice 😭
TW’s under the read more <3
TW: Non-con, Lactation, fingering, smut, sorta losing your virginity to fingering, being drugged by Reiji
~ * ~
The door pushed open with a creak, cool night air burning your aching lungs. With heavy limbs you manage to stagger down the stairway, bare feet scraping uncomfortably against the stone. You had to keep running, or else he’d find you.
You were a fool for accepting his drink, for thinking that maybe he’d show you some mercy, that the notion had been pure. Yes, you were complete moron for trusting any of the Sakamaki brothers, Reiji included.
Your legs carried on, heavy and weak. Further, just a little further and you could hide in the bushes of the garden and collect yourself.
Your body was burning inside and out, your nerves aching with pain and pleasure. The buttons of your blouse felt tight around your chest, the cotton constricting and rubbing uncomfortably against your stiffened nipples. Whatever Reiji had put in your drink was strong, it was doing things to your body you’d never felt before. Every movement sent your nerves aflame. You round the corner of the mansion, relief flooding through your body. Almost, you were almost there just a little bit more. Pushing yourself farther into the garden on heavy legs, you’re almost to a thick row of bushes-
A small Yelp bubbles up in your throat, your body falling forward and onto the grass. Crumping into a ball, the tears that had been threatening to spill over finally release.
“Ne... Teddy.. look... I knew I smelled something sweet...”
Your body instantly stiffens, the scratch of the grass sending electric shocks down your heated skin. Kanato Sakamaki stands, his favorite teddy bear clutched in his arms. He tilts his head, amethyst eyes wide with curiosity.
“Say, Why are you out here at this time of the night?”
There’s a sharp pain in your side, the force of Kanato’s shoe enough to roll you over onto your back. You gaze up at the full moon, chest heaving. What had you done to deserve this?
“ Don’t ignore me!”
You whine, your eyes moving to settle on the lavender haired vampire who is now straddling your leg, his prized possession resting against the headstone of his late mother. You’re painfully aware of his knee, which is shoved up between your thighs. Through harsh breaths you manage to whimper out.
“I-I’m Sorry”
He smiles. It’s not a sweet smile, but a smile of a predator who has just stumbled upon the most delicious pray.
“I’m thirsty, ne... Teddy what do you say we get a drink?”
Your heart pounds against your chest, another whine passing your lips as he leans over you, nosing your neck. The heat flooding through your body heightens, the pleasure of skin to skin contact overwhelming you. Your mind is muddled, tongue thick. The vampire presses his leg upward, knee digging into the fabric of your underwear. You yelp, nails gripping at the dirt beside you.
You’re painfully aware of his chest, pressing down against your own, of the way his fingers toy with your collar.
Kanato continues to nuzzle your flesh, hands roaming from your collar to play with the sides of your shirt.
“Smells so sweet... I’ve got to...”
Your body arches as he sinks his fangs into your skin. Kanato shifts on his knee, allowing for one of his hands to groap at your aching breast. You gasp, arms moving to wrap around him, fingers desperately clawing at his back.
“P-please Kanato-Kun S-St-“
You’re cut off by the vampire digging his fangs in deeper. Against your will, your body reacts, grinding up against his knee. The motion sends sparks of pleasure surging through you. Everything was heightened, so much so that it was almost painful. Kanato squeezes your chest. The dirtiest moan you’ve ever heard spills from your lips.
Abruptly, the vampire pulls away from you, his eyes filled with fury.
“What the... What did you just do to me!?”
Your vision, which had started to double, returns. For a moment you’re confused, until you see something slick coating his fingers. You push yourself up on your elbows, looking down at your chest. Your blouse was soaked; two distinctive wet stains against your nipples, trails leading down to stop at your stomach. Your face flushes, heart sinking. There was no way.
Kanato’s disgust quickly turns into something else. Whatever you’d just done- it smelled almost as good as your blood. You watch in shame as the vampire moves his fingers to his bloodied mouth, licking at them, smearing the blood against his pale skin. He lets out an animalistic moan, something you thought you’d never hear from him, of all Sakamaki brothers.
“More... I want.... more.”
You try to fight him back, but he overpowers you, ripping your blouse violently. Buttons fly across the garden, rolling through the dirt. He doesn’t bother with your bra, tugging it down over the soft flesh of your breasts. You look away, cheeks burning in shame. You’d managed to make it a week without any of them seeing you like this- but to think Kanato would be the first...
“Ahh...Teddy. Look how sweet her skin looks.... I want to paint it red...”
His eyes trace every inch of your exposed flesh, the look on his face enough to make your skin crawl. The hardened flesh of your nipples grabs his attention, rose pink and weeping with a sweet smelling white substance. It’s thick in the air, mixed with the scent of your blood. You try to cover yourself, but Kanato is quick to smack your arms away, his knee grinding up into your soaked panties.
“DON’T”
You flinch at his shout.
“Dont try to hide it anymore! Or else I -I ‘ll really hurt you!”
You stop struggling, biting your tongue to keep the tears at bay. The night air is cool against your exposed, supple skin. You whimper as the vampire traces your nipple with the tip of his tongue, collecting the oozing liquid from your breast. He moans softly, the sound almost a purr.
“Ne.... put your hands in my hair....”
You do as your told, trembling fingers weaving through silky lavender. Kanato shudders, his lips encasing your swollen nipple. You arch into him against your own will, the pressure in your chest slowly relieving itself. His tongue twists, a fang scraps against the sensitive skin of your areola.
“K-Kanat-ohhh-kun”
He chuckles against your nipple, the vibration sending sparks down through your nerves. You’re all too aware of his hand, which is slowly making its way down your bare ribs, cool skin soothing the heat that’s burning under the surface. Your fingers grip at his hair, not to harshly. You don’t want to make him angry, not when he’s acting like this.
“So sweet...Hey, Doll. Do you think it’ll taste sweeter mixed with blood?”
Your captor looks up at you, milk dribbling down his chin. The sight is alone causes your legs to tremble.
“I -I don’t-“
He doesn’t let you finish your thought. Not that you could anyway. The fog of drugs makes it almost impossible for you to form thoughts or words now, the only thing in your mind is Kanato. There’s a familiar sting as his fangs puncture your breast. You shudder, bucking your clothed sex up against his leg. You’re desperate for him, every nerve in your body is screaming for his touch. He sucks you, drawing in not only your blood, but the sweet nectar leaking from your nipple. It’s too much, this sensation is driving you wild. The noises your making are shameful and the way you’re dry humping against his leg is equally as degrading. He doesn’t comment on this though, Instead he unlatches from your breast, moving to the other.
Your head is swimming, pleasure and pain and heat sending you into delirium. Your head lulls to the side, eyes clouded from pleasure. Kanato punctures your other breast, his tongue lapping and sucking against your weeping nipple. The cool touch of his fingertips travels lower, skipping over your waist line and right up your thigh, below the fabric of your school skirt. A moan hitches in your throat. He couldn’t possibly be thinking-
“Neee... girls like it when you make them feel good, right? You’re rutting against me so shamefully.. I should make you feel good, so you’ll let me drinking more of you, right?”
His voice is velvety smooth, the sound alone enough to coax your legs apart. Kanato moves his knee, which is slick with your juices.
“P-please don’t I’ve never-“
Your pleas fall on deaf ears. The vampire above you slurps against your skin, his cool fingers slipping under the already drenched cloth of your panties to delve between your thighs. It stings.
Your legs flail weakly, your cry of mixed pleasure and pain echoing into the cold night. Kanato grunts as your fingers dig into his scalp, but he doesn’t say anything. You’re too delicious to be separated over something so small. His other hand, the one that’s not knuckle deep in your cunt, is gripping at your own hair. A garbled sob passes your lips, but you’re not sure if it’s from pleasure or devastation.
A man has never held you like this before- has never violated you in such a way. Eventually Kanato growls against your skin, letting your breast go with an audible pop.
“Stop squirming! I’m trying to make you feel good! If you keep it up I’ll stop and just let you suffer!”
You do as you’re told, the look in his eyes alone is enough to let you know he’s absolutely feral right now. He begins moving his fingers, scissoring you open eagerly. Kanato’s lips trail along your nipple, a fang poking at its tip. You jerk involuntarily, the movement pressing your cunt up into his fingers. Your head falls back, body arching into him. He laughs. The sound is cruel and if you weren’t so far gone it might send chills up your spine.
“The better you feel the sweeter your taste gets... I’m the first one to do this to you..?”
You nod your head, eyes closed.
Kanato grins, pressing a third finger into your weeping heat. He begins to stroke his thumb against your clit, the movement soft and gentle. Your eyes widen, fresh tears trailing down your cheeks. The vampire looks up at you, watching your every expression as he strings you along.
“Nee~ yes Teddy, I agree... she’ll be perfect for my collection”
Your heart is pounding in your ears. With each heave of your chest milk cascades down your breast and onto your ribs. Kanato presses his tongue against the fallen droplets, licking back up to take one of your once bitten nipples back into his mouth. You try to focus on anything but the sensations bursting through you, try to still your hips against his fingers, but it’s no use. You’re riding him, letting him take you in to the knuckle. The pad of his thumb circling your slickend nub.
His fangs pierce you again, the pain quickly turning into pleasure. Your eyes fixate on the small bear sitting atop a headstone. Shame twists in your gut. To be doing such a thing here...
The drumming of your heartbeat gets faster, your vision slowly going dark around the edges. Ecstasy is close, your body threatening to melt around Kanato’s fingers despite your better judgement.
“K-Kanato-Kun please. Please d-don-“
Your toes arch, digging into the dirt.
No. No no no this can’t be happening.
Your captor hums against your breast, drinking down both of your delicious essence. Kanato isn’t the least bit surprised when your walls spasm around his three fingers, nor is he surprised when your juices violently push against his hand, only to drip out of you like a leaking faucet. He’d read about that in one of Laito’s books. The fact he’d made you feel so good was more than pleasing to him. It awakened a sickening obsession.
You slouch back onto the ground whimpering, mind pleasantly numb. The fingers that had been tangled in Kanato’s hair were now resting on the ground beside you. The vampire unlatches from your body and pulls his fingers from your throbbing heat. He kneels back, licking each one from knuckle to tip. You look completely spent, tear stains marring your usually perfect skin. He nudges your legs apart, curiously peaking at what he’d just been assaulting. Kanato licks his lips, then stands.
“Get up. It would be bad if my brothers found you out here. You’re my favorite toy and they’d break you.”
When you don’t move he scowls.
“Tch. I said get up!”
He bends to the side, curiously looking at your crumpled form.
“Eh~ Teddy. I think she passed out.”
After a few moments the vampire nods at his companion.
“You’re right Teddy. It would be a problem. I dont like my idiot brothers playing with my toys. They always break them.”
Kanato picks up your limp body with no problem, swiping Teddy from the tombstone of his departed mother and gently, every so carefully setting him against his abs and on your tummy. He hums delightfully as he practically skips inside. The door had been left open, making it easier for him to get in. He kicks it closed before making his way to his room.
Your head is pounding, your limbs feel heavy and tired, but your body is no longer overly hot and sensitive. The first thing that registers in your sleep-fogged mind is the tenderness of your chest. The next thing you’re aware of is the cool body pressed against yours.
Your eyes flutter open, adjusting to the dim daylight that peeks through purple blackout curtains. The silky sheets draped over your body feel amazing. You try to move carefully, unaware of your surroundings.
“Mmnnn...”
The soft snore makes you stop moving. Your heart leaps out of your chest. Suddenly everything from the previous night comes rushing back. You’re overly aware of the fact You’re no longer in your own clothes. A soft cardigan has been buttoned around your body, loose and inviting. It smells like Kanato. Tufts of purple peek out from under the comforter and you feel like you’re about to scream. He’s latched onto you, arms tightly holding you against him. His cool cheek is pressed in between your breasts. You don’t risk trying to get away. If you were to wake the sleeping vampire no doubt he’d be ill.
After the shock subsides you try to get comfortable again. Your body is aching, sore from the previous trist you’d had in the garden. Your fingers gently comb through lavender locks, your eyes slowly closing once more.
“Just relax”
You tell yourself silently.
“Just go back to sleep. You need to recover”
After a few moments you drift back off, nuzzling your nose against the top of Kanato’s head.
