so we all love eddie seeing steve in the crowd at a CC concert and falling ass over tits in love right then and there, right? and we also love eddie stopping a show if he sees someone bothering steve.

how about we flip that on its head.

eddie's on stage and he sees two guys (steve and dustin) arguing in the crowd and it looks like (to him) it's gonna get ugly fast.

meanwhile, steve and dustin are in the crowd, completely distracted from the concert they paid a lot of money for:

"you can't fuck him, steve! i forbade it!"

"you forbade it?! you and whose army, henderson?! i will fuck that man, so help me god!"

"it goes against the code, steve! i'm not letting you fuck eddie munson and that's final!"

eddie motions for the guys to stop playing and yells into his mic at them (they don't even know they're being yelled at, steve is this close to putting dustin in a headlock and giving him a noogie until he gives)

the crowd is silent but dustin is screeching so loud nobody can make out what they're even arguing about and eventually security pushes through to them and they're so confused when they're suddenly being pulled apart.

eddie gives them a wave from the stage. "hi. yeah. if you want to fight, you're more than welcome to duke it out outside of the venue. otherwise, you can play nice until the show's over, 'kay?"

steve and dustin just stare up at him, completely in shock that he's even speaking directly to them.

then dustin open's his big, filter-less mouth and points at steve, "he wants to fuck you!"

the crowd's silence is broken and some cheer in solidarity. eddie is shocked for all of 3 seconds before he lets a cheshire cat grin bloom on his face and locks eyes with a sputtering steve.

"well i'm flattered, sweetheart," he purrs into the mic and batting his eyelashes. his bandmates groan loudly and gareth even throws a drumstick at him. "but i hope you don't mind if it's the other way around."

your roommate, sunghoon, had just said goodnight to you as you both headed off to your separate bedrooms for the night. there had been a long awaited movie night for the both of you and somehow both of you had managed to stay up so late, that both of you were going to be exhausted for university tomorrow. 

as soon as your head touches your pillow and your blanket pulls up to your chin, your phone vibrates from your nightstand. you sigh, wanting to ignore the notification, but the curiosity of who was texting you after midnight intrigued you so much that you just had to reach over and look.

instantly your jaw drops as you realize what the image was. this was the last thing you had expected from an unknown number. 

in the picture, was obviously a man’s hand covering his apparent large bulge in his black boxers. you could see the tan skin of his defined abs in the light glow of the room he was in. the picture showed up to his neck, his face being cut off. you wondered briefly if his face would have distracted you more than his bulge.

vera? you had no idea who vera was but you were definitely not her and this picture was definitely not for you. after debating on what to do about this mistaken text, another one rolled in.  unknown : [what? cat got your tongue now?] [12:50]

you sigh but decide to answer, your thumbs moving briskly across the keyboard of your phone. sleep completely leaving your mind now as your eyes keep glancing up at the stranger’s picture. 

you : [hey, uh, this isn’t vera? so sorry] [12:50]

it only took a second after pressing send for the stranger’s texting bubble to pop up, indicating that he was typing. your nervously sat up in bed, brushing your hair out of your face. 

unknown : [oh my god i’m so sorry] [12:50] unknown : [my idiot friend gave me this number saying it was this girl vera im so sorry] [12:51]

you chuckle to yourself at his texts, feeling his obvious stress through the screen. his excessive apologies were relaxing you, knowing this wouldn’t have to be more awkward than it was. until, 

unknown : [but you must’ve thought i was good at taking pics too, i mean you stared at the pic for so long ;) ] [12:52]

you had no idea who this was but he was so cocky. but he was so right. you couldn’t take your eyes off of his picture for more than a minute. the angle it was taken at teased you to want to see more of his body. it felt wrong since the picture was obviously not meant for you. but how could you not look at a picture that made him look this good. still, you cursed yourself for having read receipts on.

Ohhhh, thank you for giving me the opportunity to repost this, I wrote it for the old blog, but it's a neat summary, so I'll reuse it lmao

these are more or less the main reasons:

I personally think there are some scenes in the show and there are some choices that the writers made that are telling us that the plot of the show is going towards Will getting a "pay off", in terms of writing, at the end of the show and Mike and El finding out they are better as friends instead and Mike discovering he has romantic feelings for Will

The writers have emphasized Will's sadness in relation to Mike and El as a couple both thematically and visually, in the writing & filming of the show there are too many scenes like this especially in season 3 and 4 they have made it clear that he will never be happy if Mike and El are the endgame relationship, even during Mike's love monologue after he supposedly decided that he was ok with El having his own feelings for Mike by saying that the painting was a thoughtful gift from El when it wasn't... They put a shot of Will's sad face in the middle of the monologue, and also he was framed behind Mike when he said "I love you" which in film is a EXTREMELY weird choice unless it means something more is going on that should make us not want El and Mike's relationship to work - the writers have been sabotaging the emotional connection of the fans with mileven by doing this and I don't think that professional filmmakers don't know that, I think it's on purpose!

The writers have shown Mike and Will as having a deeper relationship than all the other relationships Mike has, putting him in the same category of El as one of his possible love interests in the plot, they have multiple scenes bonding in a tender way than Mike has with any other of his friends, they happen in private usually or in emotionally charged moments that they film to make you as a viewer feel like they are in private and show how they have this connection that's more than just friendship

The writers have wrote in the show since season 1 MANY parallels between Mike and Will and other official couples (Mileven too!!!) that are, in my opinion, hinting at them ending up together at the end of the show

The writers have continously shown El and Mike to have some kind of problem in their relationship and made El decide to leave Mike behind multiple times even if to save his life because she loves him, the writers have been showing us how Mike is not her PLOT priority and instead they have put having a romantic relationship with Mike as Will's deepest desire since season 3

The writers are building up El's character to have a coming of age that has recurrent themes of her finding herself without the influence of others around her, her becoming completely free from any kind of influence, and Mike has been represented as having too many internal fears to overcome at the moment about their relationship, especially with the love monologue at the end of season 4, he has beliefs about himself as a person that clash with El's character arc about not having to feel influenced in any way, the end of the show for El should be her having complete freedom in all aspects of her life because of the circumstances of her upbringing... Not saying that Mike is influencing her in a bad way necessarily, I think they both love each other a lot but having a relationship with someone that is that much insecure about his role in your life because you have powers will always be a type of influence

The writers have shown Mike and El as not being a team at the same level by separating them constantly after s1, instead they have shown the other couples that work as working together in the supernatural plot (Jancy, Jopper, Lumax, Byler)

The writers have paralleled Mike and El's relationship to all the ships that are not working for some reasons/are not endgame and have more infatuation than a real "true love" kind of relationship (Steve x Nancy, Karen X Ted, Bob x Joyce)

The writers have wrote in multiple scenes of Mike acting awkward with Will (Mike!!! Not Will) or them having coded conversations about how much they care for each other that have no sense to exist unless there is a pay off at the end

The writers have presented El, Mike and Will as being in a love triangle and have been framing them in a love triangle composition in the framing of multiple scenes, with Mike at the centre

When during season 4 the writers talked about all the movies that have inspired season 4 and 5 they have put multiple movies with love triangles that are almost identical to the situation between Mike, El and Will

Will and Mike have multiple fight scenes that are scenes you give to two possible love interests usually, the way the fight happen is written as two lovers having emotional fights instead of as how you would write two friends fighting

The writers wrote in the show a precise parallel in all the scenes of Vickie and Robin... between them and Will and Mike, paralleling Mike to Vickie specifically... who is a canon bisexual character and even paralleling Steve and Jonathan in that context as observers of the couples!

The directors filmed their scenes how you would film romantic scenes in stuff like Bridgerton or a romcom lol

The whole painting scene was Will making Mike feel so loved that he felt comfortable being vulnerable with El, but this means he was still not comfortable on his own relationship with her, he didn't feel safe enough to open up on his own and needed that talk and needed to believe all of those ideas about him being the heart came from Eleven so that he made the jump and told her how he felt instead of being selfishly silent on it because he was too afraid of her possibly leaving him one day... When you are really deeply in love with someone in the context of movies the characters don't let those type of fears influence them and if what gives him courage is the feelings of another character in the love triangle it means he's the right person for the character

( idk if you saw gossip girl, but there was a love triangle situation between Blair, Dan and another character where Dan made Blair believe the other character felt some type of way towards her, she understood that she loved Dan because of this act because she wanted those words to be from him and not from the other guy… The whole painting lie is that same trope)

The writers are obsessed with IT from Stephen King and there are clear parallels with it in the show, the whole plot of s4 about the painting is a reprise of the plot between the romantic relationship of Bev and Ben in IT (with the postcard and the poem) Beverly is supposed to be Mike, Ben is Will and Bill is El.... Mike and El share a kiss at the end of season 3 that is supposed to parallel a kiss between Bill and Bev (they did love each other and liked each other but are not endgame)

Both Will and Mike are queercoded multiple times during the seasons, rainbows around them, queer coded lines of dialogue, being framed inside closets etc etc

There are WAYYYY more reasons, but this post is becoming too long so I'll leave it as this lol

You should rewatch the show and imagine if Will was a girl, I think many people would be seeing what I'm talking about way more and take it as a sign that Mike is going to choose "Willow" and see how Will is the better love interest for him…

Maybe it's all just queerbaiting, who knows, but at the moment I believe this is way too much for it to be queerbait!

I personally think Mike is bisexual -> the power point I made about it

and has feelings for both of them, but his feelings for El have always been a "puppy love" type that is growing to become more platonic than romantic with time, and I think he's a better match with Will, I think Will is able to make him be the best person he can be, he's capable of making Mike feel worthy in a very natural way unlike the relationship with El does at the moment!

Today's Rhodes Island translation. Its Waai Fu or Huai Hu in Chinese. I guess I accidently had good timing with this one

As for translation notes: you can very obviously see a big untranslated text for the district name. so my two options were Hollywood or wintergreen wood as 冬青 means holly or wintergreen super literally and 木 means wood . to my knowledge there is no place thats mentioned this place, though I don't have an encyclopedic knowledge of the arknights script so its extremely possible for me to miss something.

The SFX in panel 2 is kind of a weird decision originally i just put dadada like the character pinyin since its onomatopoeia but i went with a more crowd stepping sound noise, though Im not super happy

as for the rest of comic 1, its just mostly trying to get it to sound natural. Like panel 3 top bubble, I couldn't figure out a good way to say it, and Waai fu sort of already plays into the hero of justice thing so I kept with operations, though uuugh Its still an iffy decision.

As for comic 2, since its mostly Jessica screaming, its alot simpler, the only big point is the "don't panic part" this is the most directly accurate TL though I paradoxically didn't want a "Never fear! I'm here!" entrance . They really can put originum in front of any insect in AK huh.

Internet PSA #2, Scams!

Whether it be via email, social media, or tumblr asks you should be suspect of offers of money, or requests to donate to causes.

Unfortunately people who would like to exploit you are out there! And this isn't something new either! Scams over the internet have been going around ever since the public first had access back in the 90's.

How can you protect yourself? Well, for example, if you get a ask on tumblr, (or dm on other media platforms) requesting to donate to an urgent cause, perhaps someone claiming they need help buying their insulin, do some investigating into their account.

Look out for inconsistencies with their name/family member names.

Look at date stamps on posts. Does it look like they posted 50+ things in one day? Are reblogs/reposts coming from seemingly random points in time?

Is there a lack of other posts? or do they perhaps reuse the same post over and over?

Look into the site they use for donations, does the location match with where they say they are? (eg: "I'm close to g@za" but the donation site says texas.)

And same goes for offers of money

Do. Some. Digging!

And remember, NEVER give someone your debit/credit card numbers, and never give someone the password to your paypal/cashapp/chime/etc.

And definitely don't donate to someone without verifying first that they're not posing as someone else/a made up person.

As much as many of us would like to have faith that people are genuine, do look out for people with not-so-honest intentions.

i had an oc named emily that i shipped with splendid actually. she ended up becoming a non htf oc i used for some lil booklets i wrote in the 3rd grade. i was also under 13 and on 13+ sites bc i was stupid and im 99% sure emily's best friend in that series had the same name and a similar design to a friends htf oc.

i ended up reusing them for a kids book project in a sociology class back in hs. im sad i didn't get to keep it rip

i also apparently had two others named smokey the cat and alex the dog according to an old youtube account? but idr ever making them.

i also submitted a lilac cat named felicity i drew in ms paint to the voting competition lmao.

all of them - except felicity had hair. but tbf i also gave my sonic ocs hair (in the vain of honey the cat, i think her name was) bc i felt weird with them being 'bald'

and smurb (i used some htf oc maker to make him, he was gonna be the masot of a happy tree friends oc rating tumblr blog which since turned into a blog i reblog things to so i can save them for later)

2. the tomodachi life in my brain (ft. my ocs and shizuo and izaya from durarara)

the tomodachi life-esque apartment in my mind has somehow gotten even funnier. ray and tsubasa invite shizuo and izaya to meet the new ppl who moved into the building. they knock on the door. the door opens and there stand lifty and shifty from happy tree friends. there is a long silent pause. someone shuts the door. there is more silence.

finally tsubasa says 'were those fucking two anthropromorphic green raccoons'

everyone goes back to their apartments, confused as all hell.

3. if i tiktok'd

if i used tiktok id probably make a video of my 3ds closed on my bed and my lifty and shifty plushes sitting in front of it and me going 'okay boys its time for you to get an education :) lets learn about Pokemon War' and i open the 3ds and its pokemon conquest

it just cuts to them looking at each other with 'wtf' and '???' overlayed.

so far they've just stayed on my bedside shelf but i want to be silly with them

the alternative is me tucking them in and going 'goodnight i love you' and then just jump cut to a poorly eduted sequence of them beating the shit out of my self portrait while the pmd outlaw theme plays

if this had eyelashes and an actual more human hairstyle + clothes it would be emily (she had green hair 4 a while according to old doink to youtube uploads but i swear she originally had blue hair + i think the cat club version had blue hair and the version of her i used for my childrens book project in sociology class in hs was based on the cat club version of her and therefor had blue hair)

Nightmares (Part 1)

It happened all at one

Bed dipped I woke and saw a I woke up darkness. All the lights were off the windowshade was closed....darkness.

"Stevie?"

"Shhhh" i felt an arm sneak around my waist pull me to him. It made me smile his warmness his... his something was off

"Stevie?"

I turned

"shhh"

Darkness. But this time it was from a mask.   he put his hand over his  lips would be and air my throat caught but I was able to scream and I screamed i shot up in bed.

The same freaking dream. Again.

God I couldnt wait until Steve was back from his mission. Then I heard the door creak open.

Oh god i can't be one of those dreams within a dream can it?

I sat up slowly

"Sweetheart?" He said tentatively. I could hear his bag slowly get place on the floor with a thunk followed by another thunk.  "Why are you awake?"

"Oh thank god."

"What?"

"Nightmares. Since you've been gone."

With two steps he was right next to me.

"About?"

"The winter soilder trying to kill me."

"Babe, I know that was scary for you. You never saw me like that before."

Understatement. Bruised and bloody and unconscious with no explination why until he woke up. But he wasn't waking. Well he didn't wake uo for a while rather.

"But you're safe here. I'm fine. Tony makes this place a fortress. We can move in  completely if you want. You won't just be here alone when I'm gone. Friday is here."

"Not helping Steve" say what you want. That thing is creepy at times. He knew I thought that.

"I'm sorry babe," he kissed my forehead and rubbed circled on my back.

He looked dirty.

"But I'm back now and I'm here."

He was here.

"Go shower you smell I'm sleepy. " I smirked.

He smiled and kissed my head again and then turned to the bathroom.

I layed down and closed my eyes. Feeling safe Steve is home. And safe.

I closed my eyes. Im not sure for how long but the man has to learn to dry his hair off better as dripping on my neck woke me up.

"Steeeve."

"Hey go back to sleep," he kissed me on his cheek even his kiss was wet. Ugh. And warm. Eww.

"Steve"

I turned and opened by eyes.

There was blood all over him like, like he was in an explosion or something a sword fight a gun fight. I couldn't do anything just pant in horror as I saw the crimson blood drip onto the cream colored sheets. He just sat there leaning up no shirt on.

"What's wrong babe?"

I couldnt see a wound no no wound but blood so much blood.

"Honey" he leaned over  to me moving his arm off his body and I saw a gaping hole in his side and I could see in. That's when I screamed. I had woken myself up and in one movement had pulled away from Steve and rollen onto the floor from the middle of a king sized bed. Covered in sweat shaking.  I breiefly remember  Steve being shook or looking shocked, maybe he reached for me I'd like to hope he did, before I ended up on the floor but then he was right next to me. As I sat there crying.

" What's wrong? What happened? Are you hurt?"

All I could do is just sob.

"Its ok you're ok. I'm here i wont let anyone touch you. You're  ok." He had pulled me into a tight hug. One of my hand was on the carpet. It had such a nice texture. Soft but billowy and I dont know....the feeling was nice... That calmed me down more than Steve.

When I calmed down he asked. "Nightmare was bad this time hu?"

"You were covered in, there was a hole," I reached to his side moving my hands over where i recal the injury to be. It was smooth. "There was so much...." my breathing was finally calming down.

I put my head back to lean the side of the bead.

"I can't  do this anymore. I really don't think I can do this anymore Steve."

He looked at me heartbroken like I was so low so pathetic so... like he felt bad or maybe I was....

"It's ok. Its ok it's ok im here. I'm right here. It'll be fine. I promise you it will be ok.." but to me it he had broken me, my resolve. My thoughts. This him running off not caring about getting hurt was too much for me but it wasnt just that it was I dont know but he was too much for me.

"I'm right here next to you. Ok. Right here. How about, how about I get you your valium hmm?" He kissed my forehead "what do you say? Could help this."

"I dont know Stevie."

"Let's just give it a try." He kissed my forehead then walked to the bathroom came back with a pill and grabbed my water bottle from my next to me, as it had toppled over as i fell out of bed and I took it. I didn't really want to but whatever.

"Just relax ok, relax. It's ok." He took me in his arms.

I dont know when or how I fell asleep. But I woke up to an empty bed but there was a note.

"Had a meeting for the mission. Ill be back later get rest- Steve"

For the mission? He just came back from a mission.  Is that what he meant. The immages from last night were still so fresh in my brain. The other "avengers were so tight It felt weird being around them. The agents saw me as Caps's girlfriend and a reason why they could be given desk duty or otherwise if they loooked at me wrong. Apparently his past girlfriends weren't nice. So It could be lonely here. With no one to talk to. I layed back down in bed. And I realized the sheets had been changed. He must have done it after I fell asleep on the floor. I know he tries but the nightmares are just too much. Last nights was overboard way, way overboard.

I looked at my phone it was 1pm. I dont know how I slept that long.

There was a text from

Sam: text me when you get up. I wanna talk to you. Steve said you've been having nightmares and last night said you dont think you could  do this anymore. Im worried.

Sam was always kind. Always had a joke a smile. But I think steve got it all wring.

Me: What no sam that wasnt what I -Steve took it all wrong i have nightmares when hes gone about I meant I dont know if I can do our relationship any longer. I love him a lot. Maybe its not actually love I care i do but. The nightmare last night steve was covered in love

Sam: covered in love?

Me: i mean blood. Sry typo. I meant blood I really did mean to type blood i dont know why i typed love. But he was covered in blood and it terrified me. I mean absolutely terrified me. I told Steve i dont know I can do this anymore. Our relationship not life. Me and Steve...I think we're done.

fnaf oc i decided to post here with two different art pieces- im going to copy paste info from da here so if i do more with this some of it might be outdated if i decided to have more. i don’t know if i posted this before so if i did take it as a repost maybe.

old story that might change. Raspberry was originally a animatronic for Freddy's, designed by Henry but scrapped her because she didn't fit in with the others. Around 1995 some people where making an amusement park, and some people from Freddy's left the company to go work and help there, they got Henry's permission to reuse Raspberry for it and so it all went well. About 5 years later 3 workers where murdered and a toddler went missing so the amusement park started going down hill. After a few more kids and teens went missing some people where arrested for there disappearances, some later dying in jail so it was unknown if they where really behind it since some of the kids and teens where found and they say they didn't have anything to do with it. About a month before the events of fnaf 6, Henry goes to the park, saves some people from getting killed, and he steals Raspberry and the other animatronics there and burns them. Sylvia's story. Sylvia was born in the year 1996 and went missing in the year 2000. She likes to get into other people's business a lot even if they don't want her to. Sylvia is also a playful child, she has a little sister named Lauren with possibly a second sister or little brother along the way. Her uncle helped with the creation of the park so she and her sister gets to go there for free, including when its closed so she often gets to run around the place only not being able to go to the rides. The night she went missing she was playing hide and seek with her sister and some others kids and as she was looking for a place to hide she noticed her uncle being chased by another man. Curious and thinking they where possibly playing tag, she followed them sorta wanting to play to. She followed them until the man caught her uncle and she witnessed something she shouldn't have. The man made sure she didn't tell anyone.
