#which was fantastic because i could not actually verbally cue it #due to my rotting throat #she LOVES the cue touch #and if i hold my arm out straight she'll soar through the air and punch my palm with her face #which is all well and good and impressive #but shes started doing it even when i'm not holding my arm out #so its just this full speed rodent who then launches herself chest height at you #not ideal #budgie #dogs

I used to do Belegarth! Unfortunately there's not a league anywhere near me, as far as I know, and I don't think I'd have the time to keep up with it these days. It is a riot though!

#back in the days when i was all knee high combat boots and purple hair #ahhh the glory days of belegarth #actually still probably have some tiny glass particles embedded in my face from an unwise pickup bout that I was not wearing contacts for #I was going low under my opponents shield at the same time he was trying to go over mine #and instead he hit me full force in the face and shattered my glasses entirely #one of the lenses was literally twenty feet away #still a good bout tho #though after that i had to wear contacts every day for a couple months bc I didnt have time to go get my glasses fixed #and it turns out that if you do that #and you have them in 20 hours a day #beccause you only sleep 4 hours a night #your eyes will get very red and dry #not ideal

Don't show the work gang but here's my plate so far for my linocut maker Santa. I'll do test printing tomorrow when I can go to the op shop for some glass.

#im going to buy an a4 photo frame and use that as an ink plate and then just WASH it and put the print in there when both are dry #im still in two minds about changing the shape of the background to a nice oval or just getting rid of it completely.....#thats what test print is for #linocutting is worse than sewing for your neck crick btw #i spend an hour with my neck at 90° to the rest of my spine #not ideal #i need a linocut tag!! i got a cute sewing one but now.....#hold the line-oh oh oh oh ink isnt always on time #linocut

I finally have a binder again and I KNOW I shouldn't wear it to my tattoo appointment tomorrow but GOD do I want to
