We can feel like our whole world is turning upside down, like there is nothing else left but to surrender to this pain. It can feel like we will be living in this pain forever. The truth is that pain ends. I we always comes through the other side and when we do we are stronger for it. Some of life’s hardest lessons for me came though my biggest periods of pain and suffering. I am stronger because of it all. I am still here to tell the story and so are you.
