I adore Noemí, but for a very smart character who is aware of A) the mind altering effects of some mushrooms, and B) instances where aerosolized substances can fuck you up (e.g., mercury & the hatters), she was remarkably unconcerned about the mold absolutely infesting that house.

Alright, I need y’all’s opinion

I’m moving along with this animation, and it’s pretty cool and I like it a lot

And I’m in the last third of it, which shouldn’t take me too long?

But I’m also almost out of meds and unsure when I’ll get more (it was a test run, and though it worked well I may have to wait to get more):

I can wait until I’m done with the animation to finish the chapter, and I think it’ll be fantastic and go well with it, but it’ll probably take me another week allround.

OR I can just spend the next day or two writing the chapter itself and post it on its own, and then post the animation I have for it whenever I happen to finish it.

I know people are eager for the chapter to come out, so I’d like to know if anyone thinks it’s worth it to have the art with it as well or if I should focus on the story over the extras.

okay so y'all know my thoughts on writing follow ups and part 2's HOWEVER i do think it would be fun to write about the reader waking up in inarizaki's camp :))

Thoughts and Headcanons

Yamamoto is a naturally suspicious man. One might even be able to consider him paranoid, were it not for the fact that Soul Society really does have a litany of enemies with a bone to pick just waiting for the right moment to crawl out of the shadows. Combine that with the fact that his duties demand him to make decisions that are definitely gonna upset someone, and you have a man who has to worry about both physical and political strife every moment of every day. Suffice it to say, he is not one to extend belief in others easily.

Yamamoto's first impression of Desmond Hayden was distrust. Western souls do not just end up in the Eastern Branch. Whenever one appears, it is always for a reason, and that reason is usually some sort of manipulation or ploy. Yamamoto is not one to trust any involved in such things, and even if he were, his position demands that he keep a careful eye on Hayden as an unknown variable regardless.

Centuries of loyal service would soften Yamamoto's opinion of Hayden to the point that, while not perhaps altogether surprised by Desmond's desertion, he was still disappointed.

My father was martyred by Israel on 10 October 2023 after sacrificing his care in hospital so the injured children could take priority. Today would have been his 60th birthday. He was always selfless, kind, and giving for others. My father gave up everything for me to be able to have a better life, because that is what he always dreamed for me and my sister. The world suffered a great loss when he died, and my heart is always with him and every Palestinian who has lost someone.

In his honour and memory, I would love for anyone who is able to do so to consider donating to The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.

The PCRF is an amazing organisation that does so much for those in Gaza right now, including helping provide food, water and medicine. You can donate any amount you are able to- there is no minimum! My father would have given his very last cent if he saw the way Palestine was continuing to suffer after over 100 days with this limited aid, so I know celebrating him by helping others is the least he would have wanted.
