Agree agree agree with every sick basterd imagine (fun fact I didn't know Sakowitz's name until now lol) but you know I don't think Donny covers his mouth when he sneezes either, I feel like he's one of those people who sneezes loud and proud and doesn't give a fuck who knows, almost like an expression of masculinity (a bear roar, if you will) but yeah, he's absolutely a complete baby and wants All Of The Cuddles

Mama Donowitz absolutely s p o i l e d that boy, no one can tell me otherwise.

And he definitely sneezes loud. Got those high volume dad sneezes (and he doesn't even have kids yet, imagine...) and it's always four in a row; every single one takes him by surprise.

He likes to sneeze in a tissue though, because a big pile of tissues on the bed looks more dramatic and he'll do everything to garner your sympathy (and more cuddles).

I've been reading your list of things you would change if you could restart TOTMIS, and honestly it makes me realize that spite is not always a good motivator when it comes to fix-it fics. Sure it may lead you to fix the mistakes of canon like it's supposed to, but it may also cause you to make new mistakes as well.

I have a bit of a mixed take on that.

Don’t get me wrong, I 100% agree that you need more than spite when writing a long, on-going story. If that is your only motivator as a writer, you’re going to burn out pretty quickly. For most of TOtMiS, the chapters mostly focused on being an AU version of season 3 episodes to accommodate for the ship and story beats that were present due to the changes. That made outlining for those parts of the story much easier.

But later parts, like “Horror Head” were much more difficult. And that’s because at that point, I couldn’t just pick a season 3 episode to draw from and write in response to it. I had to write in response to what I set up, which ended up being a lot more than I realized. (Note: yes, you should be writing in response to what you set up in general, but that’s beside the point).

It also didn’t help that I hadn’t planned on writing a long series - “Silence Can Be Beautiful” was originally a one shot written because I loved “Silencer” so much and just wanted more of it. And then the rest of season 3 started to happen, and the rest is history.

That being said, I don’t want to discount the value of venting frustrations via fanfic (to an extent). Certainly, I’d rather people vent their frustrations that way over more toxic means, like harassing people for not agreeing with their opinions. And if someone stumbled upon their fic, doesn’t like or agree with it? They can just block or drop it and move on.

Oh I’m following the JP releases so yes, I yelled a lot back then when the event was out! It was soooo Leovil coded, bless them for the food! And we waited for so long to have it in the EN server damn! But oh boy, worth the wait! As I said, it’s like the official translators just gave in, no more effort to be subtle when Leona and Vil are interacting, they fully embraced the “ok it’s canon! Have your regular mom and dad flirting in vacations in front of the kids and the weird uncle. We tried OKAY?”

I’ll never recover from "I’ll show you the time of your life".

So yup, I’m feeling pretty delighted~ Plus I love the relation between Leona and Kifaji, (I can’t use "Neji" sorry) behind the railleries and criticisms you can feel how much they care and respect each other and it’s just pure gem for me, I root for them with all my heart (っ˘ω˘ς

Eh, it's fine, I've posted risqué but meticulously censored and decidedly non-explicit stuff before with the exact same results, I don't know why I still keep expecting a different outcome.

The thing is, I understand if they want to have guidelines for mature content, for what is and isn't allowed. That's alright, I'm happy to play by their terms if it keeps my posts from being flagged. They just happen to make it frustratingly unclear and inconsistent what those rules could possibly be.

I’ve come to live up to my promise of feeding you

A week. That’s all he had to do. All he had to wait for. Stay for a week, and undertake his own journey into a maze of madness. His maze of madness. His own internal warped maze of desires, under the guidance of The Winter King. 

Another Simon, who looked healthier. More composed and put together than him, who actually filled out his suit with a boisterous sort of confidence. 

It made him sick. All of this. Jealousy was an ugly thing that sat in his stomach, twisting his feelings into disdain and discomfort. It’s just for a week. It’s a dutiful reminder, one that keeps him from biting the hand that feeds him. 

Clothes him would be better in this instance. Feeding wouldn’t be too far off though, since he had promised to be a good host. It’s still a fair reference, considering there’s a measure tape neatly wrapped around his waist. 

Done dutifully by an Ice servant(?) while The King himself picked out an outfit befitting him. It’s better than sitting in these rags, and it’s even better on his feet. If he bothered to tune in, he can hear his other version hum almost in a delighted manner. 

He ignores how his chest gets tight as The Winter King comes closer, and how much more visible his breathing gets in the cold air. Only for a quick second, before the cold eases up and there’s an apologetic smile leveled at him. 

(It’s easier to let bygones be bygones, after all.)

“There we go. A proper outfit!” Their cheery voice cuts him clean out of his own thoughts, hand ghosting along his chest as the outfit is roughly shoved into his arms. “I’ll give you some privacy, now.” A jaunty cheer, before he escorts himself out with that servant. 

(Not before he gives a playful wink.

Heat simmers in his lower stomach, a haunting want as the door shuts.)

It doesn’t take long for him to shed off his clothing. His skin prickles against the cold air, but it’s soothed quickly by a shirt haphazardly put back on. His fingers quickly button it up, a relieved noise prodded out of him. 

It’s big on him. The shirt’s cuffs drape over his hands, and he can’t help but wonder how The Winter King came to be taller. A silly thought, yet it’s one that rattles in his mind. 

(Just like the lingering caress of a hand over chest, or the slickness uncomfortably dripping down his thighs.)

Either way, he gets to the task of fully dressing and making himself look presentable. Taking extra care into buttoning the collar to the shirt all the way up. 

(No point in letting Cake have any wandering thoughts about what they got up to. The bruises on his neck are incriminating enough.

Besides, it’s just a small price for their comfort and The Winter King’s help.)
