Working from the bed today. Because I'm getting tired of my desk, and needed something soft and fuzzy to get me through this damn portfolio submission today. My companion decided to join me, looking very much like a burnt orange feline with this angle of sunlight. The YouTube ambiance playlist was running as usual [ currently on "The Hogwarts Express ◈ 6H September 1st Special Train Ride🚂Harry Potter ASMR Ambience | Day to Night" by ASMR Weekly Channel ] in my noise cancelling headphones.

The list today is again short... but the task nearly broke my damn brain. I have already had London Fog tea latte, the Lion's Main gummies, Ashwagandha (because stress), and cocooned myself. Again. However, it felt a little less dramatic today -- it's not raining, just overcast, and not nearly as chilly. I can now go outside and breath in some god damn pollen.

I have just finish editing my final short story, my reflective essay for the whole portfolio, uploaded everything and pressed Submit. I did the thing. I am officially done with the Advanced Fiction Writing course. I feel... like mush.

And incredible restless.

Tomorrow, I sit down with my research paper one last time to write the conclusion to a nearly 15 page paper, print it out for a line by line edit and submit the damn nuisance by noon.

Almost there.

*weak laugh*

Today's To-Do List:

- finish final short story, write up reflective essay for portfolio

- Creative Writing portfolio final submission

- laundry, run the dishwasher

- make hummus, formulate argan oil hair conditioner

- drink more of tea

- remember to go outside and workout at some point

been looking through cecil beaton's photography today since im focusing on bright young things as part of one of my portfolio projects! soft faces and dramatic makeup are visually my favourites but technically my most challenging subjects LOLOLOL (more examples below)

also cleaned up the miles maitland profile from last night. figures i would have made a few questionable proportion choices seeing as i blasted through most my research last night 💔💔

ykw. at leasy im getting the hang of mouths. that is all i can really ask for.
