tw; unpacking my relationship with food
Early in '23, I was journaling every day, going to the gym quite a bit, and regularly checking in with my nutritionist and therapist about my relationships with both food, and my support systems.
In March, my nutritionst suggested we plan a 'binge' day, where I didn't have to keep track or feel guilty about my consumption- since binge eating is one of my issues with food- and it went horribly.
i was stressed out, overwhelmed, guilty, and it completely derailed me. I wasn't ready for it, and I didn't know until it was too late and the damage was done.
I stopped going to the gym (continued paying for it though. Ugh.) and ceased journaling. It was a very very long few months after that where I have tried to pick it back up, failed, and let it go.
Now- since Baulder's Gate 3's release, I've been playing it... a lot. My whole sleep schedule is fucked, my priorities are fucked, and... it's helped?
I kind of decided that if I'm going to do nothing but play this game all night, I need to get something done in the daytime for -me-
It's only been a few days, but I have meal plans and daily checklists (shower, make bed, brush teeth, eat breakfast- little things that I overlook or forget to do) and I have to complete something before I get on the game. No matter if I wake up at 7am, or 12pm.
It feels good, at least, for now. I hope I keep this up.

As with any weight loss goal, a calorie deficit is by far the number 1 most important factor in determining weight loss.⠀ Avoiding liquid calories, such as sodas, alcohol, fill up on veggies, and eating protein at every meal are all staple habit changes if you are looking to drop body fat.⠀ -⠀ A full night's sleep, consistent exercise (3x per week minimum), and increased activity like upping your step count will also assist your fat loss goals.⠀ -⠀ An often overlooked aspect regarding fat loss is enjoyment. You've got to somewhat enjoy the process. If you dread every aspect of the journey, you will be more likely to burn out and give up.⠀ -⠀ If we added a Rule 9, what would yours be?⠀ 👥 tag a friend!⠀ ⠀ Follow @fitnessblenderzone  for more⠀ ⁣⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Credit - @oli.rogers⠀ ⠀ #nutritionstation #nutritionistapproved #nutritionsportive #nutritionista #nutrition101 #nutritionistlife #nutritionscience #nutritionaltherapist #healthylifestylechange #healthychoicesmatter #healthylivingtips #healthylivingrevolution #nutritionblogger #nutritionfirst #nutritionadvice #nutritiontip #nutritions #nutritiongoals #healthylive #healthychoises #healthychanges #healthyalternatives #healthybalance #healthyfamilies #healthycarbs #healthyeah #plantbasednutrition #betterchoices (at USA) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFAXjF2lvNy/?igshid=1dih643p4w467

Hides sweets around the house, so you have to find it. I mean it's a win-win situation.
Timeskip!Taiju would have his menu to have a dessert section, 10 pages long. his customers do be wondering why?
♔︎ - - Inui

Just stares at you while you're eating sweets.
After finding out how much you love it, he will buy it everyday for you.

I checked the paper my nutritionst gave me with my carb allowance. Since finding out she’s just going to add them up anyway… I’m eating what I want. But only 2x a day or so. Instead of breaking it up. ‘Cause fuck that.
Normal carb allowance is 180-270.
MY allowance is 135-225. Because I’m fat and need to be punished.
By dinner I’d only had 80.
I’m gonna eat some goddamn cookies. t😎t
