Basically in my rewrite (I say as if I'm writing any of this down properly) Gartes a shadow knight due to the whole lore drop where "he saw something he wasn't supposed to see" and became sick in original mcd. Like I was so convinced he was a shadow knight and then it never gets brought up again hEllp. That leads to him having ties with the nether due to his position of power really helping the shadow lord gain followers and, well, power ofc. As an act of loyalty he sacrifices Vlad, mostly so he can have access to his own lil shadow knight army for easy conquest and such. I really liked how everything was connected in mcd like that it's so fun.

Then there's this other thing where I've got this idea that the whole Romeave line is cursed with misfortune by Irene due to their previous worship of Esmund (the traitor), which is why they're a strictly Irene worshipping country and try to keep other beliefs OUT of O'khassis. They wanna make her take-backsies so baaaad but it's not working lol. Gimme insane grampa Romeave ok it'll be funny :3

But anyways back to the Vlad thing ofc. Just him being robbed of his life but then using that new power to help others and maybe dismantling the empire his stepfather built is so fun omgggg. But he's so convinced that if he doesn't control how he acts and feels just like when he was a youngin in O'khassis someones gonna DIE is just UGHHHHHH he's so broody I love my lil corpse man so muchhhhhhhhhhhh arraragahahvshsvsh. Him and Zenix are my Jupiter analogues I swear shgzksivzizibzibzi

Ok so basically it stems from my hc that Donnie actually records everything as a ‘just in case’ and has been working on robots/ai of his brothers voices/memories! In the au the three of them die and Donnie has trouble coping, so he pretends the robots are his brothers.

The Raph robot- RoboRaph as April ends up calling him- is build to take hits and deal even harder ones. He’s sort of like the hulk buster, but doesn’t have a person inside, just an ai. Since he was the first bot built and first ai made, he’s definitely not as advances as the other two, and doesn’t do much unless told.

Leo is an ai with the ability to project a hologram of himself! He can jump from device to device and often just follows Donnie. He’s programmed to still be able to tell jokes and make puns, because as much as Donnie claims to hate them he knows his brother would be a lot different without them. Also Leo can control the lights and stuff. Like a snarky google home.

Mikey is the most advanced of the three! Think Grace from the umbrella academy. His bot is scarily realistic, the only way you can really tell is his eyes, which have square pupils and glow. He’s programmed to read body language and tone to judge your mood and react/help out accordingly. This does backfire on Donnie a bit when he’s locking himself in his room and Splinter is upset outside the door,as Mikey can hear and keeps reminding him of it. (As pictured in my post about it)

the prevalence of ai generate images has harmed me so much when i want to look at cool google images of robots

i look up robot in jacket? 9/10 times its some ai generated slop with no creative soul, and then 1 in a million its some kid drawing their robot oc with a sick ass jacket and i weep in the beauty of the world

one day my robot sona shall be revealed, but until i have the time and dedication to learn the art craft, he shall remain int he brain

one idea I've played around with is the idea of edward being flirted with for free medical supplies or favors by other egos and host/author getting so consumed with jealousy and rage he goes sicko mode while edward legit doesn't give two shits and wants to go back to paperwork
