____________________________________________
The gentle melodic rhythm of the flute plays as I press the keys, Ben looking up at me with his eyes sparkling. Ever since ben had gotten saved and the vengeance from his soul washed away he’s been tucked in a quiet forest. With me visiting him whenever I can escape royal duties. The sun peeking through the trees, animals going up to the both of us to greet us and stay for a little bit, the butterflies flying around majestically, everything was peaceful.
Ben smiled, letting out a small laugh. Leaning against me. In a way we found comfort within each other. Talking about our past experiences, learning how to accept them and find peace. My blue dress sparkled in the dewy sun and my jewelry glittered and shone. “Ben how are you feeling?” I ask, leaning back on him and reaching a palm out for a dove to land on. “At peace.” Ben’s blue eyes glowed, no longer having the blacked out eyes and instead oceanic blue ones like the ones he had when he was living. Ben pet the bird with a finger, speaking up. “Where do you find yourself in 5 years y/n?”
I think. There’s not much of a purpose for me, really. I’m a princess and I’ll get married , have children, and then die. “Married off.” I mumble, petting the soft dove as my mind fills up with thoughts about my undeniably bland future. Ben frowns a little “will you love him?” He asks. “It doesn’t matter.” I say, and it doesn’t. As long as we’re semi good to each other it won’t matter. “I think it’s important that you love him.” Ben mumbles.
I hum in agreement. Taking a daisy gently in my hand.
_______________________________________
I laugh loudly, feeling the glee fill my body up and warming me. “Ben!” I yell. Ben, who is now swinging on a random tree branch and scuffing up his hands.
Ben giggles. Hoping down with an infectious smile plastered on his youthful face. We settle down near a log. “Hey y/n…” Ben says, his voice etched with a whimsical tone, like he was so far away yet so close. “Hey Ben” I reply back, a smile still on my face.
“I’m crossing over to heaven soon.” Ben admitted. My heart tore in two; one part significantly bigger than the other. Ben was such a huge part of my life, I thought he’d always be here, his laugh in the trees, his footprints in the earthy, rich soil, his cheery voice comforting the merciful birds and the most aggressive of bears. I thought we’d stay the same forever, but youth slips through the fingers of many, no matter how tight you grip.
A tear slips down my face but I don’t even feel it, my body feeling the hurt before my brain processed it. “Not soon actually; today.” Ben almost whispered. Time was a scary thing. It’s so hard to obtain yet so easy to loose. We all want to stop it, but it never listens. In theory, time, is the most vicious thing of all.
He stood up straight, his ivory skin getting haloed by a white glow. I reach out for him, wishing that the clock could rewind backwards, that I could know him before death claimed him. “Come back” I whisper, my emotion, my thoughts, my heart lodged in my throat, like an invisible chain wrapped around my neck and was tied impossibly tight. “I hope you find what you’re looking for y/n” “I’m looking for you. Always, during the day, the afternoon, the night under the milky stars, in every life, of every second.” I plea, my voice breaking.
He was my best friend, a brother I never had, a half of my heart I thought I’d never have. I felt our invisible string teether with each passing moment that the glow got brighter. Ben teared up as well. “I couldn’t tell you before, I wanted our last moments together to be of ignorant bliss.” I feel dizzy, his body was almost fully turned into white glowing butterflies. Butterflies, their transformation similar to bens. From wishing everyday that he could be braver, to wishing everyday he could be dead, to wishing everyday he could be alive, to..peace, beautiful, warm peace.
“Keep your head up, y/n” Ben echoed.
“as time slips through your fingers enjoy the warmth of every peaceful moment, love the peace, and find the sun in the storm.”
Our invisible string, finally broke, tears slipped down, as I grasped at the glowing white butterflies, flying higher.
Im so bad at writing angst I can’t do it 💀

Torque Wrench
Tumblr media Tumblr media
No requester on this one, I've entered my self-indulgent era
My self prompt thought though was, "what if Lucy heads down alone to fix a broken generator for a settlement and realises she isn't alone"
(Thank you @saradika-graphics for the dividers 💕)
Tumblr media
It was the snuffling in the dark that gave away the truth of the situation.
Why the power had gone off.
What, or who, depending on your personal philosophy, had thrown the settlement, five stories above, into the depths of night.
Lucy turned off her head-torch with shaking hands, placing herself into the mercy of the darkness. Made herself small, tightened the knot of her sleeves around her waist, and palmed the torque wrench like it was salvation.
Maybe it was.
She shouldn’t have come down here alone.
He’d tried to talk her out of it, The Ghoul, but she’d laughed him off for the nervousness .
For worrying.
Had kissed him on the cheek as a thank-you, not daring to assume he’d want her lips on his. They’d had a share of looks, but… until he told her, expressly, she wouldn’t assume.
The older man who’d asked them for help assured the two of them that the generators were just old, after all, that they conked out a year or so back too, and that it was just unfortunate that they’d temporarily lost their engineer to a run-down caravan encampment to the North, in exchange for medicines and purified water.
She’d nodded, glad to see such… neighbourliness out in this strange, savage world.
Turning off the light had been the wrong idea. She’d been able to see the shadow of one before, hunched over in the distance to her left - damaged hands turned spindly and reaching by the angle of the light, but now?
Now she only had her ears, and the only thing Lucy felt like she could hear was her own blood, pounding with a kind of primal panic, coded into her bones.
How many were down here, heading for her? She’d fixed the generator easily, it was a basic model, after all, but how much noise had she made? Innocently banging away, unscrewing and replacing belts, torquing bolts and humming to herself…
She might as well have rung the dinner bell.
She had a gun, one the Ghoul had given her a while back, but… but she couldn’t see in the dark, couldn’t see how many there were, and the moment she put the head-torch back on she knew it would just draw them in further. Just-
Oh god, one was close. She could smell it, she realised, dust and decay and endless, choking exhalations through mouths that barely closed anymore. The Ghoul made her watch them, from his binoculars, explained how to tell what kind they were, how… far gone they were.
From the wheezing, the noise alone, she could tell this ghoul had been… lost… for some time.
She pulled her feet in as close as she could get them, wrapping her arms around her legs until she was so tight against the generator it hurt.
Where had she come in? She’d barely been paying attention, too busy mulling over The Ghoul’s concern, wondering what it meant.
It meant he knew this world better than she did. It meant he didn’t want to lose his collateral. It meant she should have listened…
The door wasn’t far.
…neither was the sound of shuffling, though.
They tend to travel in packs, fuck knows why. One Ghoul, you’ll be fine, Vaultie. Two or three, just keep moving and shooting. Once you’re looking at a pack, though…
Was this a pack, or just a couple? Just one stumbling Ghoul, mind lost to hunger and time?
How had they even managed to get in here?
She abandoned the toolbag and tucked the wrench into her waistband, not wanting to leave it behind. Tentatively, Lucy crept from her hiding spot, keeping low to the ground, hands and knees in the dirt, breath held til it burned. There were two generators, and a panel between them, and she knew she’d been able to see the control panel pretty soon after she’d made it in. She just needed to turn the switch on, and make it to the door.
She could do this.
She moved slowly, so slowly, undershirt pulled up to cover her mouth, too scared that they’d hear her breathing. Right hand, left knee, left hand, right knee. Beneath her, she could feel the enormous rubber-wrapped cables that led to the usually thundering beasts, and tried to make her way over them as much as possible, to-
A body hit the floor beside her, and Lucy fought to contain her terrified scream, clasping a hand over her mouth. She’d felt the cables, but-
The toolbox.
It’d tripped over the toolbox, the absurdly heavy one they’d sent her down with. She didn’t dare move, just paused, frozen as she desperately listened for any sign of movement, of life.
As she tried to figure out how close it was.
Had it left, or did it linger? Was it on its feet, peering down at her, waiting to attack?
She crept forward, terrified, and paused, realising she couldn’t hear its breathing anymore.
Couldn’t hear the rattle of lungs, barely functional.
Couldn’t hear the dryness of its mouth, the wheeze of it.
Had the fall… taken it out?
The generator was still on her right, and she needed to move around it, but…
She needed to know. Felt frozen by the uncertainty, by her own fear, by…
She lifted a single, shaking hand towards the headtorch, the other pulling the wrench from its tucked position.
And turned it back on.
The sudden light felt blinding, compared to that impossible dark, but as her eyes blinked through the pain of it she realised that the ghoul's face was close enough to her own that the scream she released was primal, unstoppable.
It lunged.
The Ghoul - her ghoul - had described them as mindless, relentless, but this one had held its breath . It’d crept so, impossibly close, and as she swung the heavy wrench towards its taut, wiry body, she realised if she’d ignored that terrified instinct in the dark then she wouldn’t have even seen it coming.
It would have been on her, teeth and talons, and she’d have died, alone and scared in the dark.
Too deep below ground for anyone to hear her scream.
The wrench connected, and Lucy didn’t check to see the state of her attacker before scrambling to her feet, turning a full 180 to run for the console. She just had to turn the thing on and run. She’d done it a thousand times, during those weekly generator checks, she could do this in her sleep, she-
There were eyes, in the darkness.
Reflective, glassy, and aimed towards her.
How many… This was more than a pack, surely, this was…
She didn’t want to take her eyes off those eyes, but regardless of whether she ran for the console or the door, she had to move. She swallowed, stuck for a brief second between fight and flight.
She raced towards the console.
She’d made it this far, and she wasn’t going to leave a community in need. There were families above, innocent children that needed pure water, light, the safety of their turrets.
None of which worked without power.
She ran for the console, almost slipping in her haste. Two levers, one on each side; then a glance back at those eyes, those glowing, reflective entities; closer than before. A red button, blinking into…
Why wasn’t it blinking into life? Why wasn’t…
The override. This wasn’t a test but a true system failure, and she keyed in the manual override, a curse burning her tongue as fear-damned hands almost got it wrong. She hit the levers again, pulling them down and then up, listening with a muted sigh of relief as the machine began slowly whirring into life.
She turned, screaming again and swinging the heavy, solid wrench as she realised they’d begun to move, that they were on her, close enough to touch. The wrench connected, knocking one down, then another, her arms burning with the strain of it. She kicked out, kicked down, pulled her gun and considered firing, but she had no idea what these pipes were for, whether it would pierce one and remove their water, their…
She shot at one at her feet, knowing that at least was safe, and turned back to the console, feeling terrified tears prick at the corners of her eyes.
Hands, claws, something grabbed at her back; at exposed skin and once-white cotton, and she threw back her elbow in response. It stumbled, and she desperately lurched forward, grunting at the pain of its nails in her exposed flesh, but the light was on.
She slammed her palm onto the glowing red button, and twisted around, bringing the wrench down hard on the ghoul that was finding its balance again, behind her; hating the satisfaction in her gut as its weak, aged skull gave way.
She could see the door.
There were ghouls in the way, so many ghouls , but she just had to make it.
She closed the plastic cover without looking, reaching her hand behind her, and blinked as the rigged lights above her turned on, bulbs hanging from the steel beams.
…they seemed disoriented too.
Was that why they hadn’t run immediately, when she’d turned to face them?
She didn’t have time to think. Eyes watering from the brightness, she ran, swinging the wrench at any who came close, darting around boxes and climbing over what looked like cages to try and avoid the throng of enemies. Still they reached for her, ran at her, nails and teeth; knocking her against the pipes, the wall, bodily throwing themselves into her path.
She slammed and slammed the wrench into them, again and again and pulled herself ever forwards, desperate to get away, to get to safety, to get back to her friends.
She yanked the door open and finally shot her gun - close range, taking two, three ghouls down as she slid herself through, fastening it tight behind her.
She turned, swaying on her feet, and all but dragged her bleeding, bruised body back up the metal, echoey staircase. Higher, higher, til she was back on ground level, til she stepped into a room where the settlement leader was playing caravan with Her Ghoul, who looked at her wide-eyed when he realised what a state she was in.
She was filthy, bloodstained, and her top had been torn by the things. The wrench hung limply from her left hand, and her gun from her right, but she stared the settlement leader down with a look she hoped read as angry.
Betrayed.
Because she’d seen what those Ghouls were wearing. She’d seen the makeshift uniforms the settlers wore, the sprayed logo on their jackets, their trousers.
The same ones the Ghouls had, downstairs.
Had their engineer really just nipped across to another settlement, or was he down there, lingering - a predator in the dark?

🌙 Creating Your Sacred Altar 🌙
Hello darlings 🥰
Are you ready to create your own sacred space? Let's dive into the enchanting world of altar creation. Here are some steps to guide you in setting up a personalized and meaningful altar:
1️⃣ Choose the Perfect Location: Find a quiet and peaceful spot in your home where you can dedicate space for your altar. It could be a table, shelf, or even a small corner that feels special to you.
2️⃣ Select Your Altar Tools: Gather items that hold significance and resonate with your spiritual practice. These can include candles, crystals, statues or symbols representing deities, feathers, shells, incense, or any other objects that hold personal meaning.
3️⃣ Cleanse and Bless Your Space: Before setting up your altar, cleanse the area with sacred smoke, such as sage or palo santo, to purify the energy. You can also use a bell or chime to create a clear and sacred atmosphere.
4️⃣ Choose a Focal Point: Select a centerpiece for your altar that represents your spiritual connection. This could be a statue of a deity, a sacred symbol, or an item that holds deep meaning for you.
5️⃣ Arrange Your Altar Elements: Start placing your chosen items on the altar, arranging them intuitively. Consider the four elements (earth, air, fire, water) and their representations as you position your objects. Experiment with different layouts until it feels harmonious to you.
6️⃣ Infuse with Intentions: As you place each item on the altar, set your intentions and bless them with your energy. Visualize the purpose of your altar, whether it's for meditation, manifestation, or connection to a specific deity or element.
7️⃣ Decorate with Personal Touches: Add personal touches like photographs, written intentions, dried flowers, or anything else that enhances the energy and represents your spiritual path. Make it uniquely yours!
8️⃣ Maintain and Recharge: Regularly clean and clear your altar to keep the energy fresh. Recharge your crystals and refresh any offerings or elements that may need replenishing.

✨ How to Cleanse Your Closet Spiritually & Energetically ✨
Tumblr media
Your closet holds energy. Every item carries memories, moods, and vibrations. When you spiritually cleanse your wardrobe, you're making space for alignment, confidence, and manifestation magic. Here's how to shift the vibe 👇
🌬 1. Air It Out Open your closet doors and windows. Let fresh air + sunlight move stagnant energy. Even 10 minutes helps shift the vibe.
🧹 2. Remove Everything Take everything out. Lay your clothes on the bed or floor so you can handle each piece intentionally.
💭 3. Check the Energy Hold each item and ask yourself: Does this feel like me now? Does it carry heavy memories? Trust your gut. If it doesn’t spark joy or power, it might be time to let it go.
🕯 4. Smoke or Sound Cleanse Use ethically sourced sage, palo santo, incense, or sound (chimes or a singing bowl) to cleanse the physical space AND the clothing itself. Pass each piece through the smoke or sound, especially thrifted or gifted items.
💧 5. Crystal Placement Place crystals like clear quartz, selenite, or black tourmaline in your closet corners or on shelves. They protect, purify, and recharge your space over time.
🌸 6. Infuse Intention Spray a DIY moon water + lavender mist or write an intention like:
"My closet is a reflection of my highest self. I feel empowered, loved, and supported in everything I wear."
🪞 7. Final Touch: Mirror or Affirmations Add a small mirror or hang affirmation cards inside. Let your closet be a mini altar to your evolving self.
✨ A spiritually cleansed closet = a closet that loves you back. Outfits hit harder when the energy is aligned 💕

Love Is Always The Move ✨
Lyonessa’s Powerful Self Love Drawin Spiritual Bath 🛁
💕 Organic Dried or Fresh picked rose petals
💕 Orange Blossom Water
💕 Amethyst
💕 Magnesium Flakes
💕 Red Cinnamon Candle
💕 Self Love Drops or Oil
💕 Sugar
💕 Kosher or Himalayan Pink Salt
💕 A salt exfoliating scrub
💕 A moisturizing body wash
💕 Your favorite lotion or body cream
💕 A fluffy towel and relaxing playlist
💕 A jar
💕 6 Written Self Love Affirmations
💕 A pair of tongs
💕A plate
This bath is best done on a new moon for the best result!
Cleanse and bless your space. If you have a love altar concentrate & charge your items, for increased power.
Charge your crystal with intention. Enchant & bless your herbs. Fix your candle, anointing it with self love oil and with sugar.
Draw your bath water and sprinkle in your rose petals, magnesium flakes and salt. Place your amethyst on the tub. Pour in the orange blossom water.
Set the mood. Get your playlist going!
Light the candle, remove your clothing and get into the bath and relax, while visualizing you elevating into the best version of yourself. This is also a great time for you to go over your affirmations or anything else you like to do spiritually uplift yourself.
When you are ready, think of all things preventing you from becoming the best version of yourself. Take the salt scrub and while scrubbing your whole body down say:
“I release (negative pattern) from my life and draw in good energy & self love.” Say this as many times as you need.
Rinse yourself off and use the cup to take a small portion of the bathwater to save.
Use the moisturizing body wash 🧴 and complete your bath. Dry off with your towel.
While moisturizing with lotion, repeat your six written affirmations out loud, six times. Then fold the paper six times towards you.
Using the tongs, light the paper on fire using the flame from the candle. Make sure to practice proper fire safety and let the ashes and embers fall into the plate.
Mix the ashes and the bath water in the jar.
Let the candle burn all the way down.
After the candle has burned down completely, take the jar of bathwater & ashes to the crossroads during sunrise. Pour it out and don’t look back. You can leave three coins for the spirit of the crossroads or some candies for Papa Legba.
Place the Amethyst under your pillow or under/near your bed. You can constantly reuse it for this spell, continuously.  This is a great spell to do once or twice a year to draw in self-love or also when you are in desperate need of a pick me up.
Notes & Metaphysical Properties 🗒💕✨💕
**** If you can’t find a red cinnamon candle, use a red candle instead and dress it with cinnamon.
*** Please use food safe organic or fresh picked roses, that are not store bought in your spiritual baths. Store bought rose contain a ton of pesticides on them that can leak into your bath water & are extremely toxic for your skin.
💕Cinnamon - Used to cultivate and draw in Love energy.  Has more of a spiritual kick, think of it as the spark, that gets the flame going.
💕Roses - Used to draw in Love, Feminine Energy,
💕Sugar - Used to draw in Love, Sweetness.
💕Orange Blossom - Used to attract Power, Increased Energy & Vitality, Spiritual Grounding, Peace, Stability, Luck, Love and Happiness. Orange blossom water is primarily used to attract love, marriage, fidelity and other unions. As a solar plant, it is also linked to prosperity and abundance, and can help with attracting a wealthy or financially successful partner.
💕Amethyst - A powerful and protective stone, it shields against negative energy and psychic attack, transmuting the energy into love and protecting its owner from harm. It is a natural tranquilizer and can be used to relieve stress, anxiety, dispel fear and dissolve negativity. It helps facilitate inner peace, balance and healing of the body, mind and soul.
💕Salt - Salt is known as a cleansing and purifying agent, that helps remove negative energy.

someone very kind and wonderful in my comments for EE asked to read the full version of the chapter 3 end notes, which were too long for ao3 character count, so here it is 💕
link to chapter 3
end notes:
The structure of Sukuna’s shrine is inspired by his domain, which takes the form of a Buddhist temple. However, here it also includes many Shinto architecture elements, such as the sanctuary hall and torii, because during the Heian era (and until the Meiji Restoration in 1868), Buddhism and Shinto were syncretized. When Buddhism appeared in Japan from China and Korea in the mid-6th century, it integrated with the indigenous Shinto, so traditions, religious practices, and shrines and temples often combined elements of both. In JJK, it is stated that Tengen was helping spread Buddhism during the Nara period (710-784 AD). As Sukuna has been alive for longer, his shrine contains both Shinto and Buddhist elements.
The torii is the entrance arch to a shrine. Shinto shrines contain a honden, or main hall, is the building that houses the enshrined deity. The haiden, which Sukuna’s shrine lacks in this work, is the main worship/oratory hall, where visitors can pray. They are sometimes connected, with the haiden in front of the honden. Burning incense is a purifying practice that was introduced with Buddhism. Offerings of food are present in both religions.
The main lighting sources in the Heian period were charcoal braziers, candles, and paper lanterns. Chouchin are hanging lanterns made by covering a bamboo frame with silk or paper. Although the earliest record of a chouchin is in 1085, paper lantern technology has been common in China since the Tang Dynasty (690–705 AD).
As mentioned in Chapter 1, the Fujiwara clan was an incredibly powerful political family during the Heian era. In JJK, they are shown to have employed sorcerers like Uro Takako.
Sukuna’s shrine is in the province of Hida, or the modern-day Gifu prefecture, within the Japanese Alps. Hida’s capital was the modern-day city of Takayama, which also contained its provincial temple, or kokubun-ji, established in 757 after a smallpox epidemic. Hida’s carpentry was so well-known that during the Nara period, an official court position for Hida craftsmen was created. The province provided timber and metals from its forests to other regions.
Hida province had a relatively small population and was categorized as an inferior to mid-level country in terms of importance during the early Heian era. However, during the later Edo period, its importance rose because the Gifu region contained the Nakasendō, one of the five main routes of the time and one of two that connected Kyoto and the new capital Edo (modern-day Tokyo).
Aoi Matsuri is one of the three main annual festivals held in Kyoto, Japan. It is the festival of the two Kamo shrines in the north of the city, Shimogamo Shrine and Kamigamo Shrine. Both these shrines have been established since the 6th-7th century and are both historical “National Treasures” of Japan today. They are named both for the Kamo river and the Kamo clan, early inhabitants of the area who helped establish it as sacred. The festival originated during the reign of Emperor Kinmei (539-571 AD) according to the Nihon Shoki. When the capital was moved to Heian-Kyo in the 9th century, Aoi Matsuri became an annual imperial event. As such, at the height of its grandeur, it’s plausible that celebrations would reach the Hida province. In JJK (in the official fanbook), the Kamo clan rose to prominence after inheriting the lineage of a man named Onmyouji, a powerful sorcerer during the Heian era, though there is nothing to suggest the clan itself did not exist prior to this.
The Nihon Shoki, completed in 720 AD, is the second-oldest book of Japanese chronicles and contains both historical and folk/mythological records. In the Nihon Shoki, Ryoumen Sukuna is described as an inhumanly strong man with two faces and eight limbs. During the reign of Emperor Nintoku (c. 313-399 AD), he terrorized and plundered towns until he was defeated by a military leader from the Imperial Court named Takefurukuma no Mikoto in 377 AD.
However, folklore in Hida regards Sukuna as a protector. He was the patron deity of the Senko-ji, Zenkyu-ji, and Nichiryubu-ji temples for feats such as defeating a dragon and praying for a good harvest, though none of these are recorded in the Nihon Shoki, outside of folktales. One of the stories expands on Sukuna’s last fight; he was ambushed first, then after a long battle, retreated to Mount Norikura, east of Takayama. He fought again there but eventually succumbed. Takefurukuma, impressed by his valor, offered him mercy if he surrendered, but Sukuna refused and was killed. In this work, Sukuna lived, and the man possessing Takefurukuma is implied to be Kenjaku.
In JJK, Kenjaku contracted Dhruv Lakdawalla, a sorcerer originally from the late Yayoi period (2nd century AD). Dhruv already lived a second life in some undetermined era before incarnating into the Culling Game, so Kenjaku might have contracted him at that point and not been alive during the Yayoi period. However, he is likely older than Sukuna due to his knowledge of Tengen, and his age here is increased like Sukuna’s.
In 675 AD, Emperor Tenmu prohibited the consumption of cattle, dogs, horses, monkeys, and chicken during the farming months (4th-9th months of the year). Eventually, due to the influence of Buddhism and the scarcity of such domesticated animals, the ban expanded to be year-round. Deer, boar, rabbits, and wild fowl remained part of the Japanese diet, though meat was never an important staple in the first place. This ban on meat lasted until close to the Meiji era in the 1800s.
Narezushi is fermented fish, likely stemming from the paddy fields of ancient southern China. Sources conflict on when exactly it migrated to Japan, but it was pre-Heian; the earliest extant written reference to sushi is the Yōrō Code, a compiled code of governing rules, in 718 AD. It was during the Muromachi period (1336-1573 AD) that namanare, which is partially-raw fish consumed fresh with rice, became popular.
As mentioned in Chapter 1, Sugawara no Michizane was a scholar and politician during the Heian era who was banished by his political enemies in the Fujiwara clan. After his death in exile, disaster struck the Imperial family and palace, leading them to believe he had returned in wrath. He was known as one of Japan’s (and JJK’s) most infamous vengeful spirits. Kitano Tenmangū, a shrine in Heian-Kyo, was built in 947 to appease his angry spirit. He was later deified as Tenjin, the Shinto god of learning.
In JJK, Tengen is the strongest barrier user in Japan. His barriers are extremely skilled at hiding the presence of the school and cursed storehouse, as well as himself. Reggie calls him a shut-in, and Yuki says he does not interfere with the world. Humans usually cannot see curses due to their lack of cursed energy, so humans in the Heian era perhaps couldn’t either. However, it’s likely that more sorcery-capable humans existed in the golden age than in the present day.
Usually, sorcerers can only turn into cursed spirits through death, but Tengen evolved into a curse-like being by the accumulation of time (and likely cursed energy), enough so that he could be controlled by curse manipulation. This evolution is the basis of Sukuna’s body evolving into cursed flesh in this work. In JJK, Sukuna’s fingers are written as having grown in power until the seals on them became ineffective. The paradox referenced in regard to Gojo’s technique is the Achilles and the tortoise paradox of motion.

Lessons from Hanuman Chalisa that everyone should learn.
.
.
There is an ode dedicated to Hanuman, known as the Hanuman Chalisa. It is a poem of 40 stanzas and talks about the strength, generosity, intelligence of Hanuman. Every stanza of Hanuman Chalisa shows how the legendary figure surpasses everyone.
.
.
1. Strength and Humility
.
The starting lines of Hanuman Chalisa talk about how you can purify your mind if you submit yourself to the “charan” (feet) of Bhagwan Rama. As we know Hanuman is one of the strongest people, and even though he has that strength, he still dedicates himself to the “charan” of Rama. This shows humility personified by Hanuman.
.
.
2. wisdom and bravery
.
Every achievement is important, no matter how small they are. Each achievement can make a difference in your attitude. But the most important thing is to keep your feet to the ground no matter how high your success reaches.
.
.
3. Friendship is important
.
Hanuman has played a great role to ignite the friendship between Sugreeva and Rama. He made Rama fight Baali to restore the kingdom back to Sugreeva.
.
.
4. Be a good guide and a good listener
.
Hanuman always used to listen to other’s problems and always guided them to the right path. For instance, his advice to Vibhisan helped him become the king of Lanka.
.
.
5. Purity of Soul
.
The power of Hanuman is great and if you call his name from the bottom of your heart, he will always be by your side. He is ready to help anyone – both the strongest and the weakest.

Fic Author Self-Rec
When you get this, reply with your favourite five fics that you’ve written, then pass on to at least five other writers. Let’s spread the self-love.
Tagged by dearest @pchberrytea 💕
• CRAVE (Ongoing | Rated E | Cyberpunk 2077 M!V x Panam Palmer) Biz aligns in a way that leaves the perfect opportunity for Panam to indulge a little alone time with her favorite mercenary, and shake off some uncertainties to boot. Besides... he has a shower that fits two.
Comment: Cyberpunk got me into writing somewhat longer pieces, and this is one of them. I still have two smutty chapters to go, but I'm really fond of it already!
• UNHOLY LONGINGS (Finished | Rated E | Warcraft F!OC x Darion Mograine) Fate put Evirella and Darion in each other's lives, a magnet that repels with the same strength that it attracts. When holy and unholy meet, maybe in the lands of eternal fate itself they will finally allow to be destroyed by it, together.
Comment: Despite my many issues with Shadowlands and with Blizzard, I still manage to free myself from some old shackles and pump out what was going to be a longfic. I'm not working on it anymore (for now), but I posted one of its chapters for the lewds.
• BORDERLINE (Finished | Rated M | Fallout 3 F!LW x Charon) Charon has been toyed with for long enough, and it's time to settle that once and for all — alcohol and anger are not appropriate combinations, but together, they may sometimes combust into unexpected results.
Comment: I remember when I finished this one-shot and felt really proud of my ability to convey feelings in my writing. It's been a while, but that one still is one of my favorites for that reason.
• TOUCH (Finished | Rated T | Fallout 3 F!LW x Charon) James is dead, the purifier is taken by the Enclave, and Farren is in dire need of a hug. Charon concedes, though the act carries more weight than he thought it would.
Comment: Again, this is a very liddle oneshot, but writing Charon has always been a delightful challenge for me because someone with a hard exterior and a convoluted interior is a delicious creative task.
• KEEP IT SIMPLE (Finished | Rated E | Fallout 3 F!LW x Charon) Handcuffs and a round of petulant-brat taming.
Comment: This was a small prompt we had on a Discord server, which was to write smut within 500 words. It's not a masterpiece, but the fun alone of packing lewd into that amount of space makes it worth adding here.
Tagging, no pressure: @camelliagwerm @mars-colony @trashkingnyx @adventuresofmeghatron and whoever feels like joining in!

🌱 Spring Equinox⚘
Tumblr media
We're all celebrating and observing different things in different ways right now. I hope whoever reads this has a rejuvenating Spring equinox and that the coming season holds many blessings for you. On behalf of my mother's ancestors, feliz Pawkar Raymi! From my father's, happy Ostara! 🥂🌬🕯💐🐇🥚💕
How gorgeous is that gif 👆 holy shit lol
For this year's vernal equinox + final full moon together my coven had a humble gathering. My sister and I did our best to lead together instead of the usual turn taking we've grown accustomed to over the years. She makes me so proud. Her purifying bonfire ritual was slow and rich with the intent and focus she coaxed from our circle. The full moon's glow was gorgeous from my other sister's backyard and the sea air was perfectly briney. Lol we listened to songs from my "Spirichill" playlist while she conducted the ritual and I felt relieved that she and our group appreciated the sounds of pan flutes and such as much as I'd hoped they would. Oh my God and the smells were everything. Incense evocative of the moon, palo santo, beeswax, rosemary, etc. and an herbal smoke blend she made of sativa, lavender, rose petals (which she sweetly saved from some batches I dried myself idek how long ago). Amazing.
When the time came to make our way down the road to the beach to cast our offerings into the ocean we were all starving because it was so late. We'd snacked earlier that evening but time goes by so quickly around the fire. We weren't by the water too long but the tide was at its highest and each wave crashing onto the rocks misted us. It was so refreshing. The soft booming of the water was like a chorus of gentle drums.
Idk why but it feels mildly inappropriate to share the deities we were working with (white shame probably idk). It feels like namedropping somehow lol. Essentially, we were engaging three deities: Viracocha, Pachamama, Mama Killa. It's probably not super important for me to be that specific but one element of our sacrifices to Viracocha was the symbol of Pachamama. The eggs we yeeted into the sea were decorated with her simple spiral symbol on top and belted with a circle. I anointed them with a complex rosemary based brew. More lively, earthy and green aromas. Very lovely and it lingered on our hands after, I woke up to the smell of it still on me the next morning.
I chose eggs as a symbolic sacrifice because SPRING. It's obvious, had to. I can't remember exactly what I said that night to my circle but I did my best to describe the symbolism of the egg's parts. The fatty yolk for nourishment during this time of rebirth, transference of energy from parents to their children (especially from mothers to babies but I didn't want to exclude the males from their roles by overemphasizing). The albumen that provides the essential components of what allows us to grow strong and muscular in a world dominated by competition, predation and prowess. And finally the shell, keeping us safe and fortified like bones, which ultimately become our legacy upon death. We begin as small, fragile beings but grow up to honor our births by blooming almost as plants do from seeds.
We gave our thanks and made our pleas for blessings and guidance before leaving the beach. When we made it back to the house a few minutes later we enjoyed a late meal together and parted ways. Everyone was tired but peaceful. It felt bittersweet. Many of the wishes we'd asked of our gods were for me and my husband since we're going through a huge transition and a long journey. It was very moving and warming to hear my loved ones hold us in their thoughts and hearts. Leaving is going to be sooo fucking painful. If I think on it too much I forget to breathe. I don't think I can even begin to prepare for the levels of loneliness and isolation ahead of me. Perhaps those feelings will be held at bay by the powers that be. If it gets too bad I'll have to come home to visit. With the support of my loved ones though, it might not be unbearable for me to steel myself and grow from all the new experiences and feelings ahead of me.

✝️Jesus loves us unconditionally with open arms 🙌 ❤ 🙏 💕 the value of X is Jesus, His open arms are all we need. Christ solves all problems big or small. Worship Jesus as a born again believer. Overlayer positives towards the quality of your Christian faith by becoming abstinent from sex which purifies our personal energy. The removal of toxic waste leaves more of an area of room for God to manifest Christ into our lives. What's more important: the desires of your flesh, or honoring God by not having sex? Sex is not a necessary part of our lifestyles. So many people have been deceived by the evil one into thinking that recreational sex is mandatory because it's not. We all have a choice. Hex-Breaking Cookies 🍪✨
Hello darlings 🥰
As I’m always preaching how budget-friendly and even mundane witchcraft can be, I thought I’d share a way to incorporate hex-breaking in a simple cookie recipe!
Ingredients:
🍪 1 cup of flour (symbolizing stability)
🍪 1/2 cup of sugar (representing the power of sweetness)
🍪 1/2 cup of butter (symbolizing protection and strength)
🍪 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (for purification and cleansing)
🍪 Pinch of salt (to remove negativity)
🍪 Optional: Additional herbs or spices associated with protection, such as rosemary or cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to a temperature of 350°F (175°C), symbolizing transformation and renewal.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and any additional protective herbs or spices you wish to add. As you mix, visualize the hex or negative energy being broken and dissipating.
3. Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients. Stir the mixture while focusing on imbuing the cookies with protective energy.
4. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture, envisioning it as a purifying and cleansing agent that banishes the hex's influence.
5. Continue to mix until all the ingredients are well combined, forming a smooth dough.
6. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cookie rounds. As you shape each cookie, visualize the hex shattering and disappearing.
7. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven. While they bake, imagine the heat transforming and neutralizing any lingering negative energy.
8. Bake the cookies for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until they turn golden brown, representing the energy of positivity and light.
9. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool. As they cool, envision the protective energy infusing every bite.
10. Enjoy the cookies, savoring each one mindfully. With each bite, affirm that the hex is broken and that you are now free from its influence.
Tumblr media
The power of this spell lies in your intention and focus. By consuming these hex-breaking cookies, you symbolically consume the energy of protection and liberation, allowing the hex's power to be broken and neutralized. Feel free to alter based on your intention and preferences and may this spell bring you the freedom and release you seek ✨
