Ok, so I have written on my "Request Rules" post that I Will not write for Gravity Falls AU's but I would just like to experiment a bit by writing this. I was eager about writing this tbh, so here, a little bit of Will Cipher x Reader, I don't fully know the lore of Reverse Falls so bear with me as I wrote this with what I know so far or what I headcannon lol
This will most likely not change the rules though... (Or MAYBE it will..)
Warning: Mentions of Blood, and Hints of Past Abuse
Fluff/Comfort | Will Cipher x Reader
Comforting
Tredging through the collapsed building, you decided to be a bit more adventurous today as you walk around the halls. Searching through the house, you soon find an amulet that is strangely glowing in the dark. Must be some sort of gadget, you thought to yourself, perhaps you could sell it for a few bucks at the pawnshop...
However you never did take it there. Once you found the amulet, you also found yourself in a very strange situation.
Putting on the accessory, the light emenating from the amulet glows brighter, forcing you to close your eyes. Once you do open your eyes, a blue triangular being has suddenly appeared in front of you.
"Whoa," you say in surprise. At first you thought this was some sort of hallucination or even a joke of some sort but...
"Um...hello?" He responded.
After the greetings you soon found out that you are now in possession of a demon of some kind, his name is Will Cipher. You aren't exactly sure what he is, but he does insist on making a deal though. Even though he does appear innocent, you were a bit skepticle, so you do end up denying his effort though.
After a few days, you both have come to an agreement that you will be the sole owner of the amulet and you can boss him around, although it is tempting to tell him to do your difficult chores, you mostly never do take the chance. Instead, you only do ask him to finish a few simple tasks here and there, only asking on help with difficult task if you really do need to.
He's mostly anxious and nervous, always asking what he can do and if you need help. Will can be easily scared, and would sometimes try to hide it. Trying your best though, you end up becoming quite an interesting and strange person to Will.
A lot of times, when individuals do find him, they would always take the chance to use him in some sort of way, only a very few number of individuals would actually repay him. You though, you're one of the very few who choose to not take advantage. You never hit nor would you ever make an awful remark about him. It's...interesting, but he'd never comment on it though.
It's a little comforting...but at the same time it's anxiety inducing, why are you acting like this? Are you waiting for him to read your mind? What is the endgame here? He just can't seem to understand you at the moment.
One by one, he took out the wilted flowers from the vase, afterwards placing fresh ones to replace it. Just in front of where he's at, you sit there motionless but content as you read a book near the fireplace.
Slowly he fixed the table and gazed at you, his thoughts starting to wonder slowly into the depth of his mind. But suddenly you noticed and looked back.
"!?" He suddenly glowed a bit brighter for a moment before quickly sputtering out an anxious apology. As he does so, he manages to topple the vase on the table, making it fall and crash. The vase breaks into pieces and as soon as it does, Will quickly floats down to clean it up as his mind races. 'Well this is it. Way to go Will...'
Picking up the pieces of glass, he manages to cut himself a few times all the while as he repeatedly apologizes.
Taking action as well, you quickly place down the book somewhere and bent over to where he's at. Listening to his anxious apologies you try your best to calm him down.
"Hey, hey it's okay, it's okay..." You spoke, trying your best to soften your voice as you noticed his frantic movements.
Taking the tissue box placed on top of the table, you pick up the glass shards that were left and slowly took the ones Will gathered on his hands. As you were about to continue comforting him, Will quickly proceeded to pick up the flowers, managing to make another vase appear to place the flowers in as you decided that it may be best to help him clean up first in order to at least lessen his stress on making the place a little messy.
Once you do go back to him, he continues to apologize to you, clasping his hands together with a guilty look on his face.
Glancing at his hands, you could see something slowly starting to drip off it.
He quickly notices your gaze, and tries clasps his hands together in order to force the liquid inside. "I'm sorry..." He mutters once more.
Sighing slightly, you slowly raised your hands closer to him and once your hands held his own, his form slightly jolts, did he expect you to punch him..?
"It's okay...", you spoke in a gentle tone, trying your best to give him comfort, "It's alright... You're not in trouble. I'm not upset."
"But..." He started to speak once more, his voice becoming weak, sounding like he's about weep.
"It was an accident," you spoke, slightly ushering his thoughts. "We all make accidents..."
Warm hands together, silence slowly settles in the room, other than your heartbeat, the crackling of the fire was the only sound left. As your eyes still gazed into his own, you gently pry his hands open and guide him to the sofa.
"Let's get you cleaned up okay, stay here for a moment," quickly, you left and headed to the bathroom to look for the first-aid-kit.
Watching you leave the room, he gazes back at his injured hands that is now slowly dripping out his blood. He never really thought of this happening, he is glad you took it lighty, but there is still a slight lingering feeling you don't really mean it. As you quickly walk back to him, his thoughts get interrupted once more. Opening the kit, you start tending his wounds.
He can patch these up nice and quickly, but seeing that this does manage to make you glad, he let you patch him up.
In a delicate manner you cleaned up his wounds and managed to remove a few glass shards that broke through his skin.
Seeing you in the warm luminosity of the fireplace, he soon finds himself to slowly relax under your careful and gentle movements, perhaps... perhaps for now he'll let himself bask under your comforting light.

9 - A Man Named Jefferson
Tumblr media
Princess Red Thief
Part 10
Tag list - just ask to be added @mystrey101 @melvia-ito @kmc1989 @tallrock35
Blinking my eyes a couple of times I groaned trying to wake up. Slowly glancing around the room I saw I was in the back room of the pawnshop. Shifting my body up further on the old cot I heard the wooden floor creak under someone's feet. "Eve! You're awake."
"Henry. What are you doing here?" Rubbing my eyes to wake myself up more I saw the ten year old boy enter the room.
He answered me. "I heard you being locked up in the hospital until Mr. Gold bailed you out."
"Yeah. Where is Mr. Gold exactly?" I questioned the kid.
Henry came over to my bedside reaching inside his backpack. "He's out with Regina for some reason. So we don't have much time to talk with somebody you need to meet."
"Henrh, I just woke up. I am not really in the mood to meet someone right now." I sat upright holding a hand to my forehead struggling to push away some pain that must have been caused from all the drugs they pushed into my system.
He held open his storybook to a certain page. "But what if I told you there's someone else in this town that has been seeing things just like you."
"And that person in your book would be?" I trailed off scanning my eyes over the book pages seeing a man surrounded with over a dozen hats.
Henry taped a finger on the image. "The Mad Hatter. He goes by Jefferson here."
"Henry...I. You need to leave before he gets back. He doesn't care for unwanted visitors inside his shop." I warned the ten year old.
He didn't back down, shoving his book back inside the bag. He holds out his hands waiting for me to put my hand in his and follow him willingly like I normally did before I was locked away. "Please Eve. You'll start to believe me once you talk with him. I swear."
"Fine, kid. But this doesn't mean I believe you." I put my hands in his getting to my feet and together we slipped outside of the pawnshop in search of where this Jefferson man lived. "Henry, why do you think I will believe before Emma?"
He kept walking, sending me a half smile. "Because you follow your heart more than what your mind tells you." I parted my lips considering what he was saying to me in the moment.
The double doors shut behind me with two guards shutting them. I had decided to keep living in my parents castle which wasn't too far from the Charming castle. My short brown boots clicked against the stone floor until I stood at the edge of the round table to meet Snow. "Everly. I was hoping I'd see you."
"My parents aren't worried about me. Honestly they trust me when it comes to helping y'all with your kingdom. You're glowing by the way." I sent her a smile pulling out one of the chairs near hers.
She was sitting down in one of the head chairs, leaning her elbows on the table. "Thank you, Eve. Your letter said that you wanted to talk with me about something."
"Indeed I do wish to. I've been having certain feelings lately and since we are friends I was hoping we could talk about them." I twiddled my thumbs together on the table.
Snow asked sweetly. "Of course. Is this about a guy?"
"Is it that obvious?"
She nods, chuckling. "I'm sorry to say yes. Besides it's not like I don't remember you saying you always had teaching lessons to return to."
"Oh geeesss." Covering my face with my hands I was blushing like a red tomato.
Snow clasped her hands together. "So who is the stranger you are getting lessons from?"
"It's magic lessons. The man I'm getting taught by is named Rumplestilskin." Heavy silence fell across the large room with an intense feeling falling between the two of us. Everyone in the land generally knew his name and what kind of magic he dabbled in.
"Everly, he...he uses dark magic."
"I know that." I said back. "But I am needing his help to teach me how to control the power that I was born with. Neither of my parents have magic, yet I somehow got it."
"You have feelings for him, don't you. Why else would you be defending the teachings he is showing you." Snow put the pieces together with a smirk on her lips.
"Maybe I do. What do I do about it?" I asked the other princess in the room.
The former bandit princess got up from her chair and I rose to my feet standing up in front of her. "In my experience you just have to follow whatever your heart tells you."
"Even when the person you care about might not feel the same." I knitted my brows at her, wrapping my father’s red cloak tightly around my body.
Snow takes my hands in hers showing me the wedding ring from her Prince Charming. "That's a risk that we each have to take when we love someone. Never stop following your heart, Everly."
"Henry, are you sure we're not breaking and entering? It doesn't even look like he's here. Emma is the sheriff now and I wish to not be placed inside a prison cell anytime soon." Looking around at the area outside the mansion front door. He had pulled out some set of keys he had taken from his mother's office that could open any door.
He pushed one of the keys in the hole and it unlocked with the door swinging open. "We'll be fine. He believes everything about my book. Now come on. Jefferson!" Henrik walks into the house and I follow after him seeing that it was almost pitch black inside giving the creepy loner type guy vibes to me.
"Henry. Henry, wait we can't just - mmm!" I grunted my fighting instincts kicking in when one hand wrapped around my waist and the other hand clasped over my mouth before the front door slammed shut behind me.
A man's voice growled in my ear. "Did anyone follow you?"
"No." I mumbled the best reply I could trying to remove the stranger's hand.
The man removed his hands from my body, spinning me around to face him. "So you're the famous Red Thief who falls in love with the Dark One."
"You've read the story too." I made a confused expression.
The guy named Jefferson responded. "It's more than just a story and his storybook is more than just a book."
"It can't be more than a book. None of those stores are real. I know they are simply just stories." I shake my head thinking back on why I got put in the mental hospital in the first place.
Henry spoke up behind me heading down the hallway. "She's a little slow, Jefferson. That's why I brought her to you. So she'll wake up like you have." Jefferson grabs a hold of my arm dragging me after the young boy until we entered a room filled with hats that all matched the familiar hat the Mad Hatter would have worn.
"You've obviously got an obsession with Alice in Wonderland."
"He's the Mad Hatter, Eve." Henry declares sitting the book on the table, opening it to the page he had shown me back in the shop.
Jefferson pushed me down in the chair with the book laying in front of my face. He flipped through some pages stopping at one photo that showed Rumplestilskin holding up a ring. The woman who wore a red cloak that looked like the one I owned stood in front of him. "Look at the picture and tell me if you recognize anything."
"Jefferson, Henry has already tried this with me once before. It didn't work then, it won't work now." Shifting around in the chair I eyed the man.
Jefferson rounded the table to be on the other side grabbing my chin in between his thumb and index finger so I'd look him in the eye. "Use your power and look into my mind. Then you'll see what I'm saying is the only truth you need to believe."
"Look into your mind. That's not possible."
Jefferson declared not backing down. "You have to open your mind, Red Thief."
"You're losing your mind, Jefferson." Pushing myself away from him he let go of my chin. Stomping towards the doorway about to leave I halted in my tracks grabbing a hold of the doorway when he spoke up about my past.
"You couldn't pay your rent when you first came here. So you made a deal with Mr. Gold. Take my ring and I'll work for you, you said."
Glancing out the corner of my eye I asked. "How do you know about that? He swore he'd never say anything."
"Because it's almost the exact same deal you made with Rumplestilskin after he agreed to teach you magic. You are Princess Everly, daughter of Abigail and Fredrick." Henry stands by the edge of the table.
Shutting my eyes I pushed back the desire to believe them. I couldn't be a princess. I couldn't have magic and the town couldn't all be cursed. Otherwise I belonged back in the mental hospital. "Henry, I'm sorry but all your saying is nonsense."
"It won't all be nonsense once you look for the necklace inside his suit jacket and...." Jefferson trailed off in thought.
Turning around in my boots I dared to ask the question. "And what Jefferson?"
"And you'll believe us when you find the ring in his possession." The man who truly thought he was the Mad Hatter answered my question, sitting one of his hats on top of his head smiling wickedly at me. Henry remained silent and simply nodded in agreement. "As close to his heart as it could possibly be."
Comments really appreciated ❤️

How to find a Duke DeTain:
(Added Tip 5-9)
There's only one Lt. Duke DeTain in Earth, so searching around the globe would be a bad idea in finding him. Here's some tips and tricks, specifically from the Narrator.
Tip 1: Visit places he is shown to go to. (35%+ of succession)
- City Bank (usually during patrols)
- City Hospital (rarely)
- City Jail
- City Park (usually during patrols)
- City Steel Factories (rarely)
- Fendrich & Sinclair Arch (rarely)
- Hotels (mostly the one the doorman works at.)
- Lt. DeTain's apartment
- Police Station
- Mr. Producé's Stand (especially in early mornings, possibly 4:30-4:45)
- Shifty's Pawnshop (rarely)
- Alleyways (usually near the Bank/City Jail/Police Station/White House)
Tip 2: Ask anyone who knows everything about everyone: Narrator, Shirley Keeper, & Tippy Doorman. (N: 65%+, S: 50%+, T: 30%+)
Tip 3: Going to stores with Cubby the Cop merchandise. (40%+ chance of succession)
Tip 4: Challenge Tread Octane into who can find the lieutenant faster. (75%+ chance of succession)
Tip 5: Ask Carter, Aiden, & Rose. As they stalk Lt. Duke DeTain in a way that Duke just sees it as admiration from kids. (90%+ chance of succession)
Tip 6: Helpful, handyman Harl Hubbs. (60%+ chance of succession)
Tip 7: New episode/merchandise of Cubby the Cop shows up. (65%+ chance of succession)
Tip 8: Have other citizens to (help) find him:
- Criminals (most wouldn't help: 10%+ chance of succession)
- The Firefighters (20%+ chance of succession)
- The Guardian of The Oceans (only water-search rescues: 20%+ chance of succession)
- The Police (25%+ chance of succession)
- Westbrook W. Sleet & Toby (only if the topic in Wild Wilderness is about people again: 25%+ chance of succession)
Tip 9: Having these things. (I'm talking about you, Shifty.) (30%+ chance of succession)
- ukelele
- art materials (especially for painting)
- more handcuffs (specifically over 27 handcuffs)
- soda (specifically in a can: not Vita Rush™)
- hot cocoa (only during December)
If all fails, don't blame me; blame who misplaced him. And start panicking with Firefighter Clemmons if no one else seems to find him. Or look in a lost in found.— Narrator

Dynamic range
I am listening to that ridiculous Sheffield Kodo Heart Beat CD. It was recorded with almost the full dynamic range the CD has to offer. Hence it is ridiculous. There are parts so quiet you must turn up the volume a lot to hear anything then it gets loud. LOUD! Perhaps one day I may see them live. They are still active as an entity. It would be an experience.
The BIG Taiko Drum on the second cut always surprises me when it first hits. It is a good excuse for triple digit Watts in your amp. A table near one speaker started to resonate, I thought maybe I hurt my woofer. No just a rattling table top.
The Franken Amp is on duty. It's working hard. It may even get warm. I gotta say it is impressive sound. The chants and shouts of the drummers are very clear. You feel the drum as much as hear it.
The lovely textures from the ARC tube amp are missing, but she could not keep up with the power demands. I have come to the position that high end amps can either reveal sounds, or enhance them. Pick one or the other. Revealing is showing you something, but not adding any extraneous sounds. Enhancing is adding something, very subtle but addition nevertheless. Take that to mean the first thing is very good solid state, the second is a high end tube amp.
OK remember I like both.
Sheffield Labs started by making direct to disk LPs. Bands would play live into a mixer and on to a disk lathe. Doug Sax one of the Demi-gods of recording engineers founded the company. If you have an original DD record you are very lucky. (I do! Tower of Power) They had safety tapes from which you can still find some CDs and maybe later LPs.
All of these had NO equalization or changes to the sound the microphones captured. KODO was recorded with a single point stereo microphone. No mixing. It is an original digital tape. That means it was put on a video tape machine as conventional ones did not have the bandwidth. So as direct from microphone to your speakers as you can get.
There is a lot of advantage to keeping the recordings simple and direct. Jazz at the Pawnshop is like that for analog. Kodo and Trinity Sessions are like that for digital. All are fully audiophile grade.
Like my being on both sides of solid state versus tubes, I play both sides of analog versus digital. I have some excellent CDs. Most are from OCD recording engineers who hold to the purity of their technique. Pure analog is good. Pure digital is good too.
Maybe one day I will get a fancier CD player. Mine is a good consumer Yamaha. It sounds fine. All of them are microchips anyway.
I did some stupid hard yard work so I am resting with lemonade and Advil. I am going to be sore tomorrow.
Hey for fun lets fire up Pink Floyd. The Wall. Oh hey it was mastered by Doug Sax too! The sound is super clear with depth and all those tricks to sound like a real thing. It is all studio stuff. Yes some dynamic range is present.
Another Brick in the Wall and all that.
And for fans of physical media the CD case has a booklet with art and calligraphy by Ralph Steadman. (Look him up droogs oh and Hunter Thompson while you are at it) Last century was weird.

Lyrics:
I don't wanna be your lover
I don't wanna be your fool
Pick me up whenever you want it
Throw me down when you're through
'Cause I've learned more from what's missing
It's about me and not about you
I know I made some bad decisions
But my last one was you
Thanks to you, I know lies, lies, lies
How it feels when love dies, dies, dies
And you taught me goodbye, bye, bye
How to know when it's over, when it's over
You don't know love 'til it
Tears up your heart and cuts in it
Leaves you with scars, you're still feeling
You don't know love
You don't know love
You say I can't do better
Better than someone like you
What I feel, can't write in a letter
So I wrote this for you
Thanks to you, I know lies, lies, lies
How it feels when love dies, dies, dies
And you taught me goodbye, bye, bye
How to know when it's over, when it's over
You don't know love 'til it
Tears up your heart and cuts in it
Leaves you with scars, you're still feeling
You don't know love
You don't know love
You don't know love 'til it
Feels like you died when it's missing
It leaves you blind with no vision
You don't know love
You don't know love
You won't ever get no better
(You, you, you, you)
Got a lot more to lose
(You, you, you, you)
You won't never, ever get it
You don't know love
You don't know love
You don't know love
You don't know love 'til it
Tears up your heart and cuts in it
Leaves you with scars, you're still feeling
You don't know love
You don't know love
Songwriter:
You don't know love 'til it

Keep Watching: Ch 11
Ch10 Ao3 FFnet
---
Chapter 11
After going through reading the requirements for what I needed for UA, I decided to go for a walk. I was grateful that mom was sleeping at the time. So I didn't have to go through the whole talking with her. As I walked, I couldn't stop smiling. I was still in disbelief that I even got into UA. Or how I got to meet All Might and be given a quirk.
In my excitement, I made my way to the pawnshop. I was even happy at the fact I didn't cross paths with anyone from school. And when I got to the shop, I saw the owner sitting behind the counter. He was reading his paper and had a hot cup nearby. Most likely his afternoon coffee. I tried to keep my excitement down when I reached the counter. That's when the owner looked up. "How's it going, kid?"
"Oh, hi, Uncle." I couldn't stop smiling as I leaned on the counter. "I got into UA."
He folded his paper and placed it down on the counter. "Congrats, kid." I then watched as he headed to the back room. Before long, he returned with a yellow book bag and placed it before me. "Think of this as a gift for getting into that high school."
My smile grew as I grabbed the bag. "Thank you, Uncle."
"Look inside." When I opened the bag, I saw that there were new school supplies. Even a wallet and a key chain. "That key is to a storage locker near UA. And in the wallet is a new station yearly pass. Even gave you a few folding skateboards."
I closed the book bag and threw it over my shoulders as I put it on. "Thanks so much, Uncle." I bowed before him.
"You're welcome, kid. If you study for your driver's license, I could pull a few strings and get that bike you wanted."
"You really mean it?" He nodded before sitting back behind the counter.
"You should probably talk to the twins. I'm sure they got something for you. After all," He took a sip of his coffee. "Don't you need a hero suit for this school?" I quickly nodded and said my goodbyes. With that, I went around to the back ally. There, past a few stairways, was the hidden tattoo shop. Taking a few deep breaths, I stepped inside.
When opening the door, I was greeted by loud, heavy English rock music. And at the far end was Micky, seeming to work on one of his clients. Which meant that his twin, Sydney, was in the back making calls. That was until she stepped out of the back room and spotted me. [ENG] "Yo, Splits! Wha' ya doin' here?"
That's when Micky looked up and waved me over. [ENG] "Splits! Miss ya, homeboy." I couldn't help but shake my head as I approached the twins. Thanks to them, I learned some English to watch the American All Might movies. When I reached the twins, Sydney pulled out one of the nearby chairs. Which I happily sat down in.
Even though they knew Japanese, I was grateful they agreed to only speak English with me. [ENG] "I got in."
[ENG] "Wo! Grats man. So, did the old man give ya the stuff?" I pointed to my bookbag. "Nice." Then I watched as Micky's client got up. Guess even he was going to take a break. "Wait. Ain't it the school that requires a hero get up?" I quirky nodded.
I then watched as Sydney went back to her office. While she was back there, Micky went about asking me what hero name I was thinking about. Even went about if I decided to take him up on his job offer. [ENG] "I'm not too sure about that job. I would have said yes if I didn't get into UA. But I'll still think about it. Maybe after I graduate. Since it sounds amazing. And I don't know what hero name I want yet."
Just then, Sydney came back with a suitcase. [ENG] "Had my guys work on those lame drawings ya had. But no luck, fanboy." She then opened the case and took out what seemed like one of her cyberpunk masks. "They least gave ya the ears. And it only does emojis."
[ENG] "Ain't bad for last-minute work either." I looked at Micky, and he was snickering. "Especially when we had to dumb down everythin."
"What do you mean?" I looked back to Sydney, and she gave me a notebook. As I skimmed through it, I saw how these were plans for a high-tech suit. "Wait! Ya two were planning on giving me something like this?"
Now Sydney was the one chuckling. "Well, ya always helpin' us, and ya wanna be a hero. So, we were gonna help ya out another way if ya ain't get into UA." I couldn't help hugging the notebook, and I smiled at them. "So, when ya start?"
"In a week." The look that went between them was strange, but I ignored it. "Don't worry. I'll still be doing deliveries on my off time." They smiled again.
"Just don't work too hard. And come back when ya ready for the, you know." Micky winked at me before getting back to work. With that, I thanked them again before taking the case and heading home.
As I stepped into the school office, I was surprised to see Deku. What was he doing here? While we sat and waited, I couldn't help but notice he was writing in his notebook. But before I could say anything, the principal stepped in. At that, he was clapping while smiling.
"Congratulations to both of you." He then walked over to Deku. "I'm shocked you even got in, Midoriya. But here we are." What! I then watched as the vice principal hand over a few papers to Deku and then myself. "These are a copy of your transcripts. For your personal records."
The vice principal then approached me and had a second set of papers. "We already sent a copy to UA. But here's your copy of your honor rolls documents." He then had a grumpy look as he side-eye towards Deku. "I do hope they kick that nobody out once they realize he's a fraud." With that, he gave me a smile and walked away.
After the principal sent Deku off, his smile went away. "And here I thought it was difficult to get into that school. What a shame." He then looked over at me. "Even if you are the best this school has to offer, you're also a nobody. I wouldn't be surprised if you got kicked out once they realized how much of a punk you are. Now, be gone, you brat."
As I walked these halls for the last time, the words the principal told me rang in my head. So even he doesn't like me? Why should I even care about that? Why should I be worrying about his approval? It doesn't matter! I got into UA with my own strength, and nobody can take that from me!
When I reached the school entrance, I saw how Deku was leaning against the wall. Why was he still here? And just looking at him reminded me he also got into UA. So I stormed over to him and dragged him to the back of the building. He didn't even put up a fight as I threw him into the wall. "What the fuck, nerd?"
He just stood sitting on the ground and not looking at me. "Congratulations to your too, Kacchan." I picked him up by the collar and pinned him to the wall. It was then that I noticed that his face was all red.
"Nerd!" That's when he looked at me. "I was supposed to be the only one from this dump to get into UA! So, how the fuck!" As I held him, it became harder to breathe. It didn't help when I felt something wet burning down my face. "Damn it!" I dropped Deku and started to turn around.
"What's the matter, Kacchan?" I looked back, and the look Deku held made me so confused. But I simply turned back to him. When I did, I was not expecting him to wipe the tears away from my face. "Did the principal say something after I left?" How did he know? How does he always know these things? I nodded my head.
That's when I saw the sweet face Deku always had changed. It almost took me aback when I heard him lightly growl. I snapped my fingers in his face, and he blinked a few times. Which then had him have his typical sad face. I pinched his cheek. "I'll be fine. He doesn't know what he was talking about."
Deku's smile returned, but not in his eyes. "That's right! Because Kacchan is amazing, and he earned his spot at UA." Then his frown returned. "What did he say?"
"It doesn't matter." The nerd started to walk away. "And where you think you're going? I'm not done talking with you, nerd."
"Nobody speaks badly about Kacchan." He then looked over his shoulder at me. "I don't care about what people say or do to me. But you shouldn't have to deal with that." I quickly rushed over to Deku and threw him against the wall.
"You stop that! He's the past now. We are going to start a new school and never deal with that extra again. So, get out whatever is going through your head." I then took a quick look around the corner before standing before Deku. "Let's go make a wish at the fountain to celebrate our future at UA." With that, Deku's face lit up, and we started to walk to the park.
As we walked, I couldn't get the image of the face Deku held moments ago. I had never seen him like that before. Then again, have I ever seen him that angry? And here I thought I'd seen all the faces that nerd could make. But maybe I was wrong. I have seen him angry before, but never like that. At that, I never heard him growl before. I have seen when he fakes his smiles, which worries me. Yet, I can't do anything because then people would think I'm weak.
When we got to the park's center fountain, I took a deep breath. I looked at Deku and saw him whispering to the yen in his hand. So, I took out my last yen and also whispered my wish. "I wish Deku finds better friends than me." With that, we both seemed to toss our wishes simultaneously.
As we continued walking through the park, we spotted our favorite snack cart. I kept walking, but I heard mumbling behind me. I looked back and saw how Deku had two fish snacks. He then held one out to me while looking away. I took it from him without a word, and we started walking again. The walk was quiet until we reached the corner between our homes. "Thank you, Kacchan."
I looked back at Deku. "What for?" The way the setting sun made him glow was breathtaking. It didn't help with that smile of his.
"Even though I don't get or understand what happened between us over the years. I am so grateful that we could have moments like this." His smile faded to a frown, and tears ran down his face. "Thank you for giving me hope." Before I could say anything, Deku ran towards his home. I was just stunned at what he just said. I gave him hope? That can't be true.

MUSIC
Bridges Crockett can’t burn
Singer’s been everywhere but blends Texas country and blues in ‘Visions of Dallas’
Name a city — any city — and Charley Crockett has probably been there.
Born near the southern tip of Texas, the singer spent his early childhood in a trailer park with his single mom near Brownsville.
In his late teens and 20s, he “hoboed” around the world, playing in subways and on street corners and crashing wherever he could in Spain, New Orleans, Copenhagen, New York City, Paris and Morocco.
He lived in Northern California, where he worked on a marijuana farm and got busted for selling the harvest.
Since 2017, he’s settled in Austin, although his roots there are still loose, since he’s on the road half the time.
But of all the places he’s been, perhaps the key spot in the picaresque story of Charley Crockett is Dallas, which is why he named his latest album after Big D.
The singer, 40, released Visions of Dallas on Monday, a companion album to his 3-month-old $10 Cowboy and featuring songs from the same recording sessions.
Visions of Dallas is classic Crockett, an uncompromising blend of Texas country and blues marked by the singer’s unique phrasing and smooth-as-scotch baritone.
“I’d be lying to you if I said it hadn’t been suggested to me before,” he says with a laugh, when asked about the Dallas title.
He’s speaking by phone before a show in Cleveland, where he’s about to do a VIP meet-and-greet — a long way from his days playing for spare change on the grimy streets of Deep Ellum.
He admits putting Dallas in the title was a repeated suggestion of his fiancée, Taylor Grace, a Houston-born singer-songwriter whom Crockett calls “the best thing that ever happened to me.”
Grace co-wrote the title track to Visions of Dallas .
“She really loves the city,” Crockett says. “She was staying at the Fairmont Hotel downtown, looking for wedding dresses with her mama and looking out on the Dallas skyline from her hotel room, and she just wrote a song off the top of her head, thinking about my life. [The rest of the song] just jumped out of my guitar when I heard it, and we came up with a melody together.”
Well the first time I left Texas, I promised not to return
But in spite of all of my efforts, there are some bridges you can’t burn
No I can’t shake that city, and all the good she’s done for me
Having visions of Dallas, late at night in Tennessee.
youtube
Visions of Dallas is an eclectic album, with six original songs mixed with covers by the late Fort Worth native Townes Van Zandt (“Loretta”), Bob Dylan (a retooled version of his 1973 outtake “Goodbye Holly”) and Hoyt Axton’s “Trouble and Misery,” a tune about escaping hard times in Laredo and moving to Dallas.
“I think all the songs on the record are tying back to Dallas,” Crockett says. “Dallas-Fort Worth is real important to me.”
And for good reason. Crockett lived in North Texas longer than in any other area.
Arriving in Irving with his mother when he was 9, he went to Irving public schools until he dropped out and hit the road with the pawnshop guitar his mom had bought for him.
After brushes with the law and an ill-fated contract with a New York music biz exec, he returned to Dallas in the early 2010s and re-launched his career out of Deep Ellum with a pair of self-released albums that earned rave reviews from Rolling Stone and NPR.
Seven years and an armload of albums later, he’s a star, though one who still flies under the radar of mainstream popularity.
His 2022 masterwork The Man From Waco finally earned him a spot on the Billboard 200 — but just barely, scratching the surface at 199. $10 Cowboy upped the ante by a few nickels, making it to 168.
Yet Crockett has emerged as a big deal among lovers of American roots music.
This summer, he’s headlining major venues such as the 9,000-seat Red Rocks Amphitheatre outside Denver and the Ryman Auditorium, the “mother church of country music,” in Nashville.
His last Dallas show, at the Longhorn Ballroom in May, sold out well in advance.
He sings about his former home in “Avoiding Mirrors,” a song from Visions of Dallas about being haunted by lost love and sinking deep into depression.
In the lyrics, Crockett tips his Stetson to Jimmie Dale Gilmore’s “Dallas,” Billy Bob’s in Fort Worth, the Trinity River, and Pegasus, the iconic flying red horse that’s been sitting atop the Magnolia Building since 1934.
You can find me on the levee, just praying for a flood
While running from a red horse, still flying up above.
The song is a follow-up of sorts to “Trinity River,” his 2015 tale of heartbreak where he dreams of his corpse floating downstream.
In this river city, nothin’ ever lasts
Beside the lonesome blues, steady starin’ back at you.
Like a lot of songwriters, Crockett refuses to analyze or over-explain his lyrics.
“It just kind of wrote itself,” he says of “Avoiding Mirrors,” adding that he often writes on a tour bus, late at night after a gig, “when I get low-down enough.”
Still, he admits that singing the blues on Visions of Dallas is his way of coming to grips with various memories — painful and otherwise — of his days spent in North Texas, just as past songs were about his poverty-filled childhood in South Texas.
“I don’t care who you are. You could travel this whole world over and you will never outrun it,” he says. “You’ll never get away from it. You just keep ending up there.”

Unleash Hidden Value: How to Sell Your Loose Diamonds
Loose diamonds, often tucked away in jewelry boxes or safes, hold untapped potential for those seeking to liquidate assets or upgrade their collection. Whether inherited, unused, or simply a part of a past chapter, these sparkling gems can fetch considerable value on the market. However, navigating the process to sell Your Loose Diamonds‎ requires knowledge, strategy, and a discerning eye. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you unlock the full potential of your loose diamonds.
Tumblr media
Firstly, understanding the market is crucial. Diamond prices fluctuate based on factors such as cut, clarity, color, and carat weight. Research current market trends and seek multiple appraisals to gauge the value of your diamonds accurately. Additionally, consider the demand for certain shapes or sizes, as trends may influence pricing.
Next, explore your selling options. While traditional routes like jewelry stores or pawnshops offer convenience, they often provide lower offers due to overhead costs. Online platforms and diamond marketplaces offer a wider reach and potentially higher returns. Websites specializing in diamond sales allow you to list your diamonds directly, connecting you with buyers worldwide.
When selling online, prioritize security. Choose reputable best jewelers in Los Angeles with stringent verification processes to ensure safe transactions. Additionally, provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images to showcase the diamonds’ beauty and authenticity accurately.
Networking within the diamond community can also be advantageous. Attend trade shows, join online forums, or connect with diamond enthusiasts to tap into a network of potential buyers or collectors. Building relationships within the industry can lead to lucrative opportunities and valuable insights into market dynamics.
Moreover, consider the timing of your sale. Monitoring market trends and economic indicators can help you identify opportune moments to maximize your returns. Factors such as holidays, special occasions, or fluctuations in supply and demand can impact diamond prices. Patience and strategic timing can significantly influence the success of your sale.
Transparency is paramount throughout the selling process. Provide buyers with all relevant information regarding the diamonds’ characteristics, certifications, and any previous treatments. Honesty fosters trust and enhances your reputation within the diamond community, increasing the likelihood of successful transactions and future referrals.
Finally, be prepared to negotiate. Buyers may attempt to haggle or negotiate terms to secure a lower price. Set a minimum acceptable price beforehand and stand firm on your valuation while remaining open to reasonable offers. Negotiation skills can be invaluable in securing a mutually beneficial deal.
In conclusion, sell your jewelry for cash near me requires careful planning, research, and diligence. By understanding the market, exploring various selling options, prioritizing security, networking within the industry, timing your sale strategically, maintaining transparency, and honing your negotiation skills, you can unlock the full value of your diamonds. Whether you’re looking to liquidate assets or upgrade your collection, selling loose diamonds can be a rewarding endeavor when approached with knowledge and foresight.

Selling Broken or Unwanted Gold Jewelry: What You Need to Know
Do you have broken or unwanted gold jewelry lying around? Don't let it gather dust when you could turn it into cash. Selling broken or unwanted gold jewelry can be a smart financial move, but it's essential to understand the process to ensure you get the best value. Selling gold jewelry is a challenging decision to make. There might be a lot of sentiments connected to the jewelry piece. However, saving it might make you sad every time you look at it. Thus, here are what you need to know about selling broken or unwanted gold jewelry.
Assess The Condition Of Your Jewelry Assess the condition of gold jewelry before selling it. Identify whether it needs minor repairs or is irreparable. Consider repairing it if the damage is minimal before selling it since this can increase its value.
Research Potential Buyers Find a buyer after selling your broken or unwanted gold jewelry. Look for reputable jewelry stores, pawnshops, or online platforms that specialize in buying gold. Read reviews, compare offers, and ensure they have a track record of fair and transparent transactions.
Get Multiple Quotes Obtain multiple quotes from buyers at gold shops near me to get the correct value for your broken or unwanted gold jewelry. Buyers may have different evaluation processes and offer various prices, so shopping around is essential. Remember to provide accurate information about gold weight, purity, and condition to get proper quotes.
Understand The Value Factors Certain factors can affect its value when selling broken or unwanted gold jewelry. The purity of gold, represented by its karat value, plays a significant role. Higher karat gold (e.g., 24K) is more valuable than lower karat gold (e.g., 10K). The weight of gold also determines its value, with heavier pieces fetching higher prices. Additionally, the spot price of gold on the market can influence gold jewelry value. The jewelry's condition can also affect its value, as damaged pieces may not be worth as much as undamaged pieces.
Consider Selling For Scrap Selling for scrap can be a practical option if the jewelry has no resale or sentimental value. Many jewelry stores will offer a competitive price for scrap gold, making it a great way to get some extra cash. Make sure you shop around for the best price and be aware of any added fees or restrictions.
Beware Of Scams When selling gold jewelry, particularly online, be cautious of potential scams. Only deal with reputable buyers who secure payment methods and a clear return policy. Research their reputation and look for customer reviews or testimonials to ensure a safe and reliable transaction.

5 Benefits Of Pawning Your Diamond Jewelry
Tumblr media
Diamond jewelry is a timeless and exquisite addition to any wardrobe. Whether it's an engagement ring, a necklace, earrings, or a bracelet, diamond jewelry holds a special place in our hearts and often carries sentimental value. But did you know that beyond their dazzling beauty, diamond jewelry proves to be beneficial if you choose to "pawn" at pawnshops in Pittsburgh?
Here you will explore the advantages of pawning your diamond jewelry, from keeping it sparkling to ensuring its longevity and value.
Sparkling Brilliance
Diamonds are known for their unrivaled brilliance & fire and regular pawning can help maintain their dazzling appearance. Oils, dirt, and debris from daily wear can accumulate on the surface of your diamond jewelry, dulling its shine over time. Pawning your diamond jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth or a jewelry cleaning solution can help remove these contaminants and restore its original luster. Regular pawning can keep your diamond jewelry looking as stunning as the day you first received it.
Maintaining Cleanliness
Proper cleaning is essential to keep your diamond jewelry looking pristine. Pawning your diamond jewelry allows you to inspect it closely and identify any dirt, smudges, or residues that may have accumulated on the diamonds or the setting. This cleanses your diamond jewelry so that it remains sparkling. Regular pawning at jewelry stores downtown in Pittsburgh and cleaning can prevent dirt and grime from building up, which can potentially damage the diamond or the metal setting.
Early Detection Of Issues
Pawning your diamond jewelry provides an opportunity for early detection of any potential issues. By examining your diamond jewelry regularly, you can identify any loose or missing stones, bent prongs, or other signs of wear and tear. Early detection of such issues allows you to take timely action, such as getting your jewelry repaired or having the prongs tightened, to prevent further damage or loss of stones. Regular pawning can help you catch the problems in time, ensuring the longevity and durability of your diamond jewelry.
Personal Connection
At jewelry stores in Pittsburgh, you can easily acquire jewelry loans or pawn your precious pieces. Diamond jewelry often holds sentimental value, and pawning your jewelry can help you establish a deeper personal connection with it. By taking the time to carefully examine and clean your diamond jewelry, you can appreciate its intricate details, design, and craftsmanship. You can also reminisce about the special memories associated with your jewelry, such as the proposal or the anniversary it commemorates.
Investment Protection
Diamond jewelry is a valuable investment. Regular pawning can help protect your investment by ensuring that your diamond jewelry remains in optimal condition. By keeping your diamond jewelry clean, inspecting it for any issues, and addressing them promptly, you can help maintain its value over time. Well-maintained diamond jewelry is more likely to retain its worth and can potentially be passed down as an heirloom or sold at a higher price in the future.
Pawning your diamond jewelry offers numerous benefits, from preserving its sparkling brilliance to ensuring its longevity and investment protection. Thus, pawning your diamond jewelry is a great alternative to simply letting your jewelry rust in a jewelry box.

═ ☆.  A QUICK GLANCE UP THE street showed no sign of a tall man in a hat and trenchcoat. The playback had been walking quickly, but now they had lost sight of it entirely.
"It must have gotten lost somewhere," Abbacchio murmured. "I'll rewind the playback."
There was the sound of a tape being rewound. (Y/n) expected the playback to appear somewhere near them, but Moody Blues appeared on the other side of the crosswalk. Abbacchio deliberately slowed it down so the group could see his path. The man had crossed the street briskly without checking for cars. Then, a beat before he reached the other curb, he vanished.
Narancia blinked. "You guys saw that, right? Where did it go?"
Abbaccho's jaw tightened. He rewound the playback again. It wasn't their eyes playing tricks. The man never reached the other curb before he disappeared.
"Is your playback acting up or something?"
"Moody Blues never acts up," Abbacchio said. He stared at the spot on the curb as if that would be enough to make his playback appear.
(Y/n) couldn't wrap their head around it. If Moody Blues only replayed events that had already happened, did that mean the man really had just vanished into thin air?
"Is it possible that Moody Blues ended up somewhere else during this part of the playback?" (y/n) asked Abbacchio. "You can sense your Stand without seeing it, right? Maybe it just skipped ahead."
Abbacchio allowed the playback to continue, starting from where the man disappeared from the sidewalk. (Y/n) could see Abbacchio turning his head slightly, his body tense.
"It's faint, but I can feel it," he muttered, more to himself than to (y/n) or Narancia. His head jerked up. "Moody Blues is this way."
Abbacchio walked quickly down the sidewalk. He paused briefly at an intersection before turning left and then crossing the street. They stopped in front of a restaurant with an obscure French name and a royal blue awning. In the window, they could see Moody Blues taking a seat and going through the motions of looking at a menu.
"Do you have a reservation?" the hostess asked when the group entered.
"Uh, no, we don't," said Narancia.
"I'm sorry, but you'll have to wait for a table, then. Wait times are approximately twenty to thirty minutes at the moment."
There was no way they were waiting that long. (Y/n) opened their mouth to protest before Abbacchio beat them to it.
"Could I trouble you terribly for that table by the window?" Abbacchio's voice sounded so different (y/n) had to look to make sure it was actually him. Narancia and (y/n) traded glances.
"As I said before, signore, you'll have to—"
"My uncle will be meeting here with us in a few minutes. He already made a reservation. I'm sure he wouldn't mind us sitting down first."
Abbacchio sounded a ... better when he spoke like this. Not arrogant so much as suave. It was like a whole different Abbacchio. He took off his glasses, offering a small half-smile to the hostess. (Y/n) couldn't pinpoint why this sudden change was so appealing before they realized it reminded them of the self-assured way Giorno usually talked.
"Does he actually have an uncle?" Narancia whispered to (y/n).
"Beats me," (y/n) whispered back.
"You should've just said so, signore." The hostess smiled back. "What is your uncle's name?"
Abbbacchio was standing close enough to the hostess' stand that his eyes flicking down to the reservation book didn't look strange at all.
"Ugo Caprese."
"Wonderful, Caprese is right here. I'll get you seated." The hostess led them to the table by the window they'd requested, passing them all velvet-bound menus before moving off.
"What was that all about?" Narancia asked. "Do you actually have an Uncle Caprese?"
"Of course not. It's a trick my partner used when we had to get into restaurants. We always left before the actual reservation arrived, so no one was the wiser." Abbacchio said, continuing the playback of the man in the trenchcoat.
With the way they happened to be seated around the table, (y/n) was the one directly opposite from the playback. As it played, (y/n)'s position made it seem as though they were the ones the playback was talking to.
Abbacchio sped past the playback ordering from the menu and the small talk that ensued. He resumed the playback at the first mention of Stands.
"It's interesting the direction they decided to take, isn't it?" the man had made no move to take off his hat thus far. (Y/n) was beginning to think he wasn't ever going to.
Having only half of the conversation to go by was frustrating. It was hard to figure out what the man was talking about without his partner to fill in the blanks. For all (y/n) knew, he could have been talking to multiple people.
"The Foundation will be expecting our data soon," the playback said. "I'd say we have enough to submit a report." A beat passed. "Well, that can't be helped. We have to make do with what we have. ... Those two? Yes, I know. I'll have to rein them in. But let's not forget about your son." Here the playback let out a wry chuckle that made (y/n)'s hair stand on end. "Yes, they're quite the pair. If we're not careful, they'll end up unravelling everything." The playback listened intently for several beats before speaking. "It's too soon for that. I think we should wait for a little while longer."
Narancia groaned. "What the hell is he talking about? It's like he's not even speaking Italian." Abbacchio shushed him, although (y/n) had to agree. This conversation was virtually nothing without context and the other half of it.
The playback's fingers moved, presumably tracing the rim of its glass.
"Tiziano and Squalo are doing well. I'm quite pleased with their progress. Telling them to bring potentials into this restaurant was a smart move."
Potentials? (Y/n) and Abbacchio locked eyes. The two people Zucchero had mentioned conducted business at this very restaurant.
The playback chuckled. "They're very discreet about it. I doubt anyone has caught on yet."
Did Tiziano and Squalo lure students here? Maybe their Stands came into play somehow.
"The new one? Yes, I've been keeping an eye on them. Their fabric-like Stand has quite the potential if they're willing to work with it."
"Hey, that sounds like—" Abbacchio and (y/n) shushed Narancia simultaneously. To their disappointment, the playback said nothing else about White Satin. It moved to answer its phone before getting to its feet.
"No, that's alright. I need to get going. Something came up." The playback got to its feet, and for a split second, (y/n) caught sight of the man's eyes. They were a sharp lime-green, the iris pierced with an almost triangle shape. (Y/n) thought the eyes looked familiar, although they couldn't say why.
"Yes, grazie. I'll call you tomorrow. Take care."
The playback left the restaurant. Abbacchio shuddered slightly when the playback was out of sight.
"What's wrong?"
"It felt like my playback just snapped its connection with me," Abbachcio said. "The same way it did back at the crosswalk. I've never felt anything like that before. It sounds stupid, but it almost seems as though a portion of the playback got erased."
"What, like time skipped a few seconds?" Narancia asked.
"Like I said, it sounds stupid." Despite that, the intense expression that took over Abbacchio's face told (y/n) he was thinking about it.
"I'd ask you to play the conversation again, but I don't know if that would help." Narancia sipped at the ice water a server had dropped off. "What did all of that mean exactly?"
"He's observing us," (y/n) said. "It sounds like he and whoever he was talking to knew about me. That must mean he knows about you guys too."
"But why? What is he watching us for?"
Abbacchio snorted. "Our Stands, what else?"
"He talked about sending a report," (y/n) said, tracing idle patterns into the table. "Does that mean he's working for an organization?"
"That would complicate things," Abbacchio said. "It's one thing confronting an individual. An organization is another thing entirely."
"But I don't get why they have to be so secretive about it," said Narancia. "If they want to ... observe us or whatever, they could just ask."
(Y/n) also had a hard time understanding that. What did this organization gain from working in secret? Honestly, this little outing had been for nothing, seeing as they'd gotten no links between the man in the trenchcoat and Signor D. It was just more threads adding to the tangled knot of whatever this was.
"What? I don't have a nephew. Who the hell are you talking about?"
For a minute, (y/n) had forgotten all about the white lie Abbacchio had told the hostess. Judging by Narancia's deer-in-headlights expression and Abbacchio's frown, they had too.
"We gotta go," Narancia mouthed.
"No, show me who this nephew is."
(Y/n) scrambled out of their seat, stepping on Abbacchio's shoes in the process. Abbacchio glared at them, then at Narancia for shoving him in the back.
"Move, man!"
"Would you calm down? Don't look so guilty."
"But I am guilty! Some guy thinks he found his long-lost nephew!"
"Aw hell, it's you?"
(Y/n) didn't know how it hadn't registered before. The Ugo Caprese from the reservation was none other than the curly-haired guy from the bonfire. In a way, the coincidence was almost funny.
"You know this guy?" Narancia asked over (y/n)'s shoulder.
"I'm going," (y/n) said under their breath, trying to duck around the hostess' side. The hostess touched their arm.
"Excuse me, what's going on here? It seems like Signor Caprese doesn't recognize you."
"What, are you here with Una and Giovanna?" Caprese asked snarkily.
"Oh my god," Abbacchio said.
"Signor—"
"(Y/n)—"
"I just—"
"So why—"
The strangest thing happened then. One minute, (y/n) was trying to extricate themself from the situation, Caprese on one side, the hostess on the other. The next, (y/n) was somehow halfway out the door, Narancia's hand on their shoulder and Abbacchio right behind them. Caprese was now taking a seat at the table, grumbling to the hostess. (Y/n) actually started walking down the street before they'd realized what had happened.
They stopped in their tracks. "What just happened?"
Narancia slowly took his hand off (y/n)'s shoulder. "Weren't we just...?"
Abbacchio glanced over his shoulder, then at the people walking around them. No one seemed to have noticed the strange shift in time. The lack of reaction made (y/n) doubt if anything had even happened.
"It's like what happened with Moody Blues," said Abbacchio.
"A Stand ability?" asked Narancia. His phone rang suddenly, making the three of them jump. He glanced at the caller ID, flashing the screen at Abbacchio and (y/n) before answering.
"Fugo, is something wrong? You're on speaker."
"I— I'm fine," Fugo said over the phone, his voice a little shaky. "How did things go with Moody Blues? Did you discover anything?"
Narancia glanced nervously down the street. (Y/n) didn't blame him. Their entire body felt on edge. The little skip in time made them feel out of sorts with their surroundings. As though they were a beat ahead of everyone else.
"Yeah. We did. It's hard to explain. What about you guys and the train station?"
"Can you meet us at Bruno's apartment?"
"I mean, sure—" Another ringtone interrupted Narancia. He frowned at it before adding the third person to the call.
"Guys!" Trish exclaimed. "Where are you? Are you all okay?"
"Fine," Fugo said uncertainly. "Did something happen with Sale?"
"Bruno's apartment. Now." Trish hung up abruptly. (Y/n) thought they heard a gripe from Mista over on Fugo's end before he said a rushed goodbye and ended the call.
"Is it bad that I'm scared to go?" (y/n) asked.
Abbacchio was already striding away. "Don't be. We're starting to get to the bottom of this."
As Narancia and (y/n) followed after him, a man turned into the restaurant they had just left. He took a moment to gather his thoughts as he waited behind a couple. They had gotten closer than he'd expected. The tall, white-haired male, Abbacchio, was a surprise. He hadn't been planning for a Stand that was able to replay past events. It helped that the Stand was restricted by location, but even so, he would have to be more careful about his meeting places. If he wasn't careful, they would discover his identity.
Not that he wanted to hide it necessarily. He just wanted it to be revealed on his terms.
He'd thought using his Stand on his way to the restaurant would've thrown them off, but they were perceptive. The fabric and small airplane Stand users were amateurs, but Abbacchio had evidently had his Stand for much longer. The combination of such a Stand and such a user was troublesome.
He should have used his Stand earlier. He could've timed it so that the interval of time they'd spent watching Moody Blues had been erased. It was already impressive that they'd seemed to notice that skip in time. Perhaps he wasn't giving them enough credit. His findings, once he submitted them, would cause quite the stir.
The hostess smiled at him. "Hello, signore. Do you have a reservation?"
The man inclined his head. The hostess was able to catch a glimpse of his eyes under his brimmed hat. An unusual lime-green colour. "Yes. For one o'clock."
"Ah yes. Please follow me, Signor D."

This means that many coin sellers can find their way to these shops every day. However, not all coins brought to these shops are sold. When it comes to rare coins, there are certain rules.
Although most pawn shops buy and sell these coins they do not always feel comfortable doing so. Some pawnshops may not be able to verify that a coin is a genuine collector's item. With many people out there trying make quick buck by selling fake coins, it is easy to understand why some pawnshops are cautious about these items. Before you bring your rare coins to a pawnshop near me, make sure you call first.
Pawn shops are a good place to buy and sell rare coins
A pawn shop, whether you're a seller or a collector, is a great place to go if you want to sell or find rare coins. You never know what you might find in these shops. These shops might have the best coins for you, and they may be a lot cheaper than you expected.
Some of these valuable and rare coins are being sold at bargain prices in pawnshops. People pawn valuable coins and rare coins for quick cash. However, sometimes it can prove difficult to get them back. These pawned coins are usually sold at a slightly higher value than the original price to allow pawn shops to get their money back after the redemption period has expired.
Because pawn sellers often receive a lower price than those who sell the items, the selling prices of pawned items are usually lower than items that were sold directly to pawn shops. It is possible to buy rare coins for less than their actual value in pawnshops. How do you discover such treasures?
Although it is possible to find a valuable and rare coin in a pawnshop, it is often difficult. You might find a rare gem in such places, as not all pawn shops are aware of the value of certain coins. Some pawnshops will go to great lengths to ensure that a collection is checked by an expert before they sell it. A few others even have experts who are knowledgeable about these items. These coins will have the true value you are looking for, so you might pay more.
