Always love the thought of the both of them trying on new outfits together at the clothier but I think Zisu tends to be the more embarrassed one especially when it comes to prettier clothing considering shes the Captain of the Security Corps and is usually seen throwing hands in the dirt.

Ingo loves everything she wears of course! But that can be... an awkward mindset when trying to make a hard choice between which she might like better... Good thing Anthe is there with a keen fashionable eye to help her pick out the best outfit if she ever gets overwhelmed :)

at least personally, my first full run is usually what I base as The™ Game, even if I have subsequent playthroughs after it and get attached to the PCs from them as well. I also tend to do less customizing once I have a specific Look settled on, which is mostly the kinda player who this poll is aimed towards.

I've seen some people say they would specifically dress for the area they're surveying, which is wild to me as someone that doesn't do it and I seriously admire the commitment. I even bought all the clothes outta Anthe's shop and still couldn't bring myself to change much!

wouldn’t it suck if when Ingo returned home, Arceus mentally yeeted Ingo back to the exact moment he left. it’s one thing if he physically blips out of existence and then blips right back into existence, four years older but just imagine that Arceus thinks he’s doing Ingo a solid by not only returning him to the exact time he left, but also the exact age!

(It is not, but Arceus does not know that.)

POV: You are Emmet. Your brother suddenly collapsed, but before you can call an ambulance, he’s already waking up again. You sigh in relief, but it’s short-lived because now Ingo is staring at you like you’re a stranger. He’s saying something, but you can’t understand it. It isn’t any language you know.

non-serious AU where Pokemon fuckery happens while in Hisui and Ingo and Akari switch ages. they get stuck in a space time distortion and when they come out, Ingo is 15 and Akari is 29 but are otherwise mentally the same.

finally the great debate over Ingo’s actual age is settled, but not in the way everyone thought it would be. Melli is so frustrated bc he’s either forced to admit that Akari must just have really, really good genes to looks so young at 50 or that Ingo was actually a lot younger than he’d thought.

Lady Sneasler sees that her warden has gotten so much smaller and her eyes just sparkle. he is truly a little kit now. she’s going to dote on him so much.

tbf the urge to dote on teen Ingo is very strong. his glaring eyes and constant frown wrap back around into being adorable when put on a teen’s face.

Akari is having the time of her LIFE. She’s a cool adult now. Arezu I need a new cool adult hairstyle STAT.

It’s less fun when she keeps hitting her head on things bc she’s used to being short though.

Akari still refers to Ingo as ‘Uncle Ingo’ though, just bc old habits die hard and also it is very funny to me.

Ingo’s coat is too big for him now so he just resorts to wearing it tied around his waist instead. He begrudgingly gives his hat to Anthe to (hopefully) temporarily resize and she sneaks in a few repairs while she’s at it. maybe if this problem doesn’t resolve itself she’ll finally be given a chance to fix his damn coat. it bothers her every time she sees it.

some other fun facts:

Akari is fifteen years old when she’s dropped into Hisui. Immediately upon arrival, she’s attacked by a wild Pokemon and is badly injured. Irida is thankful that Lord Zoroark was there to find the strange girl and bring her back to the settlement- it likely saved her life. It’s a shame about her memories, however, but it is to be expected with a head injury as bad as hers.

Lord Zoroark frets over the girl the entire time. It’s kind of sweet, he seems to really care about her. Maybe this could be a good thing! This girl has nowhere else to go, and they have been looking for a Warden for him... maybe this is the solution they need.

Akari gratefully accepts the role, although she wishes it didn’t meant living in a tent on the boundary between the Icelands and the Highlands. It’s not as freezing there as the Settlement, but it’s still cold. At least Lord Zoroark will let her bury herself in his fur on the really chilly days.

Ingo does not really know what to make of his new lot in life. He supposes he’s grateful that he’s come to an understanding with the humans, but being assigned a Warden feels... strange. He’s not used to be treated like a Pokemon, as much as he’s always been one. He grew up being raised human, after all.

He does... sort of get used to it. There’s not much he can do about it. He cannot go home, and he’s unsure if it would even truly be a good idea. He regrets leaving things unresolved with Emmet, but maybe it’s better this way. Maybe this is his punishment.

He does grow very attached to his Warden, though. He sees Akari as a little sister, and helps teach her how to survive in Hisui.

A year into living in Hisui, Akari discovers Lord Zoroark can speak human language. He definitely didn’t mean for her to find out. She promises to keep it a secret, even from Irida!

Sometimes Ingo debates telling Warden Akari his name. It would be nice to hear it from someone that isn’t a Pokemon, but he decides against it. He’s gotten somewhat used to being called Lord Zoroark anyways.

It doesn’t matter anyways, because a year later Lord Braviary gets a new Warden. Sabi knows his human name somehow, but she promises she won’t tell anyone else. She also knows he can speak. When he hears she’s clairvoyant, he’s not even surprised. That makes sense.

Ingo befriends a Gligar and a Machop during his time in Hisui, and without really thinking about it, helps train them. It reminds him a bit of his old life, so he enjoys it. Akari thinks they’re his friends, and helps find the items to achieve their final evolutions. People naturally assume they’re her Pokemon.

Akari has a Mismagius and a Lucario! She doesn’t tell anyone that Lord Zoroark has been helping her train them. That would sound so silly!

The Pearl Clan grows to deeply respect their new Noble Pokemon. He is not nearly as intimidating as he first appears, and seems... strangely polite for a Pokemon, much less a Zoroark. For his part, Ingo finds it strange to be spoken to with such respect and reverence but he does get kind of used to it after awhile.

The Pearl Clan also finds out that you can summon him just by blowing three short notes into the Celestica Flute. They do not know that he’s just responding to a reasonable approximate of a train whistle.

Even after Ingo is restored to his human body and everyone returns to the present, Ingo and Akari keep calling each other ‘Warden Akari’ and ‘Lord Zoroark’ out of pure force of habit. They sort of give up on correcting it after awhile.

scenario where Ingo returns to the future but he’s still in Sinnoh and doesn’t have his memories, so he just chills there for like a year until someone finally recognizes him as the missing Subway Boss and gets into contact with Emmet.

He’s just been living in Celestic Town all this time. Most of the elderly locals just know him as the very polite young man who helps them with the upkeep of their homes and daily tasks that become more challenging as they start to get older. One of them lets him stay a spare room in their home, and they all just sort of assume (not incorrectly) that he’s a time traveler who ended up in the future and doesn’t have anywhere else to go. Cynthia visits her grandmother a couple of times during that year, but she always just misses him so they never end up meeting.

Ingo simply did not realize he’d been returned to his own time! He didn’t remember! So he just did what he did in Hisui- adjusted. At least he got to keep his Pokemon with him this time. He’s pretty sure he didn’t the last time! He’s just starting to think that this is something that just happens to him every couple of years or so. Occasionally he challenges trainers who pass through, always excited for the rare chance to battle and help these young trainers improve their technique.

akari’s arc-phone has a food delivery app. if she uses it, a tiny portal forms in front of whoever was unlucky enough to pick up her order at which point they just sort of. drop the bag through the space time hole. it’s a little jumbled up once Akari catches it, but hey!! she’s got take out now!!

Akari: UNCLE INGO CHECK IT OUT. I CAN GET US BURGERS.

Dialga v. Palkia Does Not Go As Expected

Adaman and Irida want to have a fight, you just want to eat some potato mochi

Since the two clans have reached a peaceful treaty, it seemed only proper there be some sort of festival to celebrate. And since Jubilife Village has always been a sort of middle ground, it only makes sense to hold the party here. Plus, well, this is where the gods live.

Speaking of, you've become something of an,, ambassador between humans and the Almighty, as well as the de facto moderator for arguments between the clans. That's another reason everyone is gathering in the village.

Commander Komodo says that you have to look the part. You try to argue but then Cyllene pulls a sword out of nowhere - apparently she was the best swordsman in Hoenn? You make a note to ask about it later - and reminds you about following orders. So you relent and spend the day getting ready.

The tailor - Anthe - borrows some of your Pokémon for inspiration. It's a little silly to say but it gives you just a tiny bit of anxiety. How would you feel, having four friends who are always by your side suddenly whisked away? You feel just a tiny bit naked. But you stick through it, helping Rei and Akari hang up streamers and trying not to jump when Ingo randomly yells from a few feet away.

Seriously what did he do in his past life where he was always yelling?

Anthe's custom outfit is gorgeous, as you expected. There's a bit of a mish-mosh of colors to represent the Almighties; blue for Dialga, pink for Palkia, white for Arceus, you even talked her into adding some black and gold for Giratina.

Then it's heading over to Arezu so she can fuss over your hair.

You're finally rescued when Adaman and Irida show up about an hour before the festival is set to start. Arezu immediately pulls Adaman into a conversation, while Irida helps you to your feet. Arezu finally releases both you and Adaman, so together with Irida you three scamper back outside.

Like I said, they're here an hour early. You link your arm with Adaman's and nudge his side, teasing him a bit. You grab Irida's hand to tease her too.

'Oh you're here early? Did you forget the time? Did Irida have to come get you so you didn't be late? Irida I didn't know you were so prompt and timely. That's not a very Pearl Clan thing to do. Not very traditional.'

They're both a bit red-faced. Irida is scowling at you while Adaman is sticking his tongue out. You copy his childish display, and within moments you're locked in a fierce tongue battle

No not like that. Sorry to disappoint.

Irida (lightly) smacks Adaman on the back of the head. He yells but she ignores him, facing you with a gleam in her eyes. She explains that they actually have a request. That definitely sobers Adaman up a bit.

They want to battle each other with Dialga and Palkia to settle, Once And For All, which Clan is better.

You,,, are immediately hesitant. Not because you're concerned about the Pokémon ripping open the fabric of reality again - okay that's a lie you kinda are a bit worried about that - but because,, look it's already a little difficult for the clans to wrap their heads around you casually keeping their respective Almighties in a Pokéball and you really don't want to make that worse.

But Adaman and Irida seem genuine. So you relent, bringing them over to the training grounds. You have over your Pokéballs and go to stand with Ingo. One of the balls in your belt rattles. With a glow, Giratina emerges, settling beside you to watch the fight. You give it a few Oran berries as a treat.

Once the clan leaders get over their initial awe - and you remind Dialga and Palkia that, hey, humans kinda need the fabric of space-time to stay together to survive so don't go too hard - they're ready to brawl!

You end up crawling onto Giratina's head to get an aerial view. You reach back into your satchel and pull out a container of potato mochi for a snack. You're about to pop one in your mouth when four of them start to glow - two blue, two pink. Leaving you with just three left.

You roll your eyes and remind them to share.

Much to the clan leaders' shock, the gods have just,,, stopped fighting. You could have told them to expect this but the look of confusion slowly morphing to a surprised understanding on both their faces is much funnier. Surprised understanding turns again into confusion when they each receive a mochi.

A blessing from the lord

You slide off Giratina's back to the floor and pass one mochi over to Ingo and another to the Void Pokemon itself. Then you finally snack on yours.

Last week, Palkia opened a mini-wormhole just to steal Professor Laventon's toque. And Dialga laid down in front of the Galaxy Hall and refused to move until Rei and Akari promised to take it on their next survey. And Giratina sat in front of your house and refused to let you leave until you gave it a kiss on the head and reaffirmed that, yes, Giratina is a very good Void Snake.

They're powerful, borderline Eldritch creatures, sure. But like most creatures - most humans included - sometimes they wanna be showered in affection. And sometimes they wanna eat good food with good friends.

And isn't that what this festival is all about?

Right as you finishing explaining that, Giratina lobs a Shadow Ball right in Palkia's face and escapes through a wormhole. Palkia gives an indignant roar and follows. Dialga makes a purring sound that might be a laugh. Then Giratina pops up behind Dialga and lobs another Shadow Ball, which makes Dialga snarl and give chase.

The four of you - Adaman, Palina, Ingo, and yourself - all stand in the middle of the court, watching the legendary Pokémon chase each other around. Ingo chuckles and says siblings are like that. Irida asks if he has any siblings. He frowns and shrugs, saying he doesn't remember.

Consider:

We seem to have god-like healing powers, since we can like, leap off cliffs and whatever and just stumble for a sec before being good (I always imagined Arceus basically gave us a super good healing factor)

Imagine the chaos when everyone finds this out

Adaman

You invite Adaman to go on a survey with you in the Mirelands. As the Clan leader, he's pretty familiar with the surroundings so he's happy to show you around and help out in whatever way he can

He can make sure you don't waste time getting lost

You guys go out. It's been a nice day. You're chatting about nothing too particular, just some gossip on the wardens and making jokes about Kamodo and whatever.

You're expertly throwing Pokeballs and crushing everything in your path

When suddenly

There's an alpha

Not just any alpha, but a Carnivine. And it's spotted you.

You react on impulse. You send out your biggest Pokemon and tell it to get Adaman out of here and dart to the side to draw Carnivine's attention

Adaman is freaking out because Carnivine are Big and Scary™ but he also doesn't wanna leave you behind

Your Pokemon keeps headbutting him, trying to push him away from the battle

You're darting and dodging and hiding behind rocks and whatever, keeping Carnivine's attention solely on you

Adaman yells at you to stop fucking around and run for cover

Sweetie why would you do this

You're taken by surprise. You hear him yell and your first impulse is to look over, and Carnivine takes the chance to rush you and Cut You Bad™

Definitely poisons you a bit

Your Pokemon finally gives up on trying to shove Adaman away and goes after Carnivine itself, making swift work of kicking it's ass and sending it packing

Bonus points if it's an alpha of something adorable like Bidoof or Combee or whatever but my brain defaults to a Luxray so do with that what you will

Adaman runs over to you and drags you behind a tree. There's blood. Oh Almighty Sinnoh you are bleeding Quite A Lot and he's freaking out because Pokémon are so dangerous why the fuck were you toying with it why couldn't you have just let him fought it with his Leafeon or something oh fuck you're gonna die-

You cover your mouth. Cough. He's trying to stop the bleeding but his hands are shaking and

Wait

The blood has stopped

???

There's this very faint golden glow around you for a few moments. Your wound heals. You're all good. Somewhere between amused because this happens to you all the time and a little guilty because poor boy was so scared for you

He's still shaky so help him wash his hands and bring him back either to his settlement or the research camp, whichever is closest.

Explain about your healing powers. Once you do he calms down a lot.

By the time you reach wherever you're dropping him off at, you're both joking about what happened.

Smooches :(

I'm going to assume this is a request about the Last Legacy M4 since that's what I write the most of. Mayhaps this is your way of saying you want a smooch, in which case I say 'same'. But I'm not actually sure. So while I appreciate you thinking I'm smart enough to get this, I am actually Very Very Stupid and taking a swing in the dark here. Hope you enjoy!

I think Felix is a very big fan of casual smooches. He's been studying or working on experiments for nine hours straight and you just swoop in out of nowhere to kiss his cheek. Instant Dopamine Boost. Instant energy.

In as much as I like to joke about Felix being Easily Flustered, he's also the only Starswon (Rime notwithstanding) that's been in a canon long-term relationship. He's definitely get a lil embarrassed hehe blushy blushy man but he keeps his composure fairly well. Sometimes makes a little noise, sometimes shrinks up a little bit, the tips of his ears turn pink. But he'll look at you and pout and ask if That's All He's Getting™

If you sit with him while he's reading, I think he smooches you a lot. Doesn't even pull his eyes away from the page, just kinda leans over and kisses your cheek, your jaw, your neck, whatever's close enough. He's Focused™ but he still wants to worship you a lil

When he's not distracted by studies, he's a bit more flustered but he still gives you a lot of little kisses and smooches and pecks

I think especially when something reminds him of Rime. I feel like we don't talk enough about Protective!Felix being afraid of losing MC. So anyways when something makes him think of Rime, it kinda automatically makes him think about how Rime died, and that stresses him. Even if it was Unavoidable, he still worries about that happening to you. So he'll randomly pepper your cheeks and lips with little kisses and hold your hand. Kisses the back of your hand too.

I feel like all of Felix is very soft,, includes his lips,,,, do with that info what you will,,,,,,

He do Big Spell. Head Hurty. When he tries to sleep, smooch his temple. Makes him feel better.

Gods i miss her

I feel like she loves all types of smooches, but especially sneaky ones! She's spent such a long time following the rules and being The Model Citizen™ that she likes the thrill of it. She's also incredibly proud to be your Knight In Shining Armor!! And as long as you guys aren't doing anything too dirty she doesn't care who sees a bit of PDA.

I think she'd like being kissed on her hands/wrists, tip of her nose, and collarbone. If you wanna be cute and kiss her chest where your heart is, she'll be super flustered but like it (as long as you guys aren't in public at that point).

Her favorite places to smooch you would probably be,,, your forehead (she uses her hands to smoosh your cheeks a lil whenever she kisses your forehead) and the spot below your ear. Maybe nips at your earlobe a little bit when she's feeling flirty but probably not in public

I feel like she hugs you from behind a lot!! Possibly sneaks up on you to give you surprise kisses.

She comes home after a long day of work,, she's so tired,,, help her pull her armor off,,,, give her a lil kiss on the shoulder,,,,,, she melts,,,,,,,,, and when she has nights when the memories are too much for her to deal with and she can't sleep, cuddle her. In between stories and jokes and dreams you two shares, smooch her hand/wrist. Makes her very calm.

I think if you guys are laying around and just kinda relaxing and you suddenly start kissing her, she would purr a little. I don't even know if half-ilephtas can purr, but damnit, she does.

I was gonna say that I hc that the only source of wholesome smooches Sage ever had before you was probably like, when he and Tulsi were younger and say she was afraid of a thunder storm he would probably kiss the top of her head or whatever (which is something my older sister still does to me a lot when I'm upset) but after That Post from the Insta I feel like that'd be inappropriate,,, which is really shitty because siblings should be allowed to show affection for each other without people being freaks about it,,,,,

The first time you smooch his cheek out of nowhere he just bluescreens. He's dead. Gone. Vanished. Slain. He tries to be flirty to hide his embarrassment but you give him this wholesome little smile and he just puts his head down because he needs a second

He's a bit of an attention whore so once you start he doesn't want you to stop. If you're busy studying he 10,000% does the lil headbutt thing.

Definitely likes kissing your hands and nibbling on your fingers a lil but also your forehead, the top of your head, and the crook of your neck because he's trying to hide his face a lil cause he's blushing

Ooh big strong cat man blushing like a tomato because he's being sweet on his loving partner

I also think Biting Is A Love Language! You will get nibbled on often!! Obviously when he's flirty he's messing with you that way but even when he's just being a blushing dork, he gives you a lil love bite. Though I have a thing for marking so porhaps I'm projecting but I'm sure you don't mind

Loves it when you kiss his head/ears, his cheeks, probably his chest too. And if you kiss his scars? Especially while mumbling a bit of praise about how big and strong he is? He simply Ceases To Exist.

Felix Escellun

Felix has noticed that you are,, a little more shy than normal. Certainly more affectionate but a little less talkative, a little less open.

At first he thinks something is wrong. Did he maybe do something? Are you alright?

But then one day you hug him from behind and nuzzle into the crook of your neck. Mumble something he doesn't catch into the skin of his shoulder. And when he asks you to repeat it you just squeeze him a little tighter.

That's when he first realizes what it is you really want to say.

Do you think,, he was the one to say it first to Rime? Because in my head I think Rime said it first, and I think that's how Felix kind of recognizes what you're up to.

But he wants to give you some space for it. So,,

It's been a long day of studying. You've been doing it again - starting to speak, pausing, shaking it off and sinking back into a mostly-comfortable silence.

Mostly comfortable. It's an itty bit awkward. The 'weight of unsaid words' and all that.

Well, wouldn't the best way to fix it be to get the words said? He thinks so. So that day, in the study, he makes a show of curling himself up in the armchair and leaving the blanket bunched around his waist before 'falling asleep'

It takes about ten minutes. Your footsteps are soft and light and gentle and he only hears them because he was listening. You pull the blanket up over his shoulders. Tuck it in a little. Brush some of the hair away from his face. He's trying really hard not to smile because you're being so soft. And then you lean down and whisper 'I love you' and his face is flaming red and then as soon as you leave the room he sinks down into the blanket and just makes a really quiet noise because yeah he was expecting but still-

Spends the next 20 minutes basically squealing into his blanket before getting himself together. The next time you come in he kisses your hand continues with his reading. Hopefully now that you've said it, you'll be brave enough to say it again

Anisa Anka

Anisa kind of sees it coming but she also doesn't want to jump the gun y'know? Cause like, if she says it first and you weren't ready to say it, then that's gonna pressure you into saying it. And she doesn't want that.

So what should she do? You keep blushing whenever you look at her for too long and ugh you're making it so obvious it's adorable

But she doesn't want to make things weird, doesn't wanna put any pressure on you. It's her job to protect you in this world. She can't abuse that position, not even accidentally.

Hm. This really is rather difficult to navigate around.

Once night she gets home late from her patrol. She creeps back into the apartment to see that you're in her bed, all bundled up and drooling on her pillow a little. She chuckles a little to herself as she changes out of her armor and into something more comfortable. Then she goes to sleep on the couch.

As she's laying there, trying to fall asleep, she hears soft footsteps. Your footsteps, she'd recognize them anywhere. You walk over and carefully nudge a pillow (not the one you drooled on, obviously) under Anisa's head. She's wide awake but she's feigning sleep, wanting to see what you do.

'...hey... Anisa. I love you.'

Her hair poofs a bit as she tries really, really hard not to smile like a fool.

'Wh- A-Anisa! You're not even asleep!'

She opens her eyes with a little laugh and lightly grabs your hand, keeping you from shyly scurrying away. She wants to see your face, after all. 'How could I possibly sleep when the person I'm in love with just said they love me?'

Quick Fix

Akari asks Anthe to fix her scuffed up uniform before anyone who cares about her sees it.

Another drabble! I like to think Akari is so dedicated with her fieldwork, that her uniform sustains more rips and tears than any other survey corps member. Cyllene issues her a lot of new uniforms when Anthe can’t mend them haha. Akari is always fine, but people worry over just how dedicated she is with her documentation work when she comes back to Jubilife in a shredded uniform several times a week!

Also, this one lacks uncle Ingo content sorry haha, it’s more like worried almost-aunt Anthe this time

“How long do you think it will take to fix it?”

Anthe surveyed the shredded Security Corps uniform in her hands, littered with scrapes and tears. Akari stood a few feet away from her within her shop, amongst the boxes and clothes. Thankfully, the underlayers she wore weren’t as scraped up as the uniform, but those could be hidden much easier.

“Well, a lot of these tears are pretty large and jagged,” Anthe adjusted her glasses after a moment of contemplation. “It might cost less to just replace it with a new uniform.”

“This was a new one though! Cyllene told me not to mess this one up!” Akari explained, fiddling with the collar of her underlayer - her go-to to fidget with when she wasn’t wearing her scarf. “I can’t ask for another new one already, or else she’ll drop me by a whole rank! It’ll take forever to earn that back!”

A quick glance at the girl told Anthe she wasn’t nearly as roughed up as the coat, but scrapes and small bruises still littered her skin where the uniform would normally hide them. The scrapes didn’t seem to affect Akari’s mood in the slightest however, still as chipper as ever. Clearly, whatever she was doing was out of willingness, and dedication.

Anthe found herself empathetic for the girl’s situation, and with a sigh, she relented.

“Alright, I can get you a new one, there are a few in the back here that I haven’t handed to the Galaxy team yet. One might be your size… though, what are you doing to go through uniforms so fast?”

“Uhm,” Akari folded her arms behind her back as she looked at her shoes. “Just regular Survey Corps stuff. It’s kind of rough out there!”

It really was rough, considering Akari had spent most of the day trying to document a very territorial, and very aggressive Alpha staraptor…she had always had an idea of how sharp their claws and beaks were, but never really knew until today. Lots of barely-missed attacks that shredded cloth when it didn’t scrape skin, tumbling down hills of rough, scratchy foliage, and being knocked back onto her face from the blow of impacts had left her quite scuffed up. But that certainly was not ‘regular Survey Corps stuff’, compared to what every other member of the team usually did.

She was just very determined to do her best for the Pokédex, and for Laventon.

“Well, please try to go a little easier on the uniform, these things are durable, but also expensive to make!” Anthe warned Akari as she folded up her tattered clothes and took it away to the back to dispose of. Akari pulled out a handful of money, more than enough, as Anthe returned with a brand new uniform.

“This one’s a size bigger, but it should still fit fine enough. It’s the closest I had…I hope that’s alright.” Anthe pocketed the payment as Akari slipped the spacious uniform on and situated her satchel back over it. “And Akari, please be careful next time!”

“I will! Thanks Anthe!” Akari beamed at the clothier with a bright smile as she went to leave the shop. “You really saved me; Ingo would have freaked out if he saw the size of those rips, probably more than Cyllene!”

And with that, she rushed out of the shop, leaving Anthe to wonder how long it would be until she would return with that uniform in tatters as well.

Um, you find the girl from Alola, but ...they are sick? Don’t worry, Lani is ok....kind of.

Just a quick comic about my Alolan oc Lani who somehow got sent back in time to Hisui. They are definitely high energy and have a lot of survival skills , but a terrible  attention span.

Sorry this part is really long.

I'm imagining Giratina possessing Volo, but pausing momentarily in their monologue. "This is inadequate."Then torches Volo's outfit due to it being Arceus-themed, and recreates a more thematically appropriate one that resembles them more. (Neither Akari or Volo know what this new attire is made out of-it feels disturbingly like insect chitin. But Volo disposed of his Guild clothes, and Giratina torched his Villain Costume, so this is the only thing he has for the moment. And it DOES look good.)

Anon I'm in TEARS. The implications of this. Giratina has a fashion sense or enough of one to think "I may be a being of senseless violence and seeking only revenge but I will NOT be doing it wearing my creator and enemy's colors." It doesn't understand human bodies well enough not to break them if possessing one, but it DOES understand them enough to construct an entire perfectly fitting outfit, because priorities. The fact that Akari has to watch Volo's entire outfit burst into flames and be replaced by clothes that seemingly formed out of shadows, making that the second extremely dramatic outfit change in less than half an hour. BOTH Volo and Akari being slightly confused and understandably put off by the mysterious fabric unlike any seen on earth but still having to recognize that yeah, it does look great. Volo most likely getting a new hairstyle out of the ordeal because the one he wore with the previous outfit was also Arceus-themed.

Also possibly the fact that for a heart-shattering split second, Akari thought Giratina was calling Volo's body inappropriate and incinerated him alive before her eyes. But no, it was just a very extra wardrobe change.

Annoying little brother is funny, but kids can also be real sweet! And we know Emmet loves Ingo, so I don’t doubt that he’ll do something that makes Ingo feel warm.

And if he’s playing particularly nice he’ll do things for others too… before going back to being the kid he is.

It’s been a long week for Warden Ingo.

It all started when he lost his hat. This happened while fighting against an enraged alpha Avalugg that was threatening the Pearl Settlement. A particularly strong Mountain Gale whipped it off of his head, and it was yeeted off of a cliff and into white, icy nothingness.

He’d defeated the Avalugg, which he knew was the most important thing, but he had to admit that he was still quite upset that he’d lost his hat. He knew logically that it was just a hat, but he’d had it for as long as he could remember and felt naked without it. He’d searched for nearly two hours afterwards, and Gaeric helped, as well, but the thing seemed to have simply vanished into thin air.

Everything kind of went downhill from there. Between the freak massive outbreaks popping up around the region that he was required to respond to, the fact that Sneasler’s litter decided that this was the perfect time to wreak havoc throughout the Highlands, and Melli’s snide comments about him looking “even more wretched than usual” without his hat, he was at his wit’s end by the middle of the week.

At this point, he was called to respond to an “emergency situation” in the coastlands. After practically begging Rei to please watch Emmet for him for the third time this week at an ungodly hour in the morning, he’d rushed off to help Palina and Iscan with their crisis.

By the time he gets back at nearly 9 am the next morning, he is dead on his feet and ready to sleep for the next million years. He feels so done—done with being a warden, done with the region of Hisui, done with everything.

What he doesn’t expect is to be tackled in a hug by a 10-year old the second the walks through the door. He is so tired that he almost topples over from the impact.

“Ingo! You’re back!” Emmet exclaims. “Look, we made breakfast. Do you want some?”

Ingo can’t remember the last meal he’s eaten and he’s starving, so he’s in no position to refuse. He collapses into a seat at the table, and Rei places a platter of food in from of him. After he’s taken a few bites and starting to feel like a fully-functioning adult human again, he asks Rei about how things have been going.

“Oh, it’s been fine,” Rei says. He’s smiling, but looking at the same time as if he’s trying to hide it. “We’ve been working on a little… project.”

“Yeah, we made something for you,” Emmet blurts with a grin. “Do you want to see?”

Ingo is mystified, but before he can ask what it is, Emmet rushes off to the other room to retrieve something. When he places the object in front of him, Ingo jolts upright in surprise.

It’s his hat! Well, not really. It’s not the hat, but it’s obviously a replica that they put a lot of effort into making. It’s not made of exactly the same material, and it definitely isn’t perfect, but the Ingo doesn’t care. It’s so thoughtful that he finds himself struggling to speak. Just the thought that they made this for him…

He’s not going to cry. He’s not going to cry. He’s not going to—

“Are you crying?” Asks Emmet, sounding distressed.

“No,” he says quickly, scrubbing the tears from his eyes. “I just… my eyes are leaking.”

“Oh. That sounds bad. You might want to get that checked out.”

A laugh sputters out of him, and he smiles, feeling for the first time this week that it’s not so impossible.

Emmet asks him anxiously if he likes it, and Ingo responds by wrapping him in a hug and saying, “Do I like it? It’s the best gift I’ve ever received.”

And yeah, maybe Emmet can be annoying sometimes, but god does Ingo love this kid.

Warden Ingo x F/Reader: A Much Deserved Spa Day~

[[WARNING: THIS FIC CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR POKEMON LEGENDS ARCEUS, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! ...another warning, I’ve never played PLA, so um... if anything’s inaccurate that’s why. I’m open to constructive criticism lololol!]] (A/N: So here we go again with another oneshot! ...Geez I wonder how many more oneshots I’m going to write with these funny train men lol? Reader is female, 18+ and has a crush on Ingo. (or you can view this more platonically if you’d prefer) basically you and a few other characters are giving Ingo a spa day because let’s face it, after all the crap he’s been through?! He deserves some TLC lololol! Hope you enjoy! ...and yes, I was too shy to write a bunch of dialogue for Ingo, hopefully I didn’t write him too ooc. Also you have an ancestor in this, however they look or act or their name is for your imagination to fill the blanks!) It was a peaceful afternoon in the Hisui region, you were in Jubilife Village walking with all sorts of supplies in hand. What kind of supplies one might ask? Supplies for a spa day of course! You were going to meet up with Ingo and surprise him by pampering the daylights out of him. (You had checked with Iridia and she gave you the ok to do so, with one of your friends volunteering to watch over Sneasler for the day) So you and a few friends who had also agreed that Ingo needed some pampering, (said friends was your ancestor, Anthe and Azeru.) gathered around to Ingo’s location and greeted the Warden and announced y’all’s purpose there. Needless to say, it took Ingo by surprise. He refused at first, but after some persuading he caved in. Your ancestor (who was apprenticed to Anthe lol), took his clothes for washing and Anthe loaned him some clothes he could wear while he was getting pampered. First of all, he got himself a much needed shower. (in privacy peoples, we not gonna be some creepy peepin toms, eww no.) After he got showered and dressed, Azeru combed and trimmed his hair and facial hair. You on the otherhand, gave him a mani-pedi. (minus the nail polish ofc... say, did they even have nail polish in ancient Hisui tho?) Ingo sighed and relaxed, closing his eyes. It appeared that he hadn’t been this relaxed in ages! It really made you feel glad to see your friend feel so at ease... You didn’t even realize how badly he’s been needing some TLC.

After this, Ingo was given his clothes back and returned what was loaned to him by Anthe. You noticed that his back seemed to have been bothering him, so you offered to give him a back massage. Ingo initially refused, but after a cramp struck him all of a sudden, he agreed and you gave him one... Oh boy, if you thought he was in bliss when you guys were pampering him earlier?! This time he had an expression of pure bliss in which you’d never seen the man sport in his life... for a second, you could have sworn that he had fallen asleep while standing up! You giggled while taking in this precious sight. “Well aren’t you just a cutie?” “A cutie?! ...I don’t know about that now, (name)!” Ingo responded with a slight blush adorning his cheeks... he’d never been called cute before. At least... that he could remember anyways. Having amnesia really sucked.

Eventually, Ingo was instructed to head back to his home in which he obeyed. Of course you offered to walk with him in which he gladly accepted. Before walking home, he was sure to thank you and all who were so kind as to pamper him for the day. Once y’all made it home, Ingo thanked you once again for the kind gesture. Of course you responded that it was no problem. You did however, have a special surprise for the ex-train conductor. You instructed him to close his eyes and open his hand, (which he did) you then placed a small item in his hand. When you told him to open them he saw a small pink, sparkly hairclip with a lighter pink bow with a red heart jewel in the center. Ingo looked up at you with a hint of confusion. “It’s one of my very favorite items Ingo and... Since you’re one of my very favorite people, I wanted you to have it!” “It’s... Very radiant and beautiful... Like you are!” Ingo replied. This left you blushing as red as a tomato. “R-really Mr. Ingo?!” “Really (name). I wouldn’t have said it, if I didn’t mean it.” he gave you a warm smile. You were surprised at his response... He really thought that you were beautiful?! You were even more surprised when you saw the gentleman take your hand in his and give it a gentle yet tender kiss... You could feel the love he had for you coming from such a sweet, yet simple act. Your face was as red as a Tomato berry, your head bent down... your heart pounding... swooning~ “Well then, do be careful as you make your way back home my lady!” “Yes sir, I will!” And with that, you departed back home...
