If you think about it, Billy granted everyone on the witches road their wishes.

Alice defeated her family’s generational curse and died protecting someone.

Lilia overcame her fear of her fortune-telling abilities (after having only foreseen other witches bad fortune and death) and ended up using her visions to slay the Salem seven and save her coven.

Jen realised she wasn’t bested and bound by a man and found a way to unbind herself and reclaim her power.

Agatha learnt how to control and stop her power ie. learning how to not completely drain Billy’s power after begging her mother and 1st coven for knowledge on how to control it. After essentially begging for a mentor and guidance her whole life, Agatha raises Nicholas until he passes. She then gradually becomes a mother figure/spirit guide to Billy, proving there is good in her still.

Also the fact that it was Agatha All Along who knew Billy created the witches road using the song she made up with her dead son Nicholas in the 1600s.
