Boone: The Bounty Hunter
Tumblr media
Former ECW, Impact, AAA and Lucha Underground Champion John Morrison stars as a reality TV bounty hunter who travels to Mexico to capture a drug kingpin's son and save his ailing show.
The Shaman of Sexy is involved in a lot of action sequences where he does a lot of his own stunts and shows off a lot of his parcore skills.
Tumblr media
One of his teammates is portrayed by former UFC lightheavyweight champion and ome time TNA Wrestler Quinton "Rampage" Jackson who spends most of the film behind a desk but does also unleash a cheeky Randy Savage impression at one point.
Throughout the movie there are clips of celebrities being apprehended by Boone amongst these is Tiny Lister who previously wrestled as Zeus to promote No Holds Barred, his movie with Hulk Hogan. During the end credits Rampage and JoMo are shown apprehending former WWE tag team champion Chavo Guerrero.
Featured Wrestlers:
John Morrison as Boone
Quinton Jackson as Jackson
Chavo Guerrero Jr as himself
Tiny Lister as himself
Wrestle Rating:
3.5 out of 5 sleeper holds
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A fun parody on the successful Dog: The Bounty Hunter series whilst simultaneously being its own thing. The Guru of Greatness is a great lead and is both comical and kickass in equal measure and is able to portray a self obsessed TV star perfectly.

One interesting thing about The Passenger (2023) that I haven’t seen mentioned here yet is how it begins not unlike a typical action-thriller involving a violent man and a hostage situation—and indeed the trailers market it as such—but then as the story progresses it unexpectedly turns into a rape and revenge film.
Benson’s violence and aimlessness, the cluttered house, the dirty car full of trash, the chronic dissatisfaction that permeates his existence, which he projects on Randy and the waitress, Marsha—all of these are sequelae to the traumatic event suffered at the hands of his teacher, implied to be of a sexual nature, but we do not discover this until two thirds into the film. Then it all falls into place. The mere fact contextualises the character. On second watch, his bizarre rants, the timing of his tics, his decoration of the giraffe plushie take on a new and sickening meaning. Or rather, we can access a meaning that is closer to the truth, when before we had been kept in the half-light in much the same way that Randy was, trying to make shapes of the shadows that make up Benson’s fractured personality. The “toughness” is a façade. We find that the tells were there from the beginning.
In this subvariant of the revenge genre the wronged person is usually a woman, who often goes on the revenge journey herself. Other times she serves as the device for a man to go on a rampage to take revenge on her behalf. When men are protagonists to these stories, it is almost always on behalf of the woman wronged, but they are rarely the ones directly affected. Acts of sexual violence are not supposed or expected to happen to men, in the imagination of the dominant culture.
The scene where Benson walks up to his teacher and beats him to death is filmed as if the man were an evil thing, a monster-memory, a representation of Benson’s trauma rather than a person. The man is not emphasised in a way that we are invited to sympathise with him. He barely speaks. His face is seen but briefly. Later it becomes a hole of gore. The focus is on Benson and his struggle, his dissociated state, his raging and his fear. It makes sense that the actors later spoke of this as the moment where Benson comes the closest to killing Randy, when he begins to ask questions about the man he has just turned into a bloody ruin.
Though it is the teacher that chokes on his own blood, at the closing of the scene it looks as if Randy has to go out to Benson and rescue him.

can you explain the story of postal to me?
It varies on the game.
Postal 1 - The story is told through journal entries; Dude is getting evicted from his house and thinks there's a hate plague infecting the town (aptly called Paradise) he moved to. Chaos and destruction ensue.
Postal 2 - Different Dude; moved to a different version of Paradise with his wife known as The Bitch. Spends a week doing errands that range from picking up milk to getting Gary Coleman's autograph on his book to escaping a burning napalm factory. At the end of Friday a hate plague really does infect the town and the newspaper declares it's the apocalypse.
Postal 2: Apocalypse Weekend - Same dude from 2; wakes up Saturday in the hospital after an "unfortunate firearms accident" involving his head. His wife left him, Champ was taken by the pound, and his trailer was repo'd so his quest is to rescue Champ and get his trailer back. Along the way he has hallucinations involving Hell and Gary Coleman demons, and has to deal with things ranging from mad cow tourettes zombies to stealing a nuke from the local military base to the apocalypse...again. At the end he fights Mike J - an employee of RWS who turned into a kosher mad cow demon god and who summons flying Gary Coleman heads to act as a barrier. After that he and his dog drive away as the nuke he stole and set goes off.
Got a case of split time line next.
Postal 3 - Technically the same Dude from 2 but looks way different and has a different voice actor; ends up driving to Paradise's sister town of Catharsis where his car runs out of gas. Shenanigans involving Ron Jeremy, a rhino on meth...twice, and Randy Jones to name a few happen throughout. There's two paths - good path and insane path and three endings. The evil ending has Dude and his dog getting the chair and St. Peter sending them to hell. The neutral ending has Dude get married to Jen Walcott, win the lottery, and write a best selling book. The good ending has Dude become the US president after defeating Hugo Chávez and his invading army during the apocalypse in Catharsis; he sees a big red button and presses it, launching nukes.
Postal 2: Paradise Lost - Same Dude from 2; in this time line his car crashed right after escaping Paradise because his dog jumped out to chase after a wild animal. This left him in an 11-year coma and Postal 3 being retconned as a nightmare. When he finally comes to, he goes to find his dog. Paradise has been rebuilt and has four extreme weather zones due to nuclear fallout. A week of shenanigans ensue again ranging from find out his dog was mutated and sealed away in Hell to aiding a cult led by Gary Coleman against "the tall ones" to arguing with the Dude from Postal 3 (referred to in the game subtitles as "Alternate Dude") over who the dog belongs to while standing in Hell. Also the apocalypse happens again...again. Plus Zack Ward (Dude's actor from the movie) is in the game and ends up believing himself to be the real Dude.
Postal 4: No Regerts - Same Dude from 2 only in like his early 50s now; ends up with his trailer stolen so he walks to the city of Edensin in hopes of finding a job. Same deal - week of increasingly chaotic shenanigans, this time involving things like the Dude dressing in drag to flinging people over a wall into Mexico to waking up in a mountain cabin area with his dog missing and serious Postal 1 vibes going on. Also the apocalypse counter is now at 5.
Postal Redux - A remake of Postal 1, set in 2017 rather than 1997, while also hinting at it taking place after the first game instead of being a straight remake (mainly being that there is a skeleton in the cell Dude ends up in at the end - a skeleton that isn't there in the original game's ending). Technically has a second story through Co-Op mode where four other versions of Dude rampage and end up breaking Dude out of his cell. Then there's the mindfuck Rampage ending where Dude is standing triumphantly on a pyramid littered with several dead Dudes.
Postal Brain Damaged - Unspecified version of Dude falls asleep and has a dream in the form of a boomer shooter. A demon version of himself called Other Dude steals his tv and part of the game is spent chasing him down. There's also a giant mech controlled by Other Dude that serves as the final boss. Dude wakes up after pissing himself.
Postal Mobile - Old Java game; the Dude in this game is probably the most "normal" of the bunch. His car gets stolen and his house burned down in a GTA-esque world.

firm believer that if randy had managed to escape at some point, benson would've gone on a rampage. aimlessly. not even bothering trying to figure out where randy went. just killing wherever he lands. leaving a trail of bloody corpses behind himself. until randy would have to escape witness protection to go back to him, just so he will stop.

can u tell me abt ur au's liu a little bit
- 🥸 definitely not machine in a trench coat
hiiiiii stranger whos not machine ^_^ <33
ok so. liu is a huge WIP imma be real. him and jeff keep changing a LOT cuz 1. my irl friends and i made a crp AU and their faves ended up being jeff and liu so i keep getting swayed by their HCs even tho they conflict my own 2. the woods brothers have always been kinda unfinished/half assed in my AU and im tryna catch up.
SO IM GONNA USE THIS POST TO HELP ME MESSILY ORGANIZE MY THOUGHTS
SO.............unfortunately, liu's character is VERY reliant on jeff's. So I’ll keep bringing up Jeff. Soz
they're half brothers, same mom. Born and raised New Jersey
i'm imagining a whole messy thing with their parents. i'm still indecisive if i want their mom to cheat on liu's dad, resulting in jeffs birth, and they tried to sweep it under the rug for the family's image. regardless, liu's biological dad still raised both boys, and he's the one jeff kills when jeff goes on his rampage
this is mostly cuz i want jeff's dad to be a deadbeat who ends up in jail, while liu's dad maintains a better image. hence the whole golden child, black sheep thing going on with the brothers.
SO. Yeah, again, liu is the golden child. while jeff's getting caught bullying kids as young as 7, liu's getting decent grades, has a nice set of friends, is excitedly planning for college, etc. he's not extraordinary by any means, but he's doing good
he's also just like...genuinely a good person, he really really really cares for jeff and sees the good in him. he knows jeff is struggling, he knows jeff lives with heavy guilt and resentment regarding his family, there's always that unspoken tension of his father. and liu is jeff's #1 defender, even when jeff genuinely doesn't deserve it
HOWEVER. i dont think 'glass child' is the right term for their situation specifically, but something along those lines. liu IS incredibly overlooked because of how much jeff acts out. and even when he IS acknowledged for his good, it seems to always be an intentional attack on jeff. "liu's so smart, why can't you be like that?" "you're so reckless, have you ever seen liu do something that stupid before?" "go ask your brother for help, he knows better" . . . which impacts jeff more, obviously, but it still leaves liu with a lot of guilt, shame, anxiety, self esteem issues, cuz why is he only good in comparison? why isn't he good on his own? then he feels guilty for feeling guilty cuz at least he's not in jeffs shoes. he just feels like hes got a lotta mundane issues. at least they're not jeffs, right ?
Anyway. He was prepping for college but when he took the fall for Jeff attacking Randy, it fucked up his university acceptance and he just went to a local community college to try and build some credits and a GPA and resume. I’m. It’s 12am I’m. Anything after this is just me rambling don’t take it seriously ever at all
Trying so hard to finish this draft I’m so tired um. I’m not sure if he goes to college before or after Jeff’s first rampage n I’m too lazy to check.
Regardless, he ends up transferring, getting some sort of vague business degree, and getting a very mundane office job. Probably ran errands for a long time, getting coffee and whatnot. Felt very…. Lost? All things considered
Anyhow. Somewhere in this he starts dating some guy and they fall in love and whatnot and lius healing and he assumes Jeff’s dead cuz how te hell is he still alive . None of Jeff’s ‘famous murders’ are around (aka the smiles and go to sleep written on walls) so he thinks he’s done.
And then the Arkensaw case happens.
Liu spirals. Ruins everything. He gets so anxious and paranoid and depressed he ends up losing his job. Hes planning ways to go to Alabama, where the Arkensaw case happened
Fiance is like heeeeellll nooooo im not going to Alabama wtf r u on. Liu is like well I’m going regardless. Fisnce is like if you go I’m calling off the wedding. Liu is so hurt it just pushes him further
By time he ends up in Alabama he realizes he’s right back at the bottom of the corporate ladder, lost tons of savings, and doesn’t even wanna find Jeff anymore. Just wants to move on . Can’t afford to move again

*⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚ ˚୨୧⋆。˚ ⋆*
He is currently 36 years old.
He likes to think he's taller than he actually is. To him, he's 6'1. In reality, he's like 5'7.
He is cismale, goes by he/him pronouns, and is pansexual.
He's currently dating both Jay/Skully and Brian/Hoodie.
He got a dad bod and he's proud of it.
Despite his weight, Tim is actually pretty strong and hince is why he's the unofficial leader of the proxies.
Like with the other OG proxies such as Brian/Hoodie and Cat Hunter, he doesn't call Slenderman 'dad' in any way and usually just refers to him as 'Master' or 'Mr. Slenderman'.
He has a very sarcastic sense of humor.
Despite his tough exterior, Tim is very protective and caring towards those he cares about especially the children proxies.
He and Liu are pretty close to each other to the point where he usually refers to Jeff and Liu as the brothers he never had.
He's such a dad friend. It's just in his nature.
Growing up, he had an abusive mom who was addicted to meth. His father was too afraid to divorce her because he didn't want Tim to grow up without a mom in his life until Tim was 13.
As a kid, Tim would often have hallucinations and have extremely unexplainable nosebleeds. He would also feel like someone is watching him all the time which caused his sleeping problems.
He hates cheesecake as it was part of a joke a high school bully made in order to fat-shame Tim which eventually caught on.
Because of this, Tim ended up having anorexia which his father would eventually found out about.
When he was 16, his father caught him cutting himself in the bathroom and Tim told him it was because the 'tall man' couldn't stop following him.
This resulted in him getting sent to a mental hospital that later burnt down when The Operator took control of Tim.
His father died when he was 18 due to "mysterious circumstances".
He doesn't know where his mother is now or if she's still alive and he like to keep it that way.
Masky is an alter of Tim that is more reserved and more aggressive towards the other proxies. The only people that doesn't Masky doesn't seem to be aggressive towards is Brian/Hoodie, Jay/Skully, Slenderman (ofc) and Jeff.
Him and Masky are frenemies with Cat Hunter. They work together well during missions but outside of that, they hate each other's guts.
He used to go to the same college with Liu, Brian, Randy, Keith, Troy and Jane.
He always hated Jane even before Jane's eventual bullying towards Jeff. He just always thought she was a huge bitch.
He was one of the few adults in Jeff's life that didn't betray Jeff's trust in any way, shape, or form. He would listen to Jeff's every complaint whether it was school or family problems and sometimes he would wish that he could take all the pain away from the kid.
He usually didn't mind whenever Jeff had to come along on him and the Marble Hornets cast's filming and would often defend Jeff against Alex whenever he would accidentally ruin the shooting.
When he found out what Randy did to Jeff, Tim was very shocked and saddened by what happened to Jeff. He would come visit Jeff sometimes along with Liu to check up on him.
He was also one of the few people that wasn't freaked out by Jeff's appearance after he was released from the hospital.
He was working late on the night Jeff went on his murderous rampage. When he was driving back home from work, he would find Jeff lying in a ditch while bleeding from his mouth.
As a result, Tim would take Jeff into his home and patch him up.
After Jeff explained everything about how he snapped and killed his family and some of the neighbors out of anger, Tim didn't seem to be angry and offered to let Jeff stay with him despite knowing the dangers it would put him in.
He had to keep Jeff a secret towards Jay and Alex out of fear of putting him in danger.
He also didn't tell Jeff about his sickness out of fear that the Operator would come after Jeff.
When Alex burned down Tim's house, Tim couldn't find Jeff anywhere and thought he had perished in the flames. This is one of the many memories that would haunt him forever.
After escaping town, he would eventually come across a manor in the woods and meet Slenderman, who offered him to join his team in exchange for safety. He would later take the offer and join the Slender Pact.
He can play the ukulele very well and once even considered becoming a famous musician.
He thinks X-Virus is annoying.
While he was able to break out of the Operator's curse, he still has nightmares of the past especially the ones with Alex.
He loves pineapple pizza and corn flakes. Liu and Toby often make fun of him for that.
He has really insomnia and it usually takes about like one whole edible for him to get a full night's rest.
He smokes a lot because it helps him with stress. He usually smokes like 3-4 cigarettes a day.
He hates the smell of beer and perfume.
He's of Italian ancestry and he loves any kind of pasta.
He was raised in a Jewish household.
He knows of Liu's crush on Toby and he and Jeff like to try to get them together.
His favorite tv shows growing up was Ed, Edd, n Eddy and Hey Arnold!
He's a brony since Jeff introduced it to him during the time period Jeff lived in his house. His favorite pony is Applejack. He absolutely hates the G5 My Little Pony and considers it to be an insult to the previous generation.
His favorite music artists are Taylor Swift, Skillet, Twenty One Pilots, and Eminem.
He secretly loves all the Barbie movies and sings along to all the songs.
He's allergic to amoxicillin.
His voice tends to become deeper whenever he's in his Masky alter.
He considers Brian to be his best friend on top of being his boyfriend.
He does have some medical knowledge as his father was a nurse.
He does have a bit of a sweet tooth but he doesn't want to admit it.
