I’m gonna be honest with you this AU was heavily inspired by @namelysane ‘s Hellspawn au, only that my un-named hellspawn was born during the merge where all the dimensional chaos caused Lloyd’s sealed golden magic to go haywire and create the dragon baby.

The idea for this au came to me while watching dragons rising and realizing that Lloyd spend a very long time alone in the monastery after the merge (I head canon in this au that it was give or take about 7 or 6 years?)

I thought that was hella depressing to be alone for so long with zero to very little knowledge of how your friends and family are(honestly a terrifying situation)

So I gave him a daughter who he will be able to put his attention and care into, who will help fill in the void left by his /now missing/ family somewhat, to remind him to eat, bathe, and sleep, someone who can help him live in and not just survive while alone.

IDK, I might be wrong about this and it might change but this is my au canon so you have to deal with it❤️

My Ninjago OC, Flynn River. He was orphaned when he was about 13 when his village was destroyed. He was taken in and trained by my OC, Borr. Excessively so, pretty much his entire life was studying. During that time he made friends with the king of the kingdom's son, Chris Clouddweller and also friends with a princess from another land, Isabel Jewel. He fell in love with Isabel and eventually after many heartaches and problems arising, married her and had a son named Vincent (My OC). Circumstances made him and Isabel now king and queen of the main kingdom. Not long after that, he and Isabel were turned evil by magic and became tyrants. Garmadon and Wu (in their youth) rose up against Flynn and Isabel and stopped them. Finally finished my ref sheet for my ninjago oc! Info under cut cuz ‘ it’s a little lengthy. If you want to lean more than what’s below just ask!

Name: Hiraku Brookstone-Smith(Cole and Kai fight over custody since she’s an orphan and had crappy parents)

Master of Wind

Bio: After season 5 the FSM decides to give Morro a second chance and so he is sent to Hiraku(an orphan living on the streets like he once did so long ago) to gift her with the element of Wind and teach her how to control it. His spirit is connected to the medallion so that even if he gets wet his soul will simply return to the medallion rather than the cursed realm. However it also means that he can not just give up since the medallion allows the owner to control the spirit it holds if they so choose. Only once Hiraku has reached her full potential will he be set free. 

Personality: Despite living on the streets Hiraku is a very nice person who tries to see the best in people. Facing each day with optimism and joy rather than pessimism and angry like one might expect. (A trait Morro despises since she ends up trusting people she shouldn’t and Morro has to save her.)

Possession: Morro is able to either fully posses or partially posses Hiraku with partial allowing him to simply see what she does and feel what she feels. Sort of like he’s riding shotgun in her body since he can take the wheel but Hiraku is the one mainly in control. Whereas full possession in where he’s in full control and Hiraku can only watch.

Medallion: The medallion is a soul stone which can house a soul of the living or the dead. Incredibly rare and powerful magic causes the stone to latch onto the soul which causes the owner of the soul to feel a pull towards the owner of the stone. Each stone can only house 1 soul and only by breaking the stone will the soul be free again. 

Notes: Ryuu Orith is her birth name but she chose a new name for herself once she started living on the streets. Her parents are alive but Hiraku tells everyone she is an orphan because it’s easier than explaining why she ran away and she fears they’ll try and send her back.

personal design choice that i made that somehow cooked itself into a hc is that in my lloyd art, the first one has clear longer hair sort of like an unkept mullet look, its more clearly defined and still has that platinum color from the oni trilogy

,but the second one, which is the DR lloyd from a couple weeks ago has shorter hair, its choppy and messy, chaotic, its also intentionally redder, returning to a healthier hue than the last. He is no longer pale and suffering in silence is what i wanted to present compared to his s11-16 complexion. He has grown up.

Now, after waxing poetics about my intentional art choices, the hc is that during his "fun" time at primevil's eye during crystallized, whilst executing his jailbreak scene his hair gets grabbed and instinctually, just chops it off, causing his return to the awkward hair phase. Which is why for future art during post-16-mid DR, bro is rocking the choppy bob era.
