no matter how big of a day you had, or how big or small you feel, or how happy or sad you are, i hope you get to eat something you love today

Hard to prepare yourself foods? Me to sometimes 😥 but i've come up with some tricks to make it easier!

I have a cute bag i keep on my nightstand full of snacks! Filling stuff like protein bars, or cereal packs, or freeze dried fruits! and if you bring a snack with you and you don't need it before you leave, if its sealed, you can just put it in your cute bag as a "forget me snack"! At one point i just had a jar of peanutbutter and a pack of disposable spoons there!

For some people lots of small meals works better than 3 big meals! if you feel consistently hungry maybe try eating smaller but more frequent meals!

Diet culture is a skam designed to make you feel icky just to make you spend money! Try to work on practiseing intuitive eating! your tummy knows what it needs, when it needs more fruits you'll start to crave more fruits, or veggies, or fiber , or whatever it needs! so if you indulge "a few too many" cravings, That's fine! sometimes comfort food is what you need, which is what your body is trying to tell you! there are no "bad" foods, just foods with different stuffs in them!

If eating food feels gross, its ok, i understand 🫂 protein powders have helped me get some fuel into my body without me having to eat anything. they come in lotsa diffrent yummy flavors, and its costy up front, but i use Ryse protein and it averages out to about a dollar a drink ! so when i have a shake for brekky thats $1 brekky! where else can you get a whole brekky for $1?

I know some people have a difrent times with food, but i hope that even if its just today, or tomorrow, or next tuesday, you get to find joy and comfort in something yummy 🥰🥰

I just got back from my first (preliminary) HRT appointment and I am on cloud fuckin 9

I said I'd wait a week to start but im immediately wishing i started today but its okay! Im so fuckin excited omg

Hawkins has...seen better days. Everyone is bailing and Steve can't blame them. The party are planning to get the hell out of dodge but the only thing stopping them going right this second is their wounded. There's no moving Max or Eddie, not for a couple of weeks at least.

Max is still in the hospital, but Eddie's out. He's staying at Steve's for a hot minute while the dust settles and everyone gets their shit together. It's fine, mostly. Eddie shuffles about the house pretty well and Steve puts little pots of meds and PBJs in front of him at semi regular intervals and that seems to work just fine.

Until it doesn't. Because Steve can't find Eddie. Which is weird. He can't find him in any of the obvious places, so then he starts looking in the less obvious ones. He finds Eddie in his own bathroom, which is a bit strange considering Eddie's had his own guest room and ensuite and hasn't ever been into Steve's room, nevermind in Steve's bathroom.

But that's where he is, on his knees, between the edge of the tub and the wall, with a bunch of towels and blankets and ...Steve's comforter. And he's very clearly building a nest.

And sure, Steve knows objectively that Eddie's an Omega, would go so far to say that Eddie even scents real good...at least when Steve has time to appreciate it in between the end of the world and near death experiences and all that.

So yeah.

"Eddie..?"

Eddie hums to show he's listening.

"What are you, ah, what are you up to there?"

Eddie stops, looking at Steve over his shoulder and then looking back at his hands like he's never seen them before. "Oh.". There's a really long silence, " I've never...this is the first time I've...". Eddie rubs his own stomach, a self comforting gesture, "I must be about to have a heat."

"I mean sure but...I'm the alpha you've been around most by like...a lot."

"Well...duh," Eddie tugs Steve's comforter. In Steve's bathroom.

"Oh." Steve says as that sinks in, "oh."
