I have finally scanned and uploaded all of the 2010 Spring issue of Original Plumbing to internet archive for people to read for free. This issues focuses on health and safe sex in a transmasculine context, and features interviews, articles, and artist spotlights. You can buy this issue as well as others by the magazine on their bigcartel page here, and I really encourage you to support them!
Image descriptions:
1. A cover of a magazine depicting a shirtless white trans man with short dark hair and facial hair smiling at the camera. He is standing against a brick wall. In the top left corner is the logo of the magazine reading OP trans male quarterly , with more text in the bottom right reading “the health and safer sex issue N0.03 / spring / 2010 /US $8″
2. A cropped piece of interview text reading: What is the hottest safer sex encounter you've had lately? Well, a funny Eros story. I was fucking this hot transguy with my gloved hand. At some point I needed more gloves and we had run out of them in the bin on the bunk we were playing on. At this point we had quite an audience so I leaned over and asked some guy to go get me more gloves. He did and I went right back to fucking that boy senseless. You just needed a helping hand! True, and I figured they were getting a show so they could at least help out. Wow, did any of them comment on the hot action they were witnessing? Or did they just watch and enjoy?
3. A cropped piece of interview text reading: You also are a go-go dancer with TransLicious Entertainment. What's the craziest thing you've had happen to you in a go-go setting? I just started go-go dancing, so unfortunately I don't have any crazy stories. But I do have something to share with OP, because it happened after I finished dancing at the OP issue #2 release party, which was amazing by the way. It was about 7am, I was finally laying down to go to bed, still buzzing with the excitement of the night. Suddenly I thought, "I'm a transsexual and I'm beautiful!" and I realized I had never said that out loud before, so I did... and I started balling my eyes out. The journey of self-love has been such a long and sometimes painful process. But, I have to say, ever since that night, I feel unstoppable.
4. A photograph of a shirtless East Asian trans man with short hair crossing his hands over his chest and looking into the camera with a squint. He is wearing a white baseball cap, a necklace, and a wristwatch.
5. A photograph of white trans man in a speedo with brown short hait, snake bit piercings and glasses smiling at the camera as he pulls on a white latex glove.
6. A cropped part of a poster decpiting two trans men looking into the camera. The one on the left is a black man with  a bit of facial hair and long black locs. The one on the right is a brown man, with short black hair. The text above them reads “paps matter for trans men.” ED.

people are drawing Steamboat Willie Mickey doing all this crazy shit and whatnot, but you could always do that. you can do that now, with current Mickey, just fine. it's fanart and it's legally protected. hell you could take Disney-drawn Mickey and put a caption about unions or whatever on it and it would still be protected under free speech and sometimes even parody law.
what is special about public domain is that you can SELL him. you could take a screenshot and sell it on a tshirt. you can use him to advertise your plumbing business. people have already uploaded and monetized the original film.
you could always have Mickey say what you want, but now you can profit off it.

Roman lead pipework.
Maintenace was underway at the time of the eruption, hence these pipes being in disarray.
In the second picture, you can see an ancient pipe issuing from the wall on the left. The first image is located just out of the frame of the second, on the right.

was just rewatching Jack Saint and Patricia Taxxon's video on Mauler (it's called "Long Critique Is Not Deep Critique" and it's like actually so fucking good) and was so taken aback by hearing Twin Peaks music in there now that i've actually seen Twin Peaks lmao, that Laura Palmer theme is so fucking good, Angelo Badlamenti is just truly on another level, i already wanna rewatch the show now (S02 is good, y'all are just cowards).

the previous post has me realizing...on Twitter, thanks to how in-the-moment everything is, and how hard it was to talk about OCs in any searchable way, I’d get people sometimes like “wow I missed (this OC)” if I’d post new art of someone...when in my mind, they were still very much a current OC
it was always like no!  what!  they’re right here!  they’ve been here!!  they didn’t go anywhere!!
if an OC was a fav OC of mine from forever ago, chances are they still exist in some capacity, lmfao.  at least I’m here now to actually get to talk about the wild journeys they’ve taken

There's something wrong with the fridge, and since it's 30 years old, I'm so glad we don't have to make that purchase in the event it's not repairable.
However, this has taught me to have set aside enough funds for new kitchen appliances ASAP when we buy a house because chances are they'll need replacement in a year.

By "the past" Plumb meant the "created ideology," the "mythical, religious, and political interpretations" with which humans have sought to sanctify their societies, buttress their institutions, and invest their lives and their nations with a sense of destiny-interpretations, in other words, that resemble the imagined histories described in this volume. Such imagined pasts, said Plumb, should never be identified with critical history. "True history," he wrote, is basically "destructive"; "for by its very nature it dissolves those simple, structural generalizations by which our forefathers interpreted the purpose of life in historical terms." Its role is to eliminate those simple generalizations and "to cleanse the story of mankind from those deceiving vision of a purposeful past."
—Plumb, J. H, The Death of the Past (Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1970), pp. 11-17, as quoted in Anthony Molho and Gordon S. Wood, Imagined Histories. American Historians Interpret The Past (Princeton: Princeton University Press, 1998), pp. 16.
