Finally done with my little big study of Ken Sugimori’s traditional watercolor style from his earliest Pokemon paintings before he transitioned to digital. Real watercolor is hard to emulate and I know it’s not 100% but it’s always room for improvement later on ✨🌷

Pokémon Legends Arceus/Unown themed keyboard!

I’m absolutely obsessed with how this came out! My favourite part is the Lord Electrode caps lock key or “zaps lock” as I’ve been calling it lol

(The keyboard is a Keychron K4 pro (hot swappable) with K pro brown switches if anyone is curious)

Inktober: Week 2

My brain, it’s never this noisy.

Started off a lil sweet and now treading down hill into more vessel au related stuff.

The Unown’s are connected to anything ancient or mythical in the Pokémon series (e.i the entei movie/Arceus lore). And since in pla the guys are hiding all over the region, they tune into Gris because of the vessel thing going on with them. They can sense Arceus’s presence growing and eventually Giratina’s. Gris slowly over time feels more and more wrong the longer they stay in Hisui and the more they get closer to the rifts and golden light of the nobles. And all around they get this ringing in their ears.

At first it’s like the pressure making their ears pop, but slowly it almost feels like their hearing dread at the edge of their hearing. They keep hearing something, a word or a phrase. It doesn’t sit right with them but Gris is so busy doing surveys and catching Pokémon they almost forget about it.

Until they are alone, left with their thoughts, and it creeps in like this white noise. And the noise sounds a lot like a word. Vessel. But what that means, Gris is unsure of yet.
