Modern CC Build

I was in the mood to build a cc build, but I wanted to build something easy and in my comfort zone. Modern builds are the easiest and closest to my heart.

I built it in the Willow Creek starter neighbourhood, tbh the lighting is terrible from the front, but the back... *chef kiss* I used mostly cc from several creators

I used an elevator CC by @syboubou that required a mod by @ravasheencc to work.

Last part of my Paris inspired Magnolia rebuild collection is finally here!! This time You will find 3 stores - first, the biggest one, bridgal atelier, second small, modern furniture showroom inspired by custom content from @pierisim and the last one, bags and shoes boutique

The whole build contains 4 floors, the ground floor with shops and the remaining floors with empty space to use as you wish

@peacemaker-ic's Gently Draping Curtains - 4t3 conversion

Another extremely versatile set of modular curtains that will fit many, many rooms.

No Photoshop tricks here - they really do layer like that, even if the sheers acted up on me and only go on the walls with moveobjects on (dunno why, the footprint is the same as the blinds).

In theory, all items move up and down, but in practice only the standalone rail and the roman blinds do, probably because of the size of the meshes. But everyone knows tricks around that, so I didn't beat myself up about it too much :P

All in Decor > Curtains and Blinds. Rail is $10, sheers are $40, solids are $60, and the blinds are $90~$130. All lowpoly, 1~3 channels recolorable, BGC.

Once again I put about 5% effort into my preview pic. I'm not gonna lie, it's like a huge weight has been lifted now that I'm just posting cc without stressing about pics. I know they'll get less traction, but honestly I don't even care right now lol. Would you prefer better preview pics or more cc???

The middle bottom pic was the inspo I pulled from. All 3 beds require the meshes from @peacemaker-ic's Roarsome Kids Bedroom

I know this might seem random, but I love all the record players in the game currently, I just hate that they're so bulky and big instead of a little tabletop record player. I was messing around and I put the record player from the Casanova Cave kit into the table that came from Peacemakers Living Room kit and it looks beautiful. Don't you think? there's no glitching. You just. need to use bb.moveobjects and you're good to go. You don't need to lift anything or raise anything or use the TOOL mod. And it looks like a record player is just chillin right on top of the console table. I don't know.. it was mind blowing to me. I figured I needed to share it.

Picking up where 2021’s The Suicide Squad left off, DC’s recently released series Peacemaker follows a violent vigilante who believes in achieving peace at any cost - no matter how many people he has to kill for it in the process. He was one of the members of the second Task Force X strike team sent on a mission to Coro Maltese.

In response to the immense fame of the character, I think we desperately need a decent Peacemaker CC outfir on our Sims 4 games.

Few days ago, I came up with the idea to create a classy estate for mayor of Willow Creek - got some inspirations from pinterest for exteriors and of course I was pretty sure that fill all the space will be one day with timless furniture. But no, I spent the whole week to finish 2 floors and huge garden. This is the biggest project so far and I'm really happy how it turned out.

House contains 5 bedroom and 4 bathrooms on second floor and open day space on 1 floor.
