Seriously, the idea that the asteroid thought Earth was the most beautiful place in the universe to die... that's gonna be on my mind for a long time.

Statistically there are absolutely, one hundred percent sure to be atoms in my body that came to Earth in that asteroid. He saw that beautiful shining thing in the void, covered with so many wonders, and he became a part of all of it.

I'm so glad Loki finally won something in this awards season but I'm especially glad Tom got to accept it. Everyone on that show deserves recognition of their hard work, Tom even more so than others. Waking up and reading his acceptance speech got me all emotional because I'm once again reminded how much time and love he's put into Loki as a character. I can't accept that this is the last we'll see of Loki but I also can't imagine anything topping this exact moment in time for the character, having come so far over so many years.

And the shout outs! Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Ke Huy Quan Owen Wilson and a final shout out for Zawe! I only wish she'd been in the audience. They're such a stunning couple and his love for her is so clear it's unreal.

I mean this in the best way possible, but the view from through Broken pt. 1 Yoongi's eyes sometimes feels like being plunged down deep into a cold, dark, turbulent sea. what a lot of people don't understand is that linkin park is about doing something different. that's what they've ALWAYS been about. even if people didn't like it. the thrill of doing something new and innovative has never scared them, even if it came at the expense of a few naysayers and elitists within the fanbase.

that's why choosing emily as the new singer just makes sooo much sense to me. they didn't want to replicate their old sound. they didn't want someone to try to be a carbon copy of someone whose shoes were too big to fill anyway.

they wanted something new. different. revolutionary. and i have a feeling that's what this new era will be.
