you know, if I had to write a new acotar baby fic, I’d do it in a way where u get to see the kids grow up and be a disappointment to their parents

Yeah. Kids are never what u imagine they’ll be. They don’t fulfill your expectations. They’re not a mini- you. They have their own personalities and like/dislike, their own dreams and moral codes and priorities.

I want the bat boys to have sons who hate war and fighting.

I want feysand to have a quiet nerd child who hates going to parties or doing physical activities or painting. “Why can’t I stay in?” They ask, and feysand is worried bc why is their child so quiet and antisocial?? They only seem to have a couple close friends and never go to parties. Rhys keeps telling them to exercise, Feyre keeps saying she’ll support them no matter what they choose to do (in a “u can be an artist!” Way) but their child isn’t interested in that. They love theories and history and academics. Their eyes light up when learning fun facts and uncovering archaic knowledge and the satisfaction of solving a complex math problem with astronomical applications.

I want a elriel to have a righteous social activist child who thinks that their mom is a pushover and cannot stomach the fact that their father not only betrays ppl’s trust and privacy by spying, but also tortures people (not saying that I support elriel but if they end up together). “How could you do that to people, having gone through it yourself?” they ask, staring down at Azriel’s hands which are littered with scars — hands that have endured and inflicted so much pain. They can’t bare to look at their father anymore. It’s like their child’s world shatters when they understand who their parents rly are, and a rift grows. (PS I don’t think Elain is ‘just a pushover’ but this is for this characterization)

I want one of their kids (Nessian / Elriel / Feysand) to go into modeling or pole dancing and their parents don’t get it. They’re like “oh we worked so hard so you could do whatever u wanted, why are u selling your body like this” but it’s what their kid wants to do and the kids is just pissed that their parents are ashamed. “Some people are forced to sell their bodies, why won’t u appreciate that u don’t have to?” Their parents ask. But freedom to choose your life means more that living out what your parents want. It means doing what you like. And for the kid, modeling / pole dancing is an art form. They love expressing themselves through their body. It helps their self confidence and it’s just something they’ve always loved.

I want one of the kids say that their dream job is something typically associated w work maids do in acotar (cooking / cleaning / clothes-making) and their parents again don’t get. Why would you want to collect trash? Why would you want to make cook for other people unless you have to? Why would you want to be at someone else’s beck and call? But it’s because the kid loves community, loves helping, loves the act itself. And again, their parents belittle their dream without realizing it bc they don’t get it.

I want one of the kids to decide that they aren’t ever having children. I want one of the kids to declare that they’re leaving the Night Court (and maybe Prythian?) as soon as they’re able to bc they hate it. I want the kids to challenge Rhys’ (and the IC’s) morality and authority to rule, and the choices they’ve made. I want them to be gay and trans and aro/ace. I want them to lead lives their parents don’t understand.

Because that’s what kids are, really.

arlecchino is a sucker for crying. doesn't matter if you cry easily or not– either she sees it as a challenge to make you cry in the first place or to see how much you can cry before you have to tap out. her absolute favorite way to make you cry is straight up overstimulating (or understimulating you, depending on her mood) until you're practically sobbing. if you cry prettily enough maybe she'll take pity on you.

arlecchino has a pyro vision and she is absolutely going to use it. especially prominent if you're both in snezhnaya– it provides prime opportunities for her to slip her hands under your clothes when you least expect it just to see you squirm beneath her hands. she'd never actually do anything too scandalous in public, but if you're a bit more hidden away she'll have no qualms playing with your chest. if you complain about the cold you're just giving her an excuse to "warm you up" and see you tremble like a lamb.

nothing prettier to her then seeing you above her with her face between your legs. her tongue is just as warm as any other part of her, and she knows how to use it, too. she'll hook her arms around your thighs just to hold you down until you've doubled over from the intensity of it– if you start crying, oh, she just gets worse. absolutely ravenous. she won't stop even if her jaw starts to ache. if you don't want her to stop, she could go for hours without a break.

i think a crucial aspect of the codebreakers dynamic that is sometimes overlooked is how likewise enamoured phil is with étoiles . like étoiles is the god of praising and hyping people up so people tend to focus on how much étoiles thinks phil is the coolest guy ever but do not forget that phil also thinks étoiles is the coolest fucking guy to ever guy he will never pass up an opportunity to talk about how cool and strong and funny étoiles is . their relationship is built on their mutual ‘WOW this guy is awesome’ feelings for one another and it is amazing

The Miraculous ladybug plot line is AMAZING even if the writing sucks. Like what do you MEAN Adrien cataclysmed his own dad and is therefore one of the main reasons he’s dead but he does even know?? Huh??

Imagine James as Marinette carrying that weight of the knowledge of the truth. He doesn’t even have an Alya to tell bc his ‘Alya’ is Sirius

I cant sleep cause i got Dean on the brain. Or maybe its that ship i dont get. This is not intended to bash just writing out my thoughts here and how I personally see it.

Okay, so here is one of my main issues with people saying Dean had an ongoing relationship with Cas and that is the fact that as long as Sam was around Dean really couldn't maintain a relationship with anyone. We see this with Cassie and Lisa... and well everyone that comes into their lives. Even if wincest was completely off the table I still cant see it. The only male in the show I truly see Dean having a sexual RELATIONSHIP with is Benny, while they were in purgatory and Sam was not. Of course, once he comes home we know how things went with that. The only other time (if you call it a relationship) is with Crowley when Dean is a demon and that would just be having a good time. Other than that yeah I imagine Dean picked up occasional men as well as woman for his one night stands but Cas was too much of a friend and part of the team for Dean to go there just for physical gratification and as long as Sam is around Dean's heart is taken (not even in a romantic sense but as the most important person in deans world way)so I just don't see it happening. Not that I ever see Dean wanting Cas in that way, I personally just don't see it from Dean's side. So for me if I'm putting wincest to the side it's Dean and Benny, and I think Benny was good to Dean and good for him. Of course, in fanfiction anything goes but those particular shippers keep saying its Canon and 'in the show' and I'm just looking at what I saw on MY screen. And that was no passion on Dean's side for Cas, but I swear there was something there with Benny. Also, it's one reason to hide him from Sam for so long even though Sam was the 'monsters can be good' brother.

Im gonna talk about this headcanon I had for a while that I shared with @starrykat-z a while ago. But im also gonna add onto it.

This is our headcanon about the V-Models, so it's under the cut. so if you want to read it you can!

I believe that the V-Models were made with parts of the Human body system (such as the circulatory system) to keep blood moving throughout its body and to supply oxygen to the blood. So that also means that they'll need a system to not only supply the blood, but also organ systems to help filter out old blood and waste. Either those organs be actual human organs or just imitations of real ones.

This is also the part that gets a little crazy.

But I think that the V-Models could have been made with actual human parts. Like someone donated their body to science and some parts of their organ system was used in the V-Model production or at least help to further production. because this could also go into my next headcanon which is that the V-Models (and by extension all robots in hell) are sentient and act like the human counter part that was made into them. Like V2 shows sportsman's like attitude when we first meet them in Limbo (they bow at us before fighting) but of course being a machine you also have programming and code.

But also what would V1's sentience be like, so after all they were originally made as a warmachine, but now that there is no war, would the coding programmed for war just rot (or well disintegrate) away? And with the Earthmover, did the programming to destroy it just override anything else, or did they feel bad that the Earthmover's first instinct when looking at V1 was a cry of horror as it tried to fire its weapon at them only to return to a duel between it and another Earthmover.

And so with V1's sentience, we just kinda joked that they got thrown so hard into a wall or floor that they essentially woke up and freak the fuck out. Imagine gaining sentience mid fight, could not be me.

A lot of people make fun of or just don't understand people who don't read books. And I get it, I get all the reasons people well read don't get why someone wouldn't read

But I feel the same way about movies and video games too, and I don't see that discussed as much

A serie is made about Satine, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon's year on the run on Mandalore, and every episode roughly talks about the events of each month.

We explore the non-war aspects of Mandalorian culture, like music, food and language (all through Satine), the history of the planet and its people, and also aspects of Jedi culture.

We see Qui-Gon having to put up with two sassy teenagers who can't stand each other and being caught up in their crossfire.

We see Satine having her first kill as she tries to protect the others, and how that death and the future ones she has to take are going to effect her, as she just tries to survive as the prey of a hunt.

We see Satine teaching Obi-Wan how to use blasters and vibroblades, while Obi teaches her katas and lightsaber stances.

We see the two of them get separeted from Qui-Gon and having to survive on their own, and finally managing to start a friendship.

We see Satine talking about her family, of her father, killed in the war, of her mother, who dissappeared no one knows where, of her sister, that she had to leave behind.

We see Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan intetacting with every kind of strange creature or insects that they can find on that destroyed world, while Satine tries to convince then to "just continue walking, they're gonna find us!"

We see the looming threat of Death Watch always on their necks, waiting for the right moment to attack.

At the end, after a final action showdown, we see Satine taking off her beskar armor and drop her helmet on the floor, starting a discourse to the other Mandalorians present there.

Something something "Our armours are the proof of this fratricide" "No amount of reforgings will ever get rid of the blood of our brothers and sisters that stain the beskar" "Haunted by the lives we took in the name of different ideals"
