You think it takes courage to do what I do? It's not courage or strength or pride that pushes me to survive this existence I feel nothing but shame and worthlessness knowing that nobody wants me I'm down here walking around on bad feet, and it's embarrassing. I don't have a bike or anything Makes me easily recognizable and noticeable. The last thing I need right now This is my fourth time being homeless because all my family and others I've known leave me out here I have virtually no money to keep buying new clothes. The help services around here are awful It's hard finding a decent place to sit, and when I do get comfortable, I have to get back on my feet to a restroom I have 3 weeks before I can claim more money. Then I only have a couple options available to sustain myself I will still be sleeping outside most nights. Maybe I can find a campground. But I really need a long, long bath. I haven't had a bath in 6 years. Only showers that I didn't use often cuz they were shared facilities I miss reading in a bath or taking a nap. I miss sharing a bath with a woman. You know what's really sad is I'm sitting here starving and I still do something for someone else. I've even done more to help a few tourists around here than any of them would ever do for me. If you bother to tell anyone your circumstances they're just like "good luck" or whatever. Then they go back their 200 dollar hotel rooms and enjoy themselves without any guilt ... I wish I could sell my swords. I have them on eBay, but if anyone buys them it's still 2 weeks before I get the money. There was this absolutely beautiful girl I met in Dollar Tree more than a month ago. I may have seen her again and not even known it. She would remember me by the red dragon I had on my backpack that day. I'm just assuming she was single. A single mother at that ... I wish I could see her again.
