Butterfly Battle Part 2: Phineas and Ferb Boogaloo

It was a hot and warm summer day in Florida, and on the road was a van cruising on it, and in the van was a familiar cast of characters from the hit Disney Channel show.

“Okay kids, in just a couple of minutes we’ll be at Butterfly Land,” Linda said to the kids in the van, who were all eager to go to a butterfly house.

“Mom, you do realize that Phineas and Ferb are here, and they’ll do one of their weird inventions of the day that mysteriously disappear as you come back?” Candace pointed out, knowing the usual routine her little brothers are going to do.

“Look Candace, you just have to enjoy the day and bond with your brothers instead on focusing on busting them.”

“But-“

“Yeah Candace, everyone is excited to go to Butterfly Land,” Phineas added, “Even Perry is excited to go to Butterfly Land!” He then held up the teal platypus, who is wearing butterfly wings on his back.

“Fine, I’ll just enjoy the day,” Candace sighed, “But if you do anything bustable, my eyes are on you!”

The other kids in the van were only staring at Candace.

“Anyways, what are your plans for today?” Phineas asked his friends.

“Well, Butterfly Land has butterflies, and I must achieve my dreams of flying with-“ Buford was about to continue until he noticed his friends were staring at him, “I mean, Butterfly Land has a museum, and where there is a museum, there are nerds to bully!”

“But Buford, what about me?”, Balijeet asked.

“Don’t worry, you’re still my primary nerd.”

“And as for me, me and the Fireside Girls are going to get some butterfly related patches,” Isabella answered, “Plus, we’ll be aiding the Walkerville branch of Fireside Girls in their patch collecting.”

“And where the Walkerville branch of Fireside Girls are going to be?” Balijeet asked.

“They’re coming in that yellow bus over there!” Isabella then pointed to a familiar yellow school bus on the road.

“You know, something’s magical about that bus,” Buford added.

“Right, as if magic can exist in this world,” Balijeet doubted, “But then again, we’re friends with Phineas and Ferb, the doers of the impossible, so this is a slight probability that magic is real.”

The kids then discuss their plans as the camera shifts to what’s happening in the yellow school bus

It seems Annie got her hands on a little something. A little crumpled piece of paper, with scribbles of ingredients as well. Dr. Heinrich's alchemy potion(the one that makes 2 people attracted to each other aka love potion) is now in the mischievous Annie's hands. And we have no idea what she's going to do with it.

Better hurry up, Dr. Hein. Or trouble might fall on NRC. (Annie was last seen in the mirror gateways.)

*Dr. V, sitting in his office, shudders out of nowhere. For some reason, he gets the sneaking suspicion that something that he wrote about in his journal might have perhaps found daylight. He's still unawares at the moment, as he's not usually the most observant man, but once chaos begins unfolding at the hands of such a thing he learned about he might unwillingly become a victim? Or should the thing backfire, perhaps things could simply fizzle out. He's had that happen before, too. Curse you, tendencies of his to have his successful projects fail through no faults of his own...*

*He turns to a small potted plant in his office and begins monologuing. Whether Annie is here to hear this or not, who knows. Dr. V himself is still completely oblivious, though*

Ah, my dear Planty the Potted Plant. You see I've been reminiscing about something I wrote about the other day, thinking about my Cupidatron (a machine that would cause people to fall in love) and the potion that would help cause the machines main effect.

Why would I create such a contraption, you ask? Well it all started shortly after my divorce from my wife...

And THAT'S how I came up with the idea.

I scrapped it, though, since I realized that using it to just make my wife love me again was probably super unethical, I mean. She left me for a woman, who she ACTUALLY loved! How could I truly force her to do such a thing?

Besides, one thing that I never mentioned in my own note is that the potion recipe I had found does come at a cost! Now, I don't quite recall what it was, but so long as no one uses it, it should be fine... But that's why I decided to simply scratch the Cupidatron concept.

But my dear Planty the Potted Plant, you and I both know that nothing could possibly come of that note! Only if a student found it and decided it would be fun to cause chaos would it ACTUALLY have something happen, and that would be completely... Actually no that would be quite predictable for NRC I'm just gonna hope my gut feeling does not backfire.

RPers Sought via Discord

I am seeking canon x canon ships for fandoms via discord. This will be a 1x1 situation. I am happy to double! For my ships, please reach out for information as many are crack/unusual. I do tend to stick to MxF romances but if we're doubling up and one pair is MxF, I'm open to adding a same-sex pair. When I double, I use a word counter to make sure posts are equal. I don't require this of my partners as long as they look similar in effort. Should favoritism begin to appear, I'll express concerns but if it happens often, I'm going to end the RP.

My posts tend to be several paragraphs (I guess the term might be novella or advanced literate) in third person, past tense. When on Discord, it's not unusual to take a few messages to complete my post but I do indicate with a (c or cont) if it's continued and end with an (end) to indicate that it's all complete. Due to post sizes being lengthy, I tend to give about 2-3 posts a week. Often more but I would say that's a pace I'm happy with getting from a partner. We all have lives. I'm not going to hound anyone to post unless it's been like, a month. People get busy or bored. It happens. That said, I love a lively OOC where we get to know one another and converse freely even if posts come at a slower pace. I'd rather hear about disinterest and work to fix it, than have resentment or complacency build behind the scenes.

NSFW stuff is bound to happen within moderation and with proper development. My RPs are very gradual, slow burn. I'm in this for the long haul and I expect my partner to be as well. Communication ensures longevity and interest.

phineas and ferb episode pieced together from a dream i had: that ducky momo game that candace played obsessively in one episode shuts down, because it’s an mmo for children and the year is no longer 2009. obviously candace is end of club penguin level devastated so phineas and ferb try to cheer her up by making their own version of the game, which because they’re phineas and ferb is like this massive hyper immersive augmented reality construct that spans the entirety of danville, and i guess there’s like a message in there about how their big extravagant approach to everything isn’t always the answer because while it’s sweet that they’re trying to make her feel better candace doesn’t want a new better ducky momo game, she just wants her crappy browser based ducky momo game back because it’s special to her. i didn’t dream the doof and perry b plot but i can see doofenshmirtz having a thematically relevant heartbreaking backstory about the mmo [Medieval MethOd acting] he used to play as a child for a fleeting moment of happiness being unceremoniously shut down when the drusselstinian government dropped flash compatibility [blinding each other with bright lights was a central mechanic that the game simply didn’t function without]. maybe he makes an inator to delete everyone else’s beloved mmos [perry the platypus can you please help me troubleshoot my inator all it does is shut down online roleplaying games for some reason] and that’s what wipes phineas and ferb’s elaborate ducky momo fan project out of existence. i also didn’t get an ending but i reckon it should end on like it turns out that baljeet backs up the entire internet every couple months just to be safe or something, so they actually have the source files for candace’s comfort baby game right there, so they set up a sort of ‘ducky momo rewritten’ server so that candace and people like her can come back to the game whenever they want. linda gets home and is like so what’s this about phineas and ferb remaking that computer game of yours and candace is too happy to even really care that she can’t bust them for turning danville into a virtual reality exhibit she’s just like look phineas and ferb got ducky MMOmo back on my computer post server shutdown see :) and turns her laptop to her and linda says well wasn’t that nice of them good on you boys. oh there you are perry, roll credits. they should be paying me for this

It's also an AU where the kids know about Perry's secret agenting. How? Maybe it's TakingOverMidnight3482's Family Secrets series, maybe it's maybelline. Maybe it doesnt matter. But they do.

Vanessa storms to the Flynn-Fletcher house first thing in the morning with a gift basket under her arm demanding to see the boys (who have, of course, started in on their summer project bright and early in the morning). She asks if "he's still here", and cheers to see Perry napping under the tree.

It's a Nemevarsary present! To Phineas, Ferb and Candace's curious looks Vanessa explains that Perry met her dad over the summer 6 years ago, and her dad had planned a super special scheme at one of his island rentals. Anniversaries are a big deal to him! Which is why it's taking a bit of time for Perry's assignment to get here. But oh no! Perry FORGOT. Hes panicky a little, like oh, its not a big deal--then Francis beeps in with his assignment on the holo feature of his work watch, and both he and Carl are blowing those party trumpet things and throwing confetti and balloons wishing Perry a happy Nemevarsary. And Perry is Sweating.

By the time the assignment is given and Perry logs off, he's definitely slightly freaking out. Phineas is like Don't worry buddy! Ferb, Candace and I did the same thing for our parents, so we are going to make you and Dr. Dee the best Nemevarsary ever! We'll prime your location to make sure we bring the party to you! It'll be great!

They're cancelling their roleplay recreation of the Odyssey some other time. Perry's throwing his little arms around the boys neck in gratefulness.

I still have no idea what the plan is supposed to be like, but Vanessa helps them, and there's supposed to be a scene where Perry distracts Heinz long enough to keep him from noticing the party until just the right time.

why does your ship deserve to be considered the most toxic?:

Darling Nikki and Matejka met in 1524, after Nikki's mother's death, and got into a duel- proposed by Matejka- at the price of Nikki's soul. She ended up winning the fight, and was turned into a vampire. They stayed together afterwards due to both being immortal, and have known each other closely since then. The reason why we think they deserve to win is their extreme codependence: Matejka is extremely attached to Nikki, because she looks like his dead wife Esmé, whom he's still in love with. Nikki takes advantage of him and roleplays as Esmé during sex. This unhealthy attachment to Nikki began consuming his life, so they got into a fight and split up for nearly 100 years. This caused the both of them to become incredibly suicidal, as they'd known each other for 4 centuries at this point, and they barely knew how to live without each other. Even missing each other so dearly, their relationship has the tendency to be very unhealthy. Once, Nikki insulted Matejka's dead wife as a joke, and he almost dragged them out to the sun in an attempt to kill them. Another time, she tried to eat Matejka (due to being a cannibal), but thought his black blood was disgusting. They know each other like no one else does, but still have layer of distrust. Nikki doesn't even know Esmé's name. Altogether, their bond is an incredibly complex one due to the nature of their immortality, but their unhealthy overreliance on each other has nearly ruined both their lives.

THEY BASICALLY STARTED OUT AS TWO DUMBASS TOXIC AF TEENAGERS GOING TO EVIL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL TOGETHER AND BEING THE TERRORS OF THE SCHOOL(POOFENPLOTZ BC SHES BIG ON BEAUTY AND WOULD BASICALLY DESTROY EVERYONE'S SELF ESTEEM AND ALICE BC. SHES WILLING TO KILL ANYONE WHO RLY FUCKS W HER), AND WHILE THEY ORIGINALLY HAD A RIVALRY IT GOT A LIL TOO HOMOEROTIC VERY QUICKLY AND THEY DON'T RLY KNOW HOW BUT THEY ENDED UP DATING. THEY ENDED UP, SURPRISE SURPRISE, RUINING EACH OTHER EVEN FURTHER THEN THE TWO OF THEM WERE ALREADY TRAUMATIZED!!!! EVENTUALLY ALICES OBSESSION W GODHOOD AND HER IDEA OF PERFECTION (ONE THAT HAD ALWAYS BEEN THERE, EVEN IF POOFENPLOTZ MADE IT MORE PHYSICAL) ENDED UP DRIVING THE TWO APART, WITH HOW HORRIBLE ALICES DECLINE WAS, AND POOFENPLOTZ ENDED UP BASICALLY LEAVING AND IGNORING HER AS A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO SNAP HER OUT OF HER DECLINE BUT ONLY PULLED HER FURTHER IN. When my sib and i were younger we would roleplay phineas and ferb scenarios using lego star wars, lego indiana jones, and lego batman. In lego batman every pnf had an assigned batman character to represent them. They are as follows.

Phineas - robin or joker depending on the context

Ferb - batman

Isabella - harley

Buford - bane

Baljeet - riddler

Candace - poison ivy

Jeremy - mr freeze

Stacy and/or vanessa - batgirl and catwoman. I cant remember which one was which. Hello. Is anyone out there. Its so cold
