1. Much Character And Development (Very Cool!)

Solomon is an immortal sorcerer. So, he's not a demon or angle. He's different like that, a bit quirky if you will.

He's lived a long time. He's very lonely. The RAD program was finally a place where he could find his found family. Doesn't that make you feel bad? Don't you think he deserves more love to compensate for his very much lonely life? I am guilt tripping you, you are being held at gunpoint, MC...

Solomon is a very amazing and fantastic character. Especially after his Birthday Event, it's clearer than ever he's one of the best written characters! He deserves much more fans and appreciation. And the Devs ESPECIALLY deserve to know how much we adore his character! And even if you STILL don't like him or prefer another character?

Okay so assuming there is absolutely nothing going on come Halloween night, no ancient threats or out of nowhere invasions or anything, which of the HoM would be up for trick-or-trwating, from most to least hyped?

These 6 would be especially excited for trick-or-treat out of the lot!

Their trick-or-treating would probably consist of them crashing people's homes (enemies and friends alike) to play some harmless (or not) pranks in the spirit of Halloween.

Randy just in general enjoys Halloween and dressing up. Danny is more excited to have Halloween fun with people not from Amity Park (or more like fun to mess with people who are actually afraid/get scared of ghosts unlike most of Amity citizens). Ben and Jun just likes any excuse to mess with people. While Zak and Rex are all up to have some relatively 'normal' fun with a group of friends (something they didnt have many opportunities for when they were younger).

The other three wouldn't mind joining them, but they would be more excited about hosting a big Halloween Party!

Kim, Jake and Jenny always sought out more social forms of holiday celebration, and they really would enjoy hosting a big party, open to all of their friends, be they magical, alien or human. Rex would also be incredibly excited (if not to actually host but to participate in it) because it is another 'normal' experience he never had a chance to get before.

Also can you imagine how rad the party would be???

There is also another thing two of them would be very excited about...

Haunted House/Maze.

Danny and Ben would get into a contest of who could make a better Haunted House/Maze for the party (with some assistance from Randy and Rex).

As I said before, Danny, with all his ghostly powers and expertese would be excited to make a Haunted House for people outside of Amity Park. While Ben would probably rise the challenge to Danny's efforts, saying that he could make a scarier maze.

And the truth is, despite all the ghostly things Danny can do, Ben would make a very decent opposition (and for why, you really need to only refer to Ben 10:AF episode Above and Beyond, that kid can be very sinister lol).

So the party would end up with two haunted mazes, one themed around ghost /spirits /magic, and the other themed around horror movies/sci-fi/aliens, which would fit really well, considering the diversity of their friends. ;D

also i dressed them up like that because

Danny as Phantom, dressed as Fright Knight because i just keep thinking about the dude. Danny as Fenton, a low effort t-shirt because he would be spending more time as Phantom.

Randy as Sorcerer, because despite defeating him, Randy can admit that he was pretty freaking spooky.

Zak as Francis (agent clone boy), because they planned to crash their agency HQ and Zak knew it would annoy Francis.

Jun as Loki of Marvel Variety, because she knows it would annoy Taylor (their universe Loki's demigod son) and it just amuses her in general how popular and different a Marvel Loki is, compared to that Loki she knows and is imprisoned.

Kim as Warmonga, mostly because i wanted to dress her as one of her enemies, but didn't want to go easy way of dressing her up as Shego or Dr. Krakken.

Jenny as Vexus, because Vexus design slaps and i wanted to.

Ben, Rex and Jake went the low-effort easy route (because they are like that), with Jake just freely walking around as Dragon (and people complimenting him on his scaly suit lol), and Ben and Rex transforming freely and whenever the want.

One of the strangest Obey Me takes I’ve ever seen was that Diavolo was a shit ruler who his people should hate- like bro- regardless of what anyone personally thinks about Dia, (whatever your opinion is, it’s valid because its yours) in the game itself, his people canonically love him. It’s explicitly stated in one of the earliest chats you can get.

Literally no one is pissed that his student council officers are fallen angels (in the original game, Nightbringer is a different story) because the brothers are almost EQUALLY as loved as Dia. IIRC Lucifer got second place in that RAD popularity contest in one of the first chats in the game, only losing to Diavolo.

And during season two, that other popularity contest that we help Asmo win, it was down to O N E vote between Asmo and Lucifer, meaning the student body must R E A L L Y like these fuckers.

AND JUST A REMINDER, in Obey Me! canon, MC is only threatened with being eaten in the FIRST LESSONS by random background demons. For the rest of their time at RAD, they’re totally fine, and in a chat between Barbatos(?) and Simeon I believe, Simeon comments on how the other demons at RAD have stopped trying to eat him after MC started whipping the brothers into shape, showing that at least most of the student body is chill by season two.

…also this is a dating otome game where we go on wacky adventures with a bunch of loveable dumbasses, why are some people looking at this from a realistic political standpoint-

because the RAD Newspaper held a popularity contest that was rigged you tried to do one of your own well kinda you just decided to see who people like least and it was just you using Magic to get a piece of paper with the name of all the important people on it which would return on it´s own after somebody answered it and thinking about it the Winner or Loser depends how you want to see it, was Solomon his reputation in the Devildom really made this one obvious

you don´t even know if you want to tell him about it because you don´t know if he already knows or if that would hurt his feelings, you guess even if the first is the case his feelings would still be hurt when he learns about this so keeping it a secret it is but that could get pretty difficult because not only is he a very curious person he get´s a lot worse with everything concerning you and you are a shit liar so you hope you can just stay out of his way for a while at least, it won´t happen you know that but you can still hope for it

but it seems like luck isn´t on your side today because you can already see Solomon and he noticed you too, he even seems very determined to get you because he just started to walk really fast now and you decided to do the only s art thing you could think of in such a short while and it was to just eat the paper with the result on it

wasn´t the first time you did that either so you are pretty much used to the taste of chemically treated dead trees, still a weird thing to witness though that you can admit but it also never stopped you from doing things

Solomon either didn´t notice what you did, which you doubt, or he choose to ignore it, which does sound more realistic, he even seems really happy to see despite what you did

Rogmen: As you all know, this year Lord Diavolo has decided to allow our exchange students to participate. Some welcome the change, while others wonder why he would do such a thing.

Mephistopheles: However, we are not here to debate Lord Diavolo's decision, but rather to report the current standings of the contest.

A List of Standings Pops Up On the Screen

Rogmen: As usual, Lord Diavolo has the top spot with Lucifer and Barbatos following closely behind.

Mephistopheles: I've always wondered how Barbatos places so high on these things, considering he usually keeps to himself.

Rogmen: He's quite popular among royalty and fellow servants.

Mephistopheles: I see. Anyway, our number four spot is occupied by...MC?

Rogmen: I'm not surprised. A lot of people have been talking about them. Their honesty draws them in.

Mephistopheles: I understand that, but they're still rather new to the Devildom, while someone like Solomon has been coming in and out for years.

Rogmen: And yet Solomon wasn't the one who turned you into a stuttering mess after a certain speechcraft exam, now was he?

Mephistopheles: *blushes* That is not pertinent to this conversation.

Rogmen: *smirks* Anyway, Asmodeus and Leviathan are tied for fifth, Simeon is sitting at seventh, Satan's eighth, Beelzebub's ninth, and my fellow news anchor rounds out the top ten.

Mephistopheles: Only because Mammon isn't allowed to participate this year.

Rogmen: But he is this year's official bookie.

Mephistopheles: Why am I not surprised? Does Lucifer know about this?

Rogmen: Well, if he didn't, he does now.

Mephistopheles: See you up amongst the rafters, Mammon.

Rogmen: Speaking of Solomon, he's only a couple spots above last place. Guess people are growing tired of his antics.

Mephistopheles: I just hope that he told MC his plan before making that announcement, although knowing him, he didn't and instead acted impulsively.

I know in obey me the brothers are refered to the 7 demon lords and the 7 princes.

But do you think there are other princes like Belial, Astaroth. Like we know there are other dukes, lords, and queens in obey me.

Ive reread the ars goetia and reread the book of Abramelin.

Sort of, yes!

While yes, the brothers are referred to as the "Seven Rulers of the Hell" alongside Diavolo as the Crown Prince of the Devildom, Obey Me has generally gone with a more directly monarchical structure than exists in actual demonology.

In normal demon hierarchy, there are tons of not only dukes and princes, but also kings, emperors, presidents, etc. The Ars Goetia describes Solomon as having no less than nine kings, as well as fourteen presidents and seven princes. What's more, some demons are listed as both president and king or prince. But this isn't the case in Obey Me.

In the OM universe, they have been quite clear -- in this universe, Diavolo is the Prince of the Devildom, destined to lead the entire realm. He is an only child, and single acting ruler of the Devildom. Though they have mentioned Queen Rose, whose title would suggest that she is some kind of royalty, it seems she is not royalty of the realm. Potentially, since she also visits from some faraway place, this may mean she has regional power, much like the difference between a governor versus a president. However, Diavolo is the one and only Prince of the Devildom overall, and he has ultimate power. The brothers are more like a Royal Council that supports Diavolo in governing the realm.

At a guess, this is likely meant to be a parallel to the Celestial Realm, so that Obey Me could have a single "Demon King" figure as a parallel to God on the opposite end, with Michael and Diavolo having the roles of acting rulers of their respective realms.

As for other nobility, such as dukes and lords, yes, it has been confirmed that there are other nobles for sure. Diavolo has lamented the stuffy, conservative traditional nature of the nobles a few times. In Nightbringer, there is also a mention of the House of Lords specifically, which seems to be a more formal structure of some nobles that Diavolo needs to maintain at least a certain degree of approval from. Plus, Mephisto's bio on the Nightbringer website also mentions that he is born of nobles. And Astaroth, who you mentioned, actually shows up as a name in the popularity contest chat -- the same one where Mephistopheles was first mentioned! So Astaroth is around RAD somewhere, and presumably, most of Solomon's other pact-mates are somewhere in the Devildom too, just not shown or mentioned by name. Their ranks may simply be different in the game, just as Barbatos is technically supposed to be a Duke and Earl but has been turned into Diavolo's butler instead. But yes, other nobles definitely exist!

On a final note, the brothers' titles as Rulers of the Underworld is actually quite special as well, and very separate from any normal title of nobility! While they were also given positions of respect and nobility as the Avatars of their respective sins by the Demon King, NB Lesson 3 actually showed that the brothers earned the title by taming Cerberus, and that was also about when they started actually receiving any minimal kind of respect from the rest of the Devildom.

Lucifer:

Would lecture the brothers about not doing weird shit with their clones….before going and fucking his clone. It would be the most awkward shit ever, he’d probably have his clone wearing a paper bag while they do it so he doesn’t have to look at them. Vehemently denies anything if approached about it.

Mammon:

Would at first have a fucking ball with his clone, scamming people and going to the casino. But then MC comes into the picture and they both look at each other before attacking one another like angry dogs. Ends up eventually accidentally killing his clone out of jealousy. Has a panic attack over having killed his clone before disposing of the body. No one has the heart to ask what happened to Mammon 2.0

Leviathan:

Had definitely fantasized about having sex with his clone once or twice but when it actually comes down to it he cannot bring himself to do it. His self-loathing is just that bad. Would probably be embarrassed just hearing his clone speak in general.

Satan:

Definitely fucks his clone for “scientific reasons.” Also probably the most boring sex ever. They would probably end up infuriating each other and nearly destroy the HoL in the ensuing fight. Does not feel any pity for killing his clone. Probably thinks they deserved it in some fucked-up self-hating way.

Asmo:

You already know he’s fucking his clone 100%. Would not hesitate. Definitely wants MC to join in. Relationship w his clone would be stable for only the first day. By the end of the week he has killed his clone in the most violent way possible. Likely did it for the same reason he destroyed his mental health to attempt to place first in the RAD Popularity Contest. He wants to always be the best in MC’s eyes.

Beel:

Voted most likely to eat his clone. There’s not enough food for both of them in the Devildom.

Belphie:

Does not care enough to fuck his clone. Probably just uses them as a human pillow when MC doesn’t wanna cuddle. Just might pull a Lesson 16 on his clone if he finds them cuddling with MC.

Saving Beel by sacrificing part of their own candle

Now hear me out;

Getting the ring of light, but not necessarily saving Lucifer

MC still saves the brothers from the cursed masks, but takes serious injuries in the process.

Some important diverging points that rattle in my head

A darker timeline where Asmo doesn't win the blood moon/ RAD popularity contest and divulges further into his sin

A timeline where the brothers were not able to remove the curse on MC [from 2021 year end event I think].

Universe where the person that bombed a store during Queen Rose's event isnt caught and goes on to lead forces against MC and Queen Rose. (A timeline where MC is injured badly from chasing them down?)
