Doodles! Tried something new with the digital which was fun, but the man, the myth, the legend !!

In this au, before moving to Gravity Falls with Ford and Fidds, instead of staying around Backupsmore, he travelled for the 4 years that Ford was at college! (The catch was that he had to call every two weeks to let Ford know that he wasn’t dead)

Because he graduated high school, he could have theoretically settled down somewhere, but he just. Didn’t want to, so instead he travelled around the States and (accidentally) became a sort of Roadside Handyman for cash on top of the general cons he would run!

It’s actually how he meets Mr. Jimmy Snakes!

here’s some charlie & reader who really likes fnaf because i love YOU

☆ charlie doesn’t hate fnaf, but he’s just not that into it. he’s played it plenty of times for stream, but the games never really clicked with him the way they did for you. he thinks they’re neat, sure, but he doesn’t have the same level of excitement when talking about the lore or characters.

☆ that doesn’t stop him from listening to you ramble about it, though. if anything, he loves seeing how passionate you get. even if he zones out halfway through your incoherent rambling, he still nods along, smiling at how animated you get when talking about it.

☆ “so wait, let me get this straight—he keeps coming back? why does he keep coming back? doesn’t the whole, like, getting springlocked thing suck? why would you do that to yourself?” he asks, confused, while you sigh dramatically, before explaining again.

☆ he will absolutely make fun of the fact that you have fnaf plushies. “baby, be honest. if glamrock freddy showed up at your door, would you let him in?” when you say yes without hesitation, he groans. “god, i knew it. you’re lucky you’re cute.” (side note: i’m gonna sloppy kiss glamrock freddy he’s my fave)

☆ he doesn’t mind watching you play, even if he gets bored after a while. sometimes, he’ll sit behind you, resting his chin on your shoulder and letting out little exaggerated gasps whenever something happens. he’ll even fake being scared, just to hear you laugh, teehee. he just likes being around you, honestly.

☆ the lore absolutely confuses him. you could spend hours explaining it and he still wouldn’t get it. “okay, so, who’s michael again? i thought he was william’s son? and now you’re telling me he’s a zombie or something? i—baby, you’re losing me.”

☆ even though he doesn’t care about fnaf as much as you do, he still indulges you. if you get excited over a new game announcement, he’ll hype it up with you. if you want to go see the fnaf movie, he’ll go, even if he spends half of it making dumb little jokes in your ear.

☆ sometimes, when you’re really excited about something fnaf related, he’ll tease you in the softest way. “you’re so cute when you talk about this stuff,” he murmurs, ruffling your hair. “i don’t get a single word you’re saying, but god, i love hearing you talk.”

all in all i’m going to give charlie the best head he’s ever had

as a girlie who wants to cosplay so bad but doesn’t know how lmaoo i LOVE to think about matching costumes with my faves, so i love the idea that charlie would let you dress him up as glamrock freddy for a party of some sort so that he can match you (personally i’d probably be roxy hehe)

I have so many coral AU royjay thoughts and feelings and I’m so sorry about that bc I’m straight up obsessed with them. They feel like my own little guys even though they’re YOUR guys in this specific au.

Just like. 1) how do you think they would’ve met? Doing hero work years ago before Jason died? While Jay was red hood? On some mission where he’s acting on Bruce’s behalf in star city soon after the pregnancy ends?? I wanna hear what you think so badly, esp since the teen titans wouldn’t exist in this universe and that would’ve had a HUGE affect on Roy’s life overall (some things for the worse, others for the better)

I’m thinking so much about like. Lex getting to watch Jay have like. A typical romance without any horrible strings attached like lex has had his whole life. Sure they both have trauma, but Jason is just an omega learning his own way in the world who happens to meet an alpha whose doing the same, and after the end of things with the joker and with the birth of the twins it’s like. Jay has TIME to fall in love and continue to grow into his own. And jays first real relationship is GOOD!!! Roy is good!!!! And lex gets to see his grumpy pup nephew have all these sweet happy firsts that they’d all been worried Jason might never get to have because of all he’s been through. And even early on it’s so clear that Roy is SO READY to love Jason for all of his issues and his life and his struggles because he UNDERSTANDS so much of it. It would be kind of bittersweet, I think, for lex and Bruce watching Jay get to have this. Like they’re so happy for him and ready to do their part to help these two in the early phases of their young relationship but also like- wow. This is the kind of thing they COULD have had at that age if only their lives hadn’t been so fucked up

I think they meet somehow during Jason’s first few patrols as a vigilante in Gotham, esp when he and Clark are filling in for Bruce after the birth. I think they knew each other in passing when they were pups but never interacted much. Because Ollie and Bruce didn’t interact much - they didn’t get along for obvious reasons.

I think Roy was probably also trying to settle his alpha instincts through the one thing Ollie allowed him, which was vigilante work. Maybe even with Ollie out of the picture he still tries to help people since he has a gift with a bow and throwing olives. Maybe Ollie is in the picture and Roy has to go home to him no matter how interesting this new omega vigilante is.

“ Dorothea! That's your name, right? ”  Leif greets the songstress with some degree of surprise, paths crossing at the mouth of a cavern. He'd gone there alone to collect his thoughts away from the main traffic of the ball venue, but every now and then people passed by through here. He rises from where he was sitting, perched on one of the higher rocks, and jumps down elegantly to be at something closer to eye-level with her.

“ Your look is very different from what it was at the party a few moons ago. It's the same color as someone else here, ”  he notes.  “ Are you over here in a similar capacity to that party back then? If there's people you're looking for, a lot of couples have been entering those caverns. ”

He gestures behind them obliviously. He lowers his voice in a somewhat conspiratorial manner.

“ Some of them come out pretty upset. Others seem to do perfectly fine though. It's been odd. I don't know how to handle them at all... ”

he was rather direct in his manner of speech, wasn't he? blunt—never coating his words with frills or saccharine flavoring to make them easier to swallow. something she could appreciate in moderation and under the right circumstances.

observant, too. the corners of her lips curl at the mention of the person she'd matched with, the fact that he'd remembered what she’d worn but was still uncertain about her name, and more humorously still, how unaware he seemed about the topic they'd touched on at the party those months ago. and no comment about her dress—whether he found it pretty or stylish.

dorothea exhales softly through her nose, amused.

she pauses at what he says next, namely at his interpretation and the way his voice dips conspiratorially. eyeing him quietly for a moment, assessing whether he is truly serious about what he says or merely jesting, before stifling a small laugh.

"i see. would i be right in assuming you're not very... experienced with romance?"

The ice palace is huge. Gigantic even. Very fucking impractical for raising a toddler in, absolutely impossible to childproof.

Not that Shang Qinghua hasn’t gone through painstaking effort to go through the entire palace with a fine-tooth comb no less than five times on child-proofing endeavors. Look, it’s not that he’s paranoid, BUT HE’S PARANOID.

Screw his lovely adorable and perfect son’s human half, a human would have SO MUCH LESS TO WORRY ABOUT. Shang Qinghua is going a lot insane thinking about his son’s demon half! Demons fight, bite, and kidnap! On the regular! If anyone so much lays a hand on his little dumplings head, he is going to burn this entire fucking palace to the ground!

“Shush.”

Shang Qinghua scowls against the ice demon’s finger pressed against his lips. Mobei Jun is giving him one of those faintly amused expressions he wears when Shang Qinghua doesn’t fully realize he’s been babbling. From his spot cuddled in Mobei Jun’s arms, their perfect little dumpling giggles and looks at Shang Qinghua like his baba is the most fascinating thing in the world.

Ah, Shang Qinghua would destroy a few galaxies to see his little dumpling smile. It settles the thin veneer of panic that has begun to prickle at his senses and now he just feels soft. Shang Qinghua sighs dramatically and collapses against the side of Mobei Jun’s chest that is not currently occupied by a delighted toddler.

“...I just don’t want anything to happen to him.” Shang Qinghua admits, letting his little dumpling take hold of his fingers with delighted glee.

“Mn.” Mobei Jun hums in agreement, wrapping an arm around his husband and holding his son tighter. “It won’t.”

As if to agree, the little dumpling giggles and explodes a tiny snow storm onto the bed. Shang Qinghua snorts with amusement and decides to spend his time teaching his perfect little son how to count snowflakes.

Mobei Jun is right. He’s worrying over nothing.
