Our ecoART Guided Bicycle Tour 

Kicks off the 2nd Saturday in April 

We’re also planning to explore in March and are inviting our community volunteers to join us on the ride. We will be taking the typical 3 mile tour (mapped out in the link) and pointing out murals along the route as well. Our friends at the Portsmouth museum will be giving some historical and cultural context too. We will be highlighting new creative works and of course enjoying the flavors of a local restaurant at the end of the tour.

The blustery winds of Autumn usher in the rain and the second harvest . . . and a strangely enticing smell that seems to permeate the seams of Ladybug's very existence. The darkness beyond her bedroom door hungers, and she is helpless to offer herself up as its feast.

The Wheel of the Year is a series of short vignettes featuring a neurodivergent FMC and a non-human MMC, centered around the witch’s sabbaths. Episode 1

A small quiet town on the bay. A community.  

Good morning eastern bay. Good morning Hazelhurst. We are all friends here, right? Well, yes! I assume. It makes no sense NOT to be friends.  It is written in the ancient town prophecies that we must all band together and become friends when the great menacing shadow in the bay decides we have lived our lives in long enough peace. He will rise from the waters, and he, will, devour. Fear not, it will be a time of celebration.  

On to our first news story; Friendly neighborhood man “Michael Hudson” has gone missing, for the second time this month. To the family of Michael: I am terribly sorry, I hope you find him soon, we will all keep an eye out. To Michael; Not everything is about you, and honestly, I find it quite rude that you are pulling this stunt for the second time. We all have lives to get on with Michael, we can’t wait around for you. Again, to his family, best wishes, we pray for his safe return.  

Schools have been shut down indefinitely. We have no idea why. Reporters at the scene have told us the school board said “School? What school?” All board members said in perfect unison, their eyes turn black and they all cried black tears, after the sobs had stopped it is reported that there were empty sockets where eyes had once sat. after the meeting it is reported the building caught on fire, everyone inside was gotten out safely. 

The weather today will be a long ominous flat toned horn sound. Be careful not to listen too long! there have been reports of people evaporating into an alternate world we have no knowledge of, we don’t even know if it exists, after the evaporation, all memory of the person is erased. 

The local scout troop is selling cookies, one box for $5 and two for $8 how lovely to see the children raising money for children in need. 

We have a message from our local paper company “DO NOT BREATHE. DO. NOT. BREATHE. DO. NOT. BREATHE. THEY WILL HEAR YOU!” very kind of them to let us know.  

In other news; our local grocery store has decided that the usual small blood ritual that was customary for every purchase is getting, a little boring. They decided that in order to keep grocery shopping fun and exciting, they will set loose unimaginable horrors into the isles. As well as replace the brief blood ritual with a more tedious blood contract.  

We got back in contact with the school board. They were found on the side of a highway, staring hauntingly into every car that drove past. Each car that witnessed them reported “time slowing down, what should’ve been two minutes was three hours” when the school board members were asked what they were doing, they replied with a “long ominous flat toned horn sound” they then vanished. Some members of the press had evaporated and were then immediately forgotten. They will be missed. 

Our last news segment for this morning: There is an odd murmur when you walk past the OldeTowne docks. They (the voices) are seeming to lure passersby into the dark watery depths. I’m sure it’s nothing, in fact I encourage you to check it out. Most of the time disembodied voices are just lonely. Most of the time.
