So, I have thought about something funny regarding my lil phoenix king Vlad au.

Is that he genuinely, just doesn't want to king.

He did at first, but after being the king of phoenixes for a prolonged time he, well. He hates it to be frank. Dans les montagnes de Shizuoka

Depuis mercredi dernier je fais ma première expérience de workaway chez Celine&Keita dans les montagnes de Shizuoka. Rapidement workaway est un site qui met en relation des “volontaires” (ici c’est moi) et des “hôtes” (dans notre histoire Celine&Keita). En général le volontaire doit se rendre disponible une vingtaine d’heure par semaine en échange d’un lit et des repas.  Et paf c’est ainsi que je me retrouve à répondre à l’annonce de Céline et Keita puis dans un bus pour arriver dans les montagnes aux abords de Shizuoka, 3h après avoir quitté Tokyo. 

L’arrivée de nuit ne me permet pas de trop voir les alentours mais quand je découvre leur maison je tombe déjà sous le charme. A l’intérieur paroi coulissante en papier japonaise, sol en tatami, des panneaux de bois..

Dès le lendemain matin je découvre le paysage alentours et .. c’est vraiment beau. Il fait beau, on respire, les rares voisins que je croise sont très accueillants et bien sur mes hôtes vraiment super :)

Menurut Lasarus, hal itu setelah mendengar langsung pernyataan Presiden Jokowi saat rapat terbatas yang menyoroti secara khusus soal dana Bansos yang tidak diterima rakyat malahan dikorupsi oknum Pejabat di daerah. “Sebagai wakil rakyat Sarai sudah saatnya tampil dalam mewakili rakyat Sarai untuk, pertama mendesak Kajati NTT segera menetapkan tersangka Kasus Korupsi Dana Bansos Sabu Raijua. Kedua, meminta Jaksa Agung RI dan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI sekaligus Wakil Rakyat Dapil NTT mengawasi kinerja Kajati NTT dalam penegakan hukum Tindak Pidana Korupsi Bansos Sarai agar tidak dipetieskan tetapi segera ditetapkan status tersangkanya,” terang Lasarus kepada media ini pada Minggu (26/4/2020) malam. Lebih lanjut dijelaskan, Ketiga, mendesak KPK agar melakukan supervisi sekaligus menindaklanjuti kerjasama dengan Jaksa Agung untuk mendukung penegakan hukum Tindak Pidana Korupsi terutama dana untuk rakyat miskin seperti Bansos agar jadi prioritas utama Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) dengan menghukum seberat-beratnya para pelaku dan aktor intelektualnya khusus pejabat-pejabat daerah beserta kroninya. Als een van de eerste fabrikanten die onder Playstation licentie een controller mocht uitbrengen heeft Razer geen mogelijkheid onbenut gelaten om hun Pro controller de competitie het nakijken te geven. Zowel in de markt, als in de game.

Unboxing

De Razer Raiju wordt afgeleverd met een aantal toevoegingen. De Raiju is voorzien van een handige hardcase. Ideaal als de controller meeneemt naar toernooien, of naar je vrienden voor een avondje beeldstaren op de bank. De case heeft voldoende ruimte om de controller en de meegeleverde maar liefst drie meter lange kabel in te vervoeren. Ook is er een uitsparing in gemaakt waarin een kleine schroevendraaier is geplaatst waarmee je de Raiju kan ontdoen van de twee extra triggers op de rug van de controller. De meegeleverde micro-usb kabel is voorzien van een stevige verdikking die precies in de behuizing van de Raiju past. Hierdoor ontstaat er een erg sterke verbinding die voorkomt dat je bij de eerste beste lompe actie meteen de stekker molt, of erger, de micro-usb ingang van je Raiju. De meegeleverde gebruiksaanwijzing toont je duidelijk en overzichtelijk hoe je de Razer Raiju moet gebruiken, hoe je je buttons naar wens re-mapped en hoe je de functies als “hair trigger” en “trigger modus” aan- en uitschakeld. Maar daarover later meer!

Looks

De Razer Raiju ziet er erg strak uit. het valt op dat de controller is voorzien van weinig poespas. Geen flashy leds of rare afbeeldingen, zoals je dat mag verwachten op een pro-controller. Less is more! De vorm van de controller doet erg denken aan de controllers van de Microsoft console. Op wat extra knoppen en de touchpad na komt de vorm grotendeels overeen. Op de plek waar je vingers de achterzijde van de controller omklemmen is de Raiju voorzien van een laag blauw rubber, dezelfde kleur rubber hebben de covers die over de van origine zwarte pookjes heen zitten. Wat echt opvallend is aan het voorkomen van deze Raiju zijn de buttons die geplaatst zijn aan de onderzijde van de controller. Tussen je handpalmen zijn vier knoppen geplaatst die het mogelijk maken om snel een knop te re-mappen, van profiel te wisselen en om het volume van de game en de microfoon van je headset aan te passen.

Gebruik

Wow! Dat is wennen! Ik bedien mijn PS4 normaal gesproken met de standaard DualShock controller van Sony. De overschakeling naar deze Raiju is niet zomaar gemaakt. De controller ligt totaal anders in de hand en de knoppen zijn heel anders afgesteld dan dat ik gewend ben. De twee triggers op de rug van de Razer voelen onwennig en ik laat vijanden regelmatig aan mijn vizier voorbij lopen. Naja, eerlijk gezegd laat ik mijn vizier voorbij mijn vijanden lopen. Doordat de pookjes van de Raiju veel sneller beweging waarnemen dan de DualShock schiet ik vaak letterlijk aan mijn doel voorbij.

Na enig oefenen krijg ik steeds meer het juiste gevoel te pakken. De  besturing via de thumb-sticks is vlijmscherp. De minste beweging op de controller zet mijn vituele bad-ass in beweging en laat deze net zo strak weer tot stilstand komen. Anders dat bij mijn DualShock waar de eerste milimeters beweging nog geen acties overbrengen op het scherm doet deze Raiju dat wel. De pookjes reageren direct en zijn van metaal gemaakt. Dit voorkomt dat de pookjes door de wrijving met de behuizing afslijten. De pookjes van de Raiju zijn voorzien van een blauw rubber hoesje waardoor je erg veel grip hebt. Laat deze ook zeker zitten, aangezien de pookjes zonder deze rubberen cover echt spekglad zijn. Zeker als je zweethandjes hebt. 😉

Nadat ik de gebruikelijke toetsen waar je je duim voor van de stick moet afhalen heb ge-remapped naar een van de vier custom triggers ben ik helemaal fan. Ik crouch, herlaad, spring en verwissel mijn wapens zonder met mijn rechter duim het contact te verliezen met de rechter thumb-stick. Hierdoor blijf je constant in staat om de loop van je geweer te richten naar die ene deur of steeg waar juist op dát moment een vijand vanuit tevoorschijn kan komen. Met de “hair trigger modus” gaat mijn wapen bij het geringste contact met de L2 trigger over tot vuren. Veel sneller dan gebuikelijk op de DualShock. Mijn K/D ratio gaat aanzienlijk omhoog en zoals dat bij mij werkt… Mijn plezier dus ook. Doordat je twee profielen kan instellen waartussen je on-the-fly kan wisselen krijg je wel heel erg veel mogelijkheden om je besturing aan te passen. Ideaal als je licht verslaafd bent aan meer dan één shooter.

Conlusie

Met Razer Raiju wordt je ongetwijfeld een betere gamer. De reactie van de thumb-sticks is vele malen beter dan bij de reguliere playstation controller en de vier extra knoppen zorgen ervoor dat jij het gevoel met de loop van je geweer nooit hoeft kwijt te raken. Het is even wennen, maar zodra je de nieuwe zelf ingestelde lay-out van de Raiju écht onder de knie heb wil je nooit meer terug. De bouw van de controller is zeer stevig en staat garant voor velen uren speelplezier. De verbinding met de kabel is ook erg stevig en kan hierdoor tegen een stootje. Ben je een casual gamer die af en toe een potje meespeelt, dan is de Raiju niet voor jou aangezien het enige inspanning vergt om de besturing onder de knie te krijgen. Ben je niet van plan gebruik te maken van de vier extra knoppen? Dan gaat de Raiju je heus niet teleurstellen, maar hiervoor is de Raiju met zijn €150,- wel een erg duur speeltje.

Ben je daarentegen een zeer fanatiek gamer en ben je competitief ingesteld? Spaar voor deze Raiju! Het is een hele investering voor een controller, maar wel eentje waardoor jij nét dat stukje voorsprong krijgt op je tegenstanders. Nog een potje?

Pariah Dark. Ghost King. Master of War. Tyrant. The Breaker of Worlds.

Currently found himself... perplexed and at a loss.

He had assumed he would never be free once more, the one-time his punishment was cut short he wrote it off as the mistake it was. A pitiful fool who believed he could claim his crown from his prison without consequences.

The second time.

Well.

He would not have thought himself to be so lucky, assuming that no other would be foolish enough to free him once more.

He most likely should have learned not to assume a lot of things, when one is more than acquainted with the Master of Time. There was a lot he would do and did for the other before his eternal rest, and a lot of things he could've wrapped his mind around, found out the reason for, even so long as he had the clues no doubt left by Time.

But this.

This.

He was not exactly sure what his expression was, he could not even decide what exactly he was feeling, even. "Dearly belo-" Pariah Dark hid his mistake by clearing his throat. "Master of Time, what exactly do you intend for me to do with... these."

'These' referred to the small beasts currently amusing themselves on his body. A pitch-black chick with red eyes currently nesting in his hair, a snake trying to loop itself-and failing at looping- itself around his neck, a puppy currently resting on his arm and a cub currenting trying to get said puppy's attention only to be zapped away by the pup's foot.

Yes.

Zapped.

Despite this utterly befuddling situation, he was amused by it nonetheless.

"Your parole," The Master of Time said, all-knowing smile on his face. "Surely you would know what to do with children, would you not?"

Pariah Dark blinked. "What in the infinite is a parole?" Pariah tasted the word on his tongue, as if it was foreign to him. And, well. It was. "And what, exactly, would that have to do with children?"

The Master of Time's smile eased into faint amusement, as if aware of some joke the king himself was not.

Which happened more often than not, actually.

"Take good care of these children, and you shall be released from eternal sleep." He said, as if that explained everything. But Pariah Dark was staring at him in clear and undisguised puzzlement.

He then raised an eyebrow. "You would leave me alone with children? Truly? With no qualms?"

The personification of Time nodded, and Pariah could blink slowly, as if he had trouble wrapping his head around this. "Dearly beloved, surely you would not think that this-" If Clockwork noticed his slip of the tongue, then he didn't point it out as Pariah Dark continued. "Would be the best of ideas, no? Surely, you should be worrying for their safety."

Clockwork's eyes filled with mirth as he inclined his head slightly. "Well, do you currently hold any thoughts of harming these children?"

Pariah Dark's face gave away his faint confusion. "Not particularly, no."

"Then that is that." The ancient ghost nodded, as if everything was already decided and done as Pariah could only stare at him in unsurprised exasperation before shaking his head.

Perhaps, he should have expected this.

"The one currently making a nest of your hair goes by Vlad, the Pheonix King." Clockwork pointed his staff to the chick in question, who squinted open an eye before nestling further into the king's hair. He then pointed to the snake. "The one currently trying to strangle you, is Danny. Our prince as well as what humans would call an eastern dragon."

The way Clockwork pronounced our had Pariah feeling like it held another meaning and not just him being known as the prince.

Was there something he was not aware of...?

The staff then pointed to the pup dozing off in his arms. "That one," Clockwork said with faint amusement. "Goes by Dan, a fusion between the phoenix and dragon resulted in his creation and he soon became his own entity after becoming secluded from his timeline after its erasure." He said this casually, as if it weren't something that would cause questions. "He is also a Raiju."

How a bird and snake gave way to dog, Pariah does not know.

The staff then pointed to the last child in his arms, trying to bother Dan and being kicked away and zapped for its efforts. "That is Dani, formally Danielle. She is a Mishipeshu who is the only successful clone of the phoenix and dragon, making her our technical princess."

Again, the emphasis of our left Pariah feeling like there was something he should know. A missing piece to a puzzle he didn't even know he had started.

"You said this one was a king, correct?" Pariah asked, shifting around his arms to better support the pup and cub. "Would the phoenix's not take offense to me of all people being the one to raise their ruler?" As soon as the words left his tongue did he remember who exactly he was talking to.

He was met with a vicious smile, one that he did not see until the days of yore. His non-existent heart skipped a beat.

"Well, if they would like to voice their... displeasure." The Master of Time practically purred that sentence out, and Pariah felt something odd shift inside him. "Then they are surely allowed to do so."

Pariah grunted, silent for a few moments. Clockwork moved towards him in that time, and Pariah stood still, only tracking the ghost with his eyes. "I am quite certain you would make a wonderful father, dear-"

Excuse him, dear..?

"-So why not prove me right as you always have, hm?" Pariah Dark blinked, opening his mouth to speak before his mind screeched to a halt as he felt a pair of lips upon his own before they moved away in the next moment.

A ghost of a kiss.

"Now, run along now why don't you." Clockwork had a mischievous glint in his eyes, before Pariah found himself surrounded by a wide pasture, spanning as far as his eyes could see (and he could see very far) and at the end a forest with a house behind him.

But he could not react, even as he felt pecks upon his head, a bite at his ear and most surely the scratching of claws against his form.

His hair burst into green flames as he stood stalk still.

So, due to some timely shenanigans done by none other than Clockwork himself. The phoenix king (Vlad) has been turned into a child far before his rebirth and, as consequence, lost a significant chuck of his memories.

Then he was stolen.

Safe to say, the phoenixes weren't very... happy. With this situation. Their king losing his memories and being turned into a chick was tolerable, beneficial even, since they can mold him into a proper phoenix without any of those human customs getting in the way.

But for him to be stolen, right under their noses is a step to far. The sheer, disrespect was completely and utterly insulting and when they found out it was a dragon who did the theft?

They were, safe to say, furious.

The thief in question? Wasn't actually just one, fun fact. Well, they did get the dragon part right, but there was also a Raiju (Dan) and Mishipeshu (Danielle) who did the theft.

Again, due to Clockwork's interference they also barely remember lot of things. How did they even get together and decide to steal Vlad away from the Phoenixes?

Again, Clockwork's meddling.

Reason why Vlad is king? Because he managed to dominate a certain kind of flame that the phoenixes coveted for a long, long time and luckily enough it was still there even though Clockwork meddled (not that they actually know that he did).

Is Danny, Dan, and Danielle also royalty? Meh, I guess you could say they could be?

I don't know, but the idea of 4 royal children kidnapping each other for a playdate or whatever and almost causing a four way war is pretty fucking funny not gonna lie.

Right so, after the trio turned into a quartet by stealing Vlad, Clockwork meddled again by directing them to this one particular dimension, that dimension being DC of course. Where exactly they get dropped?

On Shazam, unfortunately.

Shazam, barely knows what to do unfortunately and only because of Solomon does he actually turn out semi-okay. It's even worse when he's Billy, because he doesn't have the powers necessary to actually, you know, keep up with them unless he wants to go Shazam.

Billy never thought he would become a parent, and he isn't. He's more of an... elder brother figure I would suppose? But Shazam? Oh yea people would definitely think that he became a father.

Gotham: Holy shit there's a random animal running around Gotham city and no one's ever caught it before. They say it only appears in thunderstorms and anyone unfortunate enough to cross paths with it look as if they've been hit by thunder.

Dan phantom, the 'random animal' who is in fact a Raiju in question: If I destroy this place I'll be fucked over by Clockwork. But if I don't destroy this place I'll keep being followed by this brat.
