Spiced pear cake with butterscotch sauce

INGREDIENTS:
200g butter, softened
1 cup raw caster sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp mixed spice
1 cup almond meal
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
2 ripe beurre bosc pears
2 tsp raw caster sugar, extra

BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE:
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
50g butter
1 cup pure cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced. Grease a 7cm-deep 20cm (base) cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition (mixture may curdle). Sift flour, baking powder and mixed spice over butter mixture. Add almond meal and pecans. Fold until combined.
Step 2:
Spoon mixture into prepared cake pan. Smooth top. Cut pears into quarters. Remove core and thinly slice each quarter, leaving stalk and top of pear intact. Arrange over cake, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with extra sugar. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted in centre of cake comes out clean (cover with foil if over-browning). Stand in pan for 10 minutes. Turn, top-side up, onto a wire rack.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, make Butterscotch sauce. Place sugar, butter, cream  and vanilla in a pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened. Serve cake with sauce.

What y will need
Like, a teaspoon or so of oil? I use boa mea
Mayo just look at the rcipe part forbtgat
Salt (the salt I used had truffles in it bc my aunt bought it idk)
Basil
Tomato sauce if some kind.
Pepper (the ppeper I use is black pepper)
2 Ches
Also like normal bread. Idk white. Or some other shit ???
Put boa mesa (or just normal olive oil) in a pan, lightly spread mayo on the outside of your bread, scrapping off any excess you can. Like really scrape that shit clean, then, sprinkle salt and basil on the outside. Flip the bread over, put a tomato sauce (I only have vodka sauce so I used that) inside, though not too much. You don't need to scrape this but you just don't need a lot. grind some.pepper on the sauce. Put two slices of your choice of cheese (I used provolone and American) on each slice of bread, and then, once your outside is crispy enough, or you hear crackling or see oil bubbling, fold your grilled cheese and then just cook it normal. Like a gilled cheese.

Mine turned out like this it was like gooey inside and crisp outside it's sooo good and the bread and sauce and cheese melt together inside and the outside is crisp and well flavored. Shrimple.

Spicy chickpeas with spinach and bell pepper
It is very easy and tasty meal. You can eat with rice or naan. Read till the end and you’ll see my “Korean” weird way to eat it.

1. What is required:
~270-300 g. canned chickpeas
~150 g. frozen spinach
1/2 bell pepper
1 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
dried chili
black pepper and salt to taste
Sauce to marinade chickpeas:
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce*
1 tbsp apple vinegar*
1/2 tsp thyme
black pepper
* not on the photo but it was used😅

2. Mix all ingredients for the sauce. Add in chickpeas and stir thoroughly. Leave to marinade for at least 20 minutes.

3. Slice the onion, garlic cloves, and the bell pepper.

4. Fry the onion and garlic in a big frying pan for 2-3 minutes. Add a bit of water to deglaze the pan.

5. Add bell pepper. Cook for other 2-3 minuted and then add in frozen spinach.

6. When spinach is soft, add marinated chickpeas. Stir well and cook on medium-high heat for around 20 minutes.

OK, as promised, here is my way to serve it. I ate it with rice and lettuce. In my family, one of our (+ mine when I ate meat) most frequent dishes is rice with fried minced meat and doenjang, Korean soybean paste) wrapped in lettuce. I used fried chickpeas with vegetable as a replacement for minced meat and it turned out unbelievably tasty.
