Program Pendidikan Sales Marketing Supervisor (PPSMS) adalah salah satu program percepatan karir di Wismilak Group. Program ini dirancang untuk mempersiapkan leader pada Divisi Sales and Field Marketing.

Kualifikasi PPSMS:

Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan, manajemen bisnis lebih diutamakan

Minimal IPK 3,3 dari universitas dengan akreditasi minimal “Baik”

Memiliki pengalaman memimpin dan mengelolah sebuah tim atau organisasi di kampus

Terbuka untuk fresh graduate (lulusan tahun 2023 & 2024) atau memiliki pengalaman kerja maksimal 1 tahun

Memiliki SIM A dan C

Memiliki ketertarikan untuk bekerja di lapangan dan bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia

There are days like today when confidence makes itself welcome.

Most of me know I can’t have you.

All of me knows I could never have you.

But every once in a while I dream. I wonder what would look like to have your attention.

How would it feel to have the world go empty when you spot me in a huge crowd.

Would the room silence?

Would i loose all the words?

Would time not rush? At least this once?

Would you see me and be happy? Be proud?

Would you want to rip my clothes off and make me never forget that night?

Would everything stand still?

To whatever world that possibility could be - I lose sight of it all and words become just words. And thoughts become just thoughts.

And then I remember - i wish confidence could just walk out door and not make itself so comfortable.

I wish confidence wouldn’t stay for as long as it has.

I repine for the feeling of love’s ferocity:

Aching in absence and passionate in presence,

The thoughts all-consuming and delirious.

I desire for the urge to invent new words;

The sensation that existing vocabulary

Does not even begin to describe the viciousness of love’s devotion.

I crave the exciting thievery of a stolen glance,

The radiance of flushed cheeks,

The electric shockwaves of grazing a pinky when walking side by side.

Self-reflection has revealed

My past tribulations with said “love”

Proved to be less hedonistic than remembered,

And instead complacent and performative.

In truth, once the glamour subsided

And the laugh lines relaxed

I was exploited for what I could provide.

While I am aware that love as a whole is never lost forever,

Trauma vitiates even the most infinitesimal of past experiences.

Ripping away the innocence and pleasure of any shared satisfaction.

A gentle caress used to feel euphoric.

Now every touch is tainted with the impression of manipulation;

Even when presented by the most benevolent of hands.

Am I too damaged to experience the fervor of a new paramour—

My amygdala marred past the point of return?

Did I ever actually feel this authentically,

Or were all of those instances a facade to quell others’ ever-growing desires?

Recurrent and perpetual wounds like these

Are taking more time to mend

Than I have been able to recognize.

In the meantime I reside in my sanctuary:

Dissociation

Until I am able to abscond

From the confines of my mental stronghold.
