do you have any thoughts on what westeros would have looked like if rhaegar had been married to cersei?

no this is such an interesting question. all credit to oomfie @dwellordream and the sexy genius braintrust at iatc for discussing this earlier but like in summary. cersei and jaime initially fall out because she does genuinely like rhaegar, but that doesn’t last forever because she eventually still gets disillusioned because of rhaegar’s whole disaffection prophecy thing. i don’t think rhaegar runs off with anyone if he has no problem having kids in his first marriage. rebellion is probably between paranoid Aerys and Rhaegar-Tywin front, but they probably also fall out once tywin realizes rhaegar is not as easy of a puppet as his crazy dad. I think Cersei still eventually tries to have him killed, but because he is not an alcoholic manchild it’s significantly more difficult and she maybe fails at that maybe succeeds but looks incredibly suspicious. so they have a second smaller war about which of those kids are going to be the heir.

[George Roy Hill]'s theory was that Etta was probably one of Fannie Porter's prostitutes and just how close a friend she was to Butch as well as Sundance is left to speculation. But he always felt there was something there probably of a three-way relationship that couldn't be shown in the time that we made this picture. one of my favorite things about dps is the completely irrelevant background conversations/comments you’re probably not meant to hear but are still just barely audible? like the two guys in the study room arguing over their turns on the dart board, or the guys laughing under their breath and making ridiculing remarks when knox reads out his poem for chris, or the people in the opening scenes you can hear finding their friends and saying hi. it literally doesn’t matter at all, but it makes it feel so much realer and like you’ve really just been dropped into the setting with todd on the first day.

MacCready being one of the few companions to not lose affinity if you eat people makes sense when you remember the fungus in Little Lamp Light grew from decomposing bodies. Like the kids weren’t eating people directly but they were eating people adjacent things.

Not to mention how the Lone Wanderer can trick the kids at LLL into buying “strange meat” to eat which is just human so it’s more likely than not they have just straight up ate people so he’s either very desensitized, knows what food desperation can do to people or feels he really has not ground to stand on since he was in the same boat whether he wanted to be or not.
