ragatha’s first instinct here was to panic and brace herself for some kind of verbal backlash because of the outburst earlier. pomni didn’t even sound mad or irritated in her delivery, but ragatha’s expression still 100% reads “she must be upset with me for yelling”

whoever said that her feigned optimism is a fawn response instead of toxic positivity hit the nail Right on the head i think.

Heck it, I'm feeling a little insane right now

On the left, are these cards that are found in Arnold's van in SotM, and on the right, Mystic Hippo's cards from Help Wanted 2.

While Arnold's deck has normal suits, Mystic Hippos have Freddy's characters on the other side.

But that isn't what drives me crazy. What drives me crazy is this:

The idea of Ghost Anakin recalling something to tell Luke (or maybe Ghost Padmé) is very funny to me because he probably says "oh, a long time ago, when I was young,,," like yeah, he's actually (was?) on his 40s but he looks like 23 and I'm sure it sends Luke into a small mini-metaphysical crisis.

It gets even funnier by the era of the sequels when not only he's actually the Ghost of a 40s guy that looks like 23, but even being 40s is already two decades younger than Luke himself so when he says "a long time ago when I was young" to 60s yo Luke, it's not only funny anymore, but also bit depressing for him, i'm older than my dad ever was etcetc

As a young child with a younger sibling the rule our birth-mom gave us was that if my little brother hit me or anything I was fully allowed to hit him back (and vice versa), thats only fair *except* if someone got caught, whoever got caught hitting the other would be the one in trouble regardless of who started it.

And while maybe not the best parenting method, definitely helped set me up for dealing with interpersonal conflict on my own, and preparing me for how public schools dealt with kids having issues. Also helped seed that idea of, while rules may be there for a reason, sometimes the reason is just to make life easier for those in charge

Honestly, if you're a kid and an adult tells you "they're just trying to get a reaction out of you :)" as a response to being told that some younger kid is tormenting you, that should count as full permission to punt that little shit. Like I would never hit a child, but if you're seven years old and a five-year-old is being a cunt at you and adults just tell you "oh they just want to find out what happens if they keep doing that", wouldn't only be fair to let them know what happens if they keep doing that?

Siblings should never be left responsible of raising each other, but if adults have decided that they are allowed to fuck around, wouldn't it only be your right - or even downright duty - to let them consequently find out?

Different types of Sigs that I see people draw

It’s like he goes from the original to a giant rectangle/square and I love it XD. I see the original more often for obvious reasons, that’s what he looks like (maybe) but it also makes me happy to see people turn him into a fucking rectangular shape or give him the fattest hands known to man to crush people’s skulls. Idk what or who started it but they shall be PRAISED.

I know there is more variety out there but these are the most common designs that I see. For all I know I could have missed Sig being a twink ANYWAYS found it cute

The only reason I draw Sig w a square head is because I saw one artist do it and I said oh shit that looks fabulous. I know what the artist art looks like BUT IDK THEIR NAME TVT

Something I've not seen people discuss yet is the way that Titans "hatch" from the Neo Fountains that turn to stone... and begin creating Titan Spawn mere moments later. Where are those Spawn coming from?

Then you remember - oh yeah, darkners turn to stone when they end up in a place they don't "belong". And THEN you remember - oh yeah, a Titan's mere presence can and will turn all other darkners to stone over time...

And THEN you put those thoughts together, and you realise - Titan Spawn are likely hatching from the darkners that the Titans JUST turned to stone, in the same way its "parent" hatched from the fountain...

Enjoy that horrifying thought, folks. I sure am 🙃

Mark Scout returning home from work to find Petey missing, immediately going to look for him, finding him just in time to watch him die, and being too afraid/overwhelmed to stay by his side and running away instead. Mark Scout shoving the last physical evidence of Petey, his phone, into a box like all of Gemma’s belongings.

Mark S., the day after Petey’s funeral, ending his workday and returning “home” (MDR) to find Helly gone. Mark S. arriving at the elevator just in time to discover her hanging body. Mark S. holding her, helping her down, and refusing to leave her side until he’s ordered, forcefully, to get in the elevator.

Mark S. having no memory of how he just watched his best friend die in front of him and still atoning for it by refusing to let it happen again. The grief and guilt transcending severance along with the love. The inevitable reckoning Mark S. will have to face within himself when he gets Mark Scout’s memories and knows there is a version of himself that would run away from a dying friend rather than face the pain and fear.

Ralsie x susie! Yeah! I like this one. Unfortunately it is a bit weird with ralsie only being in the dark world, aka "not real"...I think they have cute moments, and if ralsie was able to be in the light world then yeah definitely. Susie seems to really like him, he likes her too, maybe just bc hes nice. They seem a little more friendly than in love, but it is still a cute ship. (Maybe it's one sided, though ralsie seems to have warmed up to susie alot) (susie definitely really likes ralsie, its weird)

vent post sorry Jesus Christ my 80-something year old, dementia-ridden grandmother got her hands on a fucking taser.

So I came home from a renaissance fair yesterday and she was fucking tasing the air with a teal-rhinestone-encrusted taser.

  I didn’t register what it was at first, I just heard this awful crackling noise that made me shudder, and then she was coming at me with a flashlight pointed into my eyes. (Yk, first she renders me deaf and then she blinds me. BAM, BAM!) I covered my eyes and asked her not to do that, because she’s had this habit historically of blinding me with flashlights on purpose and I hate it. Then I hung up my keys, and when I turned around to look at her, that horrible sound crackled again. And, feeling dazed and confused as if in a dream, it hit me that the sound was coming from her flashlight. Was it a toy? It looked like a toy, but- what- I frowned. She zapped it again. 

  “You…have a taser,” I said, blinking slowly, barely able to process this.

  “Yes.”

  “…why?”

  She shrugged flippantly. “In case anyone needs it!” This wasn’t a helpful answer. I closed my eyes.

  She doesn’t have a car anymore, she can’t drive and go shopping…and no sane person would give the madwoman a goddamn stun gun…right?! I swallowed, mouth dry. 

  “How?”

  “Cathalogue.”

  “Catalogue?” I echoed.

  “Cath-a-logue. Here, look,” she said, tasing the air far too close to me to be comfortable.

  “Why?” I said again, voice high and reedy as it often gets when my life becomes too close to an episode of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

  In lieu of answering she tased the air again, and I flinched again, thinking about how damn close that thing had been to my face just seconds ago. 

  “Oh, what happened to your hair? You’ve gone blond! I love it!” She exclaimed, changing the subject as she finally realized I was dressed like Bill S. Preston esquire. 

  Not having the energy to deal with the fucking taser I said “Uh…yeah, dude.” And I showed her a tiara I bought for my sister at the nerd fair. Then I slipped upstairs for safety reasons. Knowing my life, it won’t be long before I inevitably end up stunned on the floor by that thing- on accident or otherwise.

I love that Jack is already starting to bring his free arm up just as Robby is raising his arms to go in for it. I love that this is apparently common place enough for it to be the immediate response to seeing each other. I love that Jack already knew he needed it. I love that Robby doesn’t hesitate to ask for it. I love that it doesn’t matter that there are a million angry strangers around. It doesn’t matter that colleagues and students are around. It doesn’t matter that Robby was literally in the middle of addressing all of those colleagues and interns and still didn’t hesitate, nor was it even remotely questioned by the people behind them, when he sensed Jack come in. Yeah, im gay, but this isn’t a shipping thing. It’s not even a romantic one. I’m just so glad to see the kind of affection that my (cis/ mostly straight) guy friends and I have for each other. I’m so relieved that it’s becoming common enough for characters to quietly have on screen like that. No fanfare, just is.
