A year ago, my uni's student encampment for Gaza organized a protest where they read all the know names of Palestinian killed since Oct 2023. It took the Arabic speakers 25 hours of non-stop reading to read out all the names, and there were a lot of people killed whose names were not recorded. Israel's attack on Gaza has only intensified since then.

Whether you participated in the encampments or not, students in Gaza are still fighting hard to continue their education while facing a literal genocide. All universities in Gaza have been bombed, and students lack space and facilities to study. But you can help! The Isnad Foundation (@isnadfoundation) is supporting 40 students in Gaza to study for their degrees. This initiative provide rooms, internet access, stationery, and power supply to these students so that they can continue their education online!

However, they have less than a week to pay rent so that students can have the space with Internet connection to study, but right now they do not have the funds to do so! This initiative will be forced to stop its activities if they cannot raise the funds by then! Your support is essential to helping these students! Please share and donate if you are able to!

Nápoly gasztró

Furcsa, hogy soha nem hallottam a pizza frittáról, ami az ottani streetfood másik alapja, hogy az bizony lángos, aminek van mindenféle verziója, töltött, meg feltétes, édes, sós, például ez itt pisztáciás lángosdarabkák, de volt lángosdarabkás saláta is. Nem meglepő módon a magyar emberek egy jól működő, de közészerű megoldás után semmiféle kreativitást nem vittek ebbe ötszáz év alatt.

Ettünk is sokat. Helyesebben én ettem inkább, mert vegán szempontból Nápoly volt minden eddigi helyünk közül a legnehezebb város.

Azért pizza valahogy mindig lett, csak @kertikavics -nak mindig csak egyféle. Nem tudtuk, hogy Nápoly ennyire ebédcentrikus, vagy nem tudom, egy csomó hely egyszerűen nem volt nyitva hétköznap vacsoraidőben, ami elég szerencsétlen helyzet, mert ebédelni meg nem nagyon szoktunk. Volt vagy négy vegán hely Google maps-on, mindegyikkel ez volt. Talán ezért volt az is, hogy a vacsora gyors volt, még a jobb helyeken se volt beszélgetős a helyzet, inkább csak az egyél, mert várnak a helyedre érzés.

A legjobb pizzat itt ettük (a környék nem valami tetszetős, a hely se mutat jól, mégis, nagyon jó)

maradt kaposzta a coleslaw utan, meg csinaltam egy feher alabama bbq szoszt is amit vegul nem hasznaltam fel mert tulsagosan hasonlo volt az ize mint a szosznak a kaposztan, de pont lattam a heten a maradek_nelkulon ilyen sult kaposzta steaket, a szosz ami megy ra meg nagyon hasonlo volt, remek esti snack lett belole.

edes-savanyu csirke cukkinival es bok choi-al ami meg mult hetrol maradt. ujra ki kell hangsulyoznom mennyivel puhabb, omlosabb lesz barmilyen hus ha elotte legalabb egy ejszakara bebrine-oljak, akar csak egy egyszeru sos-cukros brineba.
