Kyumas was fun because I could just keep adding details again and again

the hat position was a vote, and can you freaking believe it was a near tie between red and green. blue position was so unpopular, that it got outvoted by people who jokingly said 'all three'

hat colors from delibird, while grey is taken from my own sona 'coz, y'know. this is supposed to be me

heliocircle was a mess, because i had no idea for half of the day, before getting reminded of some arts where the character is stuck within the borders of the image as if it was a box

and figured let's do the same thing but with the circle pfp

the sprite was taken specifically from pokeclicker? though i know it's a smogon creation. i just needed good tested colors tho.

Hi everyone. My name is James, I am from Argentina, and I am the developer of "INTERNATIONAL PIXELART GALLERY" I am very happy to be developing a video game that consists of discovering pixelart artists from all over the world, giving me the possibility to follow them with my social networks and to get in touch with the artists behind the drawings. The project is still under development but so far it has the participation of 26 countries and 39 different artists. I will update the gallery week by week with new artists and new drawings. We have reached the stage where we are going to start implementing minigames in each artist's show using their drawings, so I'm excited to see what game ideas each artist comes up with. Ok this is my first animated pixel sprite. Don't think I wanna go this route. Takes to long. Maybe it's because I'm used to sketchbook pro or I just find Pixel art to annoying. The software I used is called Krita and it comes with an animation window to do your animation and it lets you export and all that good shit. I actually like it better than everything I spend my freaking money at this weekend. And here's the kicker..............it's free.😡😡😡😡 anyways I love Krita just don't like pixeling my weekend off. Say what you will. This is just my opinion. i have sort of a stupid question, whenever I do pixelart and save the file normally it just comes out as blurry and not really pixelarty at all, how do you keep your canvases big but also pixely? Do you use a special pixel art program?

when you upscale it, you need to make sure your program has an option to upscale it using 'nearest neighbor' that keeps the pixels the same size, and always upscale in percentages of 100! i always upscale 400%-600%. If your program doesnt have that feature MS paint has it, and you can rescale on that :)
